Chicago police have hit the four African Americans who allegedly streamed on Facebook Live, an attack on a mentally disabled white teenager with multiple charges.
The Chicago Sun Times reports that Jordan Hill, 18, Tesfaye Cooper, 18, Brittany Covington, 18, and Tanishia Covington, 24, have been charged with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Cooper and Covington were also charged with residential burglary. Hill faces additional charges of robbery, residential burglary and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
As we previously reported, the four are accused of kidnapping the 18-year old victim and taking him to a Chicago apartment, where they held him for at least six hours. During that time he was tied up with his mouth duct taped.
His tormentors cut his head with a knife,.kick, hit and harass him. He was forced to drink toilet water. At one point the teenager was told to “kiss the floor, bitch,” “nobody can help you anymore.” and forced to say ‘I love black people.’”

In another part of the clip the assailants yell "fuck white people" and "fuck Donald Trump."
According to CBS Chicago, the victim's parents dropped him off at a McDonald's on Saturday, December 31, to meet with his classmate Jordan Hill. The two went to an apartment where things got out of control.
"The victim tells us he got into a play fight with Jordan," CMDR. Kevin Duffin said. "And it escalated from there
“The actions in that video are reprehensible,” Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said during a news conference on Thursday, January 5. “That, along with racism, have no place in Chicago or anywhere else, for that matter.”
President Obama condemned the brutal attack.
“What we have seen as surfacing, I think, are a lot of problems that have been there a long time,” Obama told CBS2 Chicago. “Whether it’s tensions between police and communities, hate crimes of the despicable sort that has just now recently surfaced on Facebook.”
The four suspects will appear in bond court on Friday, January 6.

Safaree points out that Nicki didn't release any new music during the time she was with Meek and thinks that a rekindled relationship with him would be a good look for her.
In announcing that she was single on Thursday, January 5, Nicki tweeted that she would be focusing on her career.
Her breakup with Safaree was bitter. He claimed to have ghostwritten for her, which she vehemently denied. That alone could stop a potential reunion, but time will tell.

Chris Brown has confirmed via an Instagram video on Thursday, January 5, that the boxing match with Soulja Boy is a go. But the one thing he's not going to tolerate is the SODMG boss talking about his daughter, Royalty.
Brown was responding to a tweet Soulja sent out this morning referencing Royalty and her mom, Nia Guzman.
"Chilled with royalty and Nia tonight at Floyds house," Soulja wrote.
Brown warned if that continues things might spin out of control.
"All the jokes aside, my nigga. Seriously, we gon' set up this fight ... it's gonna be professional. You can do all that, but one thing you gotta stop doing, I'ma be real witchu ... stop bringing my daughter into this, my nigga. Stop saying shit about my fucking daughter," Brown says in the clip. It looks like the boxing match between Chris Brown and Soulja Boy is really about to go down. We've head about proposed celebrity fights that were supposed to go down in the past, but never materialized.
This time there's no janky promoters involved as Floyd Mayweather Jr. and his company, Mayweather Promotions, appear to be backing this one, as 50 Cent promised on Wednesday, January 4.
Mayweather posted a promotional flyer on his Instagram account yesterday. And today he and Soulja appeared together in a video posted to SB's IG.
"Champ, what we gon' do? Mayweather Promotions ... the biggest fight of the century," Soulja says.
"We gotta get that money," Mayweather replies.
When C. Breezy first challenged the "Crank That" rapper to box him he mentioned something about doing it at Adrien Broner's gym.
About Billions posted his own promotional flyer on his IG account.
