Video After The Jump

In this clip, Boosie continued to share his thoughts about 2Pac's fatal Las Vegas shooting, including the late rapper telling a first responder off when he asked who shot him. Boosie stated that 2Pac was on some "gangsta sh*t," and he went on to say the same about Orlando Anderson telling a first responder to "go to hell" when he asked about the 2Pac shooting.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — The white gunman who killed 10 Black people in a racist attack at a Buffalo supermarket was charged Wednesday with federal hate crimes and could face the death penalty if convicted.

The criminal complaint filed Wednesday against Payton Gendron coincided with a visit to Buffalo by Attorney General Merrick Garland. The attorney general was expected to address the federal charges and meet with the families of the people who were killed.

Gendron was already facing a mandatory life sentence without parole if convicted on previously filed state charges in the May 14 rampage at Tops Friendly Market.

The federal hate crimes case is based partly on documents in which Gendron laid out his radical, racist worldview and extensive preparation for the attack, some of which he posted online shortly before he started shooting.

The affidavit includes detailed accounts of Gendron’s plot to attack the store, which he documented in detail in an online diary, and the attack itself, which he live streamed on social media.

The posts detail months of reconnaissance, demographic research and shooting practice for a bloodbath aimed at scaring everyone who isn’t white and Christian into leaving the country.

Gendron drove more than 200 miles from his home in a nearly all-white town near the New York-Pennsylvania border to a predominantly Black part of Buffalo. There, authorities say, he fired approximately 60 shots at shoppers and workers using an AR-15-style rifle, wearing body armor to protect himself and livestreaming the carnage from a helmet-mounted camera.

Three wounded people — one Black, two white — survived the attack.

The 18-year-old surrendered to police as he exited the supermarket.

He has pleaded not guilty to a state domestic terrorism charge, including hate-motivated domestic terrorism and murder.

A Brooklyn-based drill rapper was arrested after landing at John F. Kennedy airport Sunday morning & later charged with attempted murder in connection to March shooting.

Rapper 22Gz, whose real name is Jeffrey Mark Alexander, faces charges from a March 6 early morning shooting inside a Marine Park, Brooklyn party hall where a 31-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to his left foot.

The victim had provided a description of the suspect before he was transported to Brookdale University Hospital for treatment.

The 24-year-old rapper was also charged with second-degree assault, 2 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon & first-degree reckless endangerment.

He was arraigned in Brooklyn Supreme Court Monday night & his bail was set at $500,000, which he was expected to post with the help of bondsman to the stars Ira Judelson.

Back in 2017, 22Gz, then 19, was accused of killing a man over a parking spot fight in Miami Beach, though prosecutors later dropped the charges after he was in jail for several months.

In 2018, he was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of marijuana & criminal trespassing after he was found with a large quantity of weed & a taser in a Brooklyn basement. It’s unclear if he was found guilty of those charges.

A man in Texas has been charged with the capital murder of his girlfriend and their unborn baby girl, after he allegedly told police that “rough sex” was the cause of the expectant mother’s death.

Paul Raymond Chandler, 20, was placed under arrest for the beating & strangulation death of Kaycee Wofford. 19. An arrest warrant Chandler called police shortly before 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday to report his “wife” was dead & “blue in the face.”

When responders arrived at the home in Wichita Falls, they found Wofford on her back, lying next to an air mattress. It was believed that Wofford, who was “obviously pregnant,” had been dead for several hours in the couple’s upstairs bedroom. The victim wore only a t-shirt & had blood coming from the corner of her mouth.

There were signs of lividity indicative of the body being moved.

A postmortem examination at the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences revealed that Wofford was 32-weeks pregnant with a daughter and that the otherwise-healthy unborn child was “only dead because the mother had died.” Wofford died of strangulation “both by her throat & by compression to her chest.”

Further examination showed the blood from the victim’s mouth stemmed from “her bottom lip being ripped away from the gums” & that there was bruising & trauma to her head, which in & of itself was not fatal but ”showed significant signs” to the medical examiner that the victim was beaten.

Chandler allegedly initially told detectives that he and Wofford went to bed at around 1:00 a.m. & that he found his girlfriend dead when he woke up hours later.

Police arrested Chandler, after which he allegedly admitted to lying about the mystery intruder. Chandler stated he and Wofford watched a movie before falling asleep at around 1:00 a.m. & admitted that he & Wofford got into an argument earlier in the evening, though he claimed it never became physical. He went on to deny that he was ever physical with his girlfriend, “even when she has slapped him in the past.”

Chandler went on to say that Wofford died in the course of “rough sex.”

“Paul stated that after they talked, but before falling asleep, they engaged in what he considered ‘rough sex,’ which included Kaycee being on her back & him putting his hand on her throat & pushing down to impede her airway (choking) while having sex,” Paul stated when they were done having sex, Kaycee had told him her throat hurts, but she had also said she loved him.”

Jail records show Chandler is being held at the Wichita County Jail on $1.5 million bond. He is charged with capital murder of multiple persons.

Brittney Griner will remain in custody in Russia for at least another two and a half weeks ... the WNBA superstar's detention was just extended by a court until July 2.

The ruling was handed down on Tuesday, according to Russian state media outlet TASS, after investigators requested the extension.

The decision comes on the heels of U.S. State Department officials meeting with representatives from Brittney's current WNBA team, the Phoenix Mercury, to discuss ways to safely return the professional hooper to America.

Specific details of the meeting remain tight-lipped -- it's unclear who exactly attended or what was discussed -- but officials confirmed to the Associated Press the forum did indeed happen.

The 31-year-old has been in Russian custody since mid-February ... after officials say she had hash oil in her luggage while going through airport security.

GRAND CONCOURSE, Bronx (WABC) -- An off-duty NYPD officer was fatally stabbed, allegedly by her estranged husband, in the Bronx early Monday.

Police say the 31-year-old officer, who worked as an NYPD officer assigned to Transit in Brooklyn, was discovered dead with multiple stab wounds around 2:50 a.m.

It happened inside an apartment on Grand Concourse, and authorities say the victim managed to call a relative before she died.

That relative alerted police.

The victim's 34-year-old husband surrendered to a neighboring precinct soon after, and charges against him are pending.

The victim and the suspect have a 3-year-old son, who was not at home at the time of the killing.

The couple was estranged, but there are no prior incidents of police response to a dispute between the two.

Neighbors said they heard arguing in the middle of the night, with the victim's first-floor apartment window facing the busy street.

"It's sad," neighbor Moses Becerril said. "It's a couple, and there was kids involved from what we hear. They're parents. So sad."

Her identity has not yet been released, pending family notification.

"You have to be very careful these days, even with your own spouse," neighbor Elena Matos said.

Neighbors say they just moved in a month or two ago and kept to themselves, and that nothing out of the ordinary stood out.

"I only heard just that, that they were just arguing," neighbor Frank Peralta said. "This was completely out of nowhere for me. Never expected that to pop up."

The Game felt some type of way after he was excluded from the Super Bowl halftime show in his city ... the L.A. rapper saying he was "hurt" Dr. Dre didn't hit him up to perform.

Super Bowl LVI was basically L.A.-themed -- going down at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA -- with the Rams repping the NFC. Most Los Angeles of all, the halftime performers ... including L.A. rappers Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Kendrick Lamar.

But, The Game -- an L.A. native who always reps for the city -- was not included in the lineup ... something the 46-year-old rapper said wasn't right while appearing on the "I Am Athlete" podcast.

"The f****** Rams was in the Super Bowl, bro!" The Game said, "L.A., L.A., L.A. all around the Super Bowl and I don't get the call. I was hurt by that.”

"Dre should've called and said why. I would've understand that 'cause I talk to Dre. I talk to Dre often and I just know if I was Dre and he was Game, then he woulda been up there. That's just it. It's L.A. and I am L.A. I'm in the streets."

What made Game even more upset was the fact that Eminem and 50 Cent got to perform ... when they're not even born and raised L.A. rappers.

"Snoop is icon. Dre is icon. Em is an icon, but Em is not from L.A. 50 is not from L.A," Game said.

"I’m not taking away from the fact that they were on the Super Bowl, but L.A. n***** wouldn’t have been in the Detroit Super Bowl or New York Super Bowl. It just wouldn’t have happened."

Even though Game's feelings were hurt, he gets why he didn't get the call -- he's "not a safe artist."

"You don't know what Game gon' do when he get up there," Game said, "They went with the safe artists."

But, Game is letting bygones be bygones -- saying at the end of the day, it was a win for L.A. and a win for the culture.

PaperChaserDotCom World Premiere!

“Raining Bricks” is the first single from forthcoming debut project R.E.A.L (Really Everybody Ain’t Loyal) (which will drop later this month), the title as Borleone is “self-explanatory, over the last few years, I have had the opportunity to see who is really down for me and who is not.” Originally encouraged by his brother to pursue emceeing, Maddd Borleone didn’t take it seriously until the last few years. “I’m very anti-social, so I just make tracks in isolation but one time I ended up in the studio with Benny The Butcher and BSF and it gave me a boost of confidence seeing these guys from my hood taking it so large.”

Expect more tracks with Maddd Corleone and Rick Hyde to surface in the near future.

“In the last few years after I got home, I lost my brother, caught COVID before the vaccines were ready and was in a car crash. They thought I might not walk again, I just started walking without a cane. I’m not supposed to be here.” Buffalo emcee Maddd Borleone is grateful for every day because he knows very well at any moment it can be taken from him.

Hailing from the Cape Cod region, Chad Kinnear grew up in small Massachusetts towns with unique names like Falmouth and Mashpee. Kinnear suffered numerous life-threatening injuries in his life. Friends nicknamed him “Black Magic,” as he continued to cheated death, over and over again. Surviving everything from severe burns and electrocution, to poisoning and accidental overdose, Magic has been knocked down repeatedly, but he always finds a way to bounce back. Identifying with misfortune, he adopted the fitting stage-name, Tragically Magic, and began using music to draw audiences through the darkness, into the light on the other side of trauma.

As a teenager, Tragically Magic competed as a boxer in local gyms. In January of 2016, Magic trained too hard, gaining 35 pounds of muscle in only two weeks. The added mass was put on so rapidly, his body couldn’t keep up, and both of Tragically Magic’s feet and ankles were crushed beneath his own weight. With a backup plan to join the military ruined too, Magic’s entire life changed. With a warrior mentality, he pushed on. Finding purpose in music, Tragically Magic moved forward as an artist, embracing his gift of song.

Tragically Magic pulls from a vast vocabulary and dabbles in experimental rhyme schemes. He delves deep into the complexities of the human psyche, using his spoken word style to navigate an engaging backdrop of rhythm. His voice lifts audiences up, pulling them out of sorrow. With an original hip-hop sound, Tragically Magic integrates 90’s-style beats into his captivating raps. His parent’s taste in music had direct influence on Magic’s early interests. From his dad, he gained classic rock legends, like AC/DC, while his mother contributed smooth R&B, like Usher and Ne-Yo. Magic also notes, Dax and J. Cole, as two other artists impacting his methodology.

Tragically Magic pulls deep from the darkness of his soul, finds a guiding light, and holds it up for others. With a revolutionary approach to the current music culture, Tragically Magic strides forward, bringing audiences out of low places, inspiring hope, and encouraging resilience.
