Report via TMZ -- Hostages huddled inside an Arizona convenience store banded together to subdue a man police say fatally shot a customer moments before ... bum-rushing the suspect and tackling him to the ground in a wild incident that was caught on video!!!
Footage from the intense standoff is insane ... you see the gunman pacing around an aisle when one of the hostages suddenly engages him, wrestling him to the ground. As the struggle continues, an employee rushes over and starts smashing the alleged killer over the head with a crate.
With the gunman subdued, more hostages got in on the action ... stomping, kicking and absolutely pummeling the man as he squirms on the floor.
The unreal scene went down May 9 at a Circle K gas station in Phoenix ... and the surveillance video was just entered into evidence in the alleged killer's murder trial.
Cops shot the alleged killer, 53-year-old Joel McClain Carson, who police say walked into the store and killed a customer with a gunshot to the back of their head.
In the video ... you see the gunman barking at an employee to lock the doors, then he barricades the entrance with a donut display ... all while holding a handgun.
Once the hostages overpowered the gunman, they ran to the exit, broke down the barricade, unlocked the door and got the hell outta Dodge.
Roughly an hour later, a SWAT team makes its move ... entering the store before shooting and injuring the alleged killer.
Carson faces a first-degree murder charge for the death of Efran Hernandez, a 24-year old.
KENNEDY HEIGHTS, Ohio (WKRC) - A man accused of firing shots at four people in a Kennedy Heights neighborhood turned himself in. Devonta Allen, 18, faces four counts of felonious assault.
Police say Allen was caught on video chasing after the four people on Tyne Avenue on July 25. He's accused of firing three shots at the victims, hitting two different vehicles the victims were in. No one was hit.
According to court papers, he can be heard saying "I don't like white people in my hood" on the video right before firing the shots.
Police say Allen turned himself in Monday night. He had an audiotaped statement admitting to shooting at the victims. However, he said they were armed and fired at him first.
Police say the video and statements from the victims and witnesses contradict Allen's claims.

Report via Fox News -- The suspected “Pink Lady Bandit” -- wanted in connection with a string of bank robberies in three states -- was arrested Sunday, the FBI announced.
Circe Baez, 35, was arrested at a hotel in Charlotte on suspicion of robbing four banks, the most recent robbery occurring Friday, authorities said.
“The Pink Lady is changing her trademark to an orange jumpsuit,” the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office said Monday.
The FBI also arrested Alexis Morales, 28, as an accomplice in the Friday robbery, which took place at a BB&T branch in Hamlet, N.C., according to FOX8 High Point.
“Evidence gathered during the course of the investigation by the FBI... led agents and task force officers to identify Circe Baez as the woman who robbed at least four banks,” the FBI said, according to the Charlotte Observer. “Agents and officers uncovered additional evidence after the robbery in Hamlet, North Carolina, to identify Morales as an accomplice to the crimes.”
Tellers at the banks in Pennsylvania, Delaware and North Carolina were handed notes by the bank robber, demanding money.
A bright pink handbag the bandit showed up with at two of the banks led to the thief getting her nickname.
Report via TMZ -- Kanye West is bringing an incredible architectural concept to the hills of Calabasas -- doing studies and developments to change the industry -- and the prototypes are now springing up with an eye toward making them new age homes.
Sources familiar with the project tell TMZ ... Kanye is building dome-like structures that are prototypes for a new type of home ... homes he believes will break the barriers that separate classes ... namely, the rich, the middle class and the poor.
We got the first images of Kanye's plan to revolutionize housing. The project sits on a portion of land Kanye bought a few years back ... 300 acres in all. His plan is to create a housing community, but until now the butcher paper covered the canvas -- it was a well-guarded secret.
Construction crews have been hard at work at the Calabasas site for weeks ... with trucks, cranes and dozens of workers coming in and out. The dome-like structures each stand around 50 feet high.
Our Kanye sources say the project is in an "early state" but the vibe is there ... to make new housing communities the world can enjoy. We're told Ye and his team are studying dwellings "from every period of man's existence on earth." Those who have visited the property say the proportions feel otherworldly.
Kanye has been an innovator in music, touring and is the founder of the billion-dollar Yeezy brand ... and has now ventured into land development.
We're told the domes and living spaces will be "dynamic" ... something that has become Kanye's stock-in-trade. The Calabasas home he shares with Kim is considered an architectural masterpiece with what some have called a revolutionary use of space.
Report via TMZ -- R. Kelly just filed legal docs blasting his alleged victims, referring to them as "disgruntled groupies."
The singer's docs ask a federal judge to release him before his pending trial. His lawyers say he does not represent a threat, because they claim the allegations against him are bogus. In explaining their position, they say the "groupies sought out Robert's attention, even fought each other for it, voluntarily contacted him, came to his shows, pined to be with him ..."
R. Kelly's lawyer, Douglas Anton, doesn't stop there. He claims in the doc the government is trying to paint a picture of a nefarious pattern, but it all amounts to "five disgruntled groupies, not all of which are alleged to be underage, who now show groupie remorse so many years later and only after a TV Show and an aggressive, vocal Cook County prosecutor makes a public cry for 'victims come forth,' tell your story and be famous."
And, there's more ... R. Kelly's team zeroes in on one of the alleged victims who was not a minor when she first had contact with him. They say she came to his door and "wanted him so much that she alleges that she did not require or even request that a condom be used." As for her allegation Kelly gave her herpes ... Kelly's lawyers say she was "admittedly promiscuous," and the feds never looked into how many other sexual partners she had.
We have reached out to the Eastern District of NY prosecutors but they declined to comment.
