President Donald Trump's longest-serving national security adviser John Bolton condemned his presidency as dangerously damaging to the United States and argued the 2020 election is the last "guardrail" to protect the country from him.
In an exclusive interview with ABC News, Bolton offered a brutal indictment of his former boss, saying, "I hope (history) will remember him as a one-term president who didn't plunge the country irretrievably into a downward spiral we can't recall from. We can get over one term -- I have absolute confidence, even if it's not the miracle of a conservative Republican being elected in November. Two terms, I'm more troubled about."
In the interview with ABC News Chief Global Affairs Correspondent Martha Raddatz and in his new book, "The Room Where It Happened," Bolton paints Trump as "stunningly uninformed," making "erratic" and "irrational" decisions, unable to separate his personal and political interests from the country's, and marked and manipulated by foreign adversaries.
"I don't think he's a conservative Republican. I'm not going to vote for him in November -- certainly not going to vote for Joe Biden either. I'm going to figure out a conservative Republican to vote in," he told Raddatz.
Since excerpts of the book -- out June 23 -- leaked, Bolton has faced a tsunami of criticism both from Trump and his allies, for betraying his trust, and from Trump's critics, for coming out against the president now when he refused to testify before the House impeachment hearings and stayed silent with Trump on trial in the Senate.
Trump himself has blasted Bolton as a "wacko" and "liar," while accusing him of revealing classified information and attacking him personally: "Everybody in the White House hated John Bolton." Those comments contradict what Trump said just months ago after Bolton left the administration, telling reporters in November, "I like John Bolton. I always got along with him."
In his interview, Bolton predicted Trump's response would be "volcanic," countering, "It's typical of the Trump administration that when faced with criticism, they don't deal with the substance of the criticism, they attack the person, which I fully expect and doesn't surprise me."
"The president isn't worried about foreign governments reading this book. He's worried about the American people reading this book," Bolton added, saying he was "very conscious" to avoid including classified information, but, "The people of the country need to hear the reality."

Bubba Wallace -- the only Black driver in NASCAR's top series -- confirms a noose was found in his team's garage stall at Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday ... and now the racing org is investigating.
The noose was found by a member of Wallace's team -- just hours after someone flew a Confederate flag over the legendary Alabama track to protest NASCAR banning the symbol at all events.
The crew member who found the noose immediately alerted NASCAR, which is now working with law enforcement to find the culprit.
"We are angry and outraged, and cannot state strongly enough how seriously we take this heinous act," NASCAR said.
"We have launched an immediate investigation, and will do everything we can to identify the person(s) responsible and eliminate them from the sport."
Wallace called the situation a "despicable act of racism and hatred" -- and says he's "incredibly saddened."
He added, "We will not be deterred by the reprehensible actions of those who seek to spread hate. As my mother told me today, 'They are just trying to scare you.'"
"This will not break me, I will not give in nor will I back down. I will continue to proudly stand for what I believe in."
LeBron James offered his support to Wallace -- calling the entire situation "sickening."
"[Bubba Wallace] my brother! Know you don’t stand alone," Bron said ... "I’m right here with you as well as every other athlete."
"I just want to continue to say how proud I am of you for continuing to take a stand for change here in America and sports! NASCAR I salute you as well!"
As for the confederate flag flyover which took place before the Geici 500 race was set to begin -- still unclear who was responsible for that. NASCAR says they're looking into that as well.

A second former Minneapolis police officer who is currently facing charges related to George Floyd's death is free, for now and immediately got a taste of what his life will be like out in public.
J. Alexander Kueng was released at about 7:30 p.m. Friday on $750,000 bail with conditions. While out shopping when he was recognized by a woman in a food store. She starts recording while questioning him.
"So, you're out of prison and you're comfortably shopping in Cub Foods as if you didn't do anything?" she asks.
"I wouldn't call it comfortably. I would say getting necessities ... or helping," Kueng responds.
"I don't think you should have that right. I don't think you should even be out on bail," the woman continues. "You're literally out here comfortably as if you didn't kill that man? Did you think people weren't going to recognize you? You don't have the right to be here. You killed somebody in cold blood. You do not have the right to be here. We want you to be locked up."
Kueng’s release comes more than a week after fellow former officer Thomas Lane was released on bail. Like Kueng and Tou Thao, Lane was charged with aiding and abetting in Floyd’s death.
The officers were on scene as Derek Chauvin kneeled on George Floyd at 38th and Chicago while taking him into custody. Floyd became unresponsive during the arrest and was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Chauvin is charged with murder in the case.

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez heaped praise on countless teens who punked Donald Trump and his campaign Saturday night in a big, big way.
Trump and co. had been touting that huge crowds -- 100,000 strong -- would show up for his Tulsa rally, yet he couldn't even fill a 19,000 seat arena ... it was only 2/3 full.
Enter TikTok users and K-pop fans, who started their own campaign, registering for tickets to the Trump rally with obviously no intention of going. This is why, in part, the Trump campaign bragged 1 million people had registered.
AOC was beside herself, saying ... "you just got ROCKED by teens on TikTok who flooded the Trump campaign w/ fake ticket reservations & tricked you into believing a million people wanted your white supremacist open mic enough to pack an arena during COVID. Shout out to Zoomers. Y’all make me so proud."
TikTok ... where some campaigns happen, and some don't.

Born on May 2, 1988 in Baltimore, Maryland, Brian “Biggz” Booth was determined to develop his creative abilities from his early childhood, and winning the “Best Drawing Award” from the Maryland Institute of Art at just 7 years old cemented his love for the arts and made his first commercial on the reasons young students should learn art, showing his ability to draw and paint. By the age of 12, Biggz moved to Virginia Beach, VA where he founded and developed a rap group, “The Street Team” where he led the creation of instrumentals and sound design. In no time the group began touring and performing, landing their first record deal with the Hood Platinum Record Label. After studying Audio Engineering and the Business of Music under Hip Hop pioneers, Double XL and CEO P, Biggz signed the artists from the rap group (Awax, Dallis, T. Butts, & Don Rashawn) to his own ”Major Movement'' label. They opened for legendary acts such as Jim Jones, Big Country Kanx, Mulage, and OJ Da Juiceman. After a 5 year run, Biggz dissolved the label to open a studio in Virginia Beach, "Black Vinyl Recordings" where he recorded major artists such as Gucci Mane, Rick Ross, Lil Boosie, Earthgang, and Moneybagg Yo, to name a few. This entrepreneurial endeavor allowed his audio engineering career to skyrocket which landed him a full-time position at Thomas Crown Recording Studios owned by super-producer, Timbaland. At the age of 25, Brian began rapping again, and started a rap group called “World Order”. They opened for artists such as Trae da Truth, Little Debbie, Stylez P, Slaughter House, Ginuwine, King Los, Twista, Mystical, Scarface, Kirko Bangz, Stitches and Slim Jesus. Brian currently owns the “Prime Records” record label within the DNA Recording Studio in Virginia Beach, VA. The idea of the name “Prime Records” derived from the definition: “of the best quality: excellent”, exemplifying the sound quality he consistently provides for his clients. In May of 2020, Biggz’s engineering work with EarthGang and J.I.D. caught the attention of BeatStars, the premiere online marketplace for beat makers and has since entered a joint publishing venture with BeatStars and SONY/ATV publishing.
Biggz’s future goals include providing guidance to developing artists through the
competitive music business. He is also focused on perfecting his craft as a multitalented producer-engineer and elevating the Prime Records brand through his numerous business ventures.

Comedian D.L. Hughley had some sort of medical emergency Friday night ... he was performing at a Nashville club when he went limp and passed out cold.
D.L. was performing at Zanies Comedy Club and a sold out crowd was enjoying his jokes when suddenly, at around 11 PM, it appeared something was amiss. His speech became labored. A security guard handed D.L. a bottle of water, and a minute later he just passed out cold while he was leaning against a stool.
The comedian's manager was at the ready and grabbed D.L. to break his fall. The manager carried him off stage and that was it ... no one told the crowd what happened, but it was serious enough for an ambulance and fire truck to show up. D.L. was put on a stretcher and taken to a nearby hospital.
His rep tells TMZ ... he was "suffering from exhaustion after all the week's work and travel, and was kept overnight at the hospital for tests under doctor's orders. He is awake and feeling better, and wishes to thank everyone for the very kind prayer and thoughts."
