XXXTentacion will soon be back out on the streets after being jailed recently for violating the terms of his bond related to his domestic violence case.

The 19-year old was ordered held without bail following a hearing Friday, December 15. When prosecutors presented evidence to a Miami-Dade County judge that he had allegedly tampered with a witness ... his ex-girlfriend.

XXX is accused of attacking his then pregnant ex-girlfriend in October 2016.

TMZ reports that the rapper, born Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, will be released from lock up on Wednesday, December 20. He'll be on "very restrictive house arrest conditions" for the next 2 months.

XXX is currently facing 15 felony charges, including domestic battery by strangulation, aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, false imprisonment and witness tampering.

If convicted of all charges he faces decades in prison.

Floyd Mayweather is currently in talks with UFC President Dana White about fighting in the octagon.

"We're talking to Floyd about doing a UFC deal," White told ESPN. "It's real. He was talking about [boxing] Conor McGregor. Was that real? Have you heard Floyd talk about many things that aren't real? He usually tips his hand when he's in the media, and then that shit ends up happening. We're interested in doing something with Floyd. Everything is a realistic possibility. Mayweather vs. McGregor fucking happened. Anything is possible."

Earlier this month Floyd took to Instagram Live to talk about the chances of a UFC accord.

"They just called me not too long ago and asked me to come back," he said on December 11. "I can come right back. If I wanted to I could come right back to the UFC. I can go fight in the Octagon. I can go do a three or four-fight deal in the Octagon and make a billion dollars. Remember, I'm Floyd 'Money' Mayweather."

Joe Budden and Complex have parted ways.

Joe had been one of the hosts on the show "Everyday Struggle," alongside DJ Akademiks and Nadeska Alexis. But on Tuesday, December 19, it was announced that had come to an end.

"Joe Budden is not continuing as a host on Everyday Struggle in 2018," Complex told Billboard. "The show will be back in the New Year with all new episodes and guests. We wish Joe all the best and thank him for a great 2017. We love and respect him; we believe he's terrific but the reality is we couldn't reach an agreement."

If you have been following Joe's Twitter account the announcement wasn't shocking. 

"I created that show… I’ll create another if need be… & another & another….. it’s when u CANT create that you move WITHOUT integrity," he wrote earlier in the day. "They didn’t give me a proper goodbye either. INJUSTICE!!!!!!  I am not on paternity & they should stop using my 3 day old child to mask internal chaos, thx."

A five-year old Byram, Mississippi boy watched a video of The Grinch trying to steal Christmas and he was determined to put a stop to it.

TMZ reports that TyLon Pittman dialed 911 on Saturday, December 16, to file a report. The operator assured him that The Grinch wouldn't be coming to his house, but Pittman still had his doubts.

Police eventually went to the boy's house. Pittman told the officer that if he caught The Grinch he would take him to jail.

This kid's brother made a post about the incident on Facebook.

"I can NOT make this up," he wrote. "My 5 year old brother called the police and said that the Grinch is stealing people Christmas and he don’t want him to steal his so they really came to our house! Officer Develle, thank you sooo much! You made his night!"

Hey, you gotta keep an eye out these days ... lol.

The domestic violence case against XXXTentacion has gotten even more serious.

TMZ reports that prosecutors have hit him with eight new felony charges, all different degrees of witness tampering and witness harassment, bringing the total to 15.

The 19-year old rapper, born Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, was initially charged with domestic battery by strangulation, aggravated battery of a pregnant woman and false imprisonment.

The new allegations stem from phone calls XXX made in October 2016, when he was initially arrested for allegedly beating his then ex-girlfriend.

According to TMZ, law enforcement sources say XXX made numerous recorded phone calls while locked up. Evidence gathered from those calls led to the new charges.

Prosecutors believe he tried to coerce his ex into not testifying against him.

Because of this new information, a Miami-Dade County judge sent XXXTentacion to jail during a hearing Friday, December 15, after ruling he had violated his bond.

He's being held without bail and has no phone privileges. If convicted of all charges XXXTentacion faces decades in prison.

Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi, together known as Rae Sremmurd, are ready to make their return to the music scene with a new album titled "Sremmlife 3."

Swae made the announcement during the Rolling Loud festival in San Bernardino, California over the weekend, while talking with Revolt.

“SremmLife 3 coming in January,” he said. “The hottest music on the fucking planet.”

The project will be executive-produced by Mike Will Made-It.

New Orleans business mogul and rapper, Birdman, is on the verge of losing his Miami mansion after allegedly falling behind on a $14 million loan from a company called EMG Transfer Agent.

According to The Blast, Birdman, real name Bryan Williams, used the mansion in 2015 as collateral for the advance. He defaulted, now EMG wants the home foreclosed on so they can collect their $12 million plus interest and late fees.

Birdman bought the crib, which once belonged to producer Scott Storch, in 2011 from Russell Weiner for $14.25 million. It features 9 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, 100 feet of bay frontage, dockage, a pool, a hot tub surrounded by a moat, a massage room, a home theater, high ceilings and an elevator.

The Cash Money Records co-owner recently put it up for sale with an asking price of $20 million. He later slashed that to $16.9 million when there were no takers.
