Video After The Jump Oprah Winfrey has been dogged by rumors that she has been having a lesbian affair witth her best friend Gayle King for years. In an interview with Barbara Walters, the talk show host gets very emotional while describing her relationship with Gayle. "She is the mother I never had. She is ... the sister everybody would want. She is the friend that everybody deserves. I don't know a better person," Oprah says as tears begin to flow. Barbara asks why is it making her cry to talk about it. "It's making me cry because I'm thinking about how much I never told her that," Oprah replies. Barbara then asks about the rumors that she and Gayle are gay. "Well I have said that we are not gay enough times. I'm not lesbian, I'm not even kind of lesbian. And the reason why it irritates me is because it means that somebody must think I'm lying. That's number one. Number two ... why would you want to hide it? That is not the way I run my life."

The full interview airs Thursday December 9 at 9:00 PM EST on ABC. twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump Boxing fans love to debate which fighter is the greatest of all time. In such debates, people generally up end going old school vs new school. For most though, Muhammad Ali has been considered the greatest and most well known boxer of all time. Manny Pacquiao's advisor Michael Koncz doesn't think that is the case anymore. At least not when it comes to popularity. He tells reporter Elie Seckbach that Pac Man is now the biggest name boxing has ever seen. "I think it's all the things we've been doing. 60 Minutes programs, you know - 24-7 again. It's put him into that category of a rock star," Koncz said "I think he's one of the most popular boxers ever, even more than Ali. You gotta remember Muhammad Ali, and he was my favorite boxer. He never became world wide famous until the draft issue, it wasn't because of his boxing. [Ali was convicted for refusing induction into the military]. And I think that's what's happening to Manny too. Like I said with 60 Minutes, the Dateline show that we did, the Jimmy Kimmel show that we did twice. We're taking him out of the boxing circle and putting him into the household." Koncz makes some interesting points, but Ali became worldwide famous without the internet, pay-per-view, Showtime and HBO. I think that's a really hard comparison to make. In other Pacquiao news, it's looking more and more likely that his next opponent will be either Sugar Shane Mosely or Andre Berto. Juan Manuel Marquez was also in the running, but promotor Bob Arum said his asking price was way too high. “Marquez's proposal was so out of line for anything that he got before… I don't think Manny is going to pay any attention to it,” Arum said in an interview with FanHouse.com On the possibility of Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Pacquiao, it doesn't look like that fight will happen until at least the end of 2011, if at all. Oscar De La Hoya of Floyd's promotion team Golden Boy is accusing Arum of ducking his fighter. Arum is calling bullsh*t on that accusation. "That's totally nonsense because you can argue over the first situation, the first go around. They had one position, we had another. But on the second go around we gave in to every one of their positions. We were so anxious to make the fight and Mayweather didn't want to fight," Arum said "And even today we will do the fight unconditionally, unconditionally! And all Mayweather has to do is say ('yes') he wants the fight." So our poll for today is, who is the greatest fighter of all time? Use whatever criteria you want to - popularity, pay-per-view buys etc But the most important thing in determining the greatest is boxing skills.

Video After The Jump In probably his last interview before he reports to a federal prison for three years, Wesley Snipes sat down with Larry King. Snipes was convicted of failure to file taxes in 1999, 2000 and 2001, a misdemeanor. He is scheduled to report to McKean Federal Correctional Institution on Thursday to begin his sentence. The 48-year old actor told Larry that he felt he was being made an example of by the judge and prosecutors in the case. He explained that his financial advisors were given power of attorney, in order to handle his taxes for him. Prosecutors said Snipes earned $40 million since 1999 but had filed no returns and had been involved in a tax resisters group "This is another thing that has been misreported. It has been framed that I was a conspirator and that I was an architect in a scheme by an organization that has been characterized as tax protesters. The press hasn't reported that I was a client of people who I trusted [who] had knowledge and expertise in the areas of tax law that would protect my interests," Snipes said. Frank Tuttle, who served as a juror in Snipes' trial, told CNN that several jurors had already made their minds up that the actor was guilty before the trial even began. "There was one juror that said they knew Mr Snipes was guilty when they saw him during jury selection. I told the juror that was not right, and it went against what the judge had told us before the trial was to begin. Two others then agreed, and said that they thought he was guilty when they first saw him, before the trial began. We were deadlocked on our decision about Mr Snipes before this happened. I was not expecting to hear that from a juror and most jurors felt the same. That's when a deal was made to find him guilty on the failure to file taxes [a misdemeanor]. And not the federal tax evasion charge. We did not think he would go to jail." Tuttle stated. Snipes became a household name by starring in the films, New Jack City, White Men Can't Jump and Blade. His only hope of avoiding jail tme is a last minute reprieve by the Supreme Court. twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump Young Money artist Bow Wow has seen his name tied to a couple of negative internet rumors recently. One, is that he is going to commit suicide soon, after tweets he made saying he would be better off dead. The other is the rumor that he is somehow linked to the B2K, Raz B, Marques Houston homosexual molestation drama. Bow sat down with Angie Ange of 93.9 WKYS to clear things up. Is he suicidal? Bow: You know what it is? You seen that movie with Macaulay Culkin - you seen Richie Rich before? Remember when he went to the baseball park, and he saw all the kids in the park? And the kids look at him like 'yo you got a mansion, and an amusement park.' He don't care about that, cuz that's all he knows. That's similar with me, it's the same story, it's all I know is the business. I aint had time to go play football, or do none of the regular stuff. So it's kind of like at times it haunts you. I'm unbalanced because I've only seen one side of life. So, it's like I didn't really mean it like 'yo I'm about to kill myself right now.' I wonder when I'll ever get peace, I guess I'll get it when I'm dead. What was the Kat Stacks situation like, the things she was saying about him? Bow: It's easy to deal with something that never happened. I've been in the game long enough, I'm a vet. I done heard it all, done it all. I can't handle shorty if she got a kid and gotta lie on rappers.. What about the Raz B situation? Bow: A lot of these young cats have no guidance. They wasn't surrounded by official dudes who got that respect. It all starts with your camp and who you run with. Me it was a different story, so I aint got them problems. I was around some OG's in the game, whether it was Snoop, who discovered me, then Jermaine [Dupri] and now Stunna. So I aint around no suckas, I never been around no suckas. If you got some squares in your camp then you gotta get rid of that. I feel sorry for dude, I feel like it's a better way he could probably go about his situation. If it's that serious, then it's a better way you can handle that twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump Bristol Palin can't catch a break these days. She was widely criticized for her performance on Dancing With The Stars. Although she made the finals, most people believe it was because her mom Sarah's, Tea Party followers were voting for her en masse. Comedian Kathy Griffin took aim at Bristol on 'VH1 Divas: Salute the Troops' broadcoast. "Were gonna talk about Dancing With The Stars. We got two words - Bristol Palin. She's the only contestant in the history of the show to actually gain weight," Griffin joked. "She gained like 30 pounds a week, it was fantastic. She's like the white Precious." Of course Griffin was referring to actress Gabourey Sidibe, who played the lead role in the film 'Precious.' The joke drew lots of boos from the audience. Bristol responded to the attack by telling Fox News, “The audience's reaction to this ‘comedian’ spoke volumes, and the decent people I know would probably have booed her, too. I hope people didn't have to pay money to hear her negativity and criticisms. Was the joke funny to you guys? twitter-5d.gif

DJ Skinny's Chasing Dat Paper!

DJ Skinny’s in the area indeed! What it i$ baby?Chillin Chillin tryin to Cha$e this Paper! It's like running a 100 mile relay you dig?Yea, I can dig it! It’$ getting cold out here in Brooklyn! DAMN! Lol! What will you be doing now that old man winter i$ here!?The same thing I do in the warm weather.. count money, I’ll just be doing it with gloves on now...lolYou can get tho$e glove$ with the finger$ cut out of them, to get a good grip..LOL $o DJ Money Bag$ how are the count$ looking on the Dysfunkshunal Familee album?Money bags? me? aint nothing in that bag but a EBT card and some chicko sticks! lol The feedback from the album has been nothing but good havent heard any negative feedback thus far so i guess we are headed in the right direction. As far as sales once we are 90 days in we will get that report. Indy is a lil different from main stream not to many worry about a 1st week report because it usually takes a while for a indie album to buzzI heard about Fat Beats picking up Dysfunkshunal Familee album on the di$tro $ide! That’$ major, congratulation$! I’m curious tho, $eem$ like a lot of arti$t are looking for a di$tribution deal, why i$ that?Thank you! Yes! Fatbeats picked up the album thanks to Joanne (Coalmine Music) & Dj Eclipse (Fatbeats) they made that happen. Artist are now looking for distribution because there is really nothing left in a major deal for an artist the label has their hands in all four pockets now they even want what in that little pocket of your jeans where you use to stash the weed and your beeper lol they want it all! So if your indie with a distribution deal your seeing a lot more of that moneyYou're not fat but you ain't $kinny neevah! Do you get the ga$ face when you enter the club. I'm $ure people are ready to $ee $omeone...."$kinny" LOLYea I hear that a lot I had the name since high school when it did actually fit but some skinny people don’t stay skinny forever...lolI concur (rub$ belly) LOL! anyway, Producer and DJ rolled in one let me a$k you, why i$ it that most DJ’$ are producer$ and producer$ are DJ’$?That’s because they go hand and hand a Dj and a producer is suppose to know records and they both know what good music is suppose to sound like. Its an easier transition going from dj to producer then from producer to dj though$peaking of DJ. Congrat$ on your advancing to the final$ of the Air Play DJ challenge, here in NYC. I mu$t $ay you made it look effortle$$. I loved it! You got on the table$ and you were ju$t having fun and going in!Thanks! The Dj Challenge was easy for me because I just did what I would normally do while I’m in dj mode and some of the other dj's in the competition made it a little easier for me to advance if you know what I meanI can’t wait for the final$! When you win we gotta celebrate! Hit up a nice $pot, big city $tyle, na’ mean? White Ca$tle$ on me! NYC! December 16th, come out $ee me pinkCookiz buy me a drink, check Skinny on the $teel! Let ‘em know, it aint all about premixe$ and pu$hing button$ we need to get back to the heart of Turntabli$m.Lol...Bet! DJ'ing has come along way from its beginning its gone from the simple jigga jigga scratching to now turntablism which takes a lot of dedication and practice. Even though DJ'ing has now gone digital with programs like Serato & Traktor Scratch, the concept remains the same. You still have to be good and you still have to be able to rock the parties and that’s what separate a real DJ from a person that goes out and purchase those softwares and copies some ones hard drive and calls themselves DJ such and suchPaper Cha$er Que$tion: How do you price your beat$?Beat pricing depends on whether the artist has a budget and is purchasing 1 or more beats the more they purchase you try to cut a deal but if you really like the artist and you wanna work with the artist then you might throw the artist some free beats so it really depends on the situation$poken like a true Paper Cha$er, ok baby..I $ee you! Any final word$ for the crew? Thanks for having me Cookiz! "Family Reunion" Dysfunkshunal Familee in stores now and also available online where CDs are sold... GO GET IT! Also check me out on Beatminerz Radio every Friday 8-10pm est for that hip hop flava!

Michael Jackson wasn’t known for his collaborations with rappers, aside from his songs "This Time Around" and "Unbreakable" with Notorious B.I.G. He did occasionally borrow from hip-hop–Heavy D appeared on his 1991 song “Jam”–but he mostly focused on pop. He was the “King of Pop,” after all. Jackson’s coming posthumous album “Michael,” due out Dec. 14, features an unlikely guest star: 50 Cent. The rapper and Jackson appear on the track “Monster.” How did this come about? Was this some pairing dreamed up by marketers after Jackson’s death last year? According to producer Teddy Riley, who worked on “Monster” and produced some of Jackson’s work when he was alive, the pop star was fascinated by 50 Cent. He was particularly interested the rapper’s colorful life history–the stories of shooters trying and failing to kill him, and the gossipy coverage of his private affairs by the hip-hop press. “Michael wanted 50 Cent on a record with him,” Riley says. Riley says that Jackson reached out to 50 Cent about working together. After Jackson’s passing, the hip-hop star recorded the rap that appears on “Monster.” 50 Cent tweeted “michael reached out to me to do this song before he passed it going to be the biggest thing ever. hes the one we got our idea from. The recording industry can be treacherous for new artists. Record labels and crooked managers often prey on the uniformed. However, if they are lucky enough to survive those initial years in the business and get out of bad contracts - artists generally gain a lot of valuable knowledge, and should fare much better in future deals. Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas is an exception to that rule. Although we haven't heard about her having to deal with bad contracts yet. The singer admits that after 26 years, she's learned next to nothing about the business side of the industry. Instead she relies on her parents, lawyers and a therapist to insure she doesn't get taken advantage of. "Well, I'm still learning about the music business because it's changing. There are all these different things coming up because of technology. It was a different world back then; it was very straight and simple: You got a record deal, you made an album, you got new fans. Now it's all these 360 deals and all these different... You know what? The business side of it? That's not my cup of tea. Will.I.Am's great at it. He thrives on it. It's just not my personality. I want to get straight to the art. The other part of it? I have my business team explain it to me. I actually have conference calls where I have my mom and dad on the phone, my accountant, my lawyer... Once in a while, I even have my therapist on these calls," she told Billboard I'm not kidding. Because there's so much smoke... I'm very cut to the chase; that's my personality. I don't like to speak in circles. So when people do that I'm trying to find out, "OK, guys, what are we really talking about here?" So my therapist listens in. Because it's very important to make informed decisions. I can be very impulsive, which is great as an artist but not as a businesswoman. So I have to slow down and surround myself with a great support team. So that's what I've learned, that I need to surround myself with a team that can help me. It's part of knowing that you don't know it all." Hopefully Fergie's people are looking out for her best interests. I'd hate to hear about her being broke in the future because of mismanagement. twitter-5d.gif

Rapper's generally aren't the first people you think about when it comes to answering questions about political issues. That's not to say that rhyme sayers aren't aware of what's going on in the world. Take Roc Nation CEO Jay-Z, for instance. He's developed a friendship with our current President, Barack Obama. Also one of his good friends Kanye West, has recently been raked over the coals for five year old comments he made about former Commander In Chief, George Bush. When the Associated Press asked about the Kanye West situation, Hov defended his friend. "I think what Kanye went through was, he himself became that, over the Taylor Swift incident. People said he was racist. And he’s not a racist person, so it made him reflect on the comments that he made. But I 100 percent agreed with the comments that he made, because again ... it felt like it was being done to black people. Like all you saw on the news was black people with help signs and all this stuff, and then you have this picture of the commander in chief, who we all rely on, just flying by. It’s like, What is that? If that had happened anywhere else besides New Orleans, would the response been so slow? Would Bush been on the ground? You have to ask these sort of questions. Just the fact that he thinks that the worst thing that happened to him is Kanye saying something about him. Like, what? That alone shows you where his mind is. Are you kidding me?" Hov said A lot of people don't remember that Hov got into a serious legal jam back in 1999, when he stabbed record executive Lance "Un" Rivera. At the time Jay-Z thought Lance had leaked his new album 'Vol. 3... Life and Times of S. Carter.' He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge that resulted in a sentence of three years probation. Hov was asked to compare his situation to Lil Wayne's recent incarceration on gun charges. "The same sort of thing almost happened to me, and I pride myself on being a disciplined person. I was looking out for that sort of thing. I was trying to avoid it, and it still happened to me, so it just goes to show how difficult it is. Once you become a so-called celebrity, your life or your decisions don’t stop. You have to make smarter decisions, because you’ve grown up living your life a certain way. Most people grow up and just smoke weed. You just smoke weed and think, “OK, I’ll keep weed in my pocket.” Now that you’re a celebrity, it’s a whole different sort of thing. Celebrities need to be conscious and know who they are, because the same choices they made as a civilian will cost them years as a celebrity." Finally Jay weighed in on the current troubles President Obama has been facing. "I believe the same thing about Barack that I believed at day one. What he represents is bigger than any political agenda that he can pass across the House, Senate or whatever. I think that right now he’s going through a difficult period because people are putting the last eight years on his table and they’re judging him by it. You can’t expect a man to clean up eight years of mess in two years; it’s just bad math. It’s impossible." twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump But at least have the decency in you to leave me alone. When you freaks see me out In the streets, when I'm eatin or feedin my daughter, to not come and speak to me - Eminem "The Way I Am" Stars often have to accept that with fame comes demands by fans and the media to be accessible. Even when they just want to be left alone. Comedian and actor Mike Epps faced such a dilemma over the weekend, when he was trying to have a romantic dinner with his wife at the Key Club in Detroit. TMZ is reporting that Epps got fed up with a photographer who wouldn't leave him alone. After a while Epps decided the time for talking was over with, and started scrapping with the unwanted troublemaker right in the middle of the restaurant. Of course, it was all caught by someones camera phone. The footage isn't that great, but at one point you can see Epps letting his fists fly. "It was a private celebration for my wife's birthday. I asked the photographer numerous times not to film, but he refused to let up. I then attempted to retrieve the tape from the camera," Epps told TMZ. twitter-5d.gif
