Will the Iggy Azalea sex tape ever see the light of day? Despite threats by the entertainer's lawyers to sue if it's released, the man in the tape with her believes he has the legal rights to distribute it.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Houston rapper Jefe Wine has Iggy's, real name Amethyst Amelia Kelly, signature on a contract giving him exclusive rights to "manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images."

Despite the fact that the agreement is a recording contract, Jefe believes it also covers the sex tape and gives him the rights to sell it. It also prevents Iggy from legally blocking it.

A scary moment during August Alsina's concert at Monday, September 15, at Manhattan’s Irving Plaza has fans worried about his well being.

The "I Luv This" singer was performing when he suddenly passed out and fell into the crowd. TMZ reports that he appeared to be unconscious. Security rushed him backstage where they were met by paramedics.

August was later alert enough to wave to fans as he was carried out on a stretcher. His current condition is unknown.

The singer is several dates into his Testimony Live tour, which ends in Kansas on September 21.

**UPDATE** September 17

August suffered multiple seizures Monday after passing out during an NYC concert. According to TMZ, he was still in the hospital as of Tuesday night.

The only drug found in the singer's system was weed. Doctors believe the seizures were caused by dehydration and exhaustion 

We'll update his condition as more information is released.

**UPDATE** September 19

August Alsina's condition was much more serious than previously thought. The singer fell into a coma at a New York City hospital following the seizures suffered on Monday. Within the last few hours the singer posted a photo of himself in a hospital bed with a friend by his side. He updated fans on his condition and reminded them that not every day of life is promised.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. raked in at least $32 million for his win over Marcos Maidana this past Saturday, but apparently he's not the type to tip.

Nik Nguyen, a waitress at club Rehab at the Hard Rock Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas, says the champ came in with an entourage of 150 people on Sunday. She was excited to serve the group and thought she would be rewarded financially.

The group ordered a boatload of drinks, according to TMZ. The full order included.

5 bottles of Patrone - $2,375

6 bottles of Ciroc - $2,850
20 bottles of Luc Belaire Rose champagne - $11,500

Rehab management comped the entire $25,305 bill. Nguyen noticed the group making it rain on the stage dancers, but nobody, including Jamie Foxx left her a penny.
