A Chicago man was filming himself on Facebook Live when he was shot.
The 31-year old man was standing in front of a store at 55th and Hoyne in the city’s West Englewood neighborhood on Thursday, March 31st.
"They said they heard I was up here so they had to open the store back up for the kid," he says. "I can't be out here without the store being open. I need somewhere to duck and hide."
Moments later a vehicle can be heard driving by. The victim looks in that direction right before shots ring out. The man drops his phone and a shooter comes into focus, standing over the phone continuing to fire.
According to WGN, the victim is a known gang member. He is currently in the hospital with multiple gunshots wounds. He's listed in critical condition.

(ESPN) As if Adrien Broner didn't have enough problems, he added one more to the list when he failed to make weight Thursday afternoon and was stripped of his junior welterweight world title.
Broner, who won the 140-pound belt by 12th-round knockout of Khabib Allakhverdiev in October, was due to defend it for the first time against England's Ashley Theophane in the main event of a Premier Boxing Champions card on Friday (Spike, 9 p.m. ET) at the DC Armory in Washington, D.C.
While Theophane was right on the division limit of 140 pounds, Broner was 140.4 pounds. He had two hours to lose the extra 0.4 pounds, but he never returned to the scale in an attempt to make weight.
The fight will still go on with Theophane able to win the vacant title. If Broner wins, the title will remain vacant.
In order for the fight to go forward, the Broner and Theophane camps made a deal under which Broner (31-2, 23 KOs), 26, of Cincinnati, will have to pay Theophane (39-6-1, 11 KOs) a portion of his purse. Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe, Theophane's promoter, said they made a deal, but he declined to disclose the terms. Multiple sources told ESPN.com that Broner would pay Theophane $50,000.
Broner has won world titles in four weight classes, but this is the second time he has been overweight and been stripped of a belt.
In July 2012, Broner was due to make the second defense of his junior lightweight world title against Vicente Escobedo, but he was well over the division limit of 130 pounds. Broner weighed 133½ pounds and was stripped. Escobedo, who made weight, was eligible to win the belt, but Broner knocked him out in the fifth round the next night, and the title remained vacant.
"It's an unfortunate situation," Ellerbe told ESPN.com. "It's very embarrassing and unprofessional. These young fighters need to understand the importance of taking their job very seriously and showing professionalism."
Regarding Broner not returning to the scale to at least try to make the weight, Ellerbe said, "That was his decision. It's a decision he made. I can tell you this: Ashley is focused, he's prepared and he's coming to win the WBA title."
Broner's professional issues come amid a storm of controversy over his actions unrelated to boxing. He will go into the fight with warrants for his arrest in his home state of Ohio on charges of felony assault and aggravated robbery in connection to an incident during the early-morning hours of Jan. 21.
Broner is accused of assaulting a man and robbing him of $12,000 at gunpoint outside of a bowling alley. Broner allegedly lost the money to the victim during a night of high-stakes betting on bowling games, knocked him unconscious outside the bowling alley after a confrontation and took the money.
Despite heavy criticism in some quarters for agreeing to allow Broner to fight with outstanding warrants in connection to a violent crime, the DC Boxing and Wrestling Commission agreed to license Broner after it said it received written assurances from Broner's camp and authorities in Ohio that he would turn himself in after the fight.

When Jay Z bought Swedish music streaming firm, Aspiro, for $56 million in March 2015, their subscriber base was figured into the purchase price.
The business mogul, who later renamed the company Tidal, is now seeking to recoup $15 million from the seller, claiming the subscription numbers were inflated.
“It became clear after taking control of Tidal and conducting our own audit that the total number of subscribers was actually well below the 540,000 reported to us by the prior owners,” Tidal said in an e-mailed statement to Bloomberg. “As a result, we have now served legal notice to parties involved in the sale.”
Despite having exclusive content from artists includingBeyonce, Kanye West, Madonna, Nicki Minaj, J. Cole, Daft Punk, Alicia Keys, Jack Whiteand others, Tidal with it's3 million subscribersstill trails it's biggest competitors by a wide margin.
In contrast, Spotify currently has 30 million paid subscribers and Apple Music has more than 11 million.

There was once a time when boxing pundits thought Adrien Broner (34-2) would be the sport's next big star once Floyd Mayweather Jr. retired. That could still happen because the talent is there, but after going undefeated in his first 27 pro bouts, the four-weight world champion has lost twice in his last six fights.
AB is still adjusting to fighting bigger opponents as he's moved up in weight. He's also has struggled while attempting to use the "shoulder roll" defense that Mayweather mastered, causing him to take more punishment than necessary.
It's not surprising that Broner has attempted to mimic Money May inside the ring because he idolized the undefeated, retired former champion.
In turn, Mayweather took the Cincinnati fighter under his wing.
That friendship appears to be over now as Broner prepares to face Mayweather Promotions boxer Ashley Theophane (46-6) on April 1st.
The Problemreleased a video last week taking shots at Mayweather for criticism he received for tossing money in the air inside a Walmart.
"I been seeing a lot of blogs and motherfuckers been hitting me up talking 'bout Floyd talking about me ... again. Not once. This has happened on multiple occasions," Broner says in the clip. "This goes back to what I say. Real niggas don't do this type of shit, bruh. I'm starting to feel like I'm a threat to you big bruh, and I don't like that. But, I'm starting to feel like you're saying fuck me, so it gotta be fuck you."
In a new interview withFightHype.com, Floyd fires back.
"Adrien Broner, his nickname is 'The Problem.' I think he has a lot of problems. Adrien Broner was just an alcoholic six months ago. One thing I'm trying to find out about Adrien Broner, is he a boxing promoter, is he a rapper, is he a porn star, or is he a gangster? Like I said before, 'The Problem,' that's what Adrien Broner likes to call himself, if I'm not mistaken. The problem that he really needs to focus on is his problem in Cincinnati...I think the best name for him is not 'The Problem,' it's 'Snake,'" Floyd said.
