Big Boi has always been adventurous with his music -- as proven by his long track record of massive success with OutKast and as a solo artist -- but PopEater really wanted to know just how adventurous he is when it comes to cleaning his kids' dirty diapers. He was kind enough to invite us into his house to talk, and as it turns out, he's very hands-on (aside from the disastrous ones), and despite his rap and crossover superstardom, deep down he's just a super nice guy and a dedicated father looking to do the best he can for his kids. So, as Father's Day approaches, along with the July 6 release of his solo album 'Sir Lucious Leftfoot ... The Sun of Chico Dusty' and his tremendous new single 'Shutterbugg' check out our interview with Big Boi and learn how his son automatically knew that 'Bombs Over Baghdad' was pretty much the greatest song ever written (seriously) right off the bat.

On how being a dad affects his music: "Being a father has definitely played a big part in my music, especially when my kids started getting a little older, because they have a knack for music. They help me pick songs ... I can tell you this, when we did 'Bombs Over Baghdad,' my little boy went crazy and started breakdancing. I called Dre and say, 'Boy, we got to put this out. This is the one.' And it was."

On rewarding his kids: "I reward them by letting them come jam with me in the studio. If they get the good grades, then they can come hang out with daddy."

His plans for Father's Day: "Usually on Father's Day, my mother cooks for everybody ... I think that's what it's all about. "

On his culinary prowess: "I've been leaning a lot towards seafood. I haven't eaten any beef or pork in 15 years ... but it's kind of hard to lean towards seafood when you've got a big oil spill out there, so you don't know what's going to happen."

His proudest parenting moment: "The days when they come home and bring home straight A's on their report card. It feels good to be able to provide a great school for them to attend to get their education ... we can't be out here with no dummies."

On diaper duties: "Well, I'm hands on with it ... the wet ones, I'll knock them out all day. Nothing but a little baby wipe, throw some baby powder on them. Done. The dirty, dirty diapers ... I let my pie do that. She's better at that than me. And when I say pie, I mean my yam, my sweet potato, the missus."

Suge Knight & Kanye West Face Off Over Miami Beach Shooting That Left Knight Wounded

NEW YORK – Battle-scarred rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight and volatile hip-hop star Kanye West faced off Friday over a beef involving a bullet — with a conference table between them.

The two rap titans were there for West to answer questions about a celebrity-packed Miami Beach party where an unknown gunman shot Knight in the leg. West hosted the 2005 fete at the posh Shore Club before the MTV Video Music Awards, held that year in Miami.

Knight — who promoted some of rap's biggest acts in the 1990s but has been beset by legal and financial troubles — has sued the Grammy Award-winning West and the Shore Club's owners, saying they didn't provide enough security.

Knight said Friday he had hoped a face-to-face encounter with West — and their lawyers — could settle the matter, but he got few answers.

"I figured I could sit him down, man to man, and get this resolved," Knight said after the six-hour, closed-door session at a Fifth Avenue office. "I'm disappointed."

West said he wasn't involved in the security arrangements for the party, said Knight's lawyer, Marc Brumer.

West briskly left the building afterward; his lawyers didn't immediately respond to telephone and e-mail messages left Friday evening. In court papers, West and the Shore Club ownership have denied Knight's claims of negligence.

No one has been arrested in the August 2005 shooting, which erupted in a club full of partygoers, including Jessica Alba, Eddie Murphy, the Black Eyed Peas and Paris Hilton. At least six shots were fired, police said.

The shooting shattered Knight's femur and left him with $200,000 in medical bills, Brumer said.
Knight said in his lawsuit, now being handled in Miami federal court, that West and the Shore Club should have realized the party could produce a "dangerous environment" because of a widely known history of sometimes violent feuding among rap figures.

"My whole thing is: I'm not here to put nobody behind bars," Knight said Friday, saying he mainly wanted to put the specter of rap-related violence to rest.

"It's time for more positive now," he added.

The burly Knight, nicknamed "Suge" for Sugar Bear, founded Death Row Records and was one of the most powerful music figures of the 1990s. His stable of rappers included such superstars as Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre and Tupac Shakur, who was shot and killed in 1996 while riding in Knight's car.

At the time, the Los Angeles-based Knight was publicly clashing with New York-based Sean Combs' Bad Boy label. Bad Boy's top artist, the Notorious B.I.G., was gunned down months later in Los Angeles. Relatives of B.I.G. have accused Knight of being involved; he has denied it, and police have never named him as a suspect.

Knight, who was jailed for five years in the 1990s on an assault conviction, has continued to have brushes with the law in recent years. Most recently, Los Angeles police sought assault charges against him after he was suspected of pointing a gun at a man in May, but prosecutors declined to file charges.

Knight, 45, made millions in Death Row's heyday, but he filed for bankruptcy in 2006, spurring an auction of the label's assets and sale of his mansion in Malibu, Calif.

He's seeking more than $1 million in damages in his lawsuit, but he would have to share the money with a bankruptcy trustee and the Internal Revenue Service if he prevails.

West, 33, rose to become one of rap's biggest stars in recent years, though he also has become known for impolitic outbursts — including an episode in which he interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech during last year's MTV awards to say that Beyonce should have won Swift's award instead. West later apologized.

T.I. Wanted to Close Down Times Square for His Album Cover

I’m known as “the King.” Although it’s disputed by some, concurred by most, there ain’t no disputing that lion—that is what it is. So I went and told them, “Get me as close as you can to a lion.” He had a trainer holding him on a chain. They took the chain out [in post-work]. It really went down. I wanted to pet him. I said, “Let me get hands on.” They were like, “No. We could only let you do but so much.” So I did as much as they would allow me to do.

I figured we had to do some kind of slick and meaningful imagery to say the obvious without doing the obvious. I tried to flip it as much as I could. I wanted it to be a a busy city street. My original idea was to lock down Times Square and let me and the lion do the same thing right there, but we couldn’t quite pull that off; they said it had to be in controlled environment. They tried to do a artsy kind of drawing. It looked good, but it didn’t serve my purpose—it was just a painting. I figured, if it got to be a controlled environment, we may as well just keep it all the way simple make it black and white, white background, me, him, cool chair.

It says itself; it’s self-explanatory. I don’t have to write “King;” I don’t have to write “Uncaged.” Everything is right there. It’s said. [My record label, Atlantic] knows by now to rock with me. We done did this enough times before. On the King album when I didn't really want to show my face, that wasn’t really looked at as the ideal move to make, but I feel like iconic imagery speaks for itself. You ain’t got to beat people in the head with what you’re trying to say. Everything understood don’t need to be explained.

Horrific Scene As Jealous Lover Sets BF On Fire, Killing Him & 3 Others [Video & More Pics Inside]

Horrific: Agnes Bermudez lies on the ground on fire as her boyfriend William Salazar is turned into a human fireball in a New York street. She is accused of dousing him in carpet cleaner and setting it alight

This is the horrific moment a couple became human fireballs as they were engulfed in flames in a New York street.

William Salazar, 32, is pictured with his clothes alight as he desperately tried to put out the fire. He died four days later in hospital from 50 per cent burns.

On the floor, his 50-year-old lover Agnes Bermudez lies screaming in pain as flames roar along her body.

Murder charges:The couple are both in flames as Mr Salazar makes a run for a shop in a bid to find water to douse the fire

The terrifying images, captured on CCTV cameras, show Mr Salazar desperately running into a shop, where he opens a fridge door in a desperate search for water.

The shopkeeper and his assistant lurch out the way of his flaming body and grab gallon-sized jugs to throw over both of them, sending smoke pouring into the air.

But the blaze had caught hold of their apartment block in the Queens area of New York, and three people died in the ensuing fire.

The shocking video was shown to a jury at the trial of Bermudez, who was horribly disfigured in the blaze.

She is charged with four counts of murder for allegedly dousing Mr Salazar in carpet cleaning solution and igniting him, killing him and three of his upstairs neighbours in the June 2008 fire.

A third-floor tenant, Flor Sandoval, 48, tried to get out and hung from her window screaming, 'Help Me! Help me! Catch me in your arms,' as the flames inched closer to her.

Onlookers on the ground shouted up to her to hold on because help was minutes away but she lost her grip and fell to her death.

Also killed was Sandoval's husband, Heriberto Garcia, 57, and their 20-year-old son, Felipe Garcia Sandoval.

As Mr Salazar was being treated for his injuries he told a friend at the scene that it was Bermudez who attacked him, a court in New York was told.

'Agnes is crazy. She threw that s*** on me and the whole place went on fire,' he is said to have told Sebastian Castro.

The jury was told that Mr Salazar and his ex-girlfriend had a drunken brawl the weekend before the incident.

Raul Palacios, Mr Salazar's flatmate, said he had punched Bermudez in the face in a row over a laptop computer,

Mr Palacios said: 'He jumped on her. He was mad. He was drunk.'

He also claimed that Bermudez attacked Mr Salazar in a nightclub because he was dancing with another girl.

'She started to yell at him, "You are nothing. You owe me everything." She gave him a slap,' Mr Palacios said

Firemen surround Bermudez after the flames have been doused. Slazar can be seen second left. He died four days later in New York Hospital's Burn Center having suffered 50per cent burns to his body

The court was also told that Salazar's roommate, José Chacon, told police he'd heard the couple arguing before the inferno and that he had screamed: 'Kill me, Kill me!' before the fire broke out.

She allegedly replied: 'I'm going to kill you. I already know about the girl. You think I'm stupid? You're going to pay for this!'

Bermudez appeared in court wearing a black suit but the skin around her neck and face was badly scarred by the burns.

In his opening statement her lawyer, David McGruder, claimed that Salazar had set her client on fire, not the other way round.

He asked State Supreme Court Justice Richard Buchter to block the release of the video of the incident - claiming that the material was 'inflammatory.'

50 Cent

Kids: 1 (son Marquise)

Child Support: Another rapper plagued by child support issues. Fif's baby mother Shaniqua has repeatedly taken him to court to try and get more money out of him. But 50's credited the birth of his son with helping him to leave the streets and become a successful rapper. And he keeps his boy laced as a result.



Master P

Kids: 9 (sons Percy Romeo, Vercy, Mercy and Hercy and daughters Tylyana, Italiana, Itali, Cymphonique and Veno)

Child Support: We can't actually speak for all of P's kids (no wonder this dude has been away from the game for like 10 years now!). But he's done well by his oldest Romeo, helping him launch a music career and no doubt pulling a few strings to get him into acting as well. Like father, like son—just like it should be


Diddy

Kids: 6 (his stepson Quincy as well as five biological children—sons Justin, Christian and Chance and daughters D'Lila and Jessie)

Child Support: He's constantly out on the road, doesn't get to see his children much and has all of his kids by three different baby mothers. It's gotta feel pretty damn good to wake up and call yourself Diddy's kid.


T.I.

Kids: 5 (sons Clifford, Major, Domani and Messiah and daughter Deyjah)

Child Support: Tip is no stranger to controversy surrounding his kids. His first baby mother has taken him to court several times to try and get more child support money out of him. But he's also shown a penchant for being a good father, frequently namedropping his kids in his songs and taking care of them financially.


Eminem

Kids: 1 (daughter Hailey)

Child Support: Come on: Do we even need to explain this one? If you've ever listened to an Em album, you know that he pretty much hates all women—with the exception of his daughter Hailey. Just check the tattoo of her he's got scribbled on his arm


Young Jeezy

Kids: 1 (son Shyheim)

Child Support: Like T.I., Jeezy has caught a lot of flack in the press due to the fact that his child's mother has taken him to court to get more child support. But he addressed it on his song "I'm Back" from his 2006 mixtape, Can't Ban The Snowman. "My son got everything in this world that I never had/So one thing you can't call me is a deadbeat dad."


Will Smith

Kids: 3 (sons Will and Jaden and daughter Willow)

Child Support: Aside from supporting them financially, the Fresh Prince has also helped his children get their careers off the ground. Will appeared in his "Just The Two Of Us" video. And before starring in The Karate Kid, Jaden co-starred with Smith in The Pursuit of Happyness. His daughter also joined him in the flick, I Am Legend.


LL Cool J

Kids: 4 (son Nejee and daughters Italia, Samaria and Nina)

Child Support: He might not put them out in the spotlight like other dads, but LL Cool J has certainly played a big role in helping raise all four of his kids. "You get to mold a human being into something that is great if you do the job right," he said back in 2008. "So far, I think I'm okay."


Lil Wayne

Kids: 4 (sons Dwayne III, Lennox and Neal and daughter Reginae)

Child Support: Go ahead and roll your eyes at this one. Wayne might not exactly be the most responsible guy in the world (two buns in the oven by two different young ladies at the same time, Weezy?!) but from what we can tell, he's stayed involved in his 15-year-old daughter Reginae's life. So, who are we to judge?


Snoop Dogg

YRB Magazine just did a dope photo shoot and interview with Amber Rose. The woman who was once only known as Kanye West's girlfriend is starting to carve out her own niche.

Although she's come a long way, Amber hasn't forgotten her South Philadelphia roots.

“I grew up very poor, raised by a single mother,” Amber says. “We didn't have much as far as material things, but we had love and we had fun all the time. She raised me to have confidence and always taught me to be humble no matter what God brought my way… I’m confident in everything I do in life.”

In most pictorials Amber seems to be wearing little or nothing, but that is her choice.

“I’m very comfortable with my body, even in my home I’m always naked. I love being free – no hair and no clothes!”

So is she bi-sexual ? It's a question many people have wondered about.

“The thing that people don’t understand when it comes to a relationship with a man or woman is that it’s not about sex at all, even though that’s the first thing that pops in your head. It’s about the love and the vibe you get from the person, and I believe you can find that in anyone," she tells YRB.

One thing she isn't is ungrateful, she may not be on his arm anymore, but she gives Kanye West the ultimate compliment.

“Honestly, Kanye saved my life, and I don’t even think about what I would have been; I just think about what I’m gonna be”

See Ladies, It's Not Our Fault: Study Shows Men Are Born With 'Cheating' Gene [Video]

Women have pulled their hair out for hundreds of years wondering what they could do to keep their man from cheating.

From The White House to the hood, guys just can't seem to keep it in their pants. But, now there is scientific proof that men are just born to roam.

A study was done in Sweden in which scientists studied the gene types of 552 sets of twins. They found a bonding chemical in some men that makes them less likely to be married and more likely to have bad relationships.

Dr Brenda Wade, a psychology expert who's written three books on marriage and relationships agrees with the study.

"There's a gene that's been shown, that men have this particular gene or a variant of the gene. They have more trouble in relationships," she says.

Scientists say men don't have to cheat, but they do have to work harder at staying faithful.

So cut your man some slack ladies if he slips up once or twice. I mean, it's not like he can help it right?

Laker's Beat Celtics To Win NBA Championship

LOS ANGELES — Purple and gold confetti raining down upon him, Kobe Bryant hopped up on the scorer's table, shook his fists and extended five fingers.

When he hopped down, Boston's legendary Hall of Fame center Bill Russell was waiting to shake his hand.

A Game 7 classic — and this time, it finally went the Lakers' way.

Bryant, the finals MVP, scored 23 points despite 6-of-24 shooting, and the Lakers won their 16th NBA championship Thursday night, dramatically rallying from a fourth-quarter deficit to beat the Celtics 83-79 in Game 7 of the NBA finals.

Bryant earned his fifth title with the Lakers, who repeated as NBA champions for the first time since winning three straight from 2000-02. Coach Phil Jackson added his 11th, matching Russell's total and possibly putting a cap on his remarkable career if he decides to leave the Lakers.

"This one is by far the sweetest, because it's them," Bryant said after the Lakers beat Boston for the first time in a Game 7. "This was the hardest one by far. I wanted it so bad, and sometimes when you want it so bad, it slips away from you. My guys picked me up."

Ron Artest added 20 points for the Lakers, who didn't exactly show a champion's poise while making just 21 shots in the first three quarters, even hovering around 50 percent at the free throw line. Los Angeles finished with just 32.5 percent shooting.

Yet with Bryant driving the lane to earn eight free throws and Pau Gasol finally coming alive with nine of his 19 points in the fourth quarter, Los Angeles reclaimed the lead midway through and hung on with a few more big shots from Gasol, who had 18 rebounds, and a remarkable clutch performance by Artest, a first-time champion as the only newcomer to last season's roster.

"I had 20 points, and I still think we did this as a team," Artest said. "We fought together. This was one of the best games in, I don't even know, man. I don't want to be in a game like this, where the game can go either way. ... I'm just like, OK, what did I get myself into?"

He might be into a budding dynasty, with most of the Lakers' core locked into long-term contracts. With their fifth title in 11 seasons, the Lakers moved one championship behind Boston's 17 titles for the overall NBA lead.

After downplaying the NBA's best rivalry for two weeks, Bryant acknowledged this banner will loom just a little larger than the rest in those Staples Center rafters, given the opponent, the Game 7 stakes and the history they just made. The teams have met in 12 NBA finals, but the Lakers won for just the third time.

Jackson won his fifth ring in Los Angeles to go with his half-dozen from Chicago. And it might be the last: Weary of the regular-season grind and facing a likely pay cut with the Lakers, Jackson hasn't determined his future, though he previously said another title would make him more likely to chase an unprecedented fourth threepeat next season, when he'll be 65.

"I've got to take a deep breath. I've got to take some time to think about this," Jackson said, wearing a satisfied grin underneath his championship hat. "This was great. I'll wait to make that decision in a week."

Pau Gasol had 19 points and 18 rebounds in Game 7 against a depleted Celtics frontcourt.

With his hands already full, maybe Jackson will follow Russell's lead and put that 11th championship ring on a chain around his neck — and Bryant isn't likely to settle for just one handful of rings.
He made that clear to his coach.

"He knows how bad I want him back," Bryant said. "I've been openly blunt about how much I want him back."

Paul Pierce had 18 points and 10 rebounds for the Celtics, who just couldn't finish the final quarter of a remarkable playoff run after a fourth-place finish in the Eastern Conference. Kevin Garnett added 17 points and Rasheed Wallace had 11 before tiring while starting in place of injured center Kendrick Perkins, but Boston flopped in two chances to clinch the series in Los Angeles after winning Game 5 back home.

"Listen, give the Lakers credit," Celtics coach Doc Rivers said. "They were terrific."

Rivers knows changes are coming, even saying afterward that the '10-11 Celtics will be different than the '09-10 team.

"We were the tightest, most emotional, crazy group I've ever been around in my life," Rivers said, adding that he'll wait a while before deciding on his oft-speculated future.

He called this team "crazy close" and throughout the playoffs, the Celtics only got closer. Down by 14 in their first playoff game against Miami, they won that night and rode that instant burst of confidence not only past the Heat, but through Cleveland and Orlando in the next two rounds.

"We were scratching and clawing, trying to do everything we could to try to pull this out," said Ray Allen, who had 13 points on 3-of-14 shooting. "We had an opportunity to win, but it just didn't go our way down the stretch. I don't think we ran out of steam. Lady Luck just didn't bounce in our corner. ... There were a lot of tears, a lot of tears."

The Celtics were a .500 team for the final two-thirds of the season, prompting many to wonder if they could turn it back on for the playoffs. That question was answered long ago. Yes, they could — and one or two more stops on Thursday, they'd have won an 18th title.

"There's a lot of crying in that locker room," Rivers said. "A lot of people who care. I don't think there was a dry eye. A lot of hugs, a lot of people feeling awful. That's a good thing. Showed a lot of people cared."

The Celtics had never lost a seventh game in the finals. Despite nursing a lead through most of the night while holding the Lakers to ridiculously low shooting percentages until the final minutes, Boston couldn't close it out on the coast, becoming just the seventh team to blow a 3-2 finals lead after winning Game 5.

The Lakers tied it at 61 on Artest's three-point play with 7:29 left, and Bryant's free throws 90 seconds later gave the Lakers their first lead of the second half. The Lakers forged ahead by five points before Bryant and Sasha Vujacic hit free throws in the final seconds to keep Los Angeles ahead by at least two points on every possession.

Bryant said he had to downplay the magnitude of the rivalry during the series, but he came clean on the podium with his daughters, Natalia and Gianna.

"I was just lying to you guys," Bryant said. "When you're in the moment, you have to suppress that ... but you guys know what a student I am of the game. I know every series the Lakers have played in, and I know every Celtics series. I know every statistic. It meant the world to me, but I couldn't focus on that. I had to focus on playing."

Bryant wasn't at his best in Game 7, saying he "was on E ... really, really tired" after 23 playoff games with a litany of injuries. Didn't matter — he still captured the finals MVP award, after averaging 28.6 points in the series.

He's won three straight crowns before, and is already eyeing another three-peat try.

"Let's go for it again," Bryant said, moments before hoisting the finals MVP trophy.

The Lakers will hold a parade Monday, with the team riding floats from Staples Center down Figueroa Street to the USC campus in downtown Los Angeles. A rally at the Coliseum last year attracted 95,000 fans, but the Lakers are skipping the arena in favor of a more interactive celebration, the team said.

Exactly two years to the day after Boston beat the Lakers by 39 points to clinch the 2008 title, Los Angeles got revenge for perhaps the most embarrassing loss of Bryant's career — even if he did little more than grab 15 rebounds for most of the night.

The Celtics had much more poise from the opening tip in Game 7, playing vicious defense that forced Los Angeles to miss 21 of its first 27 shots. Bryant and Gasol were a combined 6 for 26 in the first half.

But forget how it looked early on, because history will. Bryant even did something Jerry West and Magic Johnson never could: He beat the hated Celtics in Game 7 of the finals.

The Lakers are the first team to rally from a 3-2 deficit to win a finals since Houston did it in 1994, beating the New York Knicks. Although Los Angeles stumbled to the brink of elimination for the first time in these playoffs last weekend in Boston, Bryant's teams still are spectacular finishers: They've closed out their playoff opponents on the first try 10 times while winning three straight Western Conference titles over the last three years.

Lil Boosie Indicted On 1st Degree Murder Charges. Could Face Death Penalty [Video]

Rapper Lil Boosie has been indicted on first degree murder charges in East Baton Rouge, Louisiana according to WAFB.

The charges stem from the shooting death of 35 year old Terry Boyd in October 2009.

The rapper was also hit with several drug related charges along with his girlfriend, Walnita Decuir and three others.

Boosie, real name Torrance Hatch is already in prison serving two years for violating probation by possessing marijuana and a gun.

The District Attorney says Boosie could face the death penalty if convicted of these latest charges.

The second case was on 3/6/10, 5725 Tioga, the same location but a different victim. The man was shot in the wrist as he was getting out of his car.

Singer Lloyd Speaks On Collaboration With Lloyd Banks + New Album

(AllHipHop News) A variety of rappers have called upon R*B crooner Lloyd to help deliver them hit singles this Summer, including G-Unit member Lloyd Banks.

Lloyd, whose vocals are heard on 2009’s smash single “Bedrock,” is featured on four new singles that will drop this summer: Nipsey Hu$$le’s “Feeling Myself,” Chamillionaire’s “Make a Movie” featuring Twista, “Go, Go, Go” by newcomer J. Futuristic and Lloyd Banks’ “Any Girl.”

According to Lloyd, he would have never been able to work with an artist like Lloyd Banks, due to the ongoing feud between 50 Cent’s G-Unit and Irv Gotti’s Murder Inc. collective of artists.

“There was no hesitation on my part because we never had direct issues,” Lloyd told AllHipHop.com of his collaboration with Lloyd Banks. “We met for the first time in the studio and everything just clicked. It felt like it was our 10th song together.”

Lloyd is currently preparing to release his debut album for Interscope Records and his fourth studio album overall.

The release could feature a rumored collaboration record between Lloyd, Drake and Rich Boy.

““I was independent for about 6 months and we just tried to stay as busy as possible with shows and collaborations,” Lloyd stated. “It’s starting to pay off now. “I like working with talented artist that are on their grind, whether they’re newcomers or veterans."

New Book Claims Death Row Was An FBI Front To Ruin Black Activism & Take Out 2Pac

(AllHipHop News) A new book being published claims that Death Row Records was actually a front for the FBI in an attempt to assault and end black activism.

The new book The FBI War on Tupac Shakur and Black Leaders: U.S. Intelligence’s Murderous Targeting of Tupac, MLK, Malcolm, The Panthers, Hendrix, Marley, Rappers & Linked Ethnic Leftists.

According to the book’s author, Baltimore area native and Columbia University graduate John Potash, he extensively researched the book, which claims to show the FBI’s consistent pattern of undermining black activism.

The book claims that Shakur was deliberately targeted by the government, like other black leaders, due to his growing influence in the African-American community, utilizing Hip-Hop music.

"What I think it was was that he had become the most influential black man in the black community in the country," Potash told The Baltimore City Paper. "The CIA and U.S. intelligence, what they have to do is win the hearts and minds of the people. They don't want to control us by force, they want us to control ourselves by having us believe in a certain way--that we don't need national health care, for example. And here, Tupacwas threatening to win over the hearts and minds of people, he was able to counter so much of the propaganda in the black community."

The FBI War on Tupac Shakur took ten years to research, utilizing court testimony, FBI documents and a number of previously unseen documents provided by The Black Panthers to Potash.

As for Death Row, Potash claims that the government was definitely involved in the record label’s operations, in a continued attempt to harass Shakur and derail his career.

"I believe that Death Row Records, which included dozens and dozens of police officers at all levels, according to a high-level police officer that investigated them, was a front company and was trying to continue penal coercion and mess up [Tupac Shakur's] head," Potash said.

A research documentary also accompanies the self-published book.
