Well Damn! Cop Calls 911 & Gets Severely Beaten & Pepper Sprayed By Other Cops [Pics]

An NYPD cop whose wife called 911 for help against a gang of thugs says he was brutally beaten by baton-wielding fellow officers who stormed his Queens home. Larry Jackson suffered a broken right hand and multiple bruises from kicks and billy-club blows he said he got from the men in blue called to his home when a gunman menaced guests at his daughter's birthday party. "To get my butt beat like that was unnecessary," said the six-year veteran assigned to the 110th Precinct. "We called the police, and this is what happened to me." "I'm shocked, angry and disappointed," said the 6-foot-3, 300-pound Jackson. Prosecutors and the NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau are probing his claims.

His hand in a cast, he met with the Daily News on Wednesday and lifted his shirt to show the scars from Sunday's early morning confrontation. Jackson, who is black, said the excessive force by the cops, who were white, might have been racially motivated. "They didn't treat me like a house-owner calling for help," he said. "Everyone who lives in the 113th Precinct is not a perp." Investigators from IAB took a DNA sample from Jackson on Wednesday and told his lawyer, Eric Sanders, it was for testing against the cops' batons, which have been confiscated. Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said Jackson "was injured as a result of a dispute at the party." A spokeswoman did not return a call for further comment. Jackson's wife, Charlene, made a 911 call around 1:15 a.m. Sunday as her unarmed husband faced down thugs armed with a gun and bats who showed up as partygoers started leaving his home in Rochdale. "I told the 911 operator it's my daughter's 21st birthday and my husband is a police officer and there's a young man with a gun," she said. "Who do we call now?" said Charlene Jackson, a city bus driver. "It's very hurtful to know you can't trust the police officers in your neighborhood. I feel like the 113th Precinct is our enemy." Larry Jackson, wearing an apron with the slogan, "I'm the chef and I'm awesome," said he did not identify himself to the street thugs as a cop - but was able to convince them to leave. They were slinking off when the first patrol car from the 113th Precinct roared up and a sergeant got out. Charlene Jackson said she tried to tell the sergeant what happened when her niece yelled from the house that there was a fight inside. The sergeant's driver ran inside and struck a friend of the family with his baton, the Jacksons said. The sergeant then pushed Larry Jackson with his baton, they said, and when Jackson grabbed the sergeant, another cop began choking him from behind. Jackson was knocked down and fell on his 82-year-old mother-in-law who briefly lost consciousness, he said. "I'm covering my face and getting hit everywhere," he said. "Then somebody pepper sprayed me." The couple said cops hit at least six family members and friends with batons. Their stepson, a cousin and a nephew were charged with disorderly conduct. Larry Jackson's gun and badge were taken and he was placed on modified duty. "What's most disturbing is there were supervisors on the scene who did nothing," said lawyer Sanders.

Wow: The Bed Intruder Song (Hide Your Kids, Hide Your Wife) By Antoine Dobson Debuts At #89 On Billboards Hot 100 Chart [Video]

Video After The Jump Back in July we reported the story of homo thug Antoine Dodson. An Alabama man man who saved his sister from an attack by an intruder, then hilariously threatened the would-be rapist on the evening news. Now Antoine is getting the last laugh, as a song spoofing his threats has gone viral and is charting on the Billboard Hot 100. The "Bed Intruder Song" made it's debut at # 89 on the Hot 100. It also debuts on Hot Digital Songs at No. 49 with 30,000 downloads, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Antoine and his sister, Kelly Dodson, who was attacked get 50% of the song's profits. The Gregory Brothers from youtube's AutotuneTheNews are responsible for making the spoof. Evan Gregory spoke to Billboard about the song's unlikely success. "Why I think people are latching onto it is frankly quite similar to why they latch onto a classic ballad or pop song that tops the charts -- because there's real emotion behind it that people identify with, even if, in this case, it was for unusual reasons," he said Congrats to Antoine and his sister for turning what could have been a family disaster into a money making venture. Beyonce Accused Of Stealing Design For Her 'Dereon' Clothing Line From Iceland's 'E-Label'

In her new promotional campaign for the Dereon 2010 Fall collection, R&B singer Beyonce is seen photographed in leggings which look extremely similar to leggings from Iceland’s E-label. “This is naturally huge and I am still half in shock. I didn’t twig straight away that this was her own label: I just thought she was wearing our leggings. It is practically just copy/paste,” says Heba Hallgrimsdottir, one of the owners of E-label. The designer of the black studded with metal spikes leggings, Asgrimur Mar Fridriksson, confirmed that Beyonce purchased the exact pair from their E-label brand at a branch of Topshop in London last November, stating it is a very “strange coincidence.” As to a lawsuit, Heba said her company needs to do more due diligence before going forward. “I have only just heard about this and no decision has yet been taken. We need to inspect her brand’s trousers closer because, according to law, it is not copied if a certain number of things have been changed from the original design,” Heba said. She added that Beyonce’s E-label leggings were bought from the Edit section of Topshop, which sell designs from little-known labels. Heba also states that E-label has not copyrighted its design, but believes that widespread media coverage of Beyonce’s purchase last November, both in Iceland and overseas, would be evidence enough to prove plagiarism – if E-label eventually decides that the new design was indeed copied from their own. "Sexy" is a relative term -- one man's baby-makin' music might be his woman's soundtrack for a snoozefest. But there's nothing subjective about this list. These are, literally, the 50 most popular songs about sex ever, as based on each song's performance on the Billboard Hot 100 chart (from August 4, 1958 -- the inception of the Hot 100 chart -- through the Jan. 16, 2010 issue). Some songs are steamy slow-jams, some are hi-octane arena-rockers -- but what they all have in common (and what got them on this list) is that the subject matter of each song is directly related to sex. No more, no less. Got it? Now let's knock some boots.

Songs are ranked based on an inverse point system, with weeks at No. 1 earning the greatest value and weeks at No. 100 earning the least. To ensure equitable representation of the biggest hits from each era, certain time frames were weighted to account for the difference between turnover rates from those years.

NY Daily News Reports Suspect Says Of The Murders, "Jesus Told Me To Do It" FARMVILLE, Va. — Richard Alden Samuel McCroskey III rapped about the thrill of murder in songs he posted on the Internet. Police believe the fantasy lyrics became a gruesome reality in a small Virginia college town. McCroskey, 20, was being held Sunday in the killings of four people who were found at a Longwood University professor's home near campus in Farmville, which is about 50 miles west of Richmond. McCroskey, of Castro Valley, Calif., faces charges of first-degree murder, robbery and grand larceny of an automobile, said Farmville police Capt. Wade Stimpson. The aspiring rapper in the underground horrorcore genre, which sets violent lyrics to hip-hop beats, was arrested Saturday at a Richmond airport, where authorities believe he was trying to catch a flight back to California. Officers found McCroskey asleep in the baggage claim area.

Who was killed along with her ex husband,her daughter Emma and Emma's friend Melanie Wells. McCroskey recorded songs that spoke of death, murder and mutilation under the name Syko Sam. His MySpace Web page said he has only been rapping for a few months but has been a fan for years of the horrorcore genre. "You're not the first, just to let you know. I've killed many people and I kill them real slow. It's the best feeling, watching their last breath. Stabbing and stabbing till there's nothing left," McCroskey sings in "My Dark Side." A friend who owns a small, independent record label that specializes in horrorcore confirmed the site and the songs were McCroskey's. Andres Shrim, who owns Serial Killin Records in New Mexico, said others shouldn't judge McCroskey by what they see on his Web site or hear in his music. Describing McCroskey as a "great kid," Shrim said he has known him for at least two years, and he last saw him Sept. 12 at an all-day music festival in South Gate, Mich. "You would never, ever imagine that kid even being a suspect," Shrim said. "If he is found to be guilty, I would be 100 percent shocked." Shrim said even though horrorcore focuses on murder and other morbid subjects, performers and fans shouldn't be labeled violent. "People get the impression we're these twisted, sick individuals and we don't have hearts and we just want to talk about murder and the devil," said Shrim, who performs himself under the name SickTanicK. "But we just want to express that other side of life." On his Web page, McCroskey posted videos and pictures of a grave where a cross and miniature American flags had been turned upside down. "We defiled the grave, and then lightning struck seconds ago. I think we were being warned," he says in the video, laughing. In the photos, the gravestone identifies the person buried there as a Marine. McCroskey was scheduled to appear Monday in court, when he can either hire an attorney or have one appointed.

Longwood, a school of about 4,500 students, did not issue an alert after the bodies were discovered because it happened off campus, Caldwell said. She said the small town was unaccustomed to such violence. "Not only on campus, but even in Farmville — it just doesn't happen here," she said.
