Not even magazines are safe from leaks these days.

Lindsay Lohan's entire photo shoot for the January/February edition of Playboy has found it's way online forcing Hugh Hefner to push up the issues release date to next week.

"Because of the interest & the Internet leak, we're releasing the Lindsay Lohan issue early," Hef wrote on Twitter yesterday (December 9).

Lohan was paid $1 million dollars to take it all off for the Marilyn Monroe-inspired layout.

Your typical Wal-Mart shopping list might include items like milk, bread and clothes, but not if your name is Elizabeth Alisha Greta Halfmoon. She uses her local Wal-Mart store to cook up meth, or at least she tried to.

Police say the 45-year old Tulsa, Oklahoma woman had been in the store for six hours before employees noticed her acting suspicious and called them. When cops arrived they observed Halfmoon in the process of mixing ingredients in  a bottle.

When I saw her she had just finished mixing sulfuric acid with starter fluid in a bottle,” Officer David Shelby told Fox 23. “She didn’t have the money to make the purchases of the chemicals that were needed so she was taking what was needed in the bottle.”

Shoppers were oblivious to what Halfmoon was doing inside the store. One woman who had been shopping with her one-year old son was in tears when Fox 23 spoke with her.

This is a family store,” said Jessica Fuentes. “People need to start thinking. If she has family she needs to think about her family. If you are broke. It’s just wrong."

Halfmoon told firefighters that responded to the scene that she was trying to manufacture meth, but she just wasn't very good at it.

One police officer suffered burns to his hands while trying to discard the bottle when chemicals burned through it and the gloves he was wearing.

Cops say Halfmoon was arrested just last month in a "smurf" sting. "Smurfs" are identified by police as meth cooks or recruits who purchase pseudoephedrine to make meth. Halfmoon had only been out of jail for three days when caught cooking up in the Wal-Mart.

She was arrested and her bond was set at $100,000. Her arraignment is set for December 16th.

The Source Magazine caught up with 50 Cent at the recent launch of his SMS Audio headphone line. Journalist Bernadette Giacomazzo talked to Fif about what sparked the idea for the wireless headphones and how long it took to go from the concept stage to actually seeing the finished product.

"I was working on this project actually quite some time," Fif said. "I attended a CES (Consumer Electronics Show) like two years ago to announce it. since then I've completed it. So I'm excited that it's actually going to market now."

Bernadette also managed to grab a few minutes with SMS Product Development Manager Jason Hardee, who talked about meeting the high standards 50 demanded for the product.

"To start, 50 wanted to make sure that he had the best technology that was out there," Jason explained. "We started with the best materials. We wanted to be feather light, super strong and durable. Then we moved on to the acoustics and made sure we had the best sounding headphone out there. And then from there we wanted to add features no other headphone had. Whether it be 50 foot range, a battery that lasted longer, on board controls. You know obviously the style that 50 possesses. And basically sat down hand-in-hand with 50 making sure it sounded exactly the way he wanted it to sound, which took quite some time."

The philanthropic aspect tied to both Street King and SMS Audio is a huge undertaking by 50. He says that you can expect to see him continue to give back to the community with future business endeavors.

"It's a new model that I'm adapting for all of my brand extension opportunities. Hopefully it influences my peers and other young entrepreneurs and we can do something that actually affects things," 50 said.

You can check out the rest of the interview below which includes a segment with the Brian Nohe, the President of SMS Audio.

The NBA is trying to put a positive spin on it's decision to block a trade that would have sent Chris Paul to the Los Angeles Lakers.

Here's a recap of the bizarre events that went down yesterday (December 8).

The Lakers, Houston Rockets and New Orleans Hornets agreed to a three team deal that would have sent Paul to the Lakers. The terms of the trade would have sent Pau Gasol of the Lakers to Houston, who would have sent Kevin Martin, Luis Scola, Goran Dragic plus a 1st and 2nd round pick to the Hornets. The Lakers would also have sent Lamar Odom to the Hornets.

Chris Paul

The trade would have been a huge windfall for the Hornets who stand to get nothing at the end of the year if they are unable to move Paul, whose contract is expiring.

The Lakers would have gotten another all-star to play alongside Kobe Bryant, and the Rockets would have gotten the big man in Gasol they have coveted since losing Yao Ming to foot injuries.

12349120260?profile=original

Pau Gasol

Everybody should have been happy, but according to various sources other team owners objected to the trade because they didn't want Paul and Kobe on the same team.

Yahoo Sports obtained an email that was sent by Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert to NBA Commissioner David Stern, urging that the trade be voted on by the owners.

Commissioner,

It would be a travesty to allow the Lakers to acquire Chris Paul in the apparent trade being discussed.

This trade should go to a vote of the 29 owners of the Hornets.

Over the next three seasons this deal would save the Lakers approximately $20 million in salaries and approximately $21 million in luxury taxes. That $21 million goes to non-taxpaying teams and to fund revenue sharing.

I cannot remember ever seeing a trade where a team got by far the best player in the trade and saved over $40 million in the process. And it doesn’t appear that they would give up any draft picks, which might allow to later make a trade for Dwight Howard. (They would also get a large trade exception that would help them improve their team and/or eventually trade for Howard.) When the Lakers got Pau Gasol (at the time considered an extremely lopsided trade) they took on tens of millions in additional salary and luxury tax and they gave up a number of prospects (one in Marc Gasol who may become a max-salary player).

I just don’t see how we can allow this trade to happen.

I know the vast majority of owners feel the same way that I do.

When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Dan G.

Three hours after the trade was agreed upon the NBA killed it, saying it was in the best interest of the Hornets who are owned by the league.

Today Stern issued the following statement:

“Since the NBA purchased the New Orleans Hornets, final responsibility for significant management decisions lies with the Commissioner's Office in consultation with team chairman Jac Sperling. All decisions are made on the basis of what is in the best interests of the Hornets. In the case of the trade proposal that was made to the Hornets for Chris Paul, we decided, free from the influence of other NBA owners, that the team was better served with Chris in a Hornets uniform than by the outcome of the terms of that trade.” - David Stern

This whole things smells of collusion between other NBA owners and Stern to make sure the Lakers don't end up with Paul. The argument that the blocked deal was in the best interest of the Hornets is bogus. They would have come away with three starters and draft picks for a player that won't be there next year no matter what.

Paul is now threatening to sue the league for blocking the trade. The NBA Player's Association is also threatening to get involved if Stern doesn't reverse his decision.

What's your take on this whole mess?

The strange story of Marion Barry's life is coming to a tv screen near you very soon.

According to Deadline, Spike Lee will direct the movie which is being written by John Ridley for HBO Films. The movie will chronicle Barry's tenure as mayor of Washington D.C. Barry served two terms from 1979-91 and 1995-99. His fall from grace was well documented when he was caught on camera smoking crack in a hotel room with a female friend.

When feds busted him Barry famously said, "b*tch set me up!"

He served six months in federal prison on drug charges stemming from the video.

At this time there is no release date set for the movie.

Bad Boy Records is revamping its roster. The label that Diddy built from the ground up is looking for and signing new talent. Cleveland's Machine Gun Kelly signed with the label earlier in the year and yesterday on 106 & Park, Diddy made the announcement that French Montana has also joined the team.

I represent New York for the fullest,” Diddy said. “For real, can’t nothing move in this city without us being a part of it. We the Yankees of this whole thing. It’s time for us to get what we supposed to get. [French] got them pinstripes on and he ready to hit it out the park.”

French said he had offers from all of the majors but in the end decided Bad Boy was the best fit.

Why would I take my talent to South Beach?" French joked. "When I met with Puff and sat down and really spoke, he told me a couple of things and [he] never lied to me about nothing and always kept his word. It is what it is. It’s New York. I want to bring it back to New York.

At various points throughout the show, Diddy brought out members of the team. Machine Gun Kelly, Cassie and Red Cafe all made appearances.

Red performed "Hottest in the Hood" and "Fly Together" featuring Ryan Leslie.

2011 was a banner year for Jay-Z and Kanye West, together known as The Throne. If things go according to plan 2012 will be even bigger because we could see three separate albums from the duo.

"It depends on how this thing finishes up," Jay told MTV, referring to the current Watch the Throne Tour. "We — I say 'we' because I'm in Throne mode — we're in a great place creatively. You might see a Jay, then Kanye and a Throne album next year. You know, we're really in a great place creatively. We really found our zone."

Are you interested in hearing new music from Yeezy and Hov?
