Floyd Mayweather's comeback is off ... at least for now ... with the boxer telling people he will likely NOT fight in 2020 in the wake of the multiple personal tragedies and the coronavirus.

As we previously reported, 43-year-old Floyd was planning on TWO fights in 2020 -- one event involving the UFC and another fight against an established, respected boxer.

But, sources close to Floyd tell us ... Mayweather is reeling after both his ex, Josie Harris, and his uncle, Roger Mayweather, died in the span of a week. And, the last thing on his mind is fighting.

Floyd has 3 children with Josie who died unexpectedly last week while in her car in front of her home in Valencia, CA. In fact, she was found by one of their children.

Uncle Roger -- who was also Floyd's trainer -- had been ill for a while, but we're told Floyd was extremely fond of him and is having a tough time accepting that he's gone.

On top of all that ... we're also told Floyd was crushed by the death of his friend, Kobe Bryant -- he took that one particularly hard.

In other words, he's dealing with A LOT right now -- and it would be extremely difficult for him to focus on boxing.

Plus, with the coronavirus pandemic still in full swing -- and so many events being canceled or postponed -- it's unclear when Floyd would be able to lock down a fight date in 2020 anyway.

As always with Floyd, the situation is fluid -- and he's been known to change his mind when it comes to major career decisions -- but as of now, this is where his head's at.

Tekashi 6ix9ine damn near had one of his former friends killed when the rapper ordered a hit ... so claims that ex-friend who is now suing the rapper.

Shane Hardy claims he had a falling out with Tekashi back in January 2018 over the rapper's gang affiliation with Nine Trey Bloods. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Hardy says Tekashi admitted, under oath in his racketeering trial, he directed Aaron "Bat" Young and Jamel "Mel Murda" Jones to shoot Hardy.

Hardy claims on January 19, 2018 around 11:45 PM in Brooklyn, Young and Jones each fired several shots at him. Hardy claims he was hit in the back of the head and neck, but remarkably, survived.

Hardy claims he suffered serious physical injury and great humiliation. He's suing Tekashi -- along with Young and Jones -- for damages. This is Tekashi's second lawsuit in the same month. As we first reported, Fashion Nova sued the rapper for $2.25 million over his failure to promote the brand 'cause he got locked up.

BTW ... Young and Jones are currently behind bars after getting caught up in Tekashi's racketeering case. Young was sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to being part of a racketeering conspiracy. Jones was sentenced to 11 years in prison after pleading guilty to racketeering and narcotics charges.

Video After The Jump

DETROIT (FOX 2) - Self-professed violent Detroit gang members bragged about their murderous ways online - and are now sentenced to federal prison.

Court records show the brothers were gang members on the west side of Detroit. They were involved in drug dealing and intimidation, according to authorities.

Antoine and Austin Woods were known to post on social media to enlist others to engage in violence. But in 2015 their reputations suffered a blow after an altercation at Fairlane Town Center was caught on video. It showed known rival “Baby James” chasing the brothers throughout the mall.

When that video was posted on social media, the Woods brothers were humiliated and, according to court documents, wanted revenge.

And the same day: Antoine Woods bragged "We don't conversate we demonstrate redrum (murder backwards)."

The brothers trying to shoot "Baby James" outside a Detroit exotic dancer club - and instead, hit an innocent bystander and shot up another woman's car. And then, around midnight Dec. 20, a drive-by shooting at Baby James’ grandmother’s home, according to authorities.

Three people were inside the home, including a young child, police said. Nobody was shot.

They are charged with 17 counts including racketeering, conspiracy to commit murder and obstruction of justice.

The apparent leader - Antoine - was sentenced to 32 years in prison. His older brother, Austin, was sentenced to 14 years.

Video After The Jump

MONCURE, N.C. (WTVD) -- Deputies said seven people, all from the same family, are dead after a suspected murder-suicide in Chatham County on Sunday night.

According to a news release, Chatham County deputies first received a call from a home on Moncure Flatwood Road shortly after 5:30 p.m.

In the 911 call, the son of one of the victims told police to get there quickly.

"There's a guy at my house shooting right now," he said.

He told the dispatcher that he was hiding in the closet.

"It doesn't sound like anyone's in my house anymore. I don't know what's going on," he said.

He then left the closet and told the dispatcher there was blood everywhere.

"My dad is dead," he said.

Officials say evidence suggests 66-year-old Larry Ray was the gunman.

Investigators identified the victims as 67-year-old Jeanie Ray, 93-year-old Helen Mason, 73-year-old Ellis Mansfield, 54-year-old Lisa Mansfield, 41-year-old John Paul Sanderford and 39-year-old Nicole Sanderford.

A relative said the shootings began at Larry Ray's home.

He shot and killed his wife, Jeanie, before going across the street to her 93-year-old grandmother's home where he shot and killed Mason and her cousins Ellis and Lisa Mansfield.

Then, family members say he went to another home and shot and killed John and Nicole Sanderford. Nicole is Ray's wife's niece. The son of John and Nicole is the one who called 911.

The motive of the shooting is unknown at this time.

Juice WRLD may have barely been old enough to buy beer but he was loaded ... worth MILLIONS before his tragic death.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the late rapper's estate was worth $3,278,867.49. This included a condo in Miami worth around $1,490,000 and several bank accounts ... including one with $1,001,515.68.

He was also a huuuuge watch and jewelry collector cause, according to docs, his watches and jewelry alone are worth $459,318.75. Remember, it's possible Juice WRLD is actually worth a lot more cause there could be assets in trusts outside of the probate estate.

And speaking of the probate estate ... it was Juice WRLD's mom, Carmela Wallace, who filed the docs asking to be appointed the representative for the estate. Juice WRLD had no kids and was not married ... and his father died 6 months prior to Juice suffering a fatal seizure at Chicago's Midway airport.

The coronavirus continues to impact the sports world. On Tuesday, Kevin Durant and three other Brooklyn Nets players tested positive for COVID-19. The names of the four players were not made public in the team release, but Kevin Durant soon spoke out about his condition with Shams Charania of The Athletic.

"Everyone be careful, take care of yourself and quarantine," Durant said. "We're going to get through this,"

All four Nets players, including Durant, are in quarantine. Only one of the four is experiencing symptoms. Durant has not exhibited symptoms from the virus, according to Charania. Here's more from the Nets' press release:

The organization is currently notifying anyone who has had known contact with the players, including recent opponents, and is working closely with state and local health authorities on reporting. All players and members of the Nets travel party are being asked to remain isolated, closely monitor their health and maintain constant communication with team medical staff. The health of our players and staff is of the highest priority to the organization and the team is doing everything within its power to ensure that those affected receive the best care possible.

There are now seven NBA players that have tested positive for COVID-19. Rudy Gobert was the first, followed by his Utah Jazz teammate Donovan Mitchell and Detroit Pistons forward Christian Wood. Because of Gobert's positive test and due to concerns over the global outbreak, the NBA suspended the 2019-20 season last week. The league remains hopeful of resuming operations in mid-to-late June.

Durant had not played this season due to a torn Achilles tendon, and his agent said earlier this week that his status wouldn't change even with the possibility of the playoffs getting pushed back into late summer. "Honestly, not very realistic from my standpoint, and not even spoken about," Kleiman said during a radio appearance.

The Nets paid a private company to conduct the tests for team members, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. The tests were conducted on Saturday, but results were not available until Tuesday, Greg Logan of Newsday reports. The organization is now going through the process of notifying anyone who had contact with the players over the past two weeks, including other teams. Since March 3, Brooklyn has played the Boston Celtics, Memphis Grizzlies, San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Lakers.

Last week, the Nets were set to play the Golden State Warriors, Durant's former team, behind closed doors before Gobert's positive test prompted the suspension of the season. Because of their contact with the Jazz, the Celtics players have already all been tested and cleared. It's likely that the other teams the Nets have played will now go through a similar process.
