Dub delivers his debut single Ex. This a very solid record in today's hip hop. Over a melodic yet uptempo hard knocking track, Dub uses a creative approach with his word play. With very catchy hook and a present bass tone, this single is definitely worth a listen. I had to add it on my Spotify playlist. Im almost certain this will be playing in clubs and radio everywhere.

You already know what goes down in MASS APPEAL's stairwell. Over the past year or so we've heard some tough rhymes ring out in this dusty corridor. Many of the artists featured have been up-and-coming talents, but today we hear from a seasoned vet. Earlier this month the King of Brooklyn himself passed through Mass Appeal HQ and blessed us with some bars. And as you might expect, Maino has a few things to get off his chest. This verse is a must hear—a reality check if you will. Listen up, and if you feel what Maino's talking about sound off in the comments.

HOUSTON (AP) — James Harden became the first player in NBA history to score 60 points as part of a triple-double as the short-handed Houston Rockets beat the Orlando Magic 114-107 on Tuesday night.
Harden scored 18 points in the fourth quarter to eclipse the 57 points Calvin Murphy scored in 1978 to break Houston’s single-game scoring record. After Harden broke the record, cameras in the arena showed a shot of Murphy, who works on the television broadcast team, smiling and clapping for the Beard, who also had 10 rebounds and 11 assists.
The game was tied at 107 after a basket by Marreese Speights with just under four minutes to play. Neither team scored for more than two minutes after that before Harden took over, scoring the next six points to make it 113-107 with 45 seconds left.
He set the scoring mark when he stepped back and made a 3-pointer before crashing to the court after being fouled by Mario Hezonja. He then made the free throw to give him 60 points and bringing the crowd to its feet.

Harden, who also had four steals and a block, grabbed his 10th rebounds a few seconds later to give him his third triple double this season. He made 17 of 18 free throws and was 19 of 30 from the floor with five 3 pointers.
Hezonja and Speights scored 17 points each for the Magic, who dropped their third straight.
The Rockets started the game without Chris Paul, who has a sore groin, and Trevor Ariza, who is dealing with a strained hamstring. They lost another player when Eric Gordon, who is second on the team in scoring with 19.5 points a game, left early in the second quarter with lower back stiffness.
Harden’s big night came as he played a season-high 46 minutes and 26 seconds with Houston missing so many players.
It was his fourth 50-point game this season and Tuesday’s performance bested his previous career-high of 56 points set in November against Utah.
Orlando led by two points with about 9 1/2 minutes left before the Rockets used a 10-4 run to make it 101-97 with about seven minutes to go. Harden made two 3-pointers in that stretch, and wowed the crowd on the second one that he came as the shot clock was about to expire and with Shelvin Mack right in his face.
Houston didn’t lead for long though, as Speights was fouled while making a 3-pointer and added the free throw to tie it seconds later.
The Magic had a 2-point lead with about 5 1/2 minutes left before Houston used a 6-2 run, with all its points from Harden, to take a 107-105 lead with about four minutes left.
The Rockets were up by 1 early in the third quarter when Harden scored all of the team’s points in a 6-2 spurt that made it 64-59. Harden capped that run with his first 3-pointer of the game after missing all seven tries in the first half.
Houston had pushed its lead to 7 later in the third after scoring four quick points. But the Magic used a 7-2 run, highlighted by a 3-pointer by Mario Hezonja, to get within 72-70 midway through the quarter.
The Magic tied it on a basket by Jonathon Simmons with about four minutes left in the third, but the Rockets used a 5-2 run to regain the lead, 83-80.
Speights made a 3-pointer to put Orlando back on top with just under a minute remaining in the quarter, but Houston scored the last four points of the quarter to take a 90-88 lead into the fourth.
Harden found Luc Mbah a Moute for a layup for the first basket in that span and added a jump shot just before the shot clock expired for the other points.
Harden piled up 16 points in the first quarter and had 24 by halftime despite his early 3-point shooting woes.
Orlando led 55-54 at halftime.

Ayanna Jackson says that after her first encounter with 2Pac they hung out on several occasions. On one of those nights, she alleges that she was sexually assaulted by 2Pac and a number of his associates.
She details the incident, revealing that she went to 2Pac's hotel suite where Haitian Jack, Charles Fuller, and Trevor were also present. Jackson says after some drinks and conversation in the living room area of the hotel suite she accompanied 2Pac to an adjacent bedroom where he asked her to give him a massage.
From there Ayanna reveals that she straddled Pac and as she rubbed his shoulders, men from the living room entered the bedroom. The rapper then allegedly grabbed her by her hair extensions making her unable to move as the men commented on her physical appearance. She then proceeded to try to release herself from the grip and asked what was going on.
However, she remembers making direct eye contact with Pac as he whispered, "Relax, relax baby. These are my boys. I like you so much I decided to share you with them." She responded seemingly triggered by the memory, "I don't want this. I came here for you this is not what I want."
The men ripped her black dress and pantyhose off, and she states that at some point during the ordeal, 2Pac left the room after first having sex with her. At some point she escaped the room by mentally detaching herself as the remaining men - Haitian Jack and possibly Trevor - took turns having their way with her. She ends her recollection noting that she believes Charles Fuller is the only one who did not rape her that night.
In this VladTV exclusive, Willie D took the time to speak about the Geto Boys’ legendary hip-hop song “Mind Playing Tricks on Me.” Willie acknowledged that the track was initially supposed to be a solo track for Scarface, but changed after J Prince heard it. He said the record needed to be a Geto Boys song. Willie noted that he doesn’t remember Scarface protesting the idea and that Scarface already had three verse written, but gave Bushwick Bill one of his original verses.
From there, Willie D spoke on the impact of Lil Jay and also commented on why he believes Lil Jay is so feared. The rapper noted that he is a good guy, that Jay runs off of the idea of respect.
Rumors started flying last year about Floyd Mayweather possibly considering a move to the UFC via a billion dollar multi-fight deal.
"They just called me not too long ago and asked me to come back," Mayweather said on Instagram Live, December 11. "I can come right back. If I wanted to I could come right back to the UFC. I can go fight in the Octagon. I can go do a three or four-fight deal in the Octagon and make a billion dollars. Remember I'm Floyd 'Money' Mayweather."
Later that month, UFC President Dana White confirmed something was in the works when he told ESPN he was about to sit down and talk business with the retired boxing legend.
"We're talking to Floyd about doing a UFC deal," White acknowledged at the time. "It's real. He was talking about [boxing] Conor McGregor. Was that real? Have you heard Floyd talk about many things that aren't real? He usually tips his hand when he's in the media, and then that shit ends up happening. We're interested in doing something with Floyd. Everything is a realistic possibility. Mayweather vs. McGregor fucking happened. Anything is possible."
Mayweather later shot down the possibility as just talk, but on Tuesday, January 30, he posted an Instagram video of himself stepping into an Octagon.
Could this really be happening? Let us know your thoughts.
TMZ reports that the 47-year old rapper, born Earl Simmons, was taken into custody in a Manhattan court Tuesday morning, January 30, for failing violating the terms of his probation in his tax evasion case.
He allegedly tested positive for cocaine, oxycodone.and other opiates. The judge in the case ruled he was a flight risk, adding that DMX had told a "great big lie" when he agreed to his bail terms.
"I'm saddened and disappointed. We'll have to deal with it accordingly," said Dark Man X's attorney Murray Richman.
X had recently been doing well while out on probation. He responded well to court-ordered drug rehabilitation and was granted permission to travel for business, after previously being placed on house arrest.
Murray said he would try to get his client back into rehab.

The court clerk who asked Meek Mill for money during his November 2017 probation violation hearing in Philadelphia has been fired, according to TMZ.
As we previously reported, Wanda Chavarria slipped the rapper a note requesting cash to help with her son's college tuition.
"My name is Wanda Chavarria and I hope you don't take offense to this letter or my request but I had to take this opportunity for my son," Chavarria wrote. "This will probably be my son's last semester at VCU if the tuition isn't paid for this year and unfortunately with my bad credit, I am unable to secure a loan or cosign a loan for my son. Anything you can do is very much appreciated."
A court official told TMZ that Chavarria "irretrievably crossed the line" with her unprofessional behavior.
Meek was ultimately sentenced to 2-4 years in prison during the hearing by Judge Genece Brinkley for violating his probation, stemming from a 2008 drug and gun conviction.
