The allegations against NFL superstar Deshaun Watson are piling up ... a third female masseuse has filed a lawsuit against the QB, claiming he forced her to perform oral sex during a Dec. 2020 encounter.
The woman, who filed her suit under the pseudonym Jane Doe to protect her identity, claims Watson reached out on Instagram to set up a session.
The woman says the two agreed to an appointment at a Houston office building on Dec. 28, 2020 at 10 a.m.
Jane Doe -- who claims she was newly engaged & had just graduated chiropractic school -- says her mother dropped her off at the job, & then she met Watson & that's when she claims things immediately got weird.
The woman says Watson insisted she focus on massaging his "inner thighs" and "inner glutes" -- while repeatedly telling her he's a professional football player.
She claims Watson "got more aggressive" & eventually "coerced [Jane Doe] to move her mouth toward his penis, forcing [Jane Doe] to perform oral sex on him."
The woman claims she never consented to the sex act & actually "blacked out for a few minutes from the fear."
In her suit, the woman claims she was so terrified, she defecated on herself.
The woman says Watson got up, got dressed & left as if nothing happened.
The woman is suing for sexual assault, civil assault & intentional inflection of emotional distress.
It's the third lawsuit filed against Watson by attorney Tony Buzbee ... who claims there are at least 3 other women who will be taking legal action against the Houston Texans player.

New York (CNN Business) Kanye West officially became a billionaire last year. Now, he's a billionaire six times over.
The 43-year-old rapper turned fashion & athletic shoe mogul is now worth $6.6 billion, according to Bloomberg.
The vast majority of West's wealth is tied up in his apparel businesses: The combined value of West's Yeezy sneaker partnership with Adidas & his clothing line with the Gap is worth a combined $3.2 billion to $4.7 billion, according to a UBS report published in February.
West has an additional $1.7 billion in other assets, including a major investment in his estranged wife Kim Kardashian's Skims shapewear line.
His music catalog is worth $110 million & he holds $122 million in cash & stock, according to Bloomberg.
Gap & West announced their 10-year partnership last June -— an unveiling that initially caused the apparel maker's stock to soar nearly 19% on June 26 before leveling out weeks later.
Adidas, meanwhile, expanded its partnership with Ye in 2016 after a successful multi-year run with his Yeezy sneaker line. The German sports apparel company called its deal with West "the most significant partnership ever created between a non-athlete & an athletic brand." West's high-end athletic shoes routinely sell out within minutes of going on sale online.
West also filed for a trademark for a Yeezy beauty line last June.
Forbes reported West's net worth had reached $1.3 billion last April.

Famous Dex's very bad week just got worse, because cops say they just busted him with a loaded gun.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper was riding in the backseat of a car when LAPD pulled it over Tuesday night in North Hollywood for not having a rear license plate. We're told Dex tried to get out & walk away during the traffic stop, but cops detained him & then searched the vehicle when they discovered one of the passengers was on probation.
During the search our sources say a loaded gun was found under Dex's seat, so he was arrested for carrying a concealed firearm.
According to police ... the rapper was booked on the felony charge & his bail's set at $35,000. We're told he's still behind bars.
We broke the story ... Famous Dex had another encounter with police last week, after he was allegedly robbed at gunpoint in the San Fernando Valley. He told cops the robbers made off with a $50,000 watch & thousands more in cash.
No arrests yet in his robbery case, but now Dex has his own to worry about. We reached out to his camp, but no word back yet.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Kobe Bryant’s widow, Vanessa Bryant, on Wednesday posted the names of four Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies she alleges shared graphic photos from the site of the helicopter crash that killed her husband, their daughter, Gianna, and seven others.
Bryant’s Instagram posts include images of portions of her lawsuit, which was amended to include the names of deputies Joey Cruz, Rafael Mejia, Michael Russell and Raul Versales. The suit alleges that Cruz shared photos of Kobe Bryant’s body with a bartender and the others passed around ”gratuitous photos of the dead children, parents, and coaches.”
None of the deputies were directly involved in the investigation of the crash or had any legitimate purpose in taking or passing around the grisly photos, the suit contends.
“We will refrain from trying this case in the media and will wait for the appropriate venue,” Sheriff Alex Villanueva tweeted. “Our hearts go out to all the families affected by this tragedy.”
Kobe Bryant and the others were killed Jan. 26, 2020, when the helicopter they were aboard crashed west of Los Angeles in the hills of Calabasas.
The Los Angeles Times later reported that a departmental internal investigation found deputies shared photos of victims’ remains. Vanessa Bryant sued the county and the Sheriff’s Department, seeking damages for negligence and invasion of privacy.
A federal judge last week rejected a bid to keep the deputies’ names under seal, allowing Bryant to add them and details from the internal affairs investigation to the lawsuit.
In the lawsuit, Bryant alleges that according to a Sheriff’s Department investigatory report, one deputy took 25 to 100 photos on his personal cell phone that had no value to the investigation. The suit alleges that at least eight deputies snapped cellphone photos.
The suit says that on the day of the crash Mejia, who was assigned to the crash site, obtained photos from fire department personnel, then walked over to chat with a female deputy — who wasn’t involved in the investigation — and “for no reason other than morbid gossip,” sent them to her cellphone.
The suit contends that two days after the crash, Cruz “boasted” to a bartender at a Southern California bar and grill that he’d responded to the scene and showed photos the trainee deputy had been sent by Mejia. They included bodies of a girl and of Kobe Bryant, the suit alleges.
The bartender told a table of nearby customers “specific characteristics” of Kobe Bryant’s remains, and the patrons became disturbed enough that one filed an official complaint with the Sheriff’s Department, the suit says.
According to the suit, Cruz also showed the photos to his niece and another bar patron, and texted images to Russell, who allegedly shared them with a friend.
The suit alleges that within two days, at least 10 Sheriff’s Department members had seen the photos and they became “the subject of gossip” within the department.
The lawsuit says that the Sheriff’s Department hasn’t released results of its internal investigation but Vanessa Bryant obtained the final report through the courts in January.
The report “reveals that the Sheriff’s Department has failed to take basic steps to ensure all copies of the improper photos are tracked down and sequestered,” the suit alleges.

Houston attorney Tony Buzbee announced Wednesday that he is working on additional cases alleging misconduct by Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson.
The announcement comes hours after Buzbee filed an eight-page lawsuit against the Texans QB on Tuesday evening.
Buzbee, who made the announcement on social media, said his team would file the second of what now is four cases on behalf of women against Watson.
KPRC 2 learned that there are two women involved in the lawsuits, both of whom are planning to file two lawsuits each against Watson.
Buzbee also added that since filing the first sexual assault case against Watson on Tuesday, he has received multiple death threats and multiple people have harassed his children.
“The blame the victim (or the lawyers) mentality is alive and well!! I love football as much as the next person (although I’ve never been a Texan fan). But I don’t love it that much. Makes me shake my head that people are so passionate about football to the point of irrationally, while at the same time they could care less who the mayor or president will be,” Buzbee’s social media post read, in part.

Former NBA center Shawn Bradley suffered a traumatic spinal cord injury that left him paralyzed, according to a statement released on his behalf by the Dallas Mavericks.
On Jan. 20, Bradley was struck from behind by an automobile while riding his bicycle a block from his home in St. George, Utah. He underwent neck fusion surgery & has spent the past eight weeks hospitalized & undergoing rehabilitation.
"With his wife Carrie at his side around the clock & supported by an amazing team of rehabilitation specialists & family, Bradley is in good spirits," the statement read, in part. "He plans to use his accident as a platform to bring greater public awareness to the importance of bicycle safety."
The 7-foot-6 Bradley, 48, was the No. 2 overall pick in the 1993 draft, selected by the Philadelphia 76ers after spending two years on a Mormon mission following his freshman year at BYU. He averaged 8.1 points, 6.3 rebounds & 2.5 blocks during his 12-season NBA career, spending the past eight & a half years with the Dallas Mavericks.
"We are saddened to hear of Shawn's accident," Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said in the statement. "Shawn has always been incredibly determined & shown a fighting spirit. We wish him nothing but the best in his recovery. He will always be a part of our Mavs family."

Rae Sremmurd's brother is facing a first-degree murder charge -- this after cops say he shot his own father, RS's stepdad, in cold blood.
Swae Lee & Slim Jxmmi's half-bro, Michael Sullivan, has been charged with murder in Lee County, MS ... according to D.A. John Weddle, who tells us the indictment was handed up after a grand jury heard evidence in January.
We're told this is not a death penalty case -- but Michael still faces life in prison if convicted. He's still in custody ... no word when he's due again in court, or when the case will go to trial.
The D.A. wouldn't get into details of the alleged killing, other than to say Michael's biological father, Floyd Sullivan Jr., was shot at least once on Jan. 6, 2020 -- which is when word of his death first surfaced & Michael was detained as a person of interest.
As we told you ... Michael's mother, Bernadette Walker, told us she believed Michael might have been off his medication before the alleged shooting -- as she explained he'd been having episodes with her too before going to live with his dad.
Bernadette also revealed Michael is afflicted with Schizoaffective disorder, which lends to schizophrenia & everything that comes with it ... including mood swings, delusions, etc. It's unclear how this factored into what was presented to the grand jury -- but we were told he was held for a psychiatric evaluation before he was eventually arrested & taken to jail.
As for Swae & Slim ... they haven't said too much about the matter, but the former did tweet broken heart emojis shortly after the incident, as well as this in a since-deleted message ... "I pray this world let's me keep some compassion."

(AP) The suspect in the shootings at three Atlanta-area massage parlors that killed eight has been charged with murder and assault.
Authorities in Cherokee County say 21-year-old Robert Aaron Long was charged with four counts of murder and one count of assault in the shooting at a massage parlor there.
The other victims were killed at two massage parlors in Atlanta.
Officials said they’re still investigating whether the Georgia killings were hate crimes amid concerns over a wave of attacks on Asian Americans. Six of the victims were Asian and seven were women. Authorities said the the man accused in the shootings told police his act wasn’t racially motivated and that he potentially had a “sex addiction.”

UTICA, N.Y. (AP) — A New York judge sentenced Brandon Clark to 25 years to life for killing a 17-year-old woman and posting photos of her body online afterwards.
About 40 people attended the sentencing hearing on Tuesday in Oneida County Court and heard both from Clark and several of the victim’s relatives, Syracuse.com reported.
Bianca Devins was killed in 2019 after coming back to Utica, New York, from a concert with Clark in New York City. Clark admitted to cutting Devin’s throat and posting photos of her body online immediately afterwards.
In June, Clark requested to withdraw his guilty plea in the case, delaying his sentencing. Judge Michael Dwyer asked Clark on Tuesday why he had tried to withdraw the plea, saying he must take full responsibility for the killing, the newspaper reported.
Clark said mental health issues were the reason for his request. He apologized to Devins’ family and the court, the newspaper reported.
Kim Devins’, the mother of Bianca, talked about the pain she and her family have felt since her death, and said they were haunted by the photos Clark took of her.
“So many people have been affected by the pictures, scarred for life and suffering from PTSD, unable to erase the image from their mind.
“No one should have to see their loved one in such a state,” she told the court.
The prosecution, Kim Devins and other family members urged the parole board never to grant Clark parole.

LeBron James says his thoughts and prayers are with the "entire Asian community" after a gun-toting maniac went on a shooting spree in Atlanta Tuesday night, killing 8 people including 6 Asian women.
"My condolences goes out to the families of all the victims and the entire Asian community tonight on what transpired in Atlanta at the Aromatherapy Spa," Lebron said in a statement late Tuesday evening.
LeBron then tore into the shooting suspect -- 21-year-old Robert Aaron Long -- calling him a "Coward a** young man!!"
Bron continued, "Just senseless and tragic!!"
Officials say Long opened fire at Young’s Asian Massage Parlor in Cherokee County, Georgia -- killing 4 people and injuring 1 more.
Then, officials say Long went to the Gold Massage Spa where he killed 3 more people.
Finally, Long allegedly went across the street to the Aromatherapy Spa and killed one more person.
In total, 8 people are dead including 6 Asian women.
Officials captured Long Tuesday night by using a pit maneuver on his SUV to stop his car.
He's since been taken into custody and charged with murder.
Investigators have neither confirmed the motive behind the shooting or confirmed if it was racially motivated.
After the incident, NBA star Jeremy Lin -- who's been speaking out against anti-Asian racism for years -- also weighed in saying, "This is sooo heartbreaking ... praying for our world."

DeShaun Watson has been sued by a female masseuse who claims she was sexually assaulted by the NFL superstar during a session gone bad -- but Watson is denying the allegations, claiming he's the victim of a shakedown.
The woman filed her lawsuit Tuesday. Her attorney Tony Buzbee told FOX 26 in Houston that Watson was getting a massage from the accuser when the QB "went too far."
In an effort to try and get ahead of the story, Watson issued a strong denial late Tuesday evening.
"As a result of a social media post by a publicity-seeking plaintiff's lawyer I recently became aware of a lawsuit that has apparently been filed against me," Watson said.
"I have not yet seen the complaint but I know this: I have never treated any woman with anything other than the utmost respect."
He continued, "The plaintiff's lawyer claims that this isn’t about money, but before filing suit he made a baseless six-figure settlement demand, which I quickly rejected."
"Unlike him, this isn't about money for me -- it’s about clearing my name, and I look forward to doing that."
We're working on hunting down the lawsuit and contacting the lawyer behind it.
The timing couldn't be worse for Watson who's currently trying to force his way out of Houston so he can continue his career with another NFL team.
