The recently surfaced video showing Lebron James and Dwayne Wade of the Miami Heat supposedly making fun of Dallas Mavericks player Dirk Nowitski's recent illness drew a quick response from the Dallas player.
Nowitski criticized the two Heat players were not acting their age at the press conference following game 5
"Well I just thought it was a little childish, a little ignorant," Nowitski said. "I've been in this league 13 years and I've never faked an injury or an illness before."
It seems the two sides are playing mind games with each other, but all that matters right now is the final result. So far Dallas is winning 3 games to 2 in the best of 7 series. Which resumes Sunday (6/12/) at 7 P.M. eastern on ABC.

A former San Francisco Bay area transit officer convicted of fatally shooting an unarmed black man is getting released from jail after serving only 11 months of a two-year sentence.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert J. Perry ruled yesterday (June 10) that with good-conduct credits and time served, Johannes Mehserle has to be released Monday.
Mehserle shot 22-year old Oscar Grant once in the back as he lay face down on an Oakland train station platform New Years's 2009. Grant was initially pulled off the train for allegedly getting into a fight.
Videotape of the incident, which was caught on camera by train passengers outraged the Oakland community.
Mehserle would later claim at his trial that he mistook his handgun for his taser.
He received two year sentence for involuntary manslaughter after juros ruled that he didn't intend to kill bell, but was negligent in the way he handled the situation.
News of his pending release already has a lot of people upset and protests are already planned in Oakland and Los Angeles.
Oakland Mayor Jean Quan said city officials are ready in case things get out of hand.
“Although we expect peaceful gatherings, we do not anticipate nor will we tolerate vandalism or violence. The Oakland Police Department is prepared to respond if personal safety or property are at risk," Quan said in a statement.

Kim Kardashian has a stunning $2 million dollar engagement ring on her finger courtesy of NBA player Kris Humphries. But there's another gentleman who claims the reality star was getting freaky with him while she should have been spending quality time with Humphries.
Brett Lockett, a player for the NFL's New England Patriots organization maintains that over a five month period, he and Kim K shared an intimate relationship, but did not meet in person. Instead they engaged in sexting and phone sex according to Lockett.
"I've said before that it was a physical relationship, but when I mean physical, I say that meaning there was a physical aspect to the relationship," Lockett told Showbiz Tonight. "I don't really want to get into the details, but she did tell me she was touching herself over the phone in a physical way towards me. So when I say we had a physical relationship, that's what I mean. But was it a physical relationship where I saw her in person, no."
Kim flatly denies the allegations and has threatened to sue Lockett if he doesn't retract his statements.
Kim's lawyer, Michael Kump, told TMZ "To put it very plainly and clearly, and as Mr. Lockett knows, there is not now, and never has been such a relationship. Ms. Kardashian does not know and has never even met Mr. Lockett."
I guess It's a case of he said, she said. Kim is said to be preparing for her wedding so the story obviously didn't damage her relationship with Humphries.
Who do you think is telling the truth?

Fabolous isn't resting on his laurels. Fresh off of dropping the well received project 'The Soul Tape,' Loso is already hard at work on his sixth studio album 'Loso's Way 2: Rise to Power.'
Hot 106 caught up with Funeral Fab backstage at last week's Hot Nite 2011 concert in Providence, and got the information from the man himself.
"That's [the new album] is coming in September -- we're looking to do that around September 13 actually because September 11 was when my first album dropped ten years ago," Fab said. "That was also the tragic day of 9/11, my album dropped that same day. We kind of want to do a ten year anniversary kind of feel."
Fab is currently out on the road touring. You can catch him in Orlando on July 3 with Soulja Boy, and in Chicago July 9 with Young Jeezy and Travis Porter.

As we draw closer to the August release date of Lil Wayne's new album 'Tha Carter IV' lawsuits keep pouring in from producers wanting to get paid for their work on it's predecessor, 'Tha Carter III.'
Just within the last week, Wayne has been sued twice. First by producer David Kirkwood, who claims he's owed $1.5 million, then the production team of Play-N-Skillz sued him for $1.5 million for producing the hit song "Got Money."
"A Milli" producer Bangladesh sued Weezy for $500,000 last May, and in March of this year Darius ‘Deezle' Harrison sued the rapper for $20 million for his production work on the album.
Add Jim Jonson's accusation that he was never paid for his work on "Lollipop" and you have five producers who are still looking to get paid three years later.

Now that ink has dried on the reportedly hefty signing bonus she received from Columbia Records, the hard work begins. For Kreashawn her job is clear. Convince the rap world she and her White Girl Mob can be taken seriously.
Her youtube hit "Gucci Gucci" got people's attention. But it's a recent tweet with her using the N-word that has people talking.
“People are actin so funny omg lol… I got 200k views… not 200k dollars…WTF YOU WANT FROM A N*GGA?! DMX VOICE." she wrote on twitter.
The 21-year old, real name Natassia Zolot, defends her use of the word. Saying she is a product of her environment, having grown up in East Oakland, in an area called "murder dubs."
"Personally in my songs I don't use it at all. If I'm freestyling and I said it, that's just for that point in time. she told the OC Times "Any songs I'm writing I don't use it. But like I said in Oakland, Asian people will call Mexicans that. A Mexican will call a black dude that. A white person will call an Asian that. Everyone calls each other that. I feel like that word is used in the low income community more than anything. I can see if I was some rich crazy trick and I was just saying this because it's hip-hop. No, I was raised around this. Me and my sisters were all raised around this. People call me that. But personally I'm not flaunting it around. I don't say it in my music because of how, if I'm putting myself out there to the world there are going to be a lot of people who don't like it."
I guess "growing up around it" would explain why Kreayshawn's sister V-Nasty of the White Girl Mob uses the word almost every other sentence in videos we've seen of her freestyling.
Is it ever ok for white people to use the N-word?

Lebron James is not having a good series so far in the NBA Finals. His team is down 3 games to 2 in the best of 7 series with the Dallas Mavericks. To make matters worse, he's had to deal with crazy rumors that his girlfriend and mother of his two kids, Savannah Brinson slept with fellow NBA star Rashard Lewis recently causing his bad play on the court.
The rumor mill begin to spit out so many wild stories, Lewis finally decided to call Houston radio station 97.9 The Box to flatly deny the allegations that were started initially by Box personality. Nnete.
"I can most definitely tell you that those rumors are 100% false. They're not true. I don't know how it came up." Lewis said. "I think if anything they need to let the man play. He's trying to win a championship and the media putting all this negative stuff out about him aint gonna do anything. but mess with his head."
Lebron had a triple double is last night's losing effort for the Heat, but again he did not carry the team on his back down the stretch. Some would argue that he shouldn't have to carry a team that already features talents like Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade.
Fair or not though, it's Lebron who will take the brunt of the criticism if his team loses.
Do you think the pressure is getting to Lebron?
