Juelz Santana is out of jail after posting a $500,000 bond that was secured by his mother’s Englewood, New Jersey home.
"It's a beautiful thing. It's in God's grace, I was praying every day. He came through for me," Santana told NorthJersey.com. "I just gotta do the right thing. Do everything I need to do ... so I stay home."
The 36-year old, born LaRon Louis James, had been in police custody since March 12, when he turned himself in after fleeing Newark Liberty International Airport after a loaded 38-caliber Derringer pistol was allegedly found in one of his bags by TSA Agents on March 9.

(Trinidad and Tobago Newsday) SHERON Sukhdeo’s send-off reflected the life he lived - luxurious vehicles, excessive gold jewellery, friends and family, loud music and a car show.
Just before his body was reduced to ashes, Sukhdeo was showered with Moët champagne at the Waterloo Cremation site in Carapichaima.
The 33-year-old father of two flashed his wealth on social media. He was also revered by those who associated with him and referred to him as the “World Boss.”
Sukhdeo, 33, was shot on Monday while at Mahabir Street, Caroni Savannah Road, Charlieville. He died shortly after at the Chaguanas Health Facility.
At his funeral service at his palatial home in Orchard Gardens, Chaguanas, hundreds turned out to mourn. The car and real estate dealer’s luxury vehicles and other fast cars lined the street as mourners awaited the arrival of his body.
His images and his monkier were everywhere. Two large trucks also blared music.
The police remained on the street.
When the body arrived, his bronze-coloured casket was opened for the viewing of the body. Sukhdeo’s body was dressed in white and around his neck were his thick, heavy gold chains with massive medallions and other large pendants, reaching down to his waist.
His family also placed a pair of Timberland boots in the casket.
The media were prevented from entering his home at the request of Sukhdeo’s wife, Rachael.
After the Hindu funeral rites were performed by his family, the body was transported to the Waterloo Cremation site.
Along the route, Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs and Faith Evans’ I’ll be Missing You was played on repeat on the music trucks.
Rachael, who, in 2016, posted photos of herself showing injuries she suffered during a beating from Sukhdeo, wept continously, as she embraced their two children.
The businessman was charged twice for assault in February 2016 and later in May 2017 but the charges were dropped after his wife refused to testify.
She gave him his last kiss before the heavy jewellery was removed from around Sukhdeo’s neck and his casket placed in the pyre.
It was then bottles of champagne was poured on the body and the car show began.
On the funeral programme was a poem, “Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems to be the same. But as God calls us one by one, the chain will be linked again.”

Cardi B is unstoppable right now. The 25-year old native of The Bronx, New York released her debut album Friday, April 6, and it's already eligible for a Gold certification.
The feat comes courtesy of her hit single "Bodak Yellow," which is 5x platinum with sales of 5 million units.
According to Forbes, "10 track units equal one album sale, which means Invasion of Privacy has moved 500,000 units on the strength of “Bodak Yellow” alone, enough to earn a Gold certification."
However, the first week sales of "Invasion of Privacy" will not be reflected by the accomplishment. Nevertheless, congratulations are in order for Cardi B.

Announcing the commencement of #TheFirstPurge. In theaters July 4.
Behind every tradition lies a revolution. Next Independence Day, witness the rise of our country’s 12 hours of annual lawlessness. Welcome to the movement that began as a simple experiment: The First Purge.
To push the crime rate below one percent for the rest of the year, the New Founding Fathers of America (NFFA) test a sociological theory that vents aggression for one night in one isolated community. But when the violence of oppressors meets the rage of the marginalized, the contagion will explode from the trial-city borders and spread across the nation.
Coming off the most successful film in the series, The Purge: Election Year, creator James DeMonaco (writer/director of The Purge, The Purge: Anarchy and The Purge: Election Year) returns alongside the producers of this worldwide phenomenon: Blumhouse Productions’ Jason Blum (Insidious series, Get Out, Split), Platinum Dunes partners Michael Bay, Brad Fuller and Andrew Form (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Ouija series, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre), and DeMonaco’s longtime production partner, Sébastien K. Lemercier (Assault on Precinct 13, Four Lovers).
The First Purge is directed by Gerard McMurray (Burning Sands), working from a screenplay once again written by DeMonaco. www.thefirstpurge.com

(AP) UFC star Conor McGregor has turned himself into police in the wake of a backstage melee he instigated that has forced the removal of three fights off UFC’s biggest card of the year.
Video footage appears to show the promotion’s most bankable star throwing a hand truck at a bus full of fighters, after a press conference for UFC 223 at Barclays Center.
McGregor has been charged with 2 counts of misdemeanor assault and one count of felony criminal mischief.
Video showed McGregor with a group of people causing chaos Thursday as they took an elevator to the loading dock at Barclays Center. He can be seen tossing trash cans and being prevented from throwing a barricade at a bus during his unannounced appearance in New York.
The New York Police Department said McGregor threw a hand truck at a bus causing minor injury to an individual on the bus. UFC said three fights on Saturday’s UFC 223 card have been scrapped as a result of the incident.
“The organization deems today’s disruption completely unacceptable and is currently working on the consequences that will follow,” UFC said in a statement. “Individuals involved in the incident are not welcome at tomorrow’s ceremonial weigh-in or Saturday’s event at Barclays Center.”
McGregor hasn’t fought for UFC since November 2016 and was stripped this week by UFC President Dana White of the 155-pound championship he had never defended. White also said this week he did not expect McGregor to attend Saturday’s fights.
He sure made his presence felt in Brooklyn.
McGregor profanely responded on Twitter and wrote, “You’ll strip me of nothing.” He was just getting started.
McGregor last fought at all in a boxing match he lost to Floyd Mayweather Jr. on Aug. 26, 2017.
The popular Irishman is tight with UFC 223 fighter Artem Lobov, who was involved this week in a scuffle in a hotel with Khabib Nurmagomedov. Nurmagomedov fights Max Holloway for the lightweight championship left vacant by McGregor.
Lobov was yanked from the card and banned from the building.
Michael Chiesa was sent to the hospital with injuries sustained in the attack and was forced out of his scheduled fight against Anthony Pettis.
“A decision was made by the New York State Athletic Commission to pull me from UFC 223,” Chiesa tweeted. “I’m devastated to say the least. @showtimepettis I hope to run this match up ASAP. June 9th in your backyard. That’s all I have to say for now. Much love.”
Flyweight Ray Borg suffered multiple cornea abrasions in the wake of the McGregor attack and his fight against Brandon Moreno was also scratched
White said this week in New York that McGregor would fight again for UFC this year. McGregor’s actions now put any future fights very much in doubt.
The 29-year-old McGregor once held the 145 and 155-pound championships at the same time and boldly stated he wanted an ownership stake in UFC. But the trash-talking, egocentric has been out of the fight game except for his boxing dalliance with Mayweather that made him wealthy enough to never have to fight again. McGregor and his girlfriend welcomed their first child, a son, in May 2017.

The NYPD wants to question Conor McGregor about a bizarre incident at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on Thursday, April 5.
The Irishman and an entourage of 30 people showed up at UFC 223 media day as the fighters scheduled for the event were leaving in buses. They began tossing garbage cans and other items at the vehicles.
McGregor is seen on videotape throwing a dolly through a bus window. The incident left lightweight Michael Chiesa injured and also injured a UFC employee, UFC President Dana White told reporters.
Chiesa was taken to the hospital, treated for cuts and released. He still plans to fight Saturday.
The melee was allegedly sparked by a confrontation earlier this week between UFC 223 co-headliner Khabib Nurmagomedov and McGregor's teammate Artem Lobov.
A warrant for Conor's arrest has not yet been issued, but that could change if he doesn't turn himself in..
“Right now, we don’t have units out there searching for him or anything like that,” NYPD spokesperson Lt. Tarik Sheppard told MMAjunkie. “We’re just trying to make contact.”
When asked if the UFC planned to fire McGregor, White told TMZ Sports, "This is bigger than us firing him."
