B.G. is sticking by the street code of "no snitching."

The former Hot Boys rapper, real name Christopher Dorsey, pleaded guilty Wednesday (December 7) to charges of being a three time convicted felon in possession of a firearm and witness tampering.

According to Nola.com, B.G. didn't cut a deal with prosecutors to testify against his co-defendants.

B.G., 31, was arrested in November 2009 along with Demounde Pollard, 17, and Jerod Fedison, 28, following a traffic stop in New Orleans. During a search of the car police found three guns, along with loaded magazines and two extended magazine clips.

In court yesterday B.G. admitted to owning some of the weapons. He also plead guilty to trying to coerce Pollard into signing an affidavit falsely claiming ownership of them.

In the 2011 music video "I Aint Tellin" B.G. speaks on not talking to the police and taking your own charge if arrested.

"Man, this f*cking ratting sh*t is getting out of hand," B.G. says in the video. "It's called t.y.c. man, take your charge."

B.G. will be held in jail until his March 14, 2012 sentencing, where he could get up to 40 years in jail.

Prior to his federal indictment last week on gun and conspiracy charges, rapper B.G. sat down with Mikey T The Movie Star for an interview. The Chopper City Records CEO talked about a wide variety of subjects, ranging his career status, influencing T.I.'s career, and the possibility of a Hot Boys reunion.

How was it working with T.I. under Grand Hustle?
T.I. was like I was one of the reasons he rapped. He was like 'man I used to be sitting in the trap bumping all your sh*t.' 'Cause I had put out like six solo albums under Cash Money before we even got our deal. So he was like 'man I used to listen to that sh*t.'

Is there going to be a Hot boys album this or next year?
As far as I'm concerned all of us say we ready, all of us say we with it. The whole wanna see it. It's a business move, me and Baby talk all the time. Me and Weezy always been like brothers. Me and Juve don't talk like that, but Turk about to get out. He's been gone about 7 years and six months.

Have you spoken to Turk recently?
Yeah I speak to Turk all the time, and I speak to [Lil] Boosie all the time.

Could you give us any update on Boosie?
I'm not his lawyer so I can't tell you the facts of his case right now, his spirits are up, he aint tripping.

Former Hot Boys Rapper B.G. Indicted On Gun & Conspiracy Charges, Faces Up To 10 Years In Prison

Former Cash Money artist B.G. faces the possibility of spending the next 10 years in prison after being indicted by a federal grand jury yesterday (May 19th).

According to a press release by U.S. Attorney Jim Letten, B.G., real name Christopher Dorsey, was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and conspiracy to obstruct justice

The charges stem from a November 2009 traffic stop in New Orleans where B.G. and two associates were found to be in possession of three guns, loaded magazines and extended clips. Two of the guns turned out to be stolen.

B.G. allegedly tried to get one of the men in the car, Demounde Pollard, to claim ownership of the guns. Pollard signed a false affidavit that said the guns didn't belong to B.G. leading to the conspiracy charge.

The 30-year old rapper enjoyed huge success in the 90's as a member of the Hot Boys along with Juvenile, Lil Wayne and Turk. A dispute with Cash Money CEO Birdman over money led to B.G. leaving the label in 2001 and forming his own imprint, Chopper City Records. His last album "Too Hood To Be Hollywood" was released in 2009.

Breaking News: Rapper Twelve A'Klok, Cousin Of Slain Rapper Soulja Slim, Murdered In New Orleans

The gangster rapper known to his fans as "Twelve A'Klok" was fatally shot early Monday in eastern New Orleans.

Argell White, 36, died from multiple bullet wounds to the back, coroner's chief investigator John Gagliano said.

His identity was released Wednesday, after authorities managed to get in touch with his relatives.

According to police, a newspaper deliverer found White lying on the ground bleeding in the 6800 block of Parc Brittany Boulevard about 5:15 a.m. The deliverer called 911, but White died before Emergency Medical Services paramedics treated him, Gagliano said.

Investigators have not released details about a motive or suspect in the killing.

White considered himself one of the founding members of the Cut Throat Committy record label. The group's most famous founder was White's cousin, renowned rapper James "Soulja Slim" Tapp, who is believed to have been the victim of a $10,000 hit in 2003 that played out on the lawn of Tapp's mother's home just as he appeared poised for mainstream stardom.

"(White) must have been (talented) if my son" entered business with him, said Linda Tapp, Soulja Slim's mother and the label's owner. "(Slim) liked to bring up a bunch of young, good rappers."

White released a number of albums for Cut Throat with titles such as "Lost 2 the World," "Cold Case," "Over Kill" and the two-volume "Still Standin'." On one of his MySpace profiles, he described his style as "real ... street (music). . . . We don't do love song(s) and we don't dance. Forget about it!"

He never enjoyed the fame his cousin did, Tapp said, but White's work earned him a decent following in the metro New Orleans area. Webpages featuring his music tallied tens of thousands of visits and counted hundreds of users as "friends."

White weathered serious run-ins with the judicial system during his life. He spent several years in prison after pleading guilty to an armed robbery in 1991. Almost a year to the day before his death, White was named a person of interest in the mysterious disappearance and death of an aspiring rapper who he had apparently argued with. Police, however, never booked him with a crime.

According to authorities, White lived in Harvey. He claimed on his MySpace to be married and a "proud parent."

These are, literally, the 50 most popular songs about sex ever, as based on each song's performance on the Billboard Hot 100 chart (from August 4, 1958 -- the inception of the Hot 100 chart -- through the Jan. 16, 2010 issue). Some songs are steamy slow-jams, some are hi-octane arena-rockers -- but what they all have in common (and what got them on this list) is that the subject matter of each song is directly related to sex. No more, no less. Got it? Now let's knock some boots.

Songs are ranked based on an inverse point system, with weeks at No. 1 earning the greatest value and weeks at No. 100 earning the least. Former Hot Boy B.G. Pleads Innocent To Gun Charges In Louisiana Could Face Lengthy Jail Sentence If Found Guilty

B.G., a prominent local hip-hop artist and longtime collaborator with superstar Lil Wayne, pleaded innocent to a gun charge Thursday in Orleans Parish Criminal District Court.

Christopher Dorsey, 29, who raps under the moniker B.G. or Baby Gangsta, was arrested with two other men in November for allegedly possessing three weapons, along with loaded magazines and two extended clips, while driving in eastern New Orleans. Police said two of the three guns had been previously reported stolen.

Officers from the NOPD's 7th District halted the late-model Chevrolet Tahoe after watching the driver commit a traffic violation, police said. Dorsey and Jerod Fedison, 18, were each booked with a count of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. A third man, Demounde Pollard, was booked on gun and drug charges, but prosecutors later dropped the case, according to court records. Fedison, meanwhile, has pleaded innocent.

Dorsey, a resident of St. Rose, has a lengthy rap sheet, and is facing stiff penalties if found guilty on the gun charge.

A request for comment from Dorsey's publicist was not immediately returned Thursday evening.

Last year, he pleaded guilty in Jefferson Parish to driving while intoxicated and was ordered to a serve two years' probation. As part of his sentence, he was to undergo drug testing. He failed a test late last year, and was ordered in Orleans Parish on Thursday to pay $350 to the judicial expense fund and undergo another drug test next week, court records show.

Amid the mounting legal troubles, Dorsey released a well-received rap album, "Too Hood 2 Be Hollywood, " in December on Atlantic Records.

Dorsey has been rapping for more than 15 years. He grew up in Uptown, and was member of the Hot Boys ensemble, which boasts such big names as Lil Wayne, Juvenile and Young Turk.

Lil Wayne, or Dwayne Carter, an international superstar raised in Hollygrove, is facing his own legal troubles in New York. He is due to be sentenced next month on a gun charge and has a plea deal worked out that calls for a one-year stint in jail, according to the Associated Press.
