B.G. is sticking by the street code of "no snitching."

The former Hot Boys rapper, real name Christopher Dorsey, pleaded guilty Wednesday (December 7) to charges of being a three time convicted felon in possession of a firearm and witness tampering.

According to Nola.com, B.G. didn't cut a deal with prosecutors to testify against his co-defendants.

B.G., 31, was arrested in November 2009 along with Demounde Pollard, 17, and Jerod Fedison, 28, following a traffic stop in New Orleans. During a search of the car police found three guns, along with loaded magazines and two extended magazine clips.

In court yesterday B.G. admitted to owning some of the weapons. He also plead guilty to trying to coerce Pollard into signing an affidavit falsely claiming ownership of them.

In the 2011 music video "I Aint Tellin" B.G. speaks on not talking to the police and taking your own charge if arrested.

"Man, this f*cking ratting sh*t is getting out of hand," B.G. says in the video. "It's called t.y.c. man, take your charge."

B.G. will be held in jail until his March 14, 2012 sentencing, where he could get up to 40 years in jail.

MEXICO CITY — Fighting among the Zetas gang and other vicious drug cartels led to the deaths of more than 40 people whose bodies were found in three Mexican cities over a 24-hour span, a government official said Saturday.

At least 20 people were killed and five injured when gunmen opened fire in a bar late Friday in the northern city of Monterrey, where the gang is fighting its former ally, the Gulf Cartel, said federal security spokesman Alejandro Poire.

Eleven bodies shot with high-powered rifles were found earlier Friday, piled near a water well on the outskirts of Mexico City, where the gang is fighting the Knights Templar, Poire said. That is an offshoot of the La Familia gang that has terrorized its home state of Michoacan.

Poire said an additional 10 people were found dead early Saturday in various parts of the northern city of Torreon, where the Zetas are fighting the Sinaloa cartel headed by Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman.

"The violence is a product of this criminal rivalry ... surrounding the intent to control illegal activities in a community, and not the only the earnings that come with it, but also with transporting drugs to the United States," Poire said in a news conference.

Poire provided no more details on the killings in Torreon in the border state of Coahuila.

Coahuila state officials said the 10 bodies in Torreon had been mutilated and left in a sports-utility vehicle. Seven of the victims were men and three were women, and all had been killed several days earlier, said Fernando Olivas, a state prosecutor's representative in Torreon.

In Monterrey, 16 people died at the Sabino Gordo bar in the worst mass killing in memory in the northern industrial city, where violence has spiked since the Gulf and Zetas broke their alliance early last year. Four others died later at the hospital and five were injured, said Jorge Domene, security spokesman for the state of Nuevo Leon, where Monterrey is located.

Other downtown businesses closed earlier than usual after news of the massacre broke.

In Valle de Chalco, a working class suburb southeast of Mexico City, a man was found alive among the dumped bodies and was taken to a hospital, said Antonio Ortega, a spokesman for the Mexico State police.

He said some of the bodies were blindfolded and had their hands tied. Poire said one woman was found seriously injured.

State officials said police found another body nearby a few hours later but could not confirm it was related to the mass attack.

Ortega said he didn't know if the victims were shot at the scene or were taken to site.

The capital region has been largely spared the widespread drug violence that grips parts of Mexico.

But some poorer areas of the sprawling metropolis of 20 million people have begun to see killings and decapitations committed by street gangs that are remnants of splintered drug cartels.

In another incident allegedly involving Zetas, the Mexican Navy said Friday it rescued a former mayor of Reynosa, across from McAllen, Texas, who had been kidnapped along with his son. Four alleged Zeta members were arrested at the scene after an anonymous tip informed the navy of former Mayor Humberto Valdez's abduction Thursday, according to the Navy statement.

Poire repeated the government insistence that criminals, not the government's crackdown on organized crime, are causing the violence. More than 35,000 people have died since President Felipe Calderon stepped up the attack on organized crime in 2006, according to official figures. Some groups put the number at more than 40,000.

"The violence won't stop if we stop battling criminals," Poire said. "The violence will diminish as we accelerate our capacity to debilitate the gangs that produce it."

Federal authorities apprehended La Familia's alleged leader in late June, claiming the arrest was a debilitating blow to the gang. Jose de Jesus Mendez Vargas was alleged to be the last remaining head of the cartel, whose splinter group, the Knights Templar, continues to fight for control of areas La Familia once dominated.

Mexican authorities also arrested Jesus Enrique Rejon Aguilar, a co-founder of the Zetas drug cartel who is suspected of involvement in the February killing of a U.S. customs agent.

Video After The Jump

Sh*t just got real.

For the last year or so Mobb Deep affiliate 40 Glocc has been embroiled in a war of words with a rapper named Menace from BWS. Things finally came to a head last night in Los Angeles when the two ended up at the same event.

Menace had requested the two fight a fair one, but as the footage will show that's not what happened.

Although the video is dark and hard to make out in some spots, you can clearly see 40 being jumped by a bunch of bloods. Since when does a fair one mean all your homies jump in with you?

After the melee 40 took to his twitter account to talk about what happened. He also posted a couple of pics of himself showing he had no marks on his face.

"LOOK AT ME AFTER 30 WEENIES JUMP ME LOL TELL THEM TO TAKE A PC THIS CLOSE!!  THAT WASN'T NO MENISHA FIGHT THAT WAS 30 B*TCHES ON 1 CRIP..LOL! N*GGAZ AINT BUILT FOR N*GGAZ OF MY BREED u can't get this juice cuz!" 40 wrote. "I GET DOWN WHERE I GET MAD AT..ni*ga REQUESTED THAT HEAD UP..LOL I GAVE IT & 30 N*GGAZ JUMP IN & I WAS SOLO!..I EXPECT THAT THEY'LL REGRET THAT."

12348870099?profile=originalPic of 40 Glocc taken right after he was jumped.

Meanwhile Menace was on twitter bragging that he busted 40 up, which is clearly not true based on the pictures and video.

I'm actually surprised we don't see this happen more often.

A news crew from Sacramento tv station Fox40 was attacked by angry family members of a shooting victim.

27-year-old Chester Jackson was shot and killed in a parking lot outside an IHOP early morning Sunday (February 20). His family gathered in the parking lot and set up a makeshift memorial. When reporter John Lobertini and photojournalist Rebecca Little approached to see if anyone wanted to talked, things got ugly.

"This is one of the hazards of the business but we didn't expect what we encountered here today," said Lobertini.

Before things escalated into violence, one woman is seen yelling at the news crew, who didn't back down. Then someone is seen pulling Little to the ground by her hair as they attempted to stop her from filming.

"When I fell on the ground I was protecting myself, and then she kicked me and I was still kinda paralyzed, and I hear my reporter John say, 'get up, get up,'" Little told Fox40

It was just an unfortunate situation for everyone. I know I wouldn't want some guy sticking a mic in my face right after a relative was killed. Hopefully the news crew won't try to press any charges.

At one point you can hear family members respond to her saying she was kicked by replying "nobody hit you."

"I know people are going through rough times but that's still my job. I wasn't trying to get in their face and be disrespectful," Little said.

Big Bad 40 Glocc is showing that hard work pays off.

Besides his associations with Mobb Deep and G-Unit, 40 has established his own brand with his Zoo Life movement.

But no matter how hard he puts in legitimate work, the police still sweat him on occasion. From a gang injunction last year that prevents him from hanging around an alleged gang affiliated apartment complex in his hometown of Colton, California - to a recent arrest for gun possesion (he posted 100K bail the next day), 40's proving you can't keep a real G down.

Sub 0 recently caught up with 40 to get updates on several of his run ins with other industry cats.

Sub 0: How you feeling about Young Buck, yall cool?

40: Nah I don't f*ck with cuz. I only know cuz from 50 [Cent]. From the time I did f*ck with him, yeah we was cool. He struck me as a n*gga that would be real. But then when you get to doing sh*t fake it kind of make me [think] like, 'nigga you wasn't so real after all... you was playing a real role.' That b*tch inside him she was tucked away then she just came out of her little womb. Now she just dancing around in a n*gga. Somebody need to chase that h*e up out that n*gga.

Sub 0: How you feeling about Game these days?

40 Glocc: I don't f*ck with him - he got like 8 b*tches dancing around in him. Them h*es just jumping around having a ball in that n*gga sh*t. Walking around butt naked in him - B*itch Ass N*gga.

Sub 0: What happened with Plies man?

40 Glocc: Ah that sh*t... them b*tches dancing around in that n*gga too (laughs). B*tches just jumped up and started running from a n*gga. They must have thought I was a pimp. I don't know, I didn;t do nothing to the boy. He harmed his own career with that situation. I really didn't do nothing, all I did was show up. I wasn't coming to attack the n*gga.

He was in California ... we're real territorial state. It's heavy gang banging, heavy racial tensions. He was shooting a video and we just showed up at the set. We walked up and the nigga just ran.

Sub 0: What would have happened if Wayne would have come out of that bus that day you knocked on the window?

40 Glocc: Man that was just a "scared straight" thing, we wasn't gonna do nothing to the boy. Ih him and Baby wouldn't have had the right words we was just gonna make them apologize on camera. We could have bust the windows out of it easily, it wasn't nothing stopping us from doing that. That wasn't our intention -- we was just gonna put em on blast. You wanna gang bang? This is how we get down.

He would have had to address the matter of indulging in gang banging and dissing crips. N*gga you aint even no real Blood, don't play with us like that loc.
