The wide receiver no doubt helped his East View Patriots come from behind to beat Vandergrift 42-41 by scoring a touchdown over the weekend.
But it was his epic post-game interview with Lauren Mickler of Austin’s TWC Sports Night that was the highlight of the night.
“All right, well, at first we started slow, we started real slow, and you know, that's all right, that's OK, because sometimes in life, you're gonna start slow. That's OK," the enthusiastic player said. “You can do anything you put your mind to. Never give up on your dreams. Keep smiling and no matter what you’re going through, if you fall down just get up. If you can’t get up, your friends are there to help you up. Your mama’s there, your daddy’s there. God’s there! Hey, I’m there to help you up. ... It’s going to be all right. Just keep smiling.”

An Anchorage, Alaska reporter took a stance for what she believes is right live on air Sunday, September 21, leaving her fellow anchor in a state of shock.
KTVA-TV's Charlo Greene admitted she was the owner of a cannabis club.
“I. the actual owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club, will be dedicating all of my energy fighting for freedom and fairness, which begins with legalizing marijuana here in Alaska," Charlo said. “And as for this job, well, not that I have a choice, but fuck it. I quit.”
And with that Charlo exited. Her fellow anchor apologized to the viewing audience and tried to gather herself, albeit unsuccessfully, before continuing the broadcast.
The station's News Director, Bert Rudman, quickly posted that Greene had been fired on KTVA's Facebook page. The post drew some hilarious responses considering she had already quit.
Greene has since posted a video entitled "Why I Quit," speaking out on why she walked away from her job.
