A Florida woman has launched a lawsuit against a school district because she was reportedly banned from volunteering at her child's school because she is an OnlyFans model.
Victoria Triece said she was banned from volunteering at Sand Lake Elementary in Orlando, Florida. Triece said she was banned from volunteering at her youngest child's school because she has an account on OnlyFans – a subscription social media platform that often features sexually-explicit content. Triece said the school only permitted her to participate in virtual events.
"I don't think any mom, any dad, anybody in the position that I'm in should be going through this," Victoria Triece said "Be told what you do in your private life will affect you seeing your children in any realm at all. It's just a, morally it's just wrong."
The mother explained, "The reason that I even started with OnlyFans was because I didn't want a 9 to 5. I wanted to still be involved."
Triece, 31, suspects that a fellow parent shared posts from her OnlyFans to the Orange County school board around 18 months ago.
WESH 2 reported, "Triece was a volunteer for five years, passed the annual background checks & does not have a criminal record."
Triece's attorney, Mark NeJame, told the outlet, "It's kind of like the old days of having a scarlet letter on your head. What she was doing, what she does in her off time, it’s not illegal. But yet, we have a morality police with the Orange County School Board and whatever administrators made this horrific decision."
He asked, "If they’re involved in multiple sex partners, are they prevented from seeing their children at school? If they work in the adult industry as a topless dancer or as a male dancer, are they prevented from seeing their children at school? Where does this stop?"

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Memphis police officers assigned to the SCORPION Unit (Street Crimes Operations to Restore Peace in Our Neighborhoods) met with Chief C.J Davis on how to move forward for the department after the death of Tyre Nichols and it was decided that it was best to permanently deactivate the unit.
This decision was made in the process of listening intently to the family of Tyre Nichols, community leaders and the uninvolved officers.
The officers currently assigned to the unit agreed with this next step.
“While the heinous actions of a few cast a cloud of dishonor on the title SCORPION, it is imperative that we, the Memphis Police Department take proactive steps in the healing for all impacted. The Memphis Police Department remains committed to serving our community and taking every measure possible to rebuild the trust that has been negatively affected by the death of Mr. Tyre Nichols.”
Nationally renowned civil rights and personal injury attorneys and attorneys to Tyre Nichols’ family Ben Crump and Antonio Romanucci released a statement about the deactivation of the SCORPION UNIT.
“The Nichols family and their legal team find the decision to permanently disband this unit to be both appropriate and proportional to the tragic death of Tyre Nichols, and also a decent and just decision for all citizens of Memphis. We hope that other cities take similar action with their saturation police units in the near future to begin to create greater trust in their communities. We must keep in mind that this is just the next step on this journey for justice and accountability, as clearly this misconduct is not restricted to these specialty units. It extends so much further.”

In this clip, Vlad started off speaking about one of Tony Yayo’s previous interviews, where he spoke about a lot of rappers today being “damaged” and turning to the wrong things to fill that void. After Vlad spoke about his experience with therapy, and Tony explained how your friends will speak about your problems if you share them. Vlad then spoke about interviewing B-Lovee about Kay Flock being in jail while “Shake It” was blowing up. Tony used the story as an example of why rappers should stay out of the hood, adding that’s where most people get into trouble. When asked when the last time he went back to Southside Jamaica, Tony explained that he lays low anytime he goes back to get some of his favorite food.

A woman was apprehended in northern New Jersey this week after allegedly using a forged birth certificate to enroll at a local high school, authorities said.
The woman, identified as Hyejeong Shin, 29, faces a single, third-degree charge for providing a false government document with intent to verify age or identity. Shin is accused of presenting a fake birth certificate to the New Brunswick Board of Education to attend public high school classes "as a juvenile" student.
The administration at New Brunswick High School circulated a letter explaining Shin's arrest & the accusations against her, which also contained her picture. She attended classes with other students for 4 days.
"She was pretending to be a freshman, which is more surprising because I don't believe she looks like a freshman," one student said. Another student said hat Shin sent text messages to several classmates asking them to "hang out."
"Some of the girls I know, the girl did ask them to hang out at Commercial Avenue, but they never showed up & she started acting weird with them," the student said. "It's scary because you never know what could happen."
The mother of a senior at New Brunswick High School told CBS News she was worried about the situation and asked how Shin was able to successfully enroll & attend classes without staff & security realizing her age. While the police investigation is underway, the school superintendent reportedly said that administrators will review their enrollment process & determine ways to better identify false documents going forward.
GREENSBURG, Pa. (WTAE) —A federal indictment lists six counts related to aiding and abetting the distribution of cocaine and meth, as well as conspiracy, against Greensburg Police Chief Shawn Denning.
The indictment, which includes information provided by a confidential informant, said Denning connected the CI and others with drug suppliers and sent menus and prices of product to the CI.
At one point, Denning also allegedly gave the CI cornhole bags when the CI lost money on a drug deal with someone Denning allegedly vouched for.
Records show Denning vouched for out-of-state drug suppliers and sent menus with prices of narcotics to the CI starting in September of 2021.
U.S. Attorney Cindy K. Chung said the drugs were sourced in California and Arizona, then delivered to the CI via the U.S. Postal Service.
Prosecutors said Denning has already made an initial court appearance and was released on a $250,000 unsecured bond.
If convicted, Denning faces a maximum total sentence of 20 years in prison, a $1 million fine, or both.
