T.I. Officially Off House Arrest

T.I. will finally get to roam free today for the first time since he was locked up for weapons charges last year ... but he's still gonna have the curfew of a 16-year-old schoolboy.

T.I.'s attorney tells TMZ the rapper -- who's been serving the last 30 days of his sentence under house arrest -- will officially be done today.

T.I. will now be placed under 23 days of supervised release ... which means he'll have to be home by 11 PM unless he's performing, when he'll have to be in by 1 AM.

The rapper -- real name Clifford Harris -- will also have to complete 400 hours of community service and will be on probation for three years.

Lloyd Banks may be joining the recent ranks of Jay-Z (The Blueprint 3) Raekwon The Chef (Only Built 4 Cuban Linx ... Pt. 2) and Capone-N-Noreaga (The War Report 2) by making his album a sequel — The Hunger For More 2. Banks posted the title on his Twitter page, although the tweet has since been deleted and the G-Unit said the title is not official. Still, fans are encouraged that Banks is thinking about taking it back to his best effort.

In a recent chat with Mixtape Daily, Banks said that going overseas on tour with the G-Unit for two months would be "dangerous" because he was going to devote his free time in the hotel room to writing his LP.

"It's gonna be dangerous for me, because I'm gonna come home and record anywhere between 40 and 50 records, literally," he said. "Hopefully I'll have the bulk of my album from that."

The youngest member of the Unit also said that his sound would be expanding past the gritty beats you hear on his mixtape. Banks wants to add hit records to the mix after hearing what his former Interscope labelmates like Will.I.Am and Timabaland brought to the table.

"The music overseas, the party atmospheres — it's incredible," Banks offered. "Don't get me wrong, I love the club scenes in New York City and the States, [but] when you go overseas, you might hear [the Black Eyed Peas singing] 'Toniiight's gonna be a good night.' You're hearing that in the club 10 times. So if you didn't know that joint, I come back over here like, 'You don't know that record? You're buggin' — that's poppin!' That record, Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Lady Gaga — you're hearing so many different records, it makes you want to expand as an artist and get records that's enjoyed by all people. They're definitely gonna hear those kind of records from me too.

"A lot of people don't know I write more than rap music," he continued. "I can write R&B records. I can write hit records — just put it like that. Hopefully I'll be writing for a few more people in the future."

Lamborghini Lloyd also says that he might put a call in to Will.I.Am for beats.

"I chopped it up with him a couple of times," Banks said. "I seen him in L.A. and he wanted to work on the tail end of Rotten Apple. But between me touring, it was crazy. I didn't get a chance to hook up with him. But hopefully we can make something happen on this record."

Lady Gaga is having quite a week. After the announcement that she's about to start work on her next music video for her "Alejandro" track comes news that she's broken two records, one for video views and one for music sales.

First off, the singer is now the only digital-era artist to top the 5 million sales mark with her first two hits, according to Yahoo Music. Gaga broke the record when her single "Poker Face" reached 5 million in sales after her debut single, "Just Dance," accomplished that feat last year. The only other act with two songs at or above 5 million is the Black Eyed Peas, according to Yahoo.

And if selling millions of records weren't enough, Gaga also reached the 1 billion mark in video views. According to Mashable, with numbers and analytics compiled by Visible Measures, Gaga is the first artist to have her videos reach 1 billion views. Three of her music videos hold spots in the 100 Million Club, including "Poker Face" (374,606,128), "Just Dance" (272,941,674) and "Bad Romance" (360,020,327). Most of the streams are through Vevo and YouTube. Following close behind Gaga's record are "Twilight" (980 million) and Soulja Boy Tell'em (860 million).

Last weekend, Gaga celebrated her 24th birthday and showed off one of her gifts online. In a photo posted on Twitter, she held up a red teacup and wrote, "Nothing like a communist-red teacup to make for the perfect Birthday gift. Last words are for fools who haven't said enough."

Well it looks like Kanye West might have been onto something when he he uttered "George Bush doesn't care about black people" back in 2005.

The former President was visiting Haiti along fellow ex-President Bill Clinton on an earthquake relief mission.

After shaking hands with a crowd of Haitians he can clearly be seen wiping his hand on Clinton's shirt as if he had just touched something dirty.

In that single moment he managed to offend the whole nation of people he's supposed to be there to help.

Don't take my word for it though. Watch the video below and leave your comments as to what you think.

I know the food at Whataburger is really good but this is ridiculous.

Paul Wall and C.Stone The Breadwinner were at the fast food restaurant when a crazy dude starts demanding a cheeseburger. He was being belligerent and loud which made management ask him to leave.

This set him off to the point he started challenging people to a fight. When one guy accepts, the hilarity begins.

CHASKA, Minn. – Prince looks like a pauper in a list of delinquent taxpayers in Minnesota.

Carver County tax records show the musician's PRN Music Corp. owes more than $227,000 for 2009 taxes to the state and other government bodies. The county is southwest of Minneapolis.

PRN Music houses Prince's Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen. County records list several other properties under his full name, Prince R. Nelson, as delinquent.

County taxpayer services manager Laurie Engelen estimates PRN Music and Prince's other properties owe about $450,000 in taxes.

PRN and Prince's studios don't have listed phone numbers. A talent agency that has represented Prince didn't immediately respond to e-mail seeking comment.

The delinquency list was published last week in the Chaska Herald

In an age where people are quick to label others as snitches, the question is bound to be raised in the Yukmouth robbery and assault drama.

The former member of The Luniz and Smoke-A-Lot Records CEO was allegedly attacked by Suge Knight and ten goons who beat him down and robbed him of $92,000 worth of jewelry.

New details have emerged that reveal the Bay Area rapper filed a police report fingering Suge as one of his assailants, then later retracted the statement according to AllHipHop.

The situation was sparked by an unpaid debt owed to Suge by Yukmouth.

Would this classify Yuk aka The Thug Lord as a snitch or was he simply doing what anyone would do after having nearly $100 G's worth of jewelry stolen from him?

SEATTLE -- The mother of a Ballard High School student is fuming after the health center on campus helped facilitate her daughter's abortion during school hours.

The mother, whom KOMO News has chosen to identify only as "Jill," says the clinic kept the information "confidential."

When she signed a consent form, Jill figured it meant her 15 year old could go to the Ballard Teen Health Center located inside the high school for an earache, a sports physical, even birth control, but not for help terminating a pregnancy.

"She took a pregnancy test at school at the teen health center," she said. "Nowhere in this paperwork does it mention abortion or facilitating abortion."

Jill says her daughter, a pro-life advocate, was given a pass, put in a taxi and sent off to have an abortion during school hours all without her family knowing.

"We had no idea this was being facilitated on campus," said Jill. "They just told her that if she concealed it from her family, that it would be free of charge and no financial responsibility."

The Seattle School District says it doesn't run the health clinics at high schools. Swedish Medical Center runs the clinic at Ballard High and protects the students' privacy.

T.J. Cosgrove of the King County Health Department, which administers the school-based programs for the health department, says it's always best if parents are involved in their children's health care, but don't always have a say.

"At any age in the state of Washington, an individual can consent to a termination of pregnancy," he said.

But Jill says she not only didn't have a say in her daughter's abortion, but also didn't know about it.

"Makes me feel like my rights were completely stripped away."

(AllHipHop News) A war has been declared against Sean “Diddy” Combs after the mogul labeled other vodka brands as “pee pee.”

Liquor Tycoon M.J. Silver has announced a press conference will be held tomorrow (March 25) in Times Square to protest Combs’ statement that “if you’re not drinking Ciroc vodka, then you’re drinking pee pee.”

Combs made the statement during a party he was hosting earlier this month at New York hot spot, Greenhouse.

Silver who owns Georgi Argent, one of the best selling vodkas in New York, took offense to the statement and is demanding an apology from Combs.

Now, Silver and the owners of Alexi vodka and other American spirits will protest Combs’ French made Ciroc Vodka, the brand Combs’ has a 50% stake of, with the other half belonging to Diageo.

They will be putting a liters of Ciroc into a large toilet bowl and having it delivered to Diddys offices near Times Square,” a representative of the vodka wars coalition said in a statement.

The protesters will express their dismay with Combs at 2:00 PM, in front of the mogul’s oversized Sean John advertisement.

(Bloomberg) -- Prosecutors have recommended that the Washington Wizards’ Gilbert Arenas receive a three-month prison sentence for a felony gun conviction.

Arenas, who is scheduled to be sentenced March 26, also would receive three years probation and 300 hours of community service if District of Columbia Superior Court Judge Robert E. Morin agrees with recommendations requested in the sentencing memo filed today by prosecutors.

The 28-year-old Arenas pleaded guilty Jan. 15 to carrying a handgun without a license. As part of a plea agreement, prosecutors said they would not ask for more than six months in jail. Morin is not bound by the accord.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher Kavanaugh said in the memo that the government’s recommendation was based on evidence that contradicts Arenas’s claims about when and why he had the weapons in the team’s Verizon Center locker room, and that Arenas repeatedly minimized his culpability.

The defendant’s conduct since the time of the incident establishes that he has shown little genuine remorse for anything other than how this incident may affect his career,” the memo said.

The defense’s sentencing memo said attention to the high-profile case had “led to the development of a caricature that bears little resemblance” to Arenas.

He is a genuinely caring person, he has long devoted himself to serving the community and others, and despite a history of pranks and misguided practical jokes, he is a peaceful man who is not aggressive or confrontational in any way,” said the memo prepared by defense attorney Kenneth Wainstein.

Locker Room Confrontation

The case began with an argument over money that teammate Javaris Crittenton lost to Arenas in a card game on a Dec. 19 team flight from Phoenix and led to both players displaying weapons in the locker room. Both players were suspended for the rest of the National Basketball Association season on Jan. 27.
