Florida (46)

Just when you think people can't get any more depraved they fool you and come up with some new madness.

64 year old beastiality freak, Armand Marquis Pacher, a former insurance executive was arrested Friday (July 16) for allegedly having sex with his Great Dane.

People probably should have been suspicious when he named the dog after 80's supermodel Christie Brinkley.

But it wasn't until Pacher's veterinarian called Gainesville, Florida police to report him did the dirty truth come to light.

When a vet worker called Pacher to reschedule the 2 1/2 year old dog's eye surgery, the old pervert started talking about sex with the animal according to the Miami Herald.

"She doesn't seem to enjoy it as much when we have sex. Maybe it's because I haven't been as energetic lately and that's why she's not enjoying it," he allegedly told the worker.

When the dog was later brought into the clinic a veterinarian concluded that the spayed dog's body had evidence of forced sexual activity, the warrant said. The doctor said the evidence could not have come from another dog.

An arrest warrent was issued and Pacher was booked at Miami-Dade jail, charged with third-degree felony animal cruelty and facing up to five years in prison.

Pacher's lawyer. Jefferey Weiner said the vet worker misunderstood his client and it was only a joke.

"I'm quite familiar with the evidence that exists, and I'm really disappointed that Aventura police would make an arrest based on unsupported evidence and conclusions," Weiner said. "I expect my client will be full vindicated."

For the 2nd time a civil lawsuit filed in Alachua County, Florida against rapper Plies has been dismissed. The lawsuits stem from a concert shooting that left five people injured, but the saga is far from over. The plaintiffs have 20 days to amend their complaint and their lawyer says they will.

During a 2006 concert in Gainesville, Florida that also featured Lil Boosie, members of Plies' entourage are accused of letting off shots into a crowd at Club 238.

Plies plead guilty to a charge of possession of a firearm and was sentenced to probation. His brother Ronell Lawrence “Big Gates” Lavatte served three years in prison because he was a convicted felon.

Billy Dee Williams, Michael Lamar Daymon, Edwin Devasco Faircloth, Steve Ruben Jean-Jacques and Dorian Shannel Johnson are the plaintiffs in the case. They allege that Plies' music, lyrics and image as a goon contributed to the violence. They cite his song "I Am The Club" as an example of the rappers' violent lyrics.

Plies did not fire the shots, but they want him held liable nonetheless.

Their lawyer Christopher Chestnut says, "He [Plies] characterizes it as he is the principle, as if he is the guy, he's the gangster, he is the thug, he is the goon. Yes, that's what he's selling, that's why we're suing him."

They are also suing Plies' record imprint, Big Gates Records.

The rappers' lawyer, Robert Rush thinks the suit is only about money.

"I'm sure if he had no money, and he had no notoriety, and he wasn't making records there would be no lawsuit," Rush says.

KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, Fla. - A picture of a Keystone Heights baby appearing to smoke a bong has caught the attention of the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Channel 4 was sent the photo and an image of the picture and comments about it taken from an unidentified Web site. It is not known how widely it was circulated.

The child-protection agency has launched an investigation on the 11-month-old baby's parents.

"We are alarmed that any parent would take pictures of their child next to what is obviously drug paraphernalia," said DCF spokesman John Harrell.

The 19-year-old mother talked to Channel 4 via Facebook. She said the pictures were a joke.

The message read, "If u look at the picture u can see that there is no bowl in the TABACCO (sic) pipe. And i took a pic to show one (expletive) person and it was a mistake. I would never ever ever let him get high."

DCF investigators said they have already been to the home twice.

"We would never leave a child in a home where there are concerns about whether or not the child is safe," Harrell said.

The mother told Channel 4 she has a drug evaluation Friday and the boy will be checked by a pediatrician. DCF said she could face serious charges if drugs were used by or around the baby.

In another message, the mother said she would never do anything to harm her child.

It read, "Do you realize how serious this is? i can go to jail and he can be taken away from me. WHY would you do something so (expletive) stupid? i know what i did was stupid but i would NEVER put by baby in harm. im (sic) so nice to everyone idk (I don't know) why you would do this to me."

No one has been charged.

ST. CLOUD, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A former teacher said the administrators of a Christian school where she was employed fired her because she became pregnant just before her wedding. Now, she has filed a federal discrimination lawsuit against the private school in St. Cloud.

Jarrestta Hamiton said April of 2009 was the happiest month of her life. She was a newlywed and newly pregnant and teaching fourth graders and Southland Christian School. She said it was about that time when she approached by the administration to talk about "maternity leave."

She said when asked, she admitted that the baby was conceived three weeks before the wedding. A week later, she said the school fired her. Attorney Ed Gay is helping Hamilton sue the school, claiming that her termination amounts to discrimination based on her pregnancy and marital status.

"If they're going to single her out because she conceived prior to marriage, but allow people to remain employed who conceived during a marriage, isn't that discriminating against her based on her marital status?" asked Gay.

School administrator Rob Ennis said the school has not seen the lawsuit. "At this time, we're going to seek legal counsel, and I really don't feel comfortable making any comment to be honest with you."

FOX 35 obtained a letter sent to Hamilton from the school which asked not to return because of "fornication," sex outside of marriage. It also claims that Hamilton knew about the school's moral stance through the employment application process.

"Just a vague reference to upholding standards and purposes of the school," said Gay. "That's what they're going on as a 'morals' clause."

Ultimately, it could be the federal courts that decide who is right and who is wrong. Hamilton also claims that the school violated her privacy by telling parents and students why she was fired.

Download Link After The Jump I don't know where this beef started, but Brisco comes out guns blazing on this one. He pokes fun at Wacka Flacka Flame for recently getting shot and goes in on both Oj Da Juiceman and So Icey Entertainment CEO Gucci Mane I'm not taking sides either way. I like Brisco and the So Icey Camp. But I do agree with Brisco on one point, it's better to give up your jewelry and live to breather another day as opposed to getting shot for it. Download Here
