"Right Through Me" displays a much softer side of Nicki than we normally see, as she raps and sings about a guy she can't let go of. The song will be on her 'Pink Friday' album which hits store shelves November 22. The Queens femcee is aiming to become the third Young Money artist to have a number one album this year, following Drake and Lil Wayne. Expect the competition to be fierce though, as both Kanye West's 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' and Lloyd Banks' 'Hunger For More 2' drop on the same day.

Video After The Jump It's a Queens, New York thing, as Nicki Minaj nabs the # 6 slot on MTV's Hottest MC's In The Game list. The Young Money rapper lands one spot ahead of her boss, Lil Wayne and becomes the first female to ever grab a spot on the list. Nicki's rise to the top of the game is simply amazing, when you consider the fact that she doesn't have an album or groundbreaking mixtape out. Her buzz has been built around her animated looks and wordplay, as well as countless features, where she has often outshined the artists who's song she appears on. One of her most impressive moments came on the Kanye West track "Monster." Not only did Nicki hold her own against Yeezy, Officer Ross and Jay-Z, many will argue she had the best verse. Nicki has shown she can also do it by herself, with the hit song "Your Love.". Her debut album 'Pink Friday' drops next month, so it will be interesting to see if she can continue build on the momentum she has going so far. Congrats to Nicki for making the list at # 6.

Birdman Accused Of Lying About Possibly Being Minority Owner Of Miami Dolphins

Well, this is embarassing. Late on the day rapper and Cash Money Records exec Birdman claimed to be waiting on NFL approval to buy a minority stake of the Dolphins, the Dolphins denied ever even speaking to him. "I have NEVER spoken to him or any representative," Ross said in a statement released by the team. "Not considering or looking for any celebrity limited partners." Ouch. In other words, don't even try now. Birdman, real name Bryan Williams, had only just made his "announcement" to radio host Angela Yee on Sirius' Morning After Show. "I did hear you were looking into buying part of the Miami Dolphins," Yee said. "Sure was, I'm still waiting on that letter...," Williams replied. "We wanted to be part owner of the Dolphins and we're looking forward to that...It's in the works. You have to get clearance from the NFL and we're waiting for clearance. Once we get clearance, we good." Or not. But at least he reminded everyone he still exists by getting his name in the news! Video After The Jump I'm really digging the trend of rappers using bands in concert and live television appearances. It shows the progression of hip hop, from when performances were strictly two turntables and a mic. While I see nothing wrong with the latter, I do think live bands will become more the norm, and will free the dj up to do more cutting and scratching. All that leads up to is me saying Drake was exceptional on Late Show With David Letterman last night (October 1). Where he performed "Show Me A Good Time" from his debut album 'Thank Me Later.' How do you guys feel about live bands vs just the mc and his dj?

You may have to spend a few bucks to get it, but judging from the material Cam'ron's protege has been releasing to the streets, it will be well worth it. GEOHVISION was on the scene to give us a behind the scene glimpse of Vado and Jae Millz's new 'Respect The Jux' video. The song is inspired by the Frank Mathews novel of the same name, which is also being made into a feature film. The 'Slime Flu' mixtape is dropping October 12.

Video After The Jump JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- He is a multi-million dollar selling artist whose songs continue to top the charts. But Thursday night, two people told police that rap-artist, Drake started a fight that sent one of them to the hopsital. "I don't even want to hear his songs on the radio." Jeremis Soriano's lip was busted open after he said Drake's bodyguard punched him. "Before I got to say his name, he hit me in the mouth and I fell back," he said. Jeremis started to call Drake names when the rapper pushed his friend away. "He never put his hands on Drake. He never made a fist toward the security guard for them to hit him that hard," said Soriano's friend. And it continued after both of them were escorted out of the club. "Drake went to get on the bus and he flicked me off and said 'F--- You, you are nothing,'" said Soriano's friend. "They are just regular people with a little more money than us," said Soriano. Jeremis went to Memorial Hospital for treatment and now has six stitches in his mouth. "They are the same people that are buying your C.D.'s. You shouldn't treat us like that," he said. Jeremis says he will press charges and is even seeking legal advice. But he says he doesn't want much, just enough to pay his medical bills. Drake was in town last week for a concert. The Jacksonville Sheriff's office was not able to get in touch with Drake Thursday night, but they are investigating.

Glo has gone after Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma, now you can add Brian Pumper to that list of targets. "He's not that big....he's little," Glo told Philly's Batcave Radio Crew as she watched an X-Rated clip on the Porno N*gga. "Brian is not hanging cuz I just saw him." Glo then moved on to Nicki Minaj. A couple of months back, Gloria went in on Nicki. In the aftermath, Glo claims that members of the Young Money camp tried to smear her, by bringing up the fact that she appeared on Uncle Luke's Peep Show. In the video, Gloria is seen giving and receiving oral sex from another woman in front of a crowd of people. "The thing is, she's [Nicki] claiming that she is lesbian, she's gay. So why is that like a down? Why are you belittling that when you say all you do is love women? I was with a beautiful woman, so she contradicting herself...she's a puppet," Glo said. Fans are already talking about who would win a potential lyrical battle on wax between the two. It's something Cole has contemplated himself. He recently talked to Vibe and gave his thoughts on the possibility. "From a fan’s point of view, who are you going to get excited about [to] battle? I feel like that’s why people push the J.Cole/Drake thing so much, ‘cause I think we’re probably the first two artists that fans are super excited about. The two that they would like to see go at it. I don’t blame ‘em. But it’s just a sign of the times. Rap goes in cycles. I’m not promoting that, but I’m a competitive person in general, so I’m a fan of people throwing jabs and shots. Just in the last week we've seen Stunna cop a $2.5 million dollar Bugatti Veyron sports car. Now we see him being hand delivered a $1.5 million dollar diamond encrusted Chopard watch. The watch is supposedly one of only two made. The other is owned by singer Elton John who is an avid admirer of exquisite time pieces. So much so, he has his own collection designed by Chopard. The watch pictured below was made by the company to mark their 10 years of support for Elton's Aids Foundation.

Is spending $1.5 million dollars on a watch ridiculous or not a big deal if you're rich and can afford it?
