Philthy Rich spoke to VladTV about Lil Uzi Vert and Rich the Kid's beef, and Philthy says he respects Uzi for stepping to Rich after he was making videos and disses while in Uzi's native Philly. Philthy added that Rich should've squared up with Uzi over their longstanding beef when he had the chance, adding that Uzi has more to lose as a bigger artist.

In this clip, AR-AB and Dark Lo gave their take on the murders of XXXTentacion and Jimmy Wopo. AR-AB spoke about X being only 20-years-old and how so many people at 20 weren't finished products. He said someone that young deserves a chance to learn and grow, pointing out how some of the most towering figures in [African] American culture like Malcolm X and Maya Angelou would've been involved with pimping, drugs, and prostitution had they died at 20. Dark Lo added how disrespectful it was to show X's body in the car and how he doesn't respect his killer.

Sacramento rapper Mozzy ran into some legal trouble in Las Vegas last Thursday, July 5.
TMZ reports that he was driving around Sin City without a license plate on his black Maserati when cops pulled him over for failing to signal during a lane change.
During the stop police discovered that Mozzy, real name Timothy Patterson, didn't have a driver's license. They also allegedly found a loaded Glock while searching his car, which is a big problem for Mozzy because he went to prison after a 2014 conviction for felony gun possession and possession of a controlled substance.
He was charged with gun possession by a prohibited person and released on $5000 bond.

A new album from XXXTentacion is on the way.
The New York Times reports that the Florida rapper/singer, born Jahseh Onfroy, had recently signed a $10 million record deal with Empire, prior to being murdered in what is believed to have been a robbery attempt on June 18, 2018.
Ghazi Shami, the founder of Empire, said the 20-year old had already recorded “a significant amount of material” for the forthcoming album.
The project may arrive as soon as October.

CLEVELAND.com - Stipe Miocic stepped inside the Octagon at UFC 226 Saturday night. For the first time in three years, he didn't leave victorious.
UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier knocked out Miocic in the first round of Saturday's main event to win the UFC Heavyweight Championship. Cormier becomes just the second man in UFC history to hold two belts simultaneously. The other was Conor McGregor.
Saturday's fight was exciting from the start. Cormier and Miocic stood toe-to-toe and traded hands throughout. Miocic was the more technical boxer. But Cormier absorbed every punch, while landing his own leg kicks and hard punches.
The end of the fight came after a clinch. Miocic made the mistake of dropping his hands. Cormier capitalized with a hard right that sent Miocic to the mat. Cormier followed with a few more punches until Miocic was out cold. The referee jumped on top of Miocic and stopped the fight to prevent any further damage.

Miocic, who resides in Northeast Ohio and trains out of Strong Style MMA in Independence, defended his title a record three consecutive times before Saturday. He and Cormier served as coaches on the recent season of "The Ultimate Fighter" reality series.
Miocic was gracious after the fight, giving Cormier a fist pound prior to the official result being announced. Yet, it looks like Miocic will have to wait for a potential rematch.

After the bout, WWE superstar Brock Lesnar entered the Octagon and traded words with Cormier in a vulgar (and ridiculous) display. It appears Lesnar, a former UFC champ who still has to serve a suspension for a failed drug test, will get the next title shot.

The publicity stunt prevented fans the opportunity of hearing Miocic's thoughts immediately after the bout, which is probably best given he'd just been knocked out.
If it's any consolidation, Miocic reportedly made $750,000 for UFC 226. He will now head back to Northeast Ohio with his wife, Ryan, due to give birth to their daughter in a few weeks.
