The seemingly never ending battle between Ciara and her baby's father, Future, has taken a bizarre turn.
TMZ reports that the Cici is so afraid the "Honest" hit maker will murder her fiance, Russell Wilson, she has gone to court and filed additional documents in her $15 million defamation lawsuit against him.
Ciara, born Ciara Harris, cites lyrics from Future's new song "Juice," in which he raps: "Tryna fuck my baby mama, dog what's up with you? You gon' make me get that heat, I'm pulling up on you."
It's worth noting that Future, real name Nayvadius Wilburn, has four children with four different women, so that particular argument wouldn't seem to hold much legal weight.
However, that doesn't matter to Cici in this increasingly ugly feud. She's convinced he's talking about her.
She also claims that emojis her-ex posted on social media a while back with guns pointing at footballs were warnings to Wilson, who is the quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks.
The "1, 2 Step" singer says Future's conduct is, "frightening" and "socially irresponsible ... where there has been a recent rash of gun violence."
Why Ciara included these perceived threats against her soon-to-be husband in her defamation lawsuit isn't clear at this point.

Kevin Durant has bolted from the Oklahoma City Thunder to sign a two-year, $54.3 million free agent contract with the Golden State Warriors, sources told ESPN's Marc Stein. The deal includes a player option after the first year.
He leaves a team that was one win away from beating Golden State to face the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2016 NBA Finals, to now being a part of the team he lost to. He'll now be a teammate of stars Draymond Green, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.
Stephen A. Smith, the outspoken host of ESPN's First Take, has weighed in with his opinion on the move.
"I'm viewing it as the weakest move I've ever seen from a superstar. Plain and simple, that's just how I look at it," Smith said. "It's not that he's leaving Oklahoma City. If you're not happy there, you wanna move on and you wanna grow as a player ... there's nothing wrong with that. He's one of the top three players in the world. He's a quintessential superstar. He deserves all the credit in the world for the talent he possesses
"But the flipside is this. (Oklahoma City) was up 3-1 in the Western Conference Finals," Smith continued. "Not one, not two, but three different times he was 48 minutes removed from getting to the NBA Finals by winning the Western Conference. Three times he failed. And you depart for the team that beat you? When you're on the cusp of getting to the Finals yourself? Ultimately, winning the championship for the franchise that you've been with since you've come into the NBA. I think it's incredibly weak. And I don't wanna hear any comparisons of that to LeBron James, when LeBron left Cleveland for South Beach. When LeBron left Cleveland the cupboard was bare."
Ouch!

(ESPN) Kevin Durant is joining the Golden State Warriors.
Saying it has been "by far the most challenging few weeks in my professional life," Durant announced his decision Monday in a post on The Players' Tribune.
He is expected to sign a two-year, $54.3 million contract, sources told ESPN's Marc Stein. The deal would include a player option after the first year.
My next chapter https://t.co/DG2TJ5cnev pic.twitter.com/zi94ss9NWI
— Kevin Durant (@KDTrey5) July 4, 2016
"The primary mandate I had for myself in making this decision was to have it based on the potential for my growth as a player -- as that has always steered me in the right direction," Durant wrote. "But I am also at a point in my life where it is of equal importance to find an opportunity that encourages my evolution as a man: moving out of my comfort zone to a new city and community which offers the greatest potential for my contribution and personal growth.
"With this in mind, I have decided that I am going to join the Golden State Warriors."
The contract can be finalized July 7, when a leaguewide moratorium is lifted on signings and trades.
With Durant's decision, the Warriors are unlikely to match the reported four-year, $95 million offer sheet that Harrison Barnes agreed to with the Dallas Mavericks.
The biggest catch on the free-agent market, Durant met with six teams the past three days: Oklahoma City, Golden State, San Antonio, Boston, Miami and the Los Angeles Clippers.
The 27-year-old Durant has spent all nine seasons of his career with the Thunder organization. He won the MVP in 2014, has been named first-team All-NBA five times and has made seven All-Star teams. He has appeared in four Western Conference finals and one NBA Finals, losing in five games to the Heat in 2012.
Durant bounced back last season to earn second-team All-NBA honors after undergoing three surgeries on his right foot to repair a Jones fracture suffered prior to the 2014-15 season, when he was limited to 27 games before undergoing a season-ending bone graft procedure in March. Without Durant, the Thunder missed the postseason.
With him back for 72 games last season, the Thunder improved to 55-27 and finished third in the West. The Thunder beat the Dallas Mavericks in five games in the opening round, upset the 67-win Spurs in six games in the second round and pushed the Warriors to seven games in the Western Conference finals.
Durant averaged 28.2 points, 8.2 rebounds and 5.0 assists last season, and he scored at least 20 points in 67 straight games.
In nine seasons, Durant is averaging 27.4 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game.
Information from ESPN's Chris Broussard and Royce Young was used in this report.

In February 2015, Turk and Birdman, reached an amicable agreement on a $1.3 million lawsuit over unpaid royalties the rapper had filed against Cash Money.
