Kim Kardashian was in fear for her life and thought she would be sexually assaulted when she came face-to-face with the thieves in Paris that robbed her of $10 million in jewelry Sunday, October 2nd.
TMZ reports that the reality television star was in bed, wearing only a robe when she saw two men through the sliding glass door of the two-story apartment she was staying in. One of them was dressed as a cop, the other was wearing a mask.
Kardashian attempted to call her bodyguard, but by that time the gunmen were already inside the apartment and took her phone away.
After her hands were zip tied with plastic handcuffs and wrapped in duct tape, the 35-year old told police she feared being rapes her as the gunmen grabbed her by the ankles
At that point the thieves duct taped Kardashian's ankles and placed her in a bathtub.
She told police that the gunmen were speaking in French and that she only understood their demand to hand over the $4.5 million ring he husband, Kanye West, had given her.

Kardashian pleaded with the gunman not to kill her, telling them she had children at home. She said they could take her money and any other valuables they found in the apartment.
Her friend Simone locked herself in a downstairs bathroom after hearing the commotion upstairs. She then called Kim's bodyguard, Pascal Duvier, and Kim's sister Kourtney Kardashian, telling them to hurry back because something was wrong.
Kim Kardashian's bodyguard Pascal Duvier (left) is not a suspect in the Paris robbery
Pascal arrived shortly after the robbers had left.
According to TMZ, the Paris police and Kardashian family suspect the robbery was an inside job because the thieves knew the exact time when Kim would be without security.
The bodyguard is not a suspect.
A manhunt is on for at least 5 people authorities believe were involved in the theft.

Multiple Grammy Award-winning singer Toni Braxton is currently in serious condition at an Atlanta hospital.
TMZ reports the 48-year old "Un-Break My Heart" crooner is suffering from Lupus complications. Braxton revealed in 2010 that she had been diagnosed with the disease.
According to the Mayo Clinic: "Lupus is a chronic inflammatory disease that occurs when your body's immune system attacks your own tissues and organs. Inflammation caused by lupus can affect many different body systems — including your joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart and lungs."
Birdman cut short his current tour in order to be by his girlfriend's side. This is at least the second time Braxton has been hospitalized for Lupus-related health issues.
In 2012 she had to be treated at a Los Angeles facility.

"Gosh, several dozen," Flair said. "You want me to start with Halle Berry or what?"
The show’s co-host, Conrad Thompson, asked "Oh, Halle Berry rode Space Mountain?"
“Of course she did,” Flair said. “She was in Atlanta and just got divorced from David Justice. Would I have to make up a lie?"

Chris Brown and his attorney, Mark Geragos, have maintained from the beginning that an accusation the singer pulled a gun on Baylee Curran in August while kicking her out of his Tarzana home was bogus.
According to TMZ, the Los Angeles District Attorney will most likely not pursue the case for lack of evidence.
Baylee Curran
As we reported at the time, Curran, a former Miss California Regional beauty pageant winner, called police on August 30 to made the claim.
Brown was arrested later that day.
TMZ reports that the case was supposed to be presented to prosecutors 2 weeks later, but the D.A. didn't think it would stand up in court.
Police were given an additional 2 weeks to come up with better evidence and failed to do so.
Authorities don't believe the 2 guns that were found inside a duffle bag Brown allegedly threw out of a window can be tied to him.
There's an outside chance law enforcement could pursue a misdemeanor assault prosecution with the L.A. City Attorney, but the case is weak which makes that scenario unlikely.

Kim Kardashian was the victim of a robbery in her Paris hotel room Sunday, October 2.
As many as five people were involved in the theft, but only two armed men dressed as police made their way inside.
The thieves took jewelry and other valuables worth millions of dollars. The total amount is still being determined, but the BBC reports that a box containing up to $6.7 million in jewels was taken as well as a $4.5 million ring.
"Kim Kardashian West was held up at gunpoint inside her Paris hotel room this evening, by two armed masked men dressed as police officers. She is badly shaken but physically unharmed," her spokesperson Ina Treciokas told Billboard.
According to the Associated Press, the gunmen forced the hotel concierge to give them access to Kardashian's room at gunpoint.
Once inside, they tied the mother of two up and locked her in a bathroom. It's not clear if her children were with her at the time.
Kardashian was not hurt physically, however she is said to be badly shaken emotionally.
She was in the city for Paris Fashion Week.
The 35-year old reality television star's husband, Kanye West, abruptly ended his concert at the Meadows Festival in Queens, New York Sunday, telling the audience, "I'm sorry there's a family emergency. I have to stop the show."
Promoters of the festival, Founders Entertainment, released a statement:
"Due to a family emergency, Kanye West was forced to end his performance towards the end of his set. We appreciate the great show he put on for fans to close out the inaugural Meadows Festival. Our thoughts are with West and his family."
Kardashian left Paris on Monday. Police are searching for the suspects.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump's business losses in 1995 were so large that they could have allowed him to avoid paying federal income taxes for as many as 18 years, according to records obtained by The New York Times.
Trump "apparently got to avoid paying taxes for nearly two decades—while tens of millions of working families paid theirs." pic.twitter.com/g62jB9fKr5
— Hillary Clinton (@HillaryClinton) October 2, 2016
In a story published online late Saturday, the Times said it anonymously received the first pages of Trump's 1995 state income tax filings in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. The filings show a net loss of $915,729,293 in federal taxable income for the year.
That Trump was losing money during the early to mid-1990s — a period marked by bankruptcies and poor business decisions — was already well established. But the records obtained by the Times show losses of such a magnitude that they potentially allowed Trump to avoid paying taxes for years, possibly until the end of the last decade.
"I know our complex tax laws better than anyone who has ever run for president and am the only one who can fix them," Trump tweeted on Sunday.
His campaign accused the newspaper of working to benefit the Republican nominee's presidential rival, Democrat Hillary Clinton, and said that Trump had paid "hundreds of millions" of dollars in other kinds of taxes over the years.
Trump's allies defended him during appearances on the Sunday news shows.
Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani said Trump "had some failures and then he built an empire" and called the businessman "a genius at how to take advantage of legal remedies that can help your company survive and grow."
Rudy Giuliani
"Don't you think a man who has this kind of economic genius is a lot better for the United States than a woman, and the only thing she's ever produced is a lot of work for the FBI checking out her emails," Giuliani told ABC's "This Week."
In a separate interview on NBC's "Meet the Press," Giuliani noted that "poor" people take advantage of similar "loopholes," referring to the millions of Americans who aren't required to pay federal income taxes each year because their incomes are too low.
Clinton's primary rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders, who made wealth inequality a top campaign issue, said that assuming Trump's tax strategy was legal, "what it tells you is you have a corrupt tax system which says to ordinary people, you're supposed to pay your taxes. But if you're a billionaire, there are all kinds of loopholes that you can utilize that enable you ... not to pay anything in taxes."
Clinton's campaign manager, Robby Mook, used the Times story to needle Trump about not releasing his tax returns and contending during his first debate with Clinton that not paying federal income taxes would show he was "smart."
Mook said in a statement Saturday that Trump apparently avoided paying taxes for two decades "while tens of millions of working families paid theirs. He calls that 'smart.'" Mook added: "Now that the gig is up, why doesn't he go ahead and release his returns to show us all how 'smart' he really is?"
Since 1976, every major party presidential nominee has released tax returns. Clinton has publicly released nearly 40 years' worth, and Trump's running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, has released 10 years of his tax returns.
But after initially saying that he would make his returns public during the course of his campaign, Trump switched course, citing what he said were years of ongoing IRS audits and the advice of his attorneys to keep them private as those audits proceed.
Former IRS officials have expressed skepticism that anyone would be audited so frequently. And IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, when was asked at a House committee hearing on Sept. 21 whether people under IRS audit are free to release their returns or IRS letters informing them they are being audited, said they are.
In its story, the Times said the three pages of documents were mailed last month to a Times reporter who had written about Trump's finances. A postmark indicated they had been sent from New York City and the return address claimed the envelope had been sent from Trump Tower, the newspaper said.

Trump's campaign did not directly address the authenticity of the excerpts from Trump's tax filings. Former Trump accountant Jack Mitnick, whose name appears as Trump's tax preparer of the filings, confirmed their authenticity, the newspaper reported.
On the campaign trail, Trump continued to veer from scripted economic arguments to personal attacks on Clinton.
At a rally Saturday night, Trump questioned Clinton's loyalty to her husband, adding an explosive personal charge against his Democratic opponent to a turbulent week when he repeatedly veered off script.
"Hillary Clinton's only loyalty is to her financial contributors and to herself," Trump told thousands gathered in Manheim, Pennsylvania. "I don't think she's even loyal to Bill if you want to know the truth ... Why should she be, right? Why should she be?"
Trump also seized on a leaked recording from a Clinton fundraiser in February, where she expressed empathy for young voters who were siding with her primary opponent, Bernie Sanders, saying that for people who don't see any economic opportunities, the idea that "you could be part of a political revolution is pretty appealing." The hacked recording was published Tuesday by the Washington Free Beacon
Clinton called them "children of the Great Recession" and added: "And they are living in their parents' basement. They feel that they got their education and the jobs that are available to them are not at all what they envisioned for themselves."
Trump sought to turn her words into a new pitch for Sanders supporters, although Sanders himself has endorsed Clinton and denounced Trump. The businessman contended Saturday that the audio shows Clinton "demeaning and mocking Bernie Sanders and all of his supporters" and added: "To sum up, Hillary Clinton thinks Bernie Sanders supporters are hopeless and ignorant basement dwellers."

(WFMZ) READING, Pa.- Albright College in Reading has suspended two students that the school said were most directly involved in the creation and distribution of a video that has sparked racial outrage.
The suspensions are pending further investigation and adjudication through the college's community standards process, Lex O. McMillan III, Albright's president, said Friday, adding that the students have been advised to leave campus immediately while remaining available for communications with college officials.
A series of videos posted on a social media website earlier this week show a white female Albright student in blackface. At one point, she said to the camera, "Black Lives Matter." Then, she went out into a hallway and began dancing.
The videos have since gone viral, with news organizations around the world reporting on them.
"As we continue to investigate the matter," McMillan said, "we have learned that multiple students of multiple races were involved. We will continue to review the facts of the matter so that the most appropriate sanctions for those who took part can be determined."
McMillan invited the campus community to join him, his cabinet and the student government president in an open forum Friday.
"We hope that by speaking with and listening to each other, we can take the first steps toward learning from this hurtful, offensive act," McMillan said.
