Video After The Jump Super producer Swizz Beats should know better than anyone that it's hard to duplicate a classic song, having already made so many himself. But Swizzy is going to attempt bring back the magic people felt when they first heard Eminem's "Stan" on a new record he's recorded with Lil Wayne titled "Anne". The beat for the track was originally produced for Eminem's 'Relapse' album as "Stan 2", but Slim wanted to head in a different direction. So Swizz is using the beat for his upcoming 'Haute Living' album. "There was a lot of controversy over this before," Swizz said "The Eminem album before ['Recovery'], 'Relapse,' I submitted a beat to him called 'Stan 2.' When I was doing an interview and they said, 'What you working on?' [Em] was amongst the people in the lineup I submitted things for. I said, 'I did a track for Eminem called 'Stan 2.' So it got out of hand in the media. He didn't want to do 'Stan 2.' But what I have on my album is a song called 'Anne' with Wayne, which is crazy. The way that Wayne just...it's just ridiculous. He tells Anne, he's sorry for having a Stan" I gotta hear this......

Toronto rapper Drake has a vast knowledge of music stored in his brain. His tastes range from hip hop to rock and r&b. So it should come as no surprise that his own music is not confined to one genre. On his debut album, 'Thank Me Later', Drizzy easily moved from spitting raps to singing entire r&b flavored joints throughout the album. In recent weeks, Drake revealed his love for fallen pop angel Aaliyah, who died at age 22 in a plane crash. Penning an open letter to her on his website. "My love for her goes beyond anything. Maybe it's corny of me to like a girl's music so much. I wish I had the chance to meet her. I would've tried to marry her," Drake tells Rolling Stone in their upcoming issue. He also talked to RS about his admiration for guitar legend, Jimi Hendrix, who also died young, age 27. "We just left Seattle, where I played the Bumbershoot festival and visited Jimi Hendrix's memorial, I'm a huge fan," he explains. "I play the DVD of Hendrix at Woodstock to pump me up before I perform. Watching him go out there at 10 in the morning in shitty weather and conquer the crowd always gives me a little more adrenaline. I just left a little letter for Jimi at his grave," Drake says. "It wasn't a real letter. I just wrote him a message on a pack of Zig-Zags. It said, "Still inspired." That's what's up, now we'll have to wait and see if Drake drops another album this year as Mack Maine hinted to MTV a month ago. twitter-5d.gif

Earlier this year producer Bangladesh -- the man behind hits for the likes of Ludacris and Beyonce -- put Lil Wayne on blast for failing to pay his $500,000 production bill, but it seems that the two have settled their fiscal squabble. The BoomBox caught up with the Atlanta based producer, born Shondrae Crawford, who was singing a very different tune at the mention of Wayne. "Everything is being worked out through the legal process," he told The BoomBox. "It's really out of his control honestly. I mean he don't run the label, he don't own the label -- he's just on the label. I just got an email from my attorney saying they're getting the exact number of what I'm owned and things will be taken care of. " The whole disagreement between Wayne and Bangladesh started over the track 'A Millie' which appeared on his 2008 album 'Tha Carter III.' Bangladesh alleged that the popularity of the track propelled the album to sell over three million copies domestically. Proving that there are no hard feelings, Bangladesh plans to put together more beats for Wayne. "[Young Money president] Mack Maine reached out to me not too long ago telling me Wayne wants some beats," he says. "It's specific beats that he wants. My thing is, long as this gets taken care of and we don't have any future problems everything will be worked out. It ain't the beef with Wayne it's just the whole label. I really never had too much of a relationship with Wayne, it was just more of a mutual friend type of thing. I guess [Mack Maine] talked to him from jail and he reached out to me telling me Nicki [Minaj] wanted something and, something I already did." Hopefully, if these two do end up working together on Wayne's forthcoming 'Tha Carter IV,' they can work out a payment plan to avoid anymore problems Source: BoomBox twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump

We told you about Birdman copping a new Bugatti Veyron here on PaperChaserDotCom the other day. At the time there were only pics available. Today we get the visuals courtesy of Derick G.

Stunna doesn't hit the car's top end speed of 253 mph, but why would he need to?

Also I stand corrected on the price tag. I thought it was $2.1 million, turns out it's actually $2.5 mil.

Stunna says in the video that the car is "rich n*gga sh*t", and I'd have to agree.

Video After The Jump Bow Wow is feeling anxious about his next album. He's been promoting his new movie 'Lottery Ticket' and hasn't had the time to get in the booth. The Cash Money rapper told Nnete of Houston's 97.9 The Box that he recently called up his former protege, Jermaine Dupri to share his concerns. "I was just talking to Jermaine [Dupri] yesterday. I called him and was like 'yo I know I never really called you and said anything like this before. I'm kind of scared, I'm nervous because I wanna get in the studio so bad. I'm know for putting out hit records and I don't wanna be away for too long to where I don't know what that feeling feels like again.'" It's both a gift and a curse for the 23 year old, but he says Birdman is very happy that he's opened the door for more Cash Money artists to get movie roles. Bow Wow reveals that he almost got Nicki Minaj a part in the movie. “To be honest Nicki was close to being “Nikki” in the movie…I was responsible for that. I said let’s get Nicki out here to audition and I called Nicki and she actually auditioned. I thought she did good but unfortunately you know how things don’t work out." Bow recently visited Lil Wayne is prison. He said Weezy told him to stay out of trouble because guys like them aren't built for jail. “It was a humbling experience and one thing he told me when I went to visit him was ‘Bow, This aint for us, this aint it.. This aint built for cats like us. They don’t understand us we don’t understand them.. don’t do it man, just stay out of trouble you and Drizzy yall stay clean yall stay doing what yall do yall can do this forever. all of this, it aint worth it . I knew he meant it, cause Tune never lectures me like that but he was serious.’ His spirits are high. When he gets out we definitely planning on this Young Money Cash Money Tour, myself, Nicki, Drizzy Wayne and the whole entire family.” twitter-2a.png

More Pics After The Jump

Birdman has made a truckload of money while overseeing his Cash Money Empire, so excuse him while he stunts a little bit.

Stunna just copped an all red Bugatti Veyron which probably cost him at least $2 million dollars for the European sports car.

The Wall Street Journal estimates the yearly upkeep on the car runs at about $300,000 and is akin to running a private jet!

With a roster of artists that includes Drake, Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne, expect Birdman to continue having expensive tastes for a long to to come..

My only question is, where the hell do you drive a car that tops out at a reported 253 MPH?

Propz to Derick G for the pics
