The woman who was on the receiving end of a vicious uppercut by a Cleveland bus driver is speaking out about the ordeal.
25-year old Shi'dea Lane of Cleveland spoke to Fox 8 News about what happened.
“I don’t remember everything, because I was so hysterical at the time,” said Lane, 25, of the September 18th incident. “The bus driver didn’t think I had any money to get on the bus and I was looking for it, trying to tell him that I have money to get on the bus. Can you just let me find it? And from there it just escalated.”
In the video Lane can be seen arguing with the driver, identified as 59-year old Artis Hughes. Lane spits on the driver, then hits him.
Hughes responds by saying, "you going to jail now" several times before throwing an uppercut that knocks Lane to the floor. Hughes told police he was just defending himself, but Lane doesn't see it that way.
“It’s amazing to see how a man would hit a woman that hard. Are you serious? You could have pulled me off the bus. You can’t really touch anyone, but for real? You really punched me?” said Lane. “It felt like I was on Mortal Kombat. It just hurted. It was almost like a ‘finish him!’ type of hit,”
When asked about the fact that she hit and spit on Hughes first, Lane didn't want to comment.
"No see, that’s why I want to talk to my lawyer. I don’t really want to, I can’t answer that question. It’s more than that,” she said.

According to WKYC-TV, Hughes has been suspended by the Regional Transit Authority.
The RTA issued the following statement:
RTA saw the video posted on YouTube of the operator incident on October 11. Through the investigation, we believe the incident occurred on Sept. 18. Upon identifying the driver, he was immediately suspended and removed from duty. His behavior is absolutely unacceptable.RTA apologizes to our customers for this incident. A full investigation continues.
Neither Hughes or Lane pressed charges initially after the incident.

Young Jeezy stopped by L.A. radio station Power 106 to speak with Big Boy's Neighborhood about the recent drama that went down at the BET Hip Hop Awards with Rick Ross.
"Me and {Ross] had never seen each other [since the beef started] face to face, for real for real. He spoke, I spoke that was basically it. But at the end of the day it's been going on for a while so I just felt like if it was to be handled it should be handled there. Either we gonna get past ir keep moving.," Jeezy said. "So in my words I just feel like a lot of these cats are actors/rappers and I'm Jeezy and they can never be me. At the end of the day I refuse to be a part of this WWF propaganda and b.s. to sell records. I just feel like this rap game is just WWF. Everybody wants to get points off somebody else. I earned my respect in the streets."
He also addressed his long running beef with Gucci Mane.
"Everybody know that boy retarded. Nobody is taking him serious," said Jeezy. "He got an ice cream cone on his face."
Jeezy claimed that Gucci had called him several times recently to do a collaboration and he turned him down, which led to the beef starting up again.
"I said it wasn't a good idea. I don't wanna go backwards. He reached out a few times, I didn't do the record so I guess he feel a way," Jeezy explained. "He didn't take his medicine that day.... Short Bus Shawty. You talking about a cat that's been in the crazy house three times, I can't take him serious. He's nutty buddy. He's got an ice cream cone on his face. Grown men don't do that type of sh*t."
Loaded Lux stopped by Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club this morning to chop it up with the crew of Charlamagne Tha God, DJ Envy and Angela Yee.
The battle rapper has been getting a lot of love recently from artists like Bun B, Jay-Z, Lupe Fiasco, Drake and Kendrick Lamar.
The crew talked to him about that, making the transition from battle rapper to artist, possible record deals, his stance against glorifying drugs and the gangster lifestyle.
There has been a lot of speculation recently regarding an apparent conflict between longtime friends 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather Jr. Until now none of the reasons seemed legitimate, but a series of letters written to Floyd while he was in jail may provide a clue.
Former Floyd associate Tommy Summers, A.K.A. Tommy Smalls, reached out to the boxing champion while he was incarcerated and tried to convince him that his longtime adviser, Al Haymon, had cut deals behind his back to hold fights at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas costing Floyd millions of dollars in the process. Summers also accused Haymon of funneling all of his fighters to rival promotional company Golden Boy instead of Floyd's Mayweather Promotions.
"All the fighter that Al Haymon got he signed them to Golden Boy, not with us," Summers wrote. "You let him eat with you and you can't eat with him. HBO told 50 Cent on the low that Al Haymon has 20 dates over a period of years on your name. F*ck that."
Summers goes on to explain further how Haymon basically stole money from Floyd by doing side deals.
"You fought Oscar [De La Hoya], [Ricky] Hatton, [Shane] Mosely, [Manuel] Marquez, [Victor] Ortiz, [Carlos] Baldimore and [Miguel] Cotto. All at the MGM Grand. The deal was cut under the table. That site fee and gate money ain't sh*t. G.B. and Al already took the money to bring you to Vegas and fight here at MGM. It's worth over $150 million dollars. D. King did not bring Tyson to Vegas at MGM for only gate money. You are worth more, do your own thing. You never got the things you wanted from MGM because they got it already. Over $100 million over 8-fights. Trust me I know."
Summers explained that when Floyd got out of jail there would be big money deals on the table from people like Jerry Jones, Steve Wynn and either Hank Steinbrenner or Hal Steinbrenner to hold fights at their stadiums in front of 75,000 to 100,000 fans each time out.
"You can make $500 million to $1 billion before you quit and after," Summers insisted. "That old Golden Boy sh*t is over. You gonna make $100 million or more a fight. You made Golden Boy and Al Haymon a lot of money. Game over!"
Floyd evidently did not believe Summers. Summers and 50 Cent are now attempting to do business with Manny Pacquiao by forming a new boxing promotion company. Could that be the reason for the recent friction between Floyd and Fif?.
Several days ago Meek Mill sent out a Tweet saying he would be interested in battling either E-Ness or DNAafter watching those two compete against each other.
DNA saw the Tweet and posted a video response.
"I got no problem getting in the ring with Meek Mill at all. I feel like it would be a crazy battle," DNA said. "For y'all that don't know, Meek Mill has battled years ago in like 2003, but with all that being said this battle world done changed. This ain't what they used to do in '03, this is 2012 and it's way advanced."
DNA then plays some old footage of Meek battling back in the day and explains why that style wouldn't work now.
"Yo Meek Mill I f*ck with you heavy. 'Dream Chasers 2,' crazy... 2 million downloads your music is fire. But bro in 2012 that type of battling is not gonna work with me at all. I'm not trying to step in your world where you do music, don't step in mine. This thing is different I'm telling you," DNA said emphatically.
Amanda Todd was a typical 15-year old Canadian teenager who unfortunately made a couple of bad decisions that she would never be able to get past because of stalking and bullying.
When Amanda was in the seventh grade she went online to a chat site with her webcam to meet and talk to new people. A man she met online encouraged her to flash her breasts, which she did.
One year later the man somehow tracked her down on Facebook. He knew her address, family names and friend's names. He threatened to send the pic of her breasts to everyone she knew if she didn't put on a show for him.
The man eventually did send the pic to everyone she knew, which started Amanda's downward spiral. She got bullied at school and lost all of her friends. She transferred schools, but a year later the man tracked her down again. He made a Facebook page with her breasts as his profile pic. All of her new friends found out and she found herself alone and bullied again.
She transferred schools several more times and things seemed to get better, but then she made another mistake by getting involved with a guy who had a girlfriend. The girlfriend tracked her down at school and confronted her in front of everyone. Amanda was beaten up and left in a ditch.
Amanda started cutting and eventually tried to commit suicide.
“Every day I think why am I still here?" she wrote.
Last month on September 7th, Amanda made a video titled "My story: Struggling, bullying, suicide, self harm," using a series on note cards to describe what she had been going through. She uploaded the video to youtube.
I'm struggling to stay in this world, because everything just touches me so deeply. I'm not doing this for attention. I'm doing this to be an inspiration and to show that I can be strong. I did things to myself to make pain go away, because I'd rather hurt myself then someone else. Haters are haters but please don't hate, although im sure I'll get them. I hope I can show you guys that everyone has a story, and everyones future will be bright one day, you just gotta pull through. I'm still here aren't I ?
-AmandaTodd
On Wednesday she committed suicide at her home in Port Coquitlam.
Amanda Todd
“It is a very sad case,” Paul McNaughton, principal of Coquitlam Basic Alternative Education school, where Amanda was in the 10th grade, told the Vancouver Sun. “She was quite connected here. The staff and the students here are very much impacted. She had some very strong ties in the school and to staff in the school. I can tell you we feel we tried everything we could to help her when she came to us.”
Amanda's mother, Carol Todd, said she hoped her daughter's video would help others who are being bullied.
“I think the video should be shared and used as an anti-bullying tool. That is what my daughter would have wanted,”
Since Amanda's death there have been numerous video posted on youtube urging people to stop bullying.

”Heavy Rain”, Denzil Porter’s third release off his forthcoming project Porter’s Pot, set to release in November, is a very special track produced by Christopher “Claws” Stevens. The captivating drums, with the keys of the piano put the listener in a place where the strings represent screaming emotion on this song. When asked the recipe to this track, Denzil says, “Just add 1 bucket of emotion, a cup of aggression, 2 bags of reality, then stir”.
“Heavy Rain” touches on the real stories and despair of Denzil’s brother Donald and two of his childhood friends Stephen and Sunny, who were all locked up unfairly. It was written by Denzil Porter after receiving a letter from Sunny with proof of his innocence. ”Heavy Rain” is relatable to so many people because unfortunately, this is reality. Innocent people are locked up all the time from false accusations and receive unfair treatment once inside the system, ultimately trapping them for a much longer time than projected. When telling Stephen’s story, who has been locked up for almost three years with no trial, Denzil raps, “I don’t know ’bout the time I’m facing, or even why I’m still here/Caught a couple extra cases, I don’t even drink beer”.
In 2009 Denzil’s brother Donald was deported to Jamaica after not paying a $25 fine. He lived in the United States since he was three years old, attended a specialized high school and was enrolled in college. Unfortunately, the DREAM Act (Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors) was not yet passed by President Obama, providing conditional permanent residency to undocumented residents of moral character who arrived in the United States as a minor and graduated from high school. During transportation out of the U.S., Donald would call and write frequently; never sure of his location or his destination, but knowing he just wanted to go home. On a call with Denzil heard on “Heavy Rain”, Donald says, “Threw me all over the place… Told my parents I was gonna be in Jersey, told me I was gonna be in PA… man I ended up in Texas”.
At the start of each verse, Denzil Porter begins telling the story as himself before transforming into one of the story’s characters, making the record relatable to people inside the penitentiary as well as those outside who have to deal with the despondency every single day.
Nelly's tour bus was stopped in a Texas town today and police found a large stash of contraband on board.
TMZ is reporting that Nelly's tour bus was stopped at a border patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca and a police canine detected the presence of drugs.
When the bus was searched police found 36 small baggies of heroin (totaling .64 ounces) and over ten pounds of weed inside a large green duffel bag.
A loaded .45 caliber pistol was also found.
According to the report, there were seven people on the tour bus. They were all detained until one of them, a man named, Brian Keith Jones, admitted the drugs were his. He was placed under arrest.
Nelly and the rest of his crew were eventually released.
Sierra Blanca is the same town where Fiona Apple, Willie Nelson, Snoop Dogg, and "Social Network" actor Armie Hammer have been busted for drug possession in the past. You would think by now celebrities would stay clear of this town, but they keep passing through and keep getting arrested.
*UPDATE*
Nelly is speaking out about being detained in Texas and the drugs that were found on his tour bus. The St. Louis rapper issued a statement to TMZ, saying he had no idea the drugs were on board.
It is my understanding a member of my staff made an unfortunate decision to bring unlawful materials onto our tour bus that resulted in his arrest this morning. Neither I nor anyone else on the tour bus was aware of his decision to bring these on board. Law enforcement officials did not press charges against anyone other than that individual.
He later took to his Twitter account to vent about the situation.

In their latest, they visit Otherside Farms, one of California's premier medical marijuana shops.
"In a time where our economic is in shambles. I mean we're in trouble. And if we're not willing to look at possible solutions outside of the box we're doomed," says Chadd McKeen, the owner of Otherside Farms. "If money could grow on trees wouldn't we start growing those trees?"
Chad shows how his Irvine-based company helps patients cope with serious illnesses the natural way, all while dodging the feds.
"I really get a feeling you can't imagine when you help somebody that is coming in that is dying, And they say, 'Hey man I'm dying' and they tell me, 'I got x amount of months to live, I'm not going to be able to enjoy the last six months that I have.' And they say, 'I don't wanna take these pills. They make me constipated. I can't eat, I can't sleep.' And to give them a medicine and they come back a week later and they go, 'Oh my God, you have no idea. I stopped taking all my pain pills, I've stopped taking all my insomnia pills. I've stopped taking this, I've stopped taking that.' That's incredibly rewarding to me." Chad explained."
Chad also talks about feds raiding his home and business in January 2012. (Read about that here)
"I'm gonna keep doing things my way, that's the bottom line," Chad said. "You gotta kill me if you want me to stop helping people. Because I actually get off on the fact that you wanna stop me."
