Moses Michael Leviy aka Shyne Po spoke with Eskay over at NahRight.com recently to explain among other things the drastic change in his voice and rhyme style.

Check it out below

"Ok, so I just had a conversation with Po. He wanted to explain why there’s been such a drastic change in his rhyme style/flow since his release from prison. I was going to wait until the next time he leaked a track, but I mentioned it on Twitter, and people were asking for an explanation, so here goes.

Here’s the gist of it: That guy we used to know pre-2001? The guy who shot up the club? The guy who stood in front of the judge and took a 10 year bid? The guy who used to spit like this?

That guy is dead.

That was the guy Jamal Barrow used to be, and he no longer wants to be that man. That man made choices that he’ll have to deal with for the rest of his life, and put his mother through one of the worst experiences any mother could ever have to go through. And he doesn’t want to be that man anymore.

He explained, in no uncertain terms, that in order for him to move forward with his life, and stay on the right path, he feels he needs to make drastic changes, and the flow you hear now, is just a small part of that.

So the Shyne you hear now, like it or not, for better or for worse, is the Shyne we’ll be hearing from here out. You don’t have to like it, but I think you have to respect it."

There you have it, Moses trying to justify the trash he's been putting out since he signed his deal with Def Jam (somebody's about to get fired for that one).

In my opinion, this dude just doesn't have it anymore so he's got to give the people a semi-plausible reason why he's so damn wack. I'm not buying that bull, if he really wanted to be a different man he wouldn't be digging up an old beef with 50 Cent right now.

Think about it...

(AllHipHop News) Harlem, New York rapper Jim Jones will begin teaching a 6-week high school course to educate students on the inner-working of the music business.

Jones was cleared by the Board of Education in New York to teach the class, and he will begin teaching Music Business 101 on Tuesday (April 27th) in New York.

The course is being presented by Entertainers 4 Education (E4EA), a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2005 by entertainment executive, Tonya Lewis and educator J.P. Taylor.

The rapper is on the board of the non-profit organization, which educates students on the importance of education and self development.

After Jones finishes teaching the high school students on Monday, he will head over to Fordham University, to speak to college-level students about the music industry.

At both events, Jones will specifically teach the kids about artist management, creative control over content, intellectual property, production, distribution, music operations and music business “threats.”

Jim has been a longstanding E4EA board member,” said Tonya Lewis, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Entertainers 4 Education Alliance Inc. “He is a true hip hop talent who will teach and inspire kids about the many aspects of the music industry. We know he will have a positive impact on the kids.”

Jones’ Music Business 101 is a six-week course that starts April 27th and will be taught every subsequent Tuesday for the next six weeks.

Other members of E4EA’s board include MTV personality Sway Calloway, NBA legend John Starks, R&B singer/rapper Tyrese Gibson and others.

So nice, they're doing it thrice!

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon will be tying the knot for the third time on April 30, which is their two-year wedding anniversary. Expect a similar blowout in 2011, 2012 ... and beyond, as long as they're together.

"We get married every year! That's our thing," Cannon explained to UsMagazine.com at Monday's PepsiCo Feed America Volunteer Day event in NYC.

"So it's going to be our third wedding this year. That's what we'll be doing on the actual [anniversary]...We'll do something...A party or event, just to celebrate."

The Grammy-winning singer is definitely getting more bling from her spouse. Cannon confirmed to Us that he'll be getting his wife another diamond ring for the occasion. "That’s totally right," he said. "This is the third ring I have to buy...It’ll be something different. Something good."

Carey's engagement ring from Jacob & Co. Jewelers reportedly cost $2.5 million.

After dating for just six weeks in early 2008, Cannon, 29 and Carey, 40, wed on the singer's private island in The Bahamas in a surprise bash.

"It's nice," Cannon gushed. "We like being married every year."

Former XXL Freshman alum B.o.B. is making big moves lately. The Atlanta MC snatched up the No. 1 position on The Billboard Hot 100 singles charts this morning (April 22) with his hit collaboration with Bruno Mars, “Nothin’ on You.”

XXLMag.com caught up the Grand Hustle artist during the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival last weekend—where he performed alongside Jay-Z, Wale and De La Soul—to find out his reaction to the track’s popularity.

At the time “Nothin’ on You” was No. 2 on the charts behind Rihanna’s “Rude Boy,” and Bobby Ray wasn’t exactly confident that he’d be able to overthrow the pop star. When asked if the song would be able to make it to No. 1, he said, “I dunno, because I have been hanging up there for a minute and she’s been hanging up there for a minute. So, it’s kinda like, whatchu gonna do? Fuck it. [It’s a] draw.”

During the interview B.o.B. said he didn’t care if he got the No. 1 spot. “It doesn’t matter at this point,” he explained. “It’s all to-ma-toes, to-mah-toes, No. 1 and No. 2—it’s like, ‘What do you see, the sun or the moon?’ They’re both there. Even though the sun is a little bigger, you see both of them.

Well, looks like the moon eclipsed the sun earlier today. “Nothin’ on You” is the lead single from Bob’s major label debut The Adventures of Bobby Ray. The disc, which features cameos from Eminem, T.I. and Lupe Fiasco, hits stores on Tuesday (April 27).

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has been named the cover boy for EA Sports 'Madden NFL 11'.

Brees, who is coming off a great season that was capped by him winning the Super Bowl MVP trophy. Following his teams 31-17 win over the Indianapolis Colts told the Associated Press he was honored to be on the cover.

"A great way to cap off an amazing year." Brees said.

Brees was chosen by fans who voted online to determine the game's cover athlete. The other choices were Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Reggie Wayne and Minnesota Vikings defensive end Jared Allen

The Madden cover does however, have a scary history tied to it. A number of players that appeared on the cover over the years have either gotten hurt or had terrible seasons right after.

Marshall Faulk, Ray Lewis, Vince Young, Shaun Alexander, Troy Polamalu, Ray Lews, Donovan McNabb and Michael Vick have all suffered at the hand of the dreaded "Madden Curse"

Will Brees suffer the same fate? I'm sure the "Who Dats" in New Orleans are praying he doesn't.

The game is due Aug. 10 for PlayStation 3, XBox 360, Nintendo Wii, PS2 and PSP, as well as the iPhone and other mobile phones.

With that being said, the interview you're about to watch with Guru's friend Solar has left me confused to say the least.

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. - Given just months to live, Aaron Jamison has set his mind on two missions.

The first is to spread a message of hope. Jamison, who has terminal cancer, hands out purple bracelets that read "Cancer Sucks... Life is Good...Choose Joy" to people he meets.

The other mission is harder. Jamison wants to pay for his cremation and urn costs before he dies so his wife Kristin won't have to worry about it.

His plan is to sell advertising space on two urns that will hold his ashes - one for his wife and one for his parents.

"I'm on different chemo now," said Jamison, who was diagnosed with an aggressive form of colon cancer. It has spread to his liver and lymph nodes. " If it works, I've got about nine months. If it doesn't work, I've got three. So I'm trying to get on the ball with the ad sales."

The plan and his sense of humor are typical Aaron, say his wife and friends.

When others might cry, the musician and comedian finds a way to laugh.

"He does quirky little things and this is kind of him," said his wife, Kristin Jamison. At first, she objected to the plan but now supports it.

"I asked her to marry me after 30 days," he said. "Ads on urns are no big deal after that."

Jamison said he is collecting disability, but it does not cover his monthly medical bills. He has a small life insurance policy, but said it's not much to leave to his wife.

"He had so much concern for his wife and how she was going to be able to handle this," said Dustin Remington, Jamison's longtime friend and owner of Terese's Place. "It was just an opportunity I was happy to be a part of."

Remington handed over a 100 dollar check and signed a contract Monday.

Greg Byerly, who owns Cry Baby Ink, also plans to buy ad space.

Jamison plans to hand paint the ads on the two urns. He hopes to raise 800 dollars to pay for the cremation and the urns.

If you're interested in buying an ad, visit his website or e-mail aaron@judasforgiven.com

This is why sports games are so thrilling to watch. You never know what you're going to see at any given moment.

As Fordham baseball player Brian Kownacki rounded third base, headed for home. Catcher James Beck for Iona had the plate totally blocked.

Brian took the only route to the plate he could without a painful collision by leaping over the Iona player's head to safely score the run.

Fordham won the game 12-9.

Kourtney Kardashian is pleased with her post-baby butt and wants to devise an exercise regime which will help her keep her shapely rear.

The reality TV star - who gave birth to her first child, son Mason, in December - piled on 40lbs during her pregnancy and although she prefers her new plumper butt, Kourtney admits she needs to keep it in check.

She said: "I want to try to do squats - stuff that will keep the booty up there!"

The 30-year-old socialite doesn't just use the classic power move that helps lift, tone and define, as she's recently become very serious about jogging too.

She said: "I'm big on running - just putting on my iPod Shuffle and going for a run by my house. You'll be having fun and losing weight at the same time."

Kourtney also credited a couple of small changes in her diet as making a difference to her body shape.

She told Life and Style magazine: "I used to always get a chai latte from Starbucks, but I just switched to one espresso shot. I'm allowing myself one serving of caffeine while breastfeeding baby Mason, and the latte was really all sugar and milk."

Super producer Scott Storch has seen the highest of highs and the lowest of lows in his music career.

He suffered a tremendous fall from grace when he lost a reported $30 million during a three year cocaine binge.
Which culminated in him losing almost all of his worldly possessions including his $7 million dollar 10-room Miami mansion.

The good news is, the hit maker who's created smash singles for 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, Jay-Z and Beyonce is on the road to recovery.

There is one person however, that feels like Scott abandoned them back then and still is now. His mother Joyce Yolanda Storch recently spoke to The Miami New Times. She says he has refused to help her out financially in any way.

"Scott always told me he had plans to do certain things for the family," she says. "But then I guess things got bad before he got around to it. I read about all these other rappers' mothers — P. Diddy's mother, Kanye West's mother, Jay-Z's mother. Their sons all took care of them."

"If he reads this, he would be very angry at me. He's not going to ever give me anything."

Scott's Mom Yolanda & Grandfather Julius

Joyce goes on to talk about the laundry list of financial woes she has. The medical bills that keep piling up for her ailing father Julius. The lawsuit she's facing after Capital One sued her for $5700 in unpaid credit card bills. Even the holes in the 36 year old carpet in her home.

She thinks Scott has been selfish:

"I think that maybe you should make sure your mother has her retirement taken care of before you buy another $2 million necklace for some hotel heiress. You don't just have a miracle from God like that and then take all that money and throw it in the garbage pail."
