If you do not know who DBM is yet, you are probably not from New Jersey. The wickedly clever, confrontational and controversial, artist emerged early in 2018, and his The ACRC/WokeBoys crew is brimming with a very rare energy. In his latest visual, DBM fixates your mind’s eye on money, and shows you a glance into how obsessed he is with expanding his estate, while also pointing out that no one is immune to this pursuit of power, not even our church leaders. If this is your first introduction to the one they call the “Beautiful Monster” we encourage you to keep an open mind, because there has never been a weirdo this charming. With an “Anti-Mumble Rap” fan base that has been described as rabid, and a soon to be released EP “From Ashes Rose A King or #FARAK”, DBM is poised to make a lot of listeners feel alive in ways that other artist would have them believe are dead.
