He says the rapper jumped him for "entertainment purposes." 40 Glocc succeeded in winning the lawsuit by default. A word to the wise be careful what you do to and for people “For Entertainment Purposes”.

40 Glocc shared the reason for the suit with VladTV.com: “As far as the lawsuit, I looked at it as what he did. He didn’t do that as no street sh@#. I looked at it more like he did it as an entertainment purpose,” 40 Glocc explained. “So if it’s an entertainment purpose, ‘Hey, I’m an entertainer. I get paid to entertain.’ You made that fake *** movie, and made a fake *** edit. Lied about everything that took part, but you did it to assassinate me. And as an entertainer I’m like, I get compensated. You know I do movies. I have done movies, films, TV, videos. So I get paid to entertain on that side of it. At the same time I seen it like, if that was some real beef and it wasn’t for entertainment purposes, you wouldn’t have recorded no track like that and put it out, because that’s like letting the authorities know.”

40 Glocc is looking to get his revenge on The Game for the beating he suffered when was jumped by 15 people associated with Black Wall Street, as well as Game on July 7th of this year in Hollywood Hills, California.

40, real name Lawrence White, filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court. 40 claims in the suit that the video of the fight only shows part of what happened. He says Game pulled a gun on him while he was leaving a party and shouted, "Freeze or I'ma shoot, n*gga."

Glocc ran, but Game caught up to him and pointed the gun at his chest and told him not to fight back or he would "end it right now."

12349599066?profile=original

At that point 40 claims that he was beaten severely by Game and his crew "causing major injuries to his right eye, ribs, kidneys, right shoulder and back."

40 also says he suffered wounds to his face, head, legs, arms and hands.

He's suing for unspecified damages.

This is the second fight between 40 and a member of BWS. He was involved in a brawl with Compton Menace last May.

Audio After The Jump

The internet has been buzzing since Saturday after rapper 40 Glocc was jumped by The Game and his crew after leaving a part in Los Angeles. The two sides have continued to put out their versions of what went down via Twitter, and yesterday video footage emerged of the fight.

40 had the chance to talk to Vlad TV to clear the air. The Zoolife boss said he was jumped several times and guns were drawn.

"It's just regular street sh*t. It's entertaining at the same time," 40 said. "I'm dealing with weenies. I'm solo, if you want a problem with me let's get it in. Don't pull burners on me and chase me down with pistols."

40 added that he didn't swing back because he wanted to avoid getting shot and that the video footage was edited to make it look like he wasn't getting jumped.

"You gotta take a L in certain situations. I take a licking and keep on ticking," he continued. "My motto is if you aint got a gun and they got some you better run. I walk out from getting jumped by all these n*ggas I never got no busted lip, no missing teeth, no black eyes, no nothing."

The Cali rapper revealed that he and Game actually saw each other inside the party but the BWS leader didn't say anything to him, so he assumed there wouldn't be any beef.

"We seen each other at the party, but he acted like he wasn't looking at me, so I was looking at him. Then, I'm like 'Ok, he ain't trippin; then I ain't trippin',' " 40 explained. "I posted up for a while. Then I was ready to go, I left, boom. When I [got down the hill], all I saw was a gang of n*ggas, like 'Turn it up, turn it up,' screaming. I turn around, these n*ggas got guns and running at a n*gga. What was I supposed to do? Run towards them? I couldn't run towards all them n*ggas with guns. So I had to high tail it. I couldn't get to a pistol if I wanted to."

There's a lot more to the interview so check it out below.

Audio After The Jump

Since last Saturday's altercation between 40 Glocc and The Game and his BWS crew people have speculated on  whether or not it could escalate to the point where somebody could get seriously injured, or if the police would get involved. During a recent interview with Vlad TV, 40 made it clear that he won't be pressing charges and he doesn't feel like anyone will be killed as a result of the ongoing beef.

"The police can suck my d*ck," 40 said emphatically. "The police know damn well I don't give no motherf*cking statements. Like I said this sh*t is entertainment. Aint no motherf*cking statements. Aint no charges pressed. Just keep it 100 with me like that too though."

At one point Vlad said he was glad everyone walked away without there being any funerals.

"There aint gonna be no funerals from this," 40 responded.

One of the men who helped start Roc-A-Fella Records along with Dame Dash and Jay-Z could be spending the next 40 years in a federal prison.

Kareem “Biggs” Burke pleaded guilty Thursday [March 15] to a single federal count of conspiracy to distribute, and to possess with intent to distribute more than 100 kilos of weed according to NorthJersey.com.

He entered the plea in Manhattan before U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain.

Burke was nabbed after an 18-month investigation dubbed "Operation Green Venom." He, along with 50 others who were also arrested, was involved in a massive drug smuggling ring that distributed weed from Florida to New York.

The ring supplied the drugs to customers in New Jersey and New York.

Burke faces a minimum of five years in prison and up to a maximum 40 years when he is sentenced May 18. He also has to give up $660,000, his home, $15,000 in cash that was seized from his home when he was arrested in 2010, and his 2010 BMW.

Video After The Jump

Drake and producer producer Noah "40" Shebib work very well together. The two have carved out a sound that has obviously been very successful. That success has led to competition and comparisons to other rappers and producers.

Drake is involved in an all out battle with G.O.O.D. Music affiliate Common. Current G.O.O.D. Music artist Pusha T is perceived to be taking shots at Drake on his recent "Don't F*ck With Me" and "Sweet" freestyles and 40 told Vibe in their August/September 2010 issue that Kanye West once cursed him out for "borrowing" his sound.

"There are more similarities between me and Ye on 808s and So Far Gone than to Thank Me Later," 40 said at the time. "Ye cussed me out one day about jacking his sound. '40 I don't think you should be in the studio right now because you might just hear my new sh*t and subconsciously steal my new sh*t and it wouldn't even be your fault.' I can't even be mad at him because the last CD I listened to was 808s & Heartbreak before I started doing So Far Gone. I swear to God I haven't listened to a CD since other than Erykah Badu's new album which I love. That's it. I try not to listen to too much music because I don't want to be subconsciously influenced and he's 100% right about that."

In a new interview with MTV, 40 insists there is no problem or competition between himself and the Louis Vuitton Don despite any past issues.

"He's a huge influence to meI look up to that guy like crazy. I always have and I always will. To ever suggest something like that I think is way out of line," 40 said. "That's someone who's carved out a sound for rap music a couple of times, who has really influenced and changed the game as an individual. It would be crazy to say there's competition. I'm grateful to any and everybody that's ever influenced me, including Mr. West."
