It’s not hard to distinguish T-Pains voice on any song. Especially the angelic like harmonies on his 2005 hit single “I’m Sprung”. But when I heard Tory Lanez version of this classic banger I was in awe. Maybe due to the fact of how difficult it is to turn a classic song into a new smash hit all over again. This level of excitement led me to discover a young man by the name of Papi Yerr. The producer of Tory Lanez & T-Pain’s Jerry Sprunger. The song begins with a ringing hi hat and follows by a 2005 Busta Rhymes “Touch It” drum pattern and instantly I thought how genius it was to mix that drum pattern with T-Pains harmonious riffs from “I’m Sprung.” When I discovered Papi Yerr I went back and dug deeper into his discography and found out that he also worked with the Florida legend XXXTENTACION & even featured on a song with him entitled “Emoji”. Papi Yerr also produced Love Ya Gyal// Love Sounds ft The-Dream and The Take ft Chris Brown which is on Tory Lanez Chixtape 5. We are looking forward to hearing more from the bubbling producer Jerry Sprunger is a certified Bop!

PHOENIX — A man was caught on video in Phoenix on Friday attempting to steal a wheelchair from a woman while she was still sitting in it.
The incident occurred at 3:40 p.m. inside a light rail car at the Jefferson Street stop, according to authorities.
Authorities also say that the victim screamed for help and fell from her wheelchair.
The suspect then tried to exit the light rail car with the wheelchair, but nearby bystanders came to the aid of the victim and halted the thief before he fled on foot.
Authorities describe the suspect as a white male, age 22-28, 5-foot-6 to 6-foot, 200-215 pounds, dirty-blonde hair, a goatee and is wearing a red hoodie sweatshirt, blue jeans and reindeer slippers.
The victim has not been identified at this time, but authorities said that she only suffered bruising and soreness.

Who’s your daddy?
A polyamorous woman in Florida with four partners is pregnant, and says despite sharing her bed with her many lovers, she’s certain of who the father is.
Tory Ojeda, 20, lives with three of her four partners in their Jacksonville, Fla., home. Marc, Travis, Ethan and Christopher take turns spending time with Ojeda, “swapping in and out” of her bed each night, she tells Barcroft Media.
The household’s love story began three years ago when Ojeda met Marc, 18, in high school. Two months later, she opened things up with Travis, 23 — to whom she is now engaged. Later, she brought Ethan, 22, and Christopher, 22, into the fold.
And despite her plans to get married to Travis, Ojeda said he’s not the father of her baby girl, due in February.
“Chris is the biological father,” she says. “We just know that because of timing and when the approximate conception date was. Based off of the approximate conception day, we had been on vacation. So it was only us.”
But for the soon-to-be family of six, those are just minor details.
“We’re all raising the baby together — so everyone’s Dad,” Ojeda says. “We’re all very, very excited to be raising a baby together.”
It won’t be without its complications, though. The group says they’ve dealt with bouts of jealousy over the years. It was especially hard for Marc and Travis to accept newcomers Ethan and Christopher at first. But Ethan says they talked it out and are all on good terms now.
And there’s the matter of sharing: Ojeda says it gets pretty exhausting having to please four different men under the same roof. She’s actually encouraged her boyfriends to pursue other love interests.

SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY (CBS13) — The man who claims he was beaten in a racist attack by San Joaquin County Jail guards was charged with five counts of battery on a custodial officer the morning of the incident.
The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office released jail surveillance video of the incident Thursday, showing Jacob Servin in processing and being taken to and from a temporary holding cell at the jail. The footage does not show the incident in question because there are no cameras inside the holding cells due to the Prison Rape Elimination Act, which provides privacy areas to inmates.
Servin was arrested late Sunday for suspicion of public intoxication in Stockton. Officials say Servin was taken to the holding cell after being uncooperative and not answering deputies’ questions.
The sheriff said he was combative after his arrest, grabbing a female officer, reaching for an officer’s equipment, kicking an officer in the chest, and trying to bite staff. But Servin denies the claims that he was violent and said, “that did not happen.”
After the reported incident that left Servin bloody and bruised, the sheriff’s office said patrol deputies were dispatched to the jail and charged Servin with five counts of battery on a custodial officer. When he was released around noon Monday, he signed a promise to appear in court, acknowledging these new charges. He is expected in court on Dec. 17.
CBS13 spoke with Servin on Wednesday. He said he didn’t know if he would survive what he calls, a “violent, racist attack,” at the hands of three correctional officers.
Servin says what happened to him goes beyond standard operating procedure and he wants to share his story.
“I’m not doing this for myself, I’m doing this for anybody in our country that’s ever been affected by this kind of racist abuse,” he said.
Servin says he is planning on filing a lawsuit against the officers.

MIAMI (WSVN) - A seasonal worker for UPS has been arrested after he was accused of returning to steal packages that he had helped drop off.
Police arrested 18-year-old Emmanuel Lamont Reggin Jr. Tuesday and charged him with third-degree grand theft, which is a felony.
According to police, Reggin was a seasonal employee for UPS and would help the full-time driver unload packages at various locations.
Police said on Monday that Reggin helped unload 5,500 packages at a company near 190th Street and Fifth Avenue in Northeast Miami-Dade.
While unloading the truck, police said surveillance video showed Reggin grabbing several packages containing two Kindles, an iPad and a Surface Pro tablet and placing them in and under dumpsters at the business when his coworker was not looking.
Detectives said after stashing the items, Reggin came back later in the evening after he had clocked out and picked them up.
Police said Reggin repeated the process the following day when he returned to help unload more packages at the business. This time, he placed two boxes under the dumpster. The boxes contained a laptop and two PlayStation 4s.
However, the business manager was alerted to the boxes under the dumpsters and checked surveillance cameras where he saw Reggin committing the act.
Reggin was taken into custody and police said the stolen items were found at his home.
UPS has since released a statement on the 18-year-old’s arrest that read in part, “UPS is working with law enforcement, and the person in question is no longer employed by the company.”
Reggin’s uncle and sister were in court while he made his first appearance on Wednesday.
“At 18, you got a chance to work, and then you go and allegedly do something pretty stupid stealing the packages,” Judge Mindy Glazer said. “I don’t know if that’s the path in life you want to take, but I would think not. I would think you would want to stay out of trouble, get a good job and have a nice life. Good luck to you, sir.”
If convicted, Reggin could face up to five years in prison.
Reggin has since bonded out of the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. He did not answer questions as he left the jail.

French Montana is finally out of the hospital after a nearly 2-week stay, and while he still has a long road to recovery ... he also has a new album to help motivate him.
Sources close to French say he was released from West Hills Hospital in the San Fernando Valley earlier this week. It's a big step forward, but doctors have ordered at least 30 more days of bed rest at home.
That means no working, traveling, exercising, performing or partying for the next month, which is a bit of a bummer considering his new album, "Montana" dropped Friday.
We're told docs believe French's various symptoms were the result of seriously overworking himself. Those symptoms included intense stomach pains, dehydration and exhaustion. He also had an elevated heart rate which we're told is back under control after the extended hospital stay.
Our sources say French is anxious to get back to feeling 100%, so he can get back on the road for appearances and performances -- but that's on the back burner, for now.
TMZ broke the story, French was first hospitalized and placed in the ICU 2 weeks ago. Cops were called to his home for what turned out to be a false burglary alarm, but while interacting with French determined he needed medical help, citing possible intoxication.

Rapper Obie Trice is in real trouble, no gimmick, after cops busted him for felony assault with a gun and violating a restraining order.
Trice was booked early Friday morning in Oakland County, Michigan on 2 charges, and is still locked up. The charges include aggravated felony assault of a family member with a gun and contempt of court for violating a protective order.
Law enforcement sources tell us a neighbor called cops early Friday morning when they heard loud noises and shouting coming from Obie's place. We're told when cops arrived, they spoke with Obie and a woman he's been living with who said they'd had an argument.
Our sources say the woman's son got in the middle of the argument, a gun went off, and the son was shot. The son then drove himself to the hospital for treatment ... he's in stable condition.
Obie's bail's been set at $16,900.
Trice was a big part of Eminem's heyday -- he signed to Shady Records in 2000 -- and contributed to songs on the "8 Mile" soundtrack, the D12 album "Devil's Night" ... and of course, had the famous opening line to Em's "Without Me."
He left Shady and started his own record label, Black Market Entertainment, in 2010.
