Faizon Love and Katt Williams probably won't be visiting each other over the holidays. That's because Katt allegedly pulled a gun on Faizon during an argument Tuesday night.

The two comedians/actors got into a heated argument over a $50,000 debt Katt owes Faizon when the incident occurred outside of the Supper Club in Hollywood.

"Once the argument escalated, Katt went to his car to go get his gun to pull it out on me," Faizon told TMZFortunately, one of my homeboys who was there took the gun out of Katt's hands. Come to find out the gun he pulled out on me was not even loaded. My homeboy gave it back to him, then we went in the club.”

The police were called and Katt, along with two of his friends were taken into custody when the gun was found in his car. Katt and one friend were later released. One of the men, however, remained incarcerated for charges stemming from a traffic warrant.

12348505865?profile=original

Police say the gun was unregistered. They are still trying to find out who it belongs to.

Faizon said Katt needs to check himself.

I am just extremely upset that his punk a$$ would pull a gun out on me and even play with me like that. He better chill his a$$ out."

Flo Rida is facing some serious legal trouble with the IRS over unpaid taxes. According to The Daily Mail, the rapper owes the IRS $1,040,777.45. A lien has been placed on his 2.3-acre South Florida estate meaning he could be out of a home soon if he doesn't pay up.

According to legal documents the IRS filed in Miami-Dade County Court on September 7, Flo Rida hasn’t filed taxes since 2009.

To make matters worse for the rapper whose hits include "Low," Wild Ones" and "Whistle," security company ADT is taking him to court over an unpaid bill.

12349531652?profile=original

ADT hooked up Flo's $58,000 state of the art security system with numerous sensors, 27 cameras and smoke detectors. The company claims claims that Flo, real name, Tramar Dillard, paid the initial deposit of $19,366.66, but has failed to pay the remaining $38,733.

ADT is seeking the remaining fee plus interest, bringing the total amount owed to $47,134.40.

Flo claims that he didn't authorize the installation. According to him the contract is signed under his manager’s name, so he doesn't believe he's responsible for the bill.

Nicki Minaj wanted to do something special for Lil Wayne's 30th birthday so she bought him the one thing he probably didn't already own, a Campagna T-Rex 14R.

The three-wheeled motorcycle-car hybrid is a two-seater that weighs 1040 pounds, goes from 0-60 in 3.92 seconds and tops out at 144 miles per hour. It normally retails for around $58,000, but Nicki had Wayne's tricked out to bring the total cost of her gift to $70,000. And of course it had to be in red.

It was her way of saying thanks to the Young Money boss for everything he's done for her career.

Nearly 12 years after a club shooting that left several people injured, Diddy has paid $850,000 to settle his share of a lawsuit brought by the victims according to the New York Post.

On December 27, 1999, Diddy was at a Manhattan nightclub with then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez and protege Shyne. During a dispute, Shyne pulled out a gun and began shooting inside the club.

12349512067?profile=original

Shyne was subsequently arrested and charged with and convicted of attempted murder, assault, and reckless endangerment. He was sentenced to ten years in prison.

12349511698?profile=original

Diddy, who was represented by Johnnie Cochran Jr., was acquitted of weapons possession and bribery charges. The jury also acquitted his bodyguard Anthony Jones of all charges.

12349512471?profile=original

Although cleared in the criminal case, Diddy and the nightclub still faced several civil suits from the three injured victims.

The most seriously injured victim, 40-year old Natania Reubenwas shot in the nose and suffered seizures because of seven bullet fragments still lodged in her face.

12349513255?profile=original

Natania Reuben

In June 2011, a settlement was reached. Reuben was paid $1.8 million. The two other victims were paid $500,000 and $50,000.

In October 2009, Shyne, who legally changed his name to Moses Michael Levi to reflect his conversion to being an Orthodox Jew, was released from prison after serving nine years. He was then deported back to his home country of Belize. The rapper had beefed with Diddy while he was incarcerated until they buried the hatchet earlier this year during Paris Fashion week.

12349513273?profile=original

Now the beef is back on. Upset that Diddy won't help him obtain a U.S. Visa, Shyne releases a diss track in August titled "You're Welcome" aimed at the Bad Boyboss.

In a new interview with WGIV Charlotte, Shyne claims he saved Jennifer Lopez and Diddy's lives on the night of the shooting in 1999.

"I wasn't thugging and bugging that night," Shyne says. "I was actually the best behaved because I don't drink and I don't smoke. But I'm from the streets so when it's time for my hammer to go off it goes off, and somebody was getting ready to pop [Diddy] head off. It might not had been no Jennifer Lopez movies if I didn't pull my ratchet and squeeze off."

French Montana has achieved what just about every artist wants when they start their career. The South Bronx rapper is now famous and has more money than he can possibly spend, but that success has come with a price.

During a recent interview with TheBoomBox, French revealed that his five year marriage couldn't survive his rising fame.

"Man, I couldn't do it; that's why we got separated," French explains to The BoomBox. "At first it was smooth, but then as much as people think that money changes you, it's changing them around you. A person ain't gonna treat you the same now that they think that you think you somebody."

French said constantly being around groupies and sexy women also caused a strain.

"You around so many beautiful women, that's a conflict too," he says. "It's just about finding somebody that understand the game, what you're into. But then on the flip side of the coin, you gotta understand their game, what they into. There's a flip side to everything. You can't expect to make all this money and not go through problems. You can't expect God to give you everything you want without taking something away."

12349465053?profile=original

The Bad Boy artist also discussed his outrageous spending habits, which include purchasing a fleet of cars and a $350,000 Rolls-Royce Ghost.

"When you finally get the chance to buy it, you buy it," French said. "You don't really give a f*ck about what it cost, whatever. Just to get it off your chest. Then people hit you with the stupidest shit every time you about to buy it. They don't help you, they just tell you, 'Well, you only live once.' How many times you heard that one? 'You only live once.' Before you know it, you dead broke. F*cked up in the game."

It seems like Lindsay Lohan just can't stay out of trouble. At one point the actress had a promising career in Hollywood, but now she's in the news more for getting into sticky situations with the law.

In her latest episode Lohan has officially been named as a suspect in the theft of $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses from her friend Sam Magid's L.A. home a week ago. Lohan says she is being framed and blames the theft on Andrew Knight, a man claiming to be Suge Knight'sson.

12349461493?profile=original

Andrew Knight

According to TMZ, Magid has been in touch with Knight and 1 other friend of Lohon's. They told him that on the night of the burglary Lohan "handed them a bag with 2 or 3 pieces of the stolen items wrapped in her t-shirt. The 2 men returned the items to Magid. Other items were still missing."

Knight has been interviewed by police. They apparently believe his story because Lohan is the target of the investigation.

Magid has been in touch with Lohan. She told him that she was on Ambien on the night of the theft, but remembers hiding some of the missing items around his house so they wouldn't be stolen by burglars.

Magid added that Lohan told him, "I'm sorry. Please pray for me."

Lohan is currently on probation for stealing a necklace at a Venice jewelry store. She could be headed back to jail if found guilty of this latest burglary.

Vice has some of the best documentaries on youtube. In their latest one they track the life of a New York City drug dealer who makes upwards of $60,000 a week selling every kind of drug you can imagine. Why someone would let a film crew follow them around while they commit crimes is anybody's guess, but this is definitely interesting.

What does the woman who has everything get the man who has everything for his birthday? If you're Kim Kardashian, you buy your boyfriend Kanye West a rare $750,000 Lamborghini. Ball so hard!

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Kim purchased the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 in L.A. for her new BF, who's celebrating his 35th birthday today. But Kanye can't play with it yet because he's in Ireland on the Watch the Thronetour.

So we're told Kim wanted to give him a taste of his gift -- so she took a video of the car to show him ... and we're told she's screening the video in person tonight on the Emerald Isle.

So it's probably safe to say the car won't be Kanye's only present this year.

Video After The Jump

A Florida judge Friday set a $150,000 bond for George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer who shot an unarmed black teenager and touched off a firestorm of controversy about race and the American justice system.

Zimmerman, 28, appeared in court in a dark suit and gray tie, and, in a surprising move, took the stand. There, in a voice verging on meek, he apologized to the family of Trayvon Martin, the 17-year-old he admits he shot -- but only, he says, in self-defense.

"I wanted to say I am sorry for the loss of your son," he said to the parents, who attended the hearing in the central Florida city of Sanford, where the shooting took place. "I did not know how old he was. I thought he was a little bit younger than I am, and I did not know if he was armed or not."

Zimmerman turned himself in to authorities on April 11 after learning he would be charged with second-degree murder in the February incident. Seminole County Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. set the bond after a sometimes-contentious two-hour hearing in which attorneys for the state repeatedly brought up two incidents from Zimmerman's past. The first was an arrest for assaulting an undercover officer during an underage-drinking crackdown; the second was an injunction filed by a former girlfriend who said Zimmerman struck her.

In the end, Lester decided that the arrest was a "run of the mill" incident in Florida, and that the injunction was "somewhat mild." He granted the bond, with numerous conditions, including an order that Zimmerman wear an electronic global positioning device so that authorities can track his location. Zimmerman also surrendered his passport.

Zimmerman's attorney,Mark O'Mara, argued that his client needed to remain in a secret location due to threats on his life. O'Mara asked Lester if his client could leave the state. The judge told the attorney to see if he could work those details out with law enforcement authorities.

The hearing was also notable for the extensive grilling that O'Mara gave one of the investigators for the state attorney's office, Dale Gilbreath, who helped prepare the probable cause affidavit that was the basis for Zimmerman's arrest.

The affidavit says Zimmerman "confronted" Martin, after which a struggle ensued. In a likely preview of the defense strategy at trial, O'Mara questioned the use of the word "confronted."

"Do you know who started the fight?" he asked the investigator at one point.

"Do I know? No," Gilbreath said.

"Do you have any evidence that supports who may have started the fight?"

"No" Gilbreath said.

Beanie Sigel will have to wait a couple more months before he knows his fate in his tax evasion trial because the sentencing date has been pushed back to July 12 according to Contact Music.

Sigel was originally accused of owing $350,000 in back taxes after failing to report his earnings from 2003 and 2005. He pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to report $1.5 million.

The hip-hop star was due to face sentencing at a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania court on Thursday (Apri1 12) but a judge pushed back his hearing until July 12 after Internal Revenue Service agents filed new claims, alleging Sigel actually owes upwards of $750,000.

He now has until April 26 to surrender additional financial documents in a bid to solve the dispute.

If convicted, Grant faces up to three years behind bars.

This is not how we are supposed to do it.

Montell Jordan scored a huge hit with "This Is How We Do It" in 1995, unfortunately he failed to pay Uncle Sam from 1999-2001 leaving him with a huge tax debt.

TMZ is reporting that the singer owes the IRS $627,987.06.

The government filed a tax lien against his property in 2004. Since he didn't pay up the lien against his property was re-filed last month. If he doesn't come up with the money the government can go after his property in court.

Booking agent Heavy Rotation LLC sued rapper DMX in New York federal court, claiming the rapper breached a booking agreement by failing to perform at scheduled shows and signing with another agency.

TMZ is reporting that HR wants Dark Man X to repay them $630,000 for a failed international tour. The deal between HR and X gave them exclusive rights to book him for shows anywhere in the world, but HR claims DMX's continuing legal problems prevented the tour from ever getting off the ground.

According to the lawsuit, X's legal troubles included child support issues and a traffic violation which led to a lien on the rapper's passport, preventing him from performing overseas.

HR also claims that X hired an outside booking agent to schedule appearances in the U.S., which violated their exclusive agreement with him.

Because of all the legal problems and failed appearances HR says they spent $749,285 and want the majority of the money back.

DMX's manager disputes HR's claim and says X chose to break off the agreement with the company because of their unsavory business practices.

DMX and his management team have responded to the lawsuit filed by booking agent Heavy Rotation.

As we previously reported, X is being sued for $630,000 by HR for a failed international tour. The company claims DMX's continued legal problems prevented the tour from happening leaving them with financial losses in excess of $740,000

Domenick Nati, publicist for DMX, told AllHipHop that the lawsuit has no merit. He also says DMX is moving forward with his comeback tour without them.

“I would like to make clear that DMX’s management team is facing legal issues only with Heavy Rotation Booking. HR Booking is a previous promoter who DMX and his management have terminated their agreement with,” Nati said. “The ‘DMX Undisputed Comeback Tour 2012′ is a completely separate tour than the one with HR Booking.”

DMX's management said they terminated their deal with HR because the company sent falsified passport documents to promoters overseas in order to book the tour dates.

AllHipHop reports that Heavy Rotation hasn't responded to the allegations against them.
