50 Cent was arrested in the Caribbean Saturday, June 25, for using profanity while performing his hit record "P.I.M.P."
The music icon and Effen Vodka were hosting the final night of the 19th Annual St Kitts Music Festival in front of 40,000 people at the Warner Park Stadium, Basseterre when the incident occurred.
"There are laws in St. Kitts that do not take kindly to the use of indecent language on stage," information minister Jacinth Henry Martin said when DMXwas arrested in 2003 for the same minor offense.
50's rep toldTMZ that the concert was a "great success" and "for future trips to St. Kitts he will leave the motherfuckers in the United States."
The "I Get Money" hit maker is already on his way back home.
Chris Martin, lead singer of Coldplay, has worked closely with Rihanna. His band collaborated with the singer on the song "Princess of China" off of their 2011 album titled "Mylo Xyloto."
They have since performed the song live several times, including at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards on February 12, 2012 in Los Angeles and on September 9, 2012 at the closing ceremony of the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London.
Martin believes Riri's vocal talents rank her with the all-time greats, calling her the modern dayFrank Sinatra.
“She is the Frank Sinatra of our generation. She can turn anything into gold with that voice," he told The Guardian in a new interview. "Here’s the thing: if you speak to a good singing teacher about great opera singers, they will talk about consistency of tone. Or there’s a book by Alfred Tomatis about why some people like certain people’s voices and other people hate them, like Bob Dylan or me or whoever, some people say, ‘Oh, I hate that voice’, so there’s a thing about people’s frequency responses – what they are pleased by. Rihanna has this thick tone, so it’s very hard to annoy anybody. It’s like a beautifully squeezed tube of toothpaste. When you think of Rihanna’s voice you think of this whole, rich thing, solid like a tree trunk, and. Drake is pretty similar. But Rihanna’s voice is just delicious for your ear. Sinatra had the same thing; anything he sang sounded pleasing to most people.”
FULSHEAR, TX (KTRK) -- A silence continues to hang over a Fort Bend County neighborhood after a shooting rocked the usually quiet street.
Fort Bend County Sheriff's deputies say Taylor Sheats, 22, and Madison Sheats, 17, were shot and killed by their mother Christy Sheats, 42, on Friday around 5pm. A Fulshear police officer shot and killed Christy at the home on Remson Hollow Lane when she refused to drop her weapon. Only the husband and father, Jason Sheats, was not harmed.
An eyewitness saw Taylor, Madison and Jason running out of their home. According to the eyewitness, the young women were already wounded. The neighbor said Taylor collapsed on the street and he saw Christy come outside with a gun and then go back inside to reload. When she emerged again, she shot Madison in the back, according to the eyewitness.
Homicide Update: Deceased identified as Christy Sheats (42), Taylor Sheats (22), and Madison Sheats (17).
"All I saw was the police officer aiming his rifle toward someone and saying 'drop your weapons,' and then afterward another gunshot," explained neighbor Sabeeh Siddiqui. "Soon after that there were a lot of police cars that came."
“The cops were behind the trees and behind the cars, and they told the mom to put the gun down and obviously she did not,” neighbor Fazz Zainuddin said.

“She walked towards the body, I think Madison, already on the ground and I guess the cop was afraid that she was going to shoot her again,” Zainuddin said.
Deputies said her husband, also the victims' father, watched the brutal killings.
“He heard the dad say, 'Don't do this. They're our kids,'” Zainuddin said.
Another neighbor, who said she was close to the family, told abc13 the couple had recently reunited after being separated. She said the shooting happened on Jason's birthday.
Friends of the two young women are struggling to come to terms with the shooting.
"She was just such a sweet girl. She had tons of friends, me and him both. I just can't believe it happened," said a visibly stunned Matthew Wiley about Taylor.
Madison was set to be a senior at Seven Lakes High School this fall.
"She seemed like a nice person. I talked to her a few times," neighbor Faaiz Siddiqui said. "Especially Taylor. She babysat us a few times and my brother got tutor lessons from her. All I can say is they are nice people. There's nothing wrong with them."

Madison's close friend, who wanted to stay anonymous, told Eyewitness News that Madison was nice to everyone.
"Madison brought nothing but happiness to everyone she ever met. She was nice to everyone and she wouldn't have harmed a fly," the friend said.
Alick Arnold grew up not far from the Sheats home and said he was a family friend.

The 24-year old was a part of the Diggin' in the Crates crew that included Lord Finesse, Diamond D, O.C., Fat Joe, Buckwild, Showbiz and A.G., as well as one of the members of Children of the Corn with Cam'Ron and Mase.
In addition. he was a well respected solo artist, having released his debut album titled "Lifestylez ov da Poor & Dangerous" in 1995. "M.V.P." and "Put It On" are two classic songs off of that project.
17 years after Big L's untimely passing the man suspected of taking his life has been murdered.
DNAInfo New York reports that 46-year old Gerard Woodley was fatally shot in the head in Harlem Thursday, June 23.
According to the report, Woodley and Big L were childhood friends. The two fell out because of a beef that had something to do with L being part of a crew that robbed drug dealers.
Woodley allegedly killed the rapper by shooting him 9 times in the face and chest.
Police arrested Woodley for the crime, but the case fell apart due to lack of evidence.
Woodley had a long rap sheet. He was released from prison in 2015 after serving four years on weapons charges. He was also a suspect in four additional homicides.
"He did a lot of bad things and someone decided it was time to go," a source said.
DALLAS (AP) — An attorney handling Johnny Manziel's domestic violence case expressed doubts about the Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback's ability to stay clean and said he was given a receipt that shows Manziel may have spent more than $1,000 at a drug paraphernalia store just 15 hours after he was involved in a hit-and-run crash, according to a lengthy text message accidentally sent to The Associated Press.
Defense attorney Bob Hinton's text indicated Manziel's legal team was seeking a plea deal with prosecutors, but suggested that could be tricky.
"Heaven help us if one of the conditions is to pee in a bottle," the attorney wrote.
Hinton also wrote that he had been emailed a "heads up" receipt "which purports to reflect" that Manziel made a purchase of $1,018.77 at a Gas Pipe store at 12:03 p.m. on Tuesday, less than a day after his crash. A manager at a Gas Pipe location not far from where Manziel's crash was reported declined to discuss whether he bought anything there. A sign in the store says ID is required for purchases above $200.
"I don't know if the receipt is legitimate or not," Hinton responded when asked about it by the AP. "I just know that it doesn't say Johnny's name on it anywhere that I can see. It's just that somebody in that store, I guess, circulated that to the other store managers and employees saying, 'Guess who was here today and spent this amount of money.' That's all I know."
Bob Hinton
The errant text was sent Wednesday after the AP sought comment via text about Monday night's crash. When asked about the text, Hinton said he had meant to send it to co-counsel Jim Darnell and was unaware the AP had received it instead. He insisted the contents were protected by attorney-client privilege and threatened to sue if certain details were published.
Manziel's spokeswoman, Denise Michaels, said in a statement to the AP that Hinton "has always only operated on the periphery of this case."
"Lead counsel Jim Darnell has told me from the beginning that he would never have Johnny plead guilty in this and that position has not changed," Michaels said.
The text shows that Manziel's attorneys are pushing for leniency, even as they grapple with indications he could still be struggling with substance abuse more than a year after his stay in a rehab center. The charges the former Cleveland Browns quarterback is facing come amid heightened scrutiny of legal cases involving professional athletes following domestic violence accusations against NFL players Ray Rice and Greg Hardy.
The 23-year-old Manziel is accused of hitting and threatening former girlfriend Colleen Crowley during a night out in January. He faces a misdemeanor assault charge that carries a penalty of up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine.
Colleen Crowley
As the case has played out, the 2012 Heisman winner at Texas A&M has been photographed partying from Hollywood to Las Vegas to New York in recent months, and his own family has expressed concern about his well-being after he was cut by the Browns this year following two underwhelming seasons. On Friday, Manziel's father, Paul, told ESPN.com his son has refused repeated efforts to help him.
"I don't know what to say other than my son is a druggie and he needs help," he told the website. "If I have to bury him, I'll bury him. That's the fact. So if not, if he calls me and needs help, I'll go get him. Until then, he's on his own. I've done everything I can do."
Hinton's text said the Gas Pipe receipt was sent to him by an attorney who is involved in a federal case accusing two people affiliated with the chain of making and selling synthetic marijuana. Michaels called the purchase "a rumor."
"We don't know for sure whether the receipt does or doesn't represent a purchase he made since there are always unfounded stories flying around, but we all make it a policy to keep each other up to date on them," she said.
Hinton also wrote that he had met Wednesday morning with Jerry Varney, an administrative chief in the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
"He is very interested in working with us to arrive at some agreement" in the case, he wrote. A spokeswoman for the DA's office did not comment.
Dallas police said Manziel reported that his car had been struck Monday night in a hit-and-run, but Hinton said in the text that there was "conflict as to whether Johnny reported it or not." Manziel was not seriously injured.
It's unclear how close Manziel's domestic violence case is to being resolved. Similar cases usually result in deferred adjudication probation, meaning the charges are dismissed after one to two years, said David Finn, a Dallas attorney and former judge who is not associated with the Manziel case.
Finn said drug-testing conditions depend on whether the defendant has shown a pattern of substance abuse. The defendant is normally required to enroll in anger management classes and a domestic violence program, an outcome similar to that of Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant when he faced a misdemeanor charge in 2012 over an incident in which he allegedly struck his mother with a hat.
Manziel's rise and fall has long been punctuated with headlines for his off-field partying. The Browns selected the player dubbed "Johnny Football" in 2014, but he struggled on the field and was dropped this year. Since the 2015 season ended, two agents have cut ties with Manziel after demanding a second trip to rehab. He also faces potential punishment from the NFL under tougher standards regarding domestic violence cases adopted in 2014 following the Rice case. However, he is not currently with a team, and therefore not subject to league policies.
The allegations stem from a night out on Jan. 30. Crowley alleged Manziel accosted her at a Dallas hotel, a confrontation that continued downstairs to the valet station. She said he forced her into a car and that a valet disregarded her pleas for help.
The two eventually drove to where her car was parked in front of a Dallas bar, she said in an affidavit. She said Manziel got into the driver's seat and began to drive. Crowley said Manziel stopped when she tried to jump out of the car, but that he then dragged her back inside and hit her.
