There's much more to Eric "Eazy E" Wright's life than we saw in the 2015 film, "Straight Outta Compton," which depicted N.W.A's rise to fame.
The late rapper's daughter, Ebie Wright, wants her father's story told properly in a new documentary titled "A Ruthless Scandal: No More Lies."
Eazy died March 26, 1995, at the age of 31 from complications of AIDS. However, Ebie believes her dad was murdered, citing a 2003 interview his rival Suge Knight gave to Jimmy Kimmel.
"Technology is high, right? So if you shoot somebody you go to jail forever," Knight says during the interview. "Kids, you don't wanna go to jail forever, right? They got this new thing out. They get blood from somebody with AIDS and they (inject) you with it. That's a slow death. An Eazy E thing, you know what I mean?"
"Let me break this down for you," Ebie says in the trailer for "A Ruthless Scandal." "My father was diagnosed with AIDS three weeks before he died. He was immediately isolated in the hospital away from all his friends and family. Soon after, his attorney of only two months, draws up my dad's living trust while on his deathbed. Two days later a secret marriage (to Tomica Woods Wright) took place. During the following week my dad's estate was being looted while he was in a coma. On March 26, 1995, three weeks after being diagnosed he was dead. And one person walked away with everything."
Ebie is putting the documentary together with help from her mom Tracy Jernagin and sisterErica Wright.
"We also wanted to show his accomplishments, his personal life and, really, the aftermath of his demise and what happened to us. We never felt the story that was told to the public was the truth. It's just something that has always pained us," Ebie told Rolling Stone.
A Kickstarter fund to raise the $250,000 needed to complete the project fell short of it's goal.

The feud betweenAzealia BanksandRussell Crowehas gone nuclear.
According to TMZ, Banks went to the police and filed a battery report against the Oscar Award-winning actor Sunday, October 16, claiming he choked, spit on her and called her a nigger.
"To recap my night, I went to a party at Russell Crowe's suite, at which he called me a nigger, choked me, threw me out and spat at me," she wrote in the now deleted post that was captured by Hollywood Gossip. "Last night was one of the hardest nights of sleep I've had in a long time. The men in the room allowed it to happen. I feel terrible today. And just weak as fuck man. I want to fucking die. Just feel so low and mishandled and alone and fucking depressed right now. I wish I had someone to beat him up for me."
Aswe previously reported, this stems from an incident that occurred Saturday, October 15, inside of Crowe's Beverly Hills hotel suite where he was hosting a dinner and music listening get-together for about 10 people.
RZA of the Wu Tang Clan brought Banks to the event. She reportedly recently inked a record deal with the producer.
Some witnesses claim the Harlem, New York rapper was acting "erratic," laughed out loud at Crowe's music selection and made a remark to at least one male guest about "boring white men."
A female party goer insisted Banks chill out.
The 25-year allegedly responded by saying, "You would love it if I broke my glass, stabbed you guys in the throat, and blood would squirt everywhere like some real Tarantino shit."
After she grabbed a glass and cocked it, Crowe put Banks in a bear hug, threw her out of his suite, then had hotel security remove her from the premises.
Banks later demanded that Crowe apologize for the the way she was treated. When he refused she went to the Beverly Hills police and filed the battery report.
Raymani, Banks' agent, commented via his Twitter account about the incident, saying his client was "shell shocked."
"A statement has been issued regarding my client Azealia Banks, 'Azealia is tremendously distraught and disheartened. She is shell shocked and will speak out on the incident once she has had time to process the brutality and abuse she was unjustly subjected to,'" he wrote.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) — The 15-year-old daughter of Olympic sprinter Tyson Gay has been fatally shot in Kentucky, the athlete's agent and authorities said Sunday.
Trinity Gay died at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, the coroner's office for Fayette County said in a statement. The athlete's agent, Mark Wetmore, confirmed in a text message to The Associated Press that Gay's daughter had died.
Lexington police said in a statement that officers went to the parking lot of a restaurant near the University of Kentucky campus in Lexington about 4 a.m. Sunday after witnesses reported gunfire was exchanged between two vehicles. Officers located one of the vehicles and stopped two people for questioning, the statement added.
Police spokeswoman Brenna Angel said police don't believe Trinity Gay was in either of the vehicles involved.
Tyson Gay competed in the last three Summer Olympics. He was part of a team that won a silver medal in the 4x100-meter relay at the 2012 London Games though that medal was ultimately stripped after Gay tested positive for steroids in 2013.
Trinity Gay was a sprinter at Lafayette High in Lexington and finished fourth in the 100 meters and fifth in the 200 meters at the state Class 3A high school track meet in May, records show. She also ran on a 4x200 relay team that finished fourth. Her father also ran at Lafayette and still holds the state record in the 100 set in 2001.
The police statement didn't identify Trinity Gay by name, saying a juvenile who was struck at the scene was taken by private vehicle to the UK Hospital and later pronounced dead.
Police were still searching for the second vehicle, police said, adding they are continuing to investigate.
A tweet from Kentucky High School Athletic Association Commissioner Julian Tackett said he was stunned by the death: "Shocked to hear of death of Trinity Gay. A life of such potential cut so tragically short. Sympathies to Tyson and entire family."
