One night in November of 2012 at hotel in Miami’s South Beach, former law enforcement official Robert Williams-known to some of you as “Rick Ross” or “Rozay” was approached by 4 men who are currently serving long prison terms for being leaders in the Gangster Diciples down in Georgia and Alabama. According to the indictment that put them in Federal prison, “overt act #12” to be exact, “Smurf”, “Shake”, “Spike”, “K.K.” and other Gangster Disciples members threatened rapper R.R. with physical harm unless rapper R.R. paid the Gangster Disciples for the use of the gangs name and symbols.
You probably remember the videos of G.D.’s around the country threatening Highway Rick Ross from World Star Hip Hop, and I would imagine they were either introduced as evidence or at least used during the investigation leading to the 32 man Gangster Diciple RICO case of 2016. Ok, but riddle me this: How did the Feds know about this small incident in the lobby of a hotel? It wasn’t on social media. There was no shootout. Just a group of guys talking, as far as I know. I’m not sure about who cooperated on the GD side, and its possible that the FEDS only know about this from an informant… but remember that Rick Ross was in the midst of a 25 city tour back in 2012 and had to cancel many dates…there are tons of newspaper articles with the headline: “Rick Ross cancels concerts due to death threats from Gangster Disciples”.

Sonovah Hillman Jr. aka Sonovah Junior,is not a typical 8-year-old.
She is currently working on 20 songs & has already released two of them.
“I Hate Zoom,” which is an ode to her deep distaste for virtual school & “TikTok,” which was just released. She writes all her rap lyrics.
"Whatever is on my mind, I just write about it," Hillman said.
What makes this young rapper unlike any others her age is she is the daughter of Earl Simmons, also known as legendary hip-hop artist, DMX. Hillman's father died of a heart attack in early April.
Hillman Jr.'s mother, Sonovah Hillman is raising her daughter in Oakland, California.
“Sometimes she looks just like him depending on the angle you catch her. She has a lot of his traits as far as an artist. Writing is easy for her,” Sonovah Hillman said.
Sonovah Hillman Jr. is a fan of DMX.
“My favorite song of his is ‘Party Up (Up in Here).' He was happy when I told him I wanted to rap,” Hillman Jr. said.
Hillman Jr. had the opportunity to visit a beach in Miami in February 2021, & said it is one of her favorite memories with her dad.
“It was fun. I just miss him & I’m kind of sad we won’t have more memories,” Hillman Jr. said.
Her father’s passion for hip-hop continues to live on in Hillman Jr. as she begins her own journey in the music industry.
“Rapping makes me feel powerful. Someday I want to own a mansion with 15 bedrooms,” Hillman Jr. said.
A posthumous DMX album is in the works & producers have asked Hillman Jr. to collaborate on two songs.
Hillman Jr. will be rapping with her dad even after his death. The release date has not been announced yet.
Florida Rapper Nulli Null pays Homage to his friend Luis Tovar in his latest contribution "Eddie Guerrero"
Nulli Null started his musical journey in Saint Petersburg, Florida - one of the most violent cities in Florida-while visiting his family in the summer. As a teenager, he started using music as an escape from the harsh realities and eventually found a way of raw expression in songwriting and rapping. Music helped Nulli cope with stress during the difficult times in his life and now he wants to use it as a medium to help others going through mental health issues.
Nulli Null's “Eddie Guerrero” is influenced by the death of one of his closest friends Luis Tovar. The loyalty of his vatos always respected how they move and value our friendships so to speak. Nulli dedicates the track to him, in the hook, he raps “R.I.P Luey, we were more than migos that’s bro like Chavo!” As in Chavo Guerrero, the brother to the late Eddie Guerrero Sr. "We were more than friends-we used to joke and call him the Latino version of me," says Nulli. The Florida native wanted to pay homage to Luey and Eddie Guerrero while showing his Latino friends that he appreciated their loyalty and respects how they value their genuine friendship.

Nulli Null's debut album “Youngin Blues of Betrayal” talks about the opposite of loyalty. On Eddie Guerrero, He displays his "Splangish" flow while comparing his life to Luey's. Witty street metaphors can be heard in "Eddie Guerro" referencing the youngins in Saint Pete and how they stay strapped up while road running in them "stolos" (stolen vehicle).

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — A gunman opened fire at a birthday party in Colorado, slaying six adults before killing himself Sunday, police said.
The shooting happened just after midnight in a mobile home park on the east side of Colorado Springs, police said.
Officers arrived at a trailer to find six dead adults and a man with serious injuries who died later at a hospital, the Colorado Springs Gazette reported.
The suspected shooter was the boyfriend of a female victim at the party attended by friends, family and children. He walked inside and opened fire before shooting himself, police said.
The birthday party was for one of the people killed, police said.
Police on Sunday hadn’t released the identities of the shooter or victims. Authorities say a motive wasn’t immediately known.
Children at the attack weren’t hurt and were placed with relatives.
“My heart breaks for the families who have lost someone they love and for the children who have lost their parents,” Colorado Springs Police Chief Vince Niski said.
It was Colorado’s worst mass shooting since a gunman killed 10 people at a Boulder supermarket March 22.
“The tragic shooting in Colorado Springs is devastating,” Gov. Jared Polis said Sunday, “especially as many of us are spending the day celebrating the women in our lives who have made us the people we are today.”
Colorado Springs, population 465,000, is Colorado’s second-biggest city after Denver. In 2015, a man killed three people, including a police officer, and injured eight others in a shooting at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs.
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A Sacramento police officer was arrested for two counts of filing a false police report, the department announced on Thursday.
Officer Alexa Palubicki, 26, had been with the department for three years and was the subject of a months-long investigation. The Sacramento Police Department said in a news release that Palubicki had been placed on administrative leave as soon as details on her misconduct were received.
Her arrest was the product of a 100-page internal investigation. It stemmed from a traffic stop Palubicki made at a gas station that spiraled into allegations of misconduct.
The report detailed the event, stating Palubicki pulled over a Black man and arrested him for being in possession of a loaded firearm. The report shows Palubicki initially pulled the man over for illegal parking at the gas station but later added suspicion of a DUI for probable cause after consulting with her fiancé who is also a police officer.
Another part of the report read, “the issue of concern was the inconsistency between the initial SSD jail booking arrest report and the SPD crime report.”
The department said that information was brought forward by other officers last July. The Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office said the charges relate to an incident that happened on July 11, 2020.
The DA’s office said it conducted an internal case audit to identify any pending cases filed that Palubicki had participated in. Cases in which Palubicki’s involvement was deemed “material and necessary for prosecution” were dismissed, the DA said.
Though Palubicki was the lone officer arrested, Sacramento Police Chief Daniel Hahn told CBS13 that there are more officers under investigation. It is unclear how many.

A Wisconsin man who confessed to punching his son to death over a slice of cake pleaded guilty to homicide in the middle of his trial, according to reports.
Travis Stackhouse, 30, pleaded to second-degree reckless homicide, child abuse & child neglect this week in the June 2019 death of his 5-year-old son, Sir Amer Stackhouse.
His guilty plea came Wednesday, after two days of witness testimony in his trial & after prosecutors introduced his taped confession as evidence.
Stackhouse reportedly faces 37 years in prison when he is sentenced next month.
Prosecutors alleged that the Milwaukee dad was upset that his children were eating most of his Father’s Day cheesecake & punched his son & smacked the boy’s face with the back of his hand, which contains metal from a surgery.
The child was reportedly pronounced dead early the next morning, after Stackhouse returned from a bar & the family called 911.
Sir Amer suffered a ruptured stomach, bruised kidneys & a torn adrenal gland & died from blunt force trauma to the abdomen.
