For Confetti Da Reala Soulja, the horrors and pains of his past are long gone. And the light of the present and music are his for today and many more days to come. Labelled as the central star of his agency, Soulja or Benjamin LeBlanc, his real name, is a celebrated figure. He has even earned the nickname, Gangsta Entertainer widely due to his influence in the industry and his brand of music. However, the things he has enjoyed today did not come at the flick of the switch nor for a few months only.

As they say, there is always light in darkness. And that was what Confetti Da Reala Soulja exactly found. He turned his life around and slowly purged himself from harmful substance use. He fell in love with music and committed himself to professionally record his craft. Instead of wasting all his potential, he spent a lot of time perfecting his craft for music. His drive and sacrifices he made after everything that has happened in the past eventually bore fruits.

The fruits of his burning passion for music were everything for Soulja. In the pursuit of his success, he rose into greater heights as he became the main face of Sho-TimeTV. Currently, He is a bona fide professional rap artist. Confetti Da Reala Soulja has become a guest in a handful of radio stations across the United States. He has appeared in radio stations in New York as recent as February this year, just days before the pandemic became what it is today. He has also been a great figure in video shoots and has been in lower-level recordings. Behind the success of Confetti Da Reala Soulja is Karine Sho-Time Thomton. Thomton has endorsed Confetti to gain shows in radio features.

Despite his blindness and struggles recently, Confetti Da Reala Soulja will not let these adversities stop him. He continues to record music in Texas, join interviews and shows, and is allotting his time to take care of his children. LeBlanc is also aiming to get in a major publication. The marketing genius is primed to appear in movies too. Apart from making music, Confetti Da Reala Soulja will join the cast of PPRESSED 2. The VERA EDWARDS Films will be directed by Ricardo Cordero. Sho-Time TV will also be dropping an online DVD magazine featuring the rapper. “Wrong Number” is the latest single released by Confetti Da Reala Soulja. Aside from that, he has also released singles “Rap NASCAR” featuring Ready Murl, Treasure Hunt and Unda Boss. Both tracks are heavily leaning on the trademark of every hip hop track. He has also released The Best of Confetti Da Reala Soulja. The album is slowed and chopped by DJ Red. Truly, his effort, skill, and talent brought him where he is now ‒ the pedestal he has dreamed of. The career he has built years ago paved the way for the life of comfort and joy he has achieved now.

Video After The Jump

In the minutes before Harold Easter appears to go unconscious, alone in a police interview room, he begins to speak haltingly.

“You think I’m gonna die, but I’m not,” he says in garbled tones.

Easter grips the edge of a table. A few minutes later he slumps over the table, then suddenly moves upward and falls onto the floor. He hits a chair on his way down and starts having a seizure.

By the time police discover him, he has been on the floor for eight minutes.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police on Thursday released 17 video clips totaling 6 hours, 28 minutes of footage from body and surveillance cameras that detail Easter’s arrest after a traffic stop on Jan. 23, him being left alone in the interview room at the CMPD Metro station, and medics working on him after he collapses.

The 41-year-old Easter was taken to a hospital, where he died three days later.

The Observer reported this week that the four CMPD officers and a sergeant involved have resigned after being recommended for termination by Police Chief Johnny Jennings for not following policy of seeking medical assistance for Easter, who had ingested crack cocaine at the arrest scene.

Officers knew Easter put drugs in his mouth, which Easter admitted to during his arrest, the videos and documents released by CMPD revealed. The officers and sergeant did not follow a long-standing CMPD policy that states anyone suspected of ingesting drugs must be evaluated by Medic before being taken to jail, The Observer has reported.

The officers involved are Brentley Vinson, Michael Benfield, Michael Joseph and Shon Sheffield, and the sergeant was Nicolas Vincent. They had been on administrative leave since January.

The Whitney Houston hologram that recently surfaced will have to be placed back under wraps ... TMZ has learned it was already banned by a judge before the leak.

As we first told you ... a Whitney hologram originally intended for "The Voice" years ago leaked last week, and was supposedly a new and improved version. Quality aside, Whitney's estate was pissed because it didn't approve the release.

Alki David, the man whose company designed the hologram, believed he was allowed to use it on Scott Storch's variety show, and he did. David thought he was in the clear because he had previously worked on a Whitney hologram way back in 2016. That one was scrapped because her estate didn't like the look.

As it turns out, the estate says David was wrong

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- a judgment signed in July 2018 terminated the license agreement and contract Whitney's estate had signed with David back in 2015.

So, Whitney's team insists David had no legal standing to re-build or re-brand the Whitney hologram.

We're told David could be staring down the barrel of a major lawsuit if Team Whitney decides to go after him for violating that order. Sources with knowledge tell us the estate's attorneys are still weighing their legal options.

Trump’s physician, Sean Conley, said in a White House memo that he spoke incorrectly about the timing of Trump’s coronavirus diagnosis that conflicted with the White House’s previously stated timeline.

Conley created confusion at his Walter Reed news conference when he referenced Trump’s diagnosis being 72 hours old, which would have meant Trump learned he was ill Wednesday morning. Trump did not reveal his illness until 1 a.m. Friday.

The memo, released by White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, says the doctor meant to say “day three” when referring to Trump’s diagnosis. Trump was first diagnosed with covid-19 on Thursday evening, the memo says.

The memo also seeks to correct the timing of when Trump began receiving antibody treatment. During the news conference, another physician, Brian Garibaldi, (though the memo attributes this to Conley as well) referred to giving the president the drug “48 hours ago,” but the memo says he meant “day two,” as in Friday and Saturday.

But even the memo seeking to deconflict the messy news conference gets two things incorrect, the spelling of the pharmaceutical company that makes the antibody drug Trump is taking and the name of the specific therapy.

The memo calls the drug company “Regeron,” the correct spelling is “Regeneron.” It also says the president is taking “polyclonal antibody therapy,” which a Regeneron spokeswoman says is inaccurate.

“REGN-COV2, which the president received, is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies,” said Alexandra Bowie, Regeneron spokeswoman. “This means each was produced by making identical copies, or clones, of an antibody gene in a single B cell. Polyclonal antibody refer to antibodies made by mixtures of B cells.”

Donald Trump's doctors just gave the low down on his condition, but the chief doctor dropped some alarming information, including Trump tested positive way before he revealed it, exposing hundreds of people to COVID.

Dr. Sean Conley said Trump was diagnosed 72 hours ago ... well, that would be Wednesday. That's stunning, because Trump was active Wednesday and Thursday ... remember, he held a fundraiser with hundreds of people. He did not reveal he was COVID positive until late Thursday.

Dr. Conley just said Trump's doing "very well," adding he does not have a fever anymore and is up and about in his hospital suite.

What Dr. Conley wouldn't answer -- if Trump has been on oxygen. He kept repeating Trump's not on oxygen "right now," but he repeatedly ignored reporters' questions as to whether he was on oxygen earlier. He finally said he was not on oxygen Thursday or Friday, but he simply would not say if Trump was ever on oxygen.

There was a gaggle of doctors and nurses at the news conference, but they dodged a number of questions, including how high Trump's temperature was.

Dr. Conley said Trump's symptoms were mild. -- nasal congestion, cough, a temperature, and lethargy. He says Trump is in his suite working, telling doctors, "I feel like I could walk out of here today."

There are reports a source with knowledge of Trump's health disputed the doctor's assessment, saying his condition was far more serious and he is by no means out of the woods.

Sergey Kovalev pled guilty Friday in a criminal case stemming from an alleged violent incident with a woman and dog in 2018 ... and the boxing star will now have to spend the next 3 years on probation, TMZ Sports has learned.

Kovalev was accused of punching a woman in Big Bear, Calif. back in June '18 ... after the alleged victim claimed she turned down his sexual advances.

The woman, Jamie Frontz, said the two had met at a boxing gym-opening party ... and began kissing at her rental cabin shortly after.

But, she says when she pulled away from the fighter after feeling like he was too aggressive ... he became violent.

Frontz says Kovalev kicked her dog ... and then later socked her in the face.

In an interview with TMZ Sports about the incident, Frontz claimed the punch caused a broken nose, a concussion and facial lacerations.

Kovalev was eventually arrested and hit with a felony assault charge ... and faced YEARS behind bars.

But, according to court docs, Kovalev cut a deal with prosecutors Friday ... and got the felony charge dropped.

In exchange, 37-year-old Sergey pled guilty to misdemeanor fighting/noise/offensive words ... and was sentenced to 3 years probation.

Kovalev was also ordered to serve a 2-day jail sentence ... but he received credit for time served and won't spend any more time behind bars.

Court docs also show Kovalev must attend/complete an anger management program, as well as pay $220 in court fees.

Frontz's civil case against Kovalev, meanwhile, appears to be ongoing. She sued the former champ seeking the $650,000 she claims he agreed to pay her in the wake of the incident.

Texas cops are facing a wrongful death lawsuit when a man died of a broken neck after a violent arrest. The family of Jorge Gonzalez Zuniga, 23, has recently filed charges on four deputies who arrested him using what they deem to be brutal, unreasonable and excessive force which led to his death on July 15.

Gonzalez was celebrating Easter with friends in Hidalgo County on April 11 and fell asleep in his friend's yard. Police patrolling the area saw Gonzalez and woke him up to tell him to go home when they learned he didn't live in the property. The man complied, but the cops decided to arrest him instead for public intoxication and for violating emergency management orders on COVID-19 guidelines. Both misdemeanors were later dismissed, according to an article on the Metro.

The lawsuit stated that the arresting officers intentionally tripped Gonzalez, tased him several times, pepper sprayed him and was pushed to the ground. In the process, his neck was crushed as he was handcuffed as well as placed in ankle restraints.

While he was being booked, cops had to hold up Gonzalez' head for his mugshot as he was unable to hold it up himself. He had visible substantial swelling on his neck along with cuts and contusions.

The family's lawsuit claims that police failed to provide medical attention to Gonzalez for the duration of the 21 hours he was detained despite the injuries he sustained. He was found unresponsive in his cell, which prompted the county jail to call EMS to transport him to the McAllen Heart Hospital.

His diagnosis showed that Gonzalez suffered a severe cervical fracture leading to a swollen spinal cord which left him paralyzed and fighting for his life. He was hospitalized in intensive care for more than a month but was sent home on June 5 because he did not have insurance. He died on July 15 from chronic respiratory failure following a heart attack.

Thomas J. Henry Law, a personal injury attorney in Austin, Texas, says Gonzalez injuries and untimely death were due to the "absolute deliberate and unconscionable indifference of the deputies and the jail staff."

'We are not in possession of the medical records required to confirm the cause of death. Any allegation that a citizen's rights have been violated is taken seriously and corrective action will be taken when justified", the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office stated.

President Donald Trump is expected to depart shortly for Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, after experiencing a low-grade fever, chills, nasal congestion and cough, multiple sources with direct knowledge of the matter tell ABC News.

He and first lady Melania Trump have been in isolation after announcing overnight that they tested positive for COVID-19.

While it is not clear how Trump, 74, contracted COVID-19, the news came hours after it was revealed that one of his closest advisers, Hope Hicks, had also tested positive. Hicks traveled with Trump to Ohio for the debate on Tuesday and to Minnesota for a rally on Wednesday.

Trump, 74, was going to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, in what aides said was a precautionary move. Officials said they expected him to be there for a few days.

The president's diagnosis, which he tweeted just before 1 a.m. on Friday, sent shockwaves through Washington and across the country, causing markets to plummet just weeks before the presidential election.

The president received a single 8 gram dose of Regeneron's polyclonal antibody cocktail as a precautionary measure, according to a memo from White House physician Dr. Sean Conley. The antibody cocktail is being studied in four late-stage clinical trials and its safety and efficacy have not been fully evaluated by any regulatory authority, the company said on its page.

The president also has been taking zinc, vitamin D, famotidine, melatonin and a daily aspirin, Conley said.

"As of this afternoon, the President remains fatigued but in good spirits," Conley said, according to the memo.

Conley said the first lady was experiencing only a "mild cough and headache." He added that other members of the president's family are well and tested negative for COVID-19.

Trump has not posted to his Twitter account since announcing his diagnosis, an uncharacteristic move for a president who frequently tweets and retweets throughout the day.

"We’re having to hold him back a little here because he is hard at work," White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany told Fox News on Friday afternoon.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Harvey Weinstein was charged Friday with the rape of two more women. The former movie mogul now faces 11 sexual assault counts involving five women in California as he serves prison time in New York, Los Angeles County prosecutors said.

Weinstein was charged with three new counts of rape and three new counts of forcible oral copulation involving two women, the district attorney’s office said.

An amended criminal complaint alleges that Weinstein raped one woman at a hotel in Beverly Hills between September 2004 and September 2005, and raped another woman twice between November 2009 and November 2010 at a Beverly Hills hotel.

The 68-year-old Weinstein is serving a 23-year prison sentence in New York after convictions in February for rape and sexual assault against two women.

Prosecutors in Los Angeles have begun the process of extraditing him to face charges, but agreed last month to delay attempts to bring him to California because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Weinstein was diagnosed with COVID-19 earlier this year while serving time in a maximum-security prison near Buffalo, New York.

His next extradition hearing is scheduled for Dec. 11.

Weinstein now stands charged with four counts of rape, four counts of forcible oral copulation, two counts of sexual battery by restraint and one count of sexual penetration by use of force. The counts involve five women and stem from events in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills spanning the years 2004 to 2013.

The combined charges could bring a maximum of 140 years in prison.
