Kendra Wilkinson's picture perfect life as a happy wife and new mom may soon be crashing down.
According to RadarOnline.com, the former Playboy Playmate has been desperately trying to stop the release of a scandalous sex tape that has surfaced from her wild past.
Wilkinson's lawyer, Yael E. Holtkamp has reportedly demanded for porn company Vivid Entertainment to "cease and desist" with the release of the video.
"The video is private and highly confidential taken for private use and not for public disclosure," the letter reads. "Any exploitation of the video would be a gross violation of Miss Wilkinson's constitutional and common law rights of privacy."
Now happily married to NFL star Hank Baskett, Wilkinson reportedly knew about the tape she made with an unidentified man, however believed it would never be released.
Wilkinson, 24, has admitted to having a sordid past that includes drugs, self-mutilation and a stint in a mental hospital.
During her "E! True Hollywood Story," she revealed that a near-death experience from a cocaine overdose during her teen years made her realize she needed to get her life together.
Despite her legal attempts to keep her past hidden, the CEO of Vivid, Steve Hirsch, doesn't seem to be backing-down in the fight.
"After reviewing our legal position we remain confident of our right to distribute the video," he said. "Thus Vivid.Com plans to release ‘Kendra Exposed' within the next several weeks."
As Wilkinson awaits the dreaded outcome, her rep, "During this difficult time, Kendra and her family would greatly appreciate the respect of their privacy."
