Just over a week after leaked photos of Rihanna and Cassie hit the Internet, statistics have shown both R&B singers' recent sales have not increased. Maintaining a fairly unchanged average, the young singers' nude pictures have not turned into a sales boost for the duo. According to Nielsen SoundScan figures, the unwanted publicity served no purpose as far as Rihanna single sales figures are concerned. On the week ending May 3rd, she had 45,000 total downloads on songs by her or with her as a guest. The week ending May 10th, her numbers dropped to 44,000. For Cassie, just two days before the Rihanna pictures appeared, Cassie's own computer was hacked and topless photos of her hit the net. The next day, more explicit photos leaked, this time of Cassie fully unclothed. Still, Cassie's numbers stayed flat with 2,000 downloads both weeks. (Billboard) Cassie's images were previously confirmed by the singer to her disbelief. "The recent personal pictures that have been leaked on the internet of me were hacked and stolen out of my computer," a statement read. "These photos were obviously never intended for the world to see and it's sad that people would really take time to steal and post them, it's just evil. At the end of the day breasts are breasts, mine weren't the first you've seen and they won't be the last... people need to grow up. Let's move on." (Rush PRNews) Bad Boy CEO Diddy resorted to his Twitter to playfully poke fun and downplay the images. Meanwhile, Diddy, who has been romantically linked to Cassie in past and has mentored the singer throughout her career, came out in support of the singer. "Turn this one up real loud and dance on dem bi---es!!!!" he wrote to Cassie on Twitter, linking to a music video for the song "I'm Still Standing" by Elton John. "Let's Go!!!" (MTV) Rihanna's alleged photos emerged which prompted her to reportedly leave the country. The photos that are taken are missing some of Rihanna's tattos, and it isn?t certain that these are the R&B singers naked body, but her record company has took legal action to get these pictures removed of the websites. The photos consist of a naked Rihanna in front of a mirror naked with words written on the mirror with soap. Only 2 of the photos clearly show her face the other 4 you can?t tell. There have been rumors that Rihanna is so embarrassed and overwhelmed with the postings that she has left the country to get away from Hollywood. She has not commented on the photos herself. The two fighters are launching an official press tour, beginning at noon Sunday in Los Angeles, to promote their July 18 matchup in the ring at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. It does not include a stop in Mayweather's hometown of Grand Rapids. Instead, the tour is scheduled to span two continents in six days, including appearances Monday in Los Angeles, Tuesday in New York and both Thursday and Friday in London. "Now that Floyd is back, we need to let the world know about it," Leonard Ellerbe, CEO of Mayweather Promotions, said in a press release. "The fight against Marquez will be one to remember, and I am looking forward to getting on the road so the media and the fans can really get a sense of how great July 18th will be for the sport of boxing." The bout, which is being billed as "Number One/Numero Uno," is scheduled for 12 rounds. HBO Pay-Per-View is providing live telecast coverage, beginning at 9 p.m. The suggested retail price is $49.95. (CNN) -- A 3-year-old boy who was taken at gunpoint from his California home nearly two weeks ago has been found, authorities said Saturday. Briant Rodriguez, 3, was taken during a home invasion on May 3 in San Bernardino, California, police say. 1 of 2 Briant Rodriguez was found wandering the streets of Mexicali, Mexico, by a police officer late Thursday, said San Bernardino County Sheriff Rod Hoops. After clearing paperwork with Mexican officials, California authorities reunited the boy with his mother Saturday in the border town of Calexico, Hoops said. "We're very happy that he's alive," Hoops said. "A 3-year-old goes missing in this country for two weeks -- sometimes it has an unhappy ending. "This one did not." Watch portion of sheriff's news conference » The boy had been missing since May 3, when two men armed with handguns burst into his family's home and tied him up -- along with his mother and four siblings. The men ransacked the home before leaving with Briant, a small amount of cash and some personal property, San Bernardino sheriff's spokeswoman Cindy Beavers said. Authorities had not caught the suspects as of Saturday evening. Hoops said authorities have information about at least two suspects -- who were captured on video at a home-improvement store near the Rodriguez home buying tape like the kind that was used to bind the family. He said the names of the suspects, and what authorities believe was a motive, are not being released because they could jeopardize the investigation. He also declined to say what relationship the suspects may have had with the family or whether the kidnapping is linked with drug crime that has run rampant in Mexican border towns in recent months. Members of drug cartels in the border region have been known to use kidnapping as a means of quick cash. "If you take a look at the case, I'll let you do your own homework on it," Hoops told reporters. Authorities from San Bernardino flew to Mexico late Friday to get Briant. Hoops said he appears to be in good health. His hair, which is shoulder-length in photographs that authorities had released, had apparently been shaved, Hoops said. Hoops said Briant's mother is "a Mexican citizen living here in the United States," but that he is unsure of her immigration status. He said Briant was born in the United States. Sgt. Doug Hubbard, who was in Calexico when Briant and his mother were reunited, called the meeting emotional. "Tears even came to Briant's eyes," he said. "It was a beautiful thing.

Man Kills Boss Over Air Conditioning

Simon Silva, a 66 year-old Miami resident, lived and worked on the property of his unnamed boss and de facto landlord until he was fired earlier this week. Silva began making arrangements to move out, but the landlord seemingly grew impatient yesterday and disconnected the air condition during a 90+ degree Miami day. Silva got angry, which is understandable given the weather, and the two got in a heated dispute over the hot situation, according to police documents. What isn't understandable is why Silva pulled out a gun and shot the man and another unidentified victim. The other victim was not involved in the argument. The landlord later died of his injuries at Jackson Memorial Hospital. The second victim is currently in the hospital in stable condition. Silva later confessed to the police. He's being charged with 2nd degree murder and attempted murder. Source: Miami New Times
