YFN Lucci's hoping to get out of lockup to take care of his kids and his mom ... even though he's facing some serious charges for his alleged role in a homicide.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... the rapper's asking the judge to set a reasonable bond because he has "four underaged children whom he financially supports."

YFN also claims to provide a home and money for his mother living in Fulton County, GA.

In addition, he says there's no risk of him fleeing his pending trial ... and claims he "poses no significant threat or danger to any person, to the community, or to any property in the community." He points out he has no felony criminal record either.

Of course, the rapper's facing very serious charges -- murder, aggravated assault and possibly gun and gang-related felonies -- which arguably make him sound like he’s very much a danger to society ... but it will be up to the judge to decide.

As we reported ... YFN turned himself into Atlanta police last week after an arrest warrant was issued for felony murder. The alleged murder victim is James Adams ... a member of YFN's own crew.

A 911 call paints a picture of a drive-by incident in which Adams was shot in the head, and the arrest affidavit suggests it was gang violence.

42 Dugg has offered to help pay bail for the Kansas City woman who tracked down and killed her brother's suspected murderer, and DaBaby says he'll match.

In a post on his Instagram, Dugg suggested that he wants to help out 21-year-old Tityana Coppage, who is accused of shooting a man on Jan. 13, just three days after the death of her 16-year-old brother Jason Ugwuh.

"I got the 20 thousand if they can get her out on ten percent tell her people get with me," Dugg wrote on Instagram.

In a follow-up, DaBaby caught wind of what Dugg offered, and added, "I match u a dub."

Coppage, 21, remains in the Jackson County jail on $200,000 bond.

GREECE, N.Y. (AP) — Two young children forcibly taken from their western New York foster home were found Wednesday after authorities tracked a rental car to Alabama and found them on the floor of the backseat, police said.

Police Chief Andrew Forsythe of Greece, New York, said a woman who had been in the car with 5-year-old Dimitri Cash Jr. and his 3-year-old sister Shekeria Cash was taken into custody and being interviewed.

Authorities said the two children were taken from their foster home in a Rochester suburb on Monday night, after two men wearing ski masks broke through a window and tied up a woman and two other children.

Forsythe said the investigation found blood evidence, which was processed and led to a local car rental, and the vehicle was tracked to Montgomery, Alabama. Law enforcement observed the woman leaving and conducted a stop, finding the children under a blanket.

Forsythe said the investigation was ongoing and declined to talk about the men accused of doing the break-in.

Baby CEO, a controversial rapper who first made headlines with gang-banging viral videos at the tender age of 14, is dead at 20.

The artist born Jonathon Brown died in a shooting Tuesday night in Frayser, Tennessee. He was reportedly pronounced dead at the scene.

Baby CEO’s passing comes just three years after the death of Chicago-born hip-hop star Fredo Santana of Savage Squad Records fame. Baby CEO was often described by local media outlets as Santana’s “protégé” before the 27-year-old suffered a fatal seizure amid rumors of substance abuse in 2018.

“RIP Baby CEO, Fredo would be proud,” one Twitter user posted in tribute early Wednesday.

Baby CEO generated national attention at 14 when what was described by media outlets as a “disturbing video” started making rounds on social media. The young boy was featured pointing guns & rapping about drugs, gang signs & dreams of fame in his explicit lyrics.

Kodak Black is getting out of federal prison thanks to Donald Trump, but prosecutors in South Carolina are still ready to aggressively pursue a sexual assault case against him.

The rapper was indicted in South Carolina on a felony charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct ... and prosecutors tell us they still plan on pressing the case against Kodak until he cops a plea deal or there's a trial.

Ed Clements, the 12th Circuit Solicitor in Florence County, tells TMZ ... their pending case against Kodak from 2016 has been disrupted by COVID -- jury trials are suspended and there's no court date scheduled -- but prosecutors still want to "aggressively" go after Kodak.

As we reported ... Trump commuted Kodak's 46-month sentence for making a false statement on a federal document, so he's getting out after serving half the time.

But, here's the catch for Kodak ... Trump commuting his sentence for a federal crime has NO impact on cases in state court, like the one he's facing in South Carolina, and Clements says it's full steam ahead.

Prosecutors in S.C. claim Kodak forced himself on an 18-year-old woman in a hotel room after a Feb. 2016 concert, allegedly raping her and biting her neck and right breast ... according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Kodak's attorney in S.C., Beattie Ashmore, tells us, "Aggressively prosecute? It’s been four years. That speaks volumes. Kodak was on bond and on tour for two years before his federal case even began. Ed’s a very fine and experienced prosecutor and I look forward to once again speaking with him about this case. It’s been awhile."

Kodak faces up to 30 years in state prison, if convicted.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — One name missing in President Donald Trump’s flurry of pardons is “Tiger King” Joe Exotic.

His team was so confident in a pardon that they’d readied a celebratory limousine & a hair & wardrobe team to whisk away the zookeeper-turned-reality-TV-star, who is now serving a 22-year federal prison sentence in Texas. But he wasn’t on the list announced Wednesday morning.

Joe Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, was sentenced in January 2020 to 22 years in federal prison for violating federal wildlife laws & for his role in a failed murder-for-hire plot targeting his chief rival, Carole Baskin, who runs a rescue sanctuary for big cats in Florida. Baskin was not harmed.

Maldonado-Passage, who has maintained his innocence, was also sentenced for killing five tigers, selling tiger cubs & falsifying wildlife records. A jury convicted him in April 2019.

In his pardon application filed in September, Maldonado-Passage’s attorneys argued that he was “railroaded & betrayed” by others. Maldonado-Passage, 57, is scheduled to be released from custody in 2037, but his attorneys said in the application that “he will likely die in prison” because of health concerns.

The blond mullet-wearing zookeeper, known for his expletive-laden rants on YouTube & a failed 2018 Oklahoma gubernatorial campaign, was prominently featured in the popular Netflix documentary “Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness.”

PARIS (AP) — Frenchwoman Jeanne Pouchain has an unusual problem. She’s officially dead. She has been trying for 3 years to prove that she is alive.

The 58-year-old woman says she lives in constant fear, not daring to leave her house in the village of Saint Joseph, in the Loire region. Authorities seized her car over an unpaid debt she contests & which is at the center of her troubles. She fears the family furniture will be next.

Pouchain’s status has prevented her & her husband, who is her legal beneficiary along with her son, from using their joint bank account. Being declared deceased has deprived her of other critical amenities.

“I no longer exist,” Pouchain said by telephone. “I don’t do anything....I sit on the veranda & write.” She called the situation “macabre.”

Pouchain’s status as deceased is the result of a 2017 Lyon court decision that deemed her dead even though no death certificate was produced. The decision came at the end of a legal dispute with an employee of Pouchain’s former cleaning company, who was seeking compensation after losing her job 20 years ago.

But the initial complaint in France’s Prudhomme workers’ court misfired, falling on Pouchain, whose lawyer claims her company had no responsibility for the dismissal. A series of legal proceedings, decisions & appeals followed, all the way to the Court of Cassation, France’s highest court, which dismissed the case as outside its domain, Pouchain & her lawyer, Sylvain Cormier, said.

Cormier, her attorney, filed an unusual motion last Monday to invalidate the 2017 decision by the Lyon appeals court due to a “grave error” by the judges. He said he has never before dealt with such a “crazy” case.

President Trump on Tuesday commuted the prison sentence of Death Row Records’ co-founder Michael “Harry O” Harris for attempted murder and cocaine trafficking, a friend who advocated for his release told The Post.

Harris, 59, got word he’d been granted clemency at Federal Correctional Institution Lompoc in California, said Weldon Angelos, who received his own pardon from Trump in December.

Angelos said Harris sent him an email saying, “Thank God. God is great. It feels like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders.”

The move came shortly after it was revealed that rapper Snoop Dogg had been secretly lobbying the White House on behalf of Harris.

Snoop’s efforts came even though he’s been an outspoken critic of Trump — and even made a video in which he pretended to shoot a clown dressed as the president.

Angelos, however, credited First Daughter Ivanka Trump for Harris’ impending release more than seven years before it was scheduled to take place on June 13, 2028.

“The credit on this one goes to Ivanka Trump because Ivanka Trump was not going to take no for an answer,” he said.

BEAVERTON, Ore. (AP) — A car thief who found a toddler in the backseat of a stolen vehicle drove back and chastised the mother for leaving the child unattended before taking off again, police in Oregon said.

The woman went into a grocery store about 15 feet from the car Saturday, leaving her 4-year-old child inside with the engine running & the vehicle unlocked, said Beaverton police spokesman Officer Matt Henderson.

A store employee told authorities the woman was in the market for a few minutes before someone began driving away with the SUV.

Once the thief realized the toddler was in the backseat, he drove back, berated the woman for leaving her child unattended, told the woman to take the child & drove away in the stolen vehicle.

“He actually lectured the mother for leaving the child in the car and threatened to call the police on her,” Henderson said.

Henderson said the woman did nothing wrong & was within sight & sound of the child. He said the incident served as a “good reminder to take extra precaution” with children.

“Obviously, we’re thankful he brought the little one back and had the decency to do that,” Henderson said.

Police are looking for the suspect & vehicle. The suspect is described as a white man in his 20s or 30s with dark brown, braided hair.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 21-year-old metro woman is charged with murder. The Jackson County prosecuting attorney says it was in retaliation for her 16-year-old brother’s death.

Tityana Coppage is charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Her teenage brother, Jayson Ugwuh Jr., was murdered Jan. 10. His family said they believe he was shot while he was with two other teens walking home from the BP gas station at 40 Highway and Topping Avenue. His friends were able to get him back to the house where they called police.

Court documents say Ugwuh’s sister tried to find out who killed her brother and seek revenge.

Police say on Jan. 13, she shot and killed Keith Lars in a parking lot at Thompson and Gladstone in the Historic Northeast. Court documents detail how Coppage figured out the car involved in her brother’s killing and came armed to meet Lars. Investigators believe Coppage and Lars exchanged gunfire in a parking lot behind a home.

Witnesses saw a man put Lars into a car where he allegedly drove him to the intersection of Admiral and Virginia where he died. He was reportedly shot in the chest and the leg.

Once arrested, investigators were able to go through Coppage’s phone where they saw after the shooting, she texted an alleged family member admitting to the act. They also identified a text message to her deceased brother’s phone letting him know she’d taken action.

Coppage is no stranger to loss.

Her 9-year-old brother Jayden Ugwuh and 8-year-old cousin Montell Ross were both killed at her home when she was 16. They were shot by someone outside of the house, and their murderer has not been brought to justice.

Jayson was also home at the time and held his brother as he lay dying. Family members have said this deeply affected both Jayson and Tityana.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Federal authorities have arrested a Harrisburg woman who was wanted for her role in the Capitol uprising. Authorities say Riley Williams allegedly stole a laptop from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office & was said to have plans to turn it over to Russia.

Police say Williams was arrested somewhere in central Pennsylvania.

Before being captured, police said Williams fled the Harrisburg apartment she shares with her mother. Her dad admitted to driving with her to Washington, D.C. for the rally.

Williams was wanted in connection with the attack on the Capitol on Jan. 6. Video from inside and outside of the Capitol building shows the young woman helping coordinate the attack.

Federal charging documents say Williams directed rioters up the Capitol stairs with the goal of entering Pelosi’s office.

According to court filings, Williams’ former romantic partner tipped off investigators to her involvement, telling police she “intended to sell the computer device to a friend in Russia, who then planned to sell the device to SVR, Russia’s foreign intelligence service.”

There is no evidence Williams was able to remove any electronic devices from the speaker’s office.

In court documents, Williams’ mother positively identified her daughter in the video & told Capitol Police quote “that her daughter had taken a sudden interest in President Trump’s politics & far-right message boards.”

Awesome step in the right direction for Delonte West -- the ex-NBAer is now employed by the same rehab facility he received treatment from late last year!!

As we previously reported ... Mark Cuban personally tracked down the 37-year-old at a Dallas gas station in September 2020 and helped the hooper reconnect with his mother.

Together, West's mom & Cuban convinced the former Dallas Maverick to seek treatment at the Rebound therapy center in Florida ... as an attempt to bounce back from hard times.

The progress was clearly visible -- with West smiling from ear-to-ear during activities like horseback riding, frisbee golf & kayaking as he took steps towards recovery.

Now, The Athletic's Shams Charania reports West will continue to surround himself within the Rebound family ... this time, as an employee.

The report also states West has maintained contact with Cuban & his family as he continues to work on his health.

Of course, West was the 24th overall pick in the 2004 NBA Draft ... playing for the SuperSonics, Mavs, Cavs & Celtics.

The guard fell on hard times in the years following his hoops career ... & members of the NBA community -- including Cuban, Doc Rivers & Jameer Nelson -- have been focused on trying to get West back on his feet.

The recent updates have been positive -- West was even spotted working on his jumper back in November & it's clear he has a strong support system behind him.
