The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed that popular Chicago rapper FBG Duck, 26, was shot and killed outside of a retail store in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.

According to the office, the rapper, whose legal name is Carlton Weekly, was shot while standing outside of the store in the first block of East Oak Street in Chicago on Tuesday.

Chicago police say that Weekly was one of three people shot when a group of four individuals got out of two cars on Oak Street and opened fire, striking the rapper and two other people.

Weekly was rushed to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Two other individuals were hospitalized with serious injuries.

According to police, the shooters fled the scene on Oak Street in a black Ford Taurus and a silver Chrysler 300M sedan.

An investigation remains ongoing, and surveillance footage is being pulled from stores along the street, which is home to numerous popular high-end boutiques, including Tom Ford and other retailers.

Dr. Dre's wife is not getting divorced without a fight, because she's challenging their prenup and $1 billion is on the line.

Nicole Young just filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, in which she claims she was forced to sign the prenup back in 1996.

Nicole says Dre is now worth $1 bil, and says before they tied the knot, "I was extremely reluctant, resistant and afraid to sign the agreement and felt backed into a corner. Given the extraordinary pressure and intimidation by Andre, I was left with no option but to hire a lawyer (of course, with the help of Andre's team of professionals) and unwillingly signed the agreement very shortly before our marriage."

She then says 2 years into the marriage, "Andre acknowledged to me that he felt ashamed he had pressured me into signing a premarital agreement and he tore up multiple copies of the agreement in front of me. Since the day he tore up the agreements, we both understood that there was no premarital agreement, and that it was null and void."

Sources connected to Dre beg to differ, telling TMZ, he never expressed shame over the prenup and he never tore it up or said it was invalid. Our sources also say Nicole had her own lawyer and she had a clear choice on whether to sign or not.

Our sources say Dre has made it clear ... he will pay spousal support and all her expenses, but clearly Nicole wants a big piece of the pie, claiming he amassed most of his fortune during the marriage.

Nicole is asking the judge to separate the divorce from the prenup issue, but it looks like a fight is brewing.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A California woman has been arrested in the death of her newborn baby boy in the San Francisco Bay Area 32 years ago in a case that was solved decades later because of genetic genealogy, authorities said Monday.

Lesa Lopez, 52, admitted to investigators she was the mother of the baby and implicated herself in the killing, Alameda County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Sgt. Ray Kelly said in a statement.

“Lopez, who was 20 years old at the time of the incident, told investigators she hid the pregnancy from her family and friends and provided details of what happened,” he said.

Lopez, of Salida, was arrested on July 23 and charged with murder. She is being held on $2 million bail. It wasn’t immediately known if she has an attorney who can speak on her behalf.

Two children playing found the baby’s body on May 15, 1988, inside a paper bag left among trees and bushes on the bank of a creek in Castro Valley. An autopsy revealed the baby was alive at birth and was killed, Kelly said.

The boy, identified by investigators as Baby Joe Doe, was given a funeral at St. Leanders Church in San Leandro attended by more than 200 people. A priest posthumously named him Richard Jayson Terrance Rein after the church’s vicars and priests.

With DNA investigative technology much more advanced, the DNA of a woman was found in 2005 in evidence collected from the crime scene. Investigators believed it belonged to the baby’s mother, who was considered a suspect, but she couldn’t be identified.

Multiple investigators with the sheriff’s office tried to solve the case over the past 32 years “for a baby boy who never had a voice and never had the chance of living a full life,” Kelly said.

Last year, investigators again took up the case with the help of experts in forensic genetic genealogy from the FBI, and private labs, including Oklahoma-based DNA solutions and Gene-by-Gene’, which owns the genealogy website FamilyTreeDNA.

After extensive genealogy research, surveillance and DNA collected from Lopez’s discarded trash, cold case investigators linked Lopez to the crime scene, Kelly said.

Meteorologist Marty Coniglio, a staple of Denver TV weather for three decades, left 9News Friday, a day after he compared, on social media, federal troops in U.S. cities to Nazis.

Coniglio, in a text message, confirmed his departure but said he would “not be able to talk about the situation for at least a week or so.”

Mark Cornetta, the station’s president and general manager, said in an email that “Marty is no longer employed by 9News.” He declined to comment on the circumstances surrounding his exit.

Thursday morning, Coniglio tweeted “Federal police in cities … now where have I seen that before?” with a picture of Nazi soldiers posing in front of a Swastika banner.

The tweet came the same day President Donald Trump announced he would be sending a surge of federal troops into Democratic cities to combat local crime.

Coniglio later deleted the tweet, but not before dozens of users screenshot it, including U.S. Rep. Ken Buck, Colorado’s Republican Party chairman.

“Comparing the brave men and women of our law enforcement community to Nazis is absolutely reprehensible,” Buck tweeted.

The Colorado Republican Party also responded on Twitter: “Republicans know that the press leans to the left, but are fellow reporters okay with this type of radical hate against law enforcement from employees at local news stations?”

Channel 9 appears to have taken Coniglio’s bio down from its website, and the meteorologist has removed any mention of the station from his Twitter page. Coniglio’s bio now promotes his skills as a forensic weather expert and expert witness in legal cases and insurance claims.

He told Westword last year that he intended to leave 9News at the end of 2019 as he dealt with various health issues, but he ended up staying with the station. Coniglio previously worked at Denver7 and CBS4 before spending the past 16 years with 9News.

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Brittany Gilliam says she was looking at her phone for another nail salon when an Aurora police officer approached her car. The incident from Sunday morning has now gone viral online and once again caused controversy for the police department.

“He proceeded to handcuff me and I saw him handcuff the kids, so I started getting angry why are you handcuffing kids for,” Gilliam said.

“I actually didn’t know what I was watching when I first started seeing what was happening. I’d never seen a gun that close,” said Jenni Wurtz who witnessed the incident and recorded it. “I went from seeing kids in a car to seeing a gun pointed at the kids in the car. I called my husband and said ‘I don’t know what I’m looking at,’ and he said ‘Hang up and start recording.’”

Aurora police say they conducted a high-risk stop because of a suspected stolen vehicle. Gilliam’s car had the same license plate number, but wrong state, for the vehicle officers were looking for. Gilliam says her 12-year-old sister and 17-year-old niece were handcuffed while lying on the asphalt of the parking lot.

A 14-year-old niece and her 6-year-old daughter were also obeying police commands to lay on the ground.

“They were screaming for their mom and again, this was all a big misunderstanding, so in their mind they’re getting their nails done. It was all happening so fast and something about it was like, this is not right. These kids have no idea what is happening,” Wurtz said.

“I’m livid. I’m angry,” said Gilliam. “Those kids are not OK. They’re never going to be OK. That was a traumatic experience. Would your kids be OK after that? Having a gun pulled on them and laid on the ground. Especially a 6 year old.”

Gilliam’s attorney says he will file a federal lawsuit for excessive force.

“I don’t want your apology. I want change,” she said. “Better protocol, better procedures because the way you did it yesterday was not it.”

CHICAGO (Reuters) - The leader and 22 members of the Black Disciples street gang have been arrested and charged with drug and gun trafficking on Chicago’s South Side, a prosecutor said on Wednesday.

Among those arrested was alleged gang leader Darnell McMiller, 34, who is charged with distributing fentanyl-laced heroin in September 2019.

The Black Disciples are a national street gang that is prevalent throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, the U.S. Attorney’s Office says.

U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois John Lausch told a news conference that law enforcement seized firearms, cocaine, heroin and fentanyl after the multi-year investigation.

Lausch said the probe was active well before the start of Operation Legend, a Trump administration initiative that last week sent federal agents to Chicago and other major cities to tackle violent crime.

The third-largest city has seen a spike in violent crime this summer, including a drive-by shooting by suspected gang members at a funeral last week that wounded 15 people.

Benzino allegedly flew into a jealous rage and took his anger out on his baby mama, Althea Eaton's new man and his truck ... which led to his arrest.

The incident went down Friday morning in Braselton, GA where Benzino allegedly got into a shouting match with a man who was hanging out with Althea ... according to cops.

That other man told cops he "and a female he has been seeing, Althea Eaton, were out for a walk in the neighborhood" but when they got back to his truck, Benzino "approached him in a threatening and harassing manner." Cops say the man told them he didn't know Benzino and had no idea Althea was involved with someone else.

According to the police report, the guy tried getting into his 2018 Chevy Silverado but Benzino wasn't having it, and allegedly hit the truck multiple times with his fist. Cops say they saw 2 dents in the driver's side door.

Now, Benzino told a much different story -- claiming he was in the area watching his son play tennis when "a male came up to him and told him he was going to shoot him."

Benzino denied damaging the dude's truck, but witnesses backed up the other man's claims. Benzino was ultimately arrested and booked on 1 count of criminal damage 2nd degree and 1 count of disorderly conduct. He was taken to Gwinnett County Jail where his bail was set at $8,450, and we're told he remains behind bars.

As we've reported ... Benzino's had his share of trouble with the law, and NO lack of serious drama with Althea.

Video After The Jump

The Queen of Karens has been found — and so too has the most patient team of landscapers ever.

Yet another incredible video of a vitriolic racist attack has emerged online, but it is how this one was handled that really makes it stand out.

While the 3.5 minute Instagram video, shot in Orlando, does not show what led up to the outburst, it appears the woman was upset over the noise of the work the crew were carrying out — and she did not hold back her opinions.

Screaming "You f--king bitch" a difficult-to-count number of times, the uniformed crew — from A Cut Above The Rest landscapers — just smile and tell the camera: "This is the kind of shit we go through man."

"We ain't even doing nothing, we're out here working in 94 degrees!" one laments, also smiling.

She continues to yell abuse, but one simply calls back: "Have a blessed day ma'am!"

Infuriated that her barbs don't seem to be having an effect, she charges forward to get face to face, before adding a heavy dose of racism to her diatribe.

"F--k you you f--king n----r bitch!" she screams.

Backing away to a safe distance, the worker laments "I knew it was coming... I ain't even all the way Black, I'm Puerto Rican man!"

But that, alas, only gets him labeled a "f--king Puerto Rican bitch" instead.

As the crew respectfully pack up their tools and prepare to move on, a resident approaches and asks her to calm down, but he just gets an earful for his efforts too.

"You just keep on repeating the same thing," he chuckles before backing off as well.

She can still be heard demanding the neighbor "kick her ass" as the crew pull away in their truck.

"I love you, God loves you," one of the landscapers calls out to her as she storms after the truck, still hurling abuse; he even offers some departing caring advice: "You're going to pass out in the sun! You gotta go into your house!"

"And stop winking at me!"

CHICAGO — A suspect is in custody in the fatal shooting of 9-year-old Janari Ricks, Chicago police announced Monday.

This past weekend was another violent one in the city of Chicago, with 24 shooting incidents and 33 shooting victims — including two juveniles. In total, nine people were killed.

Among those killed was 9-year-old Janari Ricks, who was fatally shot in Cabrini Green Friday evening as he was playing outside with friends.

Police said someone walked up and started shooting, striking Ricks in the chest. He was transported to Lurie Children’s Hospital, where he later died.

Ricks was not the intended target, according to police.

His heartbroken mother said her son would be going into the fourth grade this fall. She said he loved basketball and math, and should not have been a victim.

Police said community tips led to the arrest of the gunman in this case. Someone who has a connection to Cabrini Green, but no longer lives there. Charges are pending and expected to be announced soon.

At least 37 children have been killed so far this year.

During a press conference Monday, Chicago police said this past weekend was the least violent in the month of July.

However, July was the most violent Chicago has seen since 1992.

ZINC, Ark. (KY3) - A group of Black Lives Matter protesters took a trip to a small town in Arkansas on Sunday to protest the KKK, racism and hatred.

The group took to the streets of Zinc, Ark., which is the home of KKK director and Grandwizard Tom Robb.

Protesters described the town as “the heartbeat of racism.” While protesters gathered on one side of a long dirt road through the town, some locals counter-protesting gathered on the far end. Both groups were separated by local sheriff’s deputies.

Several of the BLM protesters came from out of the area, including Missourians from Branson and Springfield.

Springfield protester Sonny Cropper said the drive was worth it.

“We came here open for dialogue,” Cropper said. “You know we want to be able to have conversations with people. And we want to show people that this movement can come to a place like this and keep it peaceful the whole time.”

He said the protest was the first of its kind, making a large leap forward for the movement.

“This is the first time I have heard of an anti-racism protest come directly into ‘the belly of the beats.’ I mean we’re not very far from where the national director of the KKK does his business,” Cropper said.

He said the group had one major goal for the protest.

“I think the main thing is to show them that even out here, in your little neck of the woods, where you do not think you have to see the people that you hate, we know that hatred is here and we still do not tolerate it,” Cropper said.

The protest remained peaceful for a few hours, but people living in the area still felt the visit was unwelcome.

“I think if they want to start trouble, they should do it in their own town,” Zinc resident Kenny Devore said. “We did not ask for it. We didn’t do nothing to them. And I don’t really see what the reason is for them being here.”

Devore said he stayed in the area during the protest to protect his family, who live in a house right across the street from where the protest occurred.

“I got family behind me and up here on the corner,” he said. “I’m just out here to keep it peaceful and protect the family and the citizens.”

One man came from Branson to partake in the protest. He said some of his family members were in the KKK.

“I have a lot of animosity for the klan,” Branson protester Jason Walker said. “Beacuse my grandfather was a Grand Dragon and his son was a part of all this hate. And it is not good.”

Walker said he came to protest the hatred he had learned about growing up.

“I was raised around a lot of hateful, spiteful, racist people,” he said. “And I’m out here to try and put an end to it. My kids do not need to grow up in this, my nieces and nephews do not need to grow up in this. There is no sense for any of this.”

Some people living in the town said they are worried the group will come back in the near future.

“Really people just want it to get done and go away,” Devore said.

He said he does not think there is much racism in the town, but said he thinks now there will be a lot of animosity in the town against the protesters. Devore said the protest would likely not accomplish anything in Zinc

Some protesters said they are eager to come back to the town in a few months.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are trying to navigate an extremely rough patch in their relationship, and hope a family trip will help to set things straight ... before it's beyond repair.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... the couple decided to jump on a jet Sunday and take a private family vacation to try and work things out. We're told the trip was something the couple discussed when Kim visited Kanye in an emotional trip to Wyoming last weekend.

As of late ... things between Kim and Kanye have been icy. They hadn't seen each other much at all for months ... Yeezy was doing his thing at the ranch and Kim's been taking care of their four young children.

Kanye said during his South Carolina rally he asked Kim for a divorce last year and he raised the subject of divorce several times at the event. We're told it's something that has definitely been discussed.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Ye reunited this week in Wyoming for the first time since Kanye's off-the-rails campaign rally in South Carolina, which ignited a bitter back and forth that saw KKW trying to get Yeezy treatment for a serious bipolar episode.

The family trip will mark one of the first they've taken in a long time ... and outside the vacation, Kim and Kanye hadn't spent much time together outside family birthdays and holidays.

As we've reported ... the list of grievances from Kim to Kanye is pretty long -- we're told it's everything from him continuing his presidential campaign, to his Twitter rants and what he said at his rally.

As we reported ... Kanye offered up an apology on Twitter last weekend, so the family trip will be a time for him to prove it was legit and that he's willing to change for his family.
