Watch out boys! Kristen Stewart, seen here in the film 'The Cake Eaters,' is showing some skin for a new indie film. NY Daily News Reports Kristen Stewart is baring it all. The Twilight star will appear nude in an upcoming indie flick, "Welcome to the Rileys," also starring James Gandolfini. The "Twilight" star plays the role of a 16-year-old lap dancer and prostitute, Mallory. The movie tells the story of how Mallory reunites a grieving couple (Gandolfini and Oscar nominee, Melissa Leo) who have fallen apart after the death of their young daughter eight years before. The speculation is that Stewart will strip in several scenes. "It’s an independent movie that nobody would normally see and now it’s like, 'Oh, let’s go see Bella in this stripper movie—it’ll be crazy!" the actress told WENN.com. Also coming up for Stewart is her role playing Joan Jett in "The Runaways" due next year, and the next two movies in "The Twilight Saga."

XXL Reports While rumors of a Hot Boys reunion have been circulating the net for some time now, it has yet to materialize. During a recent interview Juvenile told XXLMag.com that all four members of the group have yet to hit the studio together. “They already gave me some money on that project but I don’t really know what happened to that,” Juvie told XXL. “I would love to give people a concrete answer but all I can tell you is I did receive some money for that project. I don’t know what happened with the business on everybody else so I can only speak on a Juvenile standpoint.” Although he has already been compensated, Juvie says that himself, Lil Wayne, B.G and Turk, have yet to make any new tracks together. When asked if they have even recorded any new music, the New Orleans native replied, “Nah we never made it to that point. “ He does assure us, on the other hand, that him and B.G. have shared the vocal booth together on one track. As XXL previously reported, Juvie recently released a new song from his upcoming ninth studio album, Cocky and Confident. On the track, titled “My Money Don’t Fold,” he uses the term “soldier” disrespectfully which fans speculated might be aimed towards Soulja Boy. Juvie cleared up his true meaning, saying the term is a popular slang in the South, similar to the way New Yorkers say “son.” “People are taking it the wrong way,” Juvenile explained. “I said ‘soldier’ and everyone thinks I’m talking about Soulja Boy. But that’s been my language and my word long before Soulja Boy even came about. That’s really how we talk down here.” Cocky and Confident is currently slated for an October release on UTP/E1 Music/Atlantic. In the meantime fans can hit Juvie on his twitter page, @juviethegreat.

50 Cent's '40 Day' Postponed Indefinitely

MTVNEWS Reports 50 Cent may rub some rappers in New York the wrong way at times, but the Queens-bred artist is generous as any entertainer when it comes to serving his community and fostering a direct relationship with fans. This weekend was shaping up to be a display of his altruism: On Saturday he's busing in a number of residents from his former South Jamaica, Queens, neighborhood to New Jersey for a day at Six Flags Great Adventures amusement park, followed by a 50 performance. But his "40 Day" event, also known as "Family Day," scheduled for Sunday has hit a major snag and is being postponed indefinitely, MTV News has learned. The rapper's representative released this statement to MTV News exclusively regarding the festivities. "The G-Unity Foundation and New York Restoration Project are deeply saddened and disappointed to learn that the permit for our upcoming Family Day event was not granted by the City," the statement read. "As a result, Family Day — scheduled for August 30th — has been postponed until further notice." The project, sponsored by 50 and actress Bette Midler, drew the ire of the city when authorities discovered the rapper may perform at the event. The New York Post drummed up controversy around the event, reporting that locals were concerned about violence. The story cited a number of local sources, several of them anonymous, with one person saying "police brass were worried that a rival or punk out to make a name for himself would try to shoot Fitty during the performance." The rapper spoke with New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and assured officials he would not be performing. Bloomberg confirmed he talked with 50 and indicated the event would still take place. The two seemed to settle on a compromise that things could proceed if the rapper didn't perform. G-Unit rapper Tony Yayo said the event would still take place despite the minor setback when he spoke to MTV News one day after Bloomberg told reporters he met with 50. "The mayor was saying he spoke to 50 and he agreed that it wouldn't be a performance. Yo, I can't get at the mayor," Yayo said. "I don't even wanna say anything bad about him — I don't wanna get pulled over when I leave from outta here! But 50's big, 50s bigger than life. Rumor is he spent over half a million dollars on this." Q-Tip, also a native of the neighborhood, recently rallied behind 50 and attacked Mayor Bloomberg's administration for having outdated views of New Yorkers. He said the move to strike down 50's performance hurts kid who may aspire to rise out of their conditions like the rapper has done. He called it a blow to the community's morale. "I think that's a shot to morale," Tip said. "It's a shot to somebody's morale who's 15 or 16 years old. That's an impressionable soul who sees 50 Cent, how he's not able to see him perform. I think the [city's officials] are aware, but they think [50's] performance may cause rabble-rousing, or get people to act out. That's just an old way of thinking about folk, especially black folk. That's what it all boils down to, essentially." 50 Cent announced plans for his first annual 40 Day event last year. He partnered with Midler in November to unveil the Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson Community Garden. During that event he told the crowd about his plans for the summer. "We're gonna make it happen the way we been making it happen, right here," he said, referring to Family Day. For now, though, the plans are on hold. 50's G-Unity Foundation expressed their disappointment over the news. "Everyone in the community of Jamaica, Queens, especially the children, were looking forward to once again participating in this fun-filled, family-friendly event which was to promote community pride and provide adults and children alike with quality time together," they said.

Christina Milian may be bringing it on in her new flick, but the singer/actress is also hard at work on her music career as well. Milian couldn't be more excited for her forthcoming album, Elope. She hopes to have it out by the end of the year — but if you're expecting any more info on its release date, you'd better ask someone else. "I'm excited. I'm, like, waiting forever, like, 'When does the single come out?' " she jokingly told MTV News. "I don't even know." She was even unsure of the title of the album, which she worked on with her real-life love and fiancé, The Dream. "It's called Elope right now. Who knows, knowing me — I'm changing constantly," she offered. "But it's called Elope. I did it with The-Dream and Tricky Stewart. "I'm really excited. It's [about] a young female growing into a woman, and it's very honest. The album's fun, so I'm looking forward to performing it." She explained that the projected album title does reflect events in her own life, just not in the way that you might think. "Actually, the name change came ... I don't know if I was engaged yet, but it really didn't have anything to do with it — more so about taking a step as a woman and making decisions on my own and doing things without necessarily the permissions of others. And I think that's really more about adulthood and coming into adulthood," she explained. "I think that's where we came up with that one." Source : MTVNEWS

Sacramento Bee Reports A 58-year-old convicted rapist and registered sex offender and his wife have been arrested in connection with the 1991 abduction of 11-year-old Jaycee Lee Dugard, who surfaced alive in the Bay Area on Wednesday after disappearing for 18 years. Authorities were swarming the neighborhood on Walnut Avenue in Antioch where Phillip Craig Garrido, a 6-foot, 4-inch, 196-pound registered sex offender lived with his wife, Nancy Garrido, is listed on the state's Megan's Law sex offender Web site as being convicted of rape.

Phillip Craig Garrido, a registered sex offender, is reportedly a suspect in the abduction of Jaycee Lee Dugard. State parole officials said Garrido came to their attention after someone reported suspicious activity because he was seen near UC-Berekley with two small children. On Wednesday, parole agents and Concord police brought Garrido in for questioning, along with the two children and an adult female. During questioning, authorities said, Garrido confesse that he had abducted Dugard and the adult woman in his company revealed that she was Dugard. Garrido had served time in a federal prison in Nevada for sexual assault. Garrido's next-door neighbor said people in the area had known for years that Garrido was a registered sex offender and that at one point someone called authorities because they were concerned that there were children living in the home. Haydee Perry, 32, said her boyfriend has a 7-year-old daughter and that he was concerned about Garrido living next door. She said a friend of her boyfriend had called police a few years ago because there were children living in the Garrido home and other people were living in the yard in tents. Neighbors also noted that Garrido had a penchant for wandering the neighborhood distributing religious tracts and quoting Bible verse, she said. Perry added that nothing came of the call to police. Perry said she talked to a young girl at the home recently who she estimated was 11 and that the girl had indicated she had two older sisters, one a young teen and the other 28, about the same age as Dugard today. The El Dorado County Sheriff's Office this morning confirmed the identity of the 29-year-old woman who walked into a Bay Area police station claiming to be Dugard. Further, in an extraordinary sequence of events today, federal and local law agencies renewed their focus on the 18-year-old mystery of what happened to the blond, blue-eyed girl who was abducted while walking to school June 10, 1991.

Jaycee Lee Dugard was abducted in 1991. El Dorado County sheriff's officials were preparing to release details on the case at a 3 p.m. press conference, but the girl's stepfather confirmed to The Bee early today that Jaycee had resurfaced and was being reunited with her mother. Carl Probyn, Jaycee's stepfather, said his wife and daughter were flying to Northern California to meet Dugard and that his wife, Terry, spoke with the young woman by phone Wednesday night. The Probyns, who are separated, live in Southern California, Carl in Orange County and Terry in Riverside. Terry Probyn and their daughter, Shayna, 19, boarded a 6 a.m. flight to the Bay Area to meet with Dugard, Carl Probyn said. Probyn said he is elated. "I'm just pleased that she is alive and well," said Probyn, a 60-year-old Orange County wallpaper contractor. Probyn, who has yet to speak with his stepdaughter, said he believes suspects who might have been involved with the abduction are in custody. Dugard's disappearance prompted a massive search, nationwide publicity and one of the largest police investigations in the region. Dugard was on her way to school when authorities said she was pulled into a stranger's car just a block away from her South Lake Tahoe home. Probyn said he heard her scream and saw a man and a woman drive his stepdaughter away in a gray two-tone sedan. Despite several false sightings, Dugard was never seen again. One person in the car was described as a 30-year-old woman with long, dark hair. Jaycee was last seen dressed in a pink windbreaker, white T-shirt and pink stretch pants. The stepfather said Shayna Probyn called Wednesday about 4 p.m. and said, "Mom has something to say to you. Are you sitting down?"

Since he first dropped his debut album in 1996, Jay-Z became an instant classic on the hip-hop scene. Now that he is about to drop his 11th album The Blueprint 3, MTV News takes a look back at the history of one of the greatest artists in rap history with "The J to Z of Jay-Z." For years, Jay-Z has been a heavily sought-after collaborator and power broker, the kind of guy who can turn a simply good song into a smash with a 16-bar freestyle and a quick endorsement. So, it's strange to think that there was a time when Jigga was just another kid trying to score a record deal, and fighting an uphill battle to do so. "I went to every single record label, and they was like, 'This guy is terrible. He's nothing,' " Jay told MTV News prior to the release of The Blueprint in 2001. "I had to put [Reasonable Doubt] out myself, because nobody would sign me." That was back in 1996, when Roc-A-Fella records was born, not out of entrepreneurial expansion but, as Hova made clear, out of necessity. "I would press up singles and go to the record stores myself, collect $100, $200, come back, give them some more records," he recalled. "It started like that." Jay wasn't embittered by his struggle, though. If anything, it gave him a sharper perspective on the music business. "It made me appreciate it so much more," he said. "No one gave me anything. They didn't give me a record deal. I really just took my time and grew it step by step by step by step. I could have easily been like, 'Maybe what I'm talking about ain't right! Nobody wants to sign me!' That would have stopped the suffering. But I didn't." He was right to stick to his guns, as the self-released Reasonable Doubt became an instant classic and earned him a much-deserved distribution deal with Def Jam in 1997, followed by a steady stream of hits, milestones and a place in history. We heard the album last night, son. Raekwon's Only Built 4 Cuban Linx II is a certified gem. That very last song on the LP, "Kiss the Ring," is amazing. He's has those mafia war stories, the sharp wordplay, Wu-Bangers and even some Dr. Dre G-Funk. What the Chef was unable to get was Nas. One of the main show-stealers from the original Only Built 4 Cuban Linx never gave Rae a verse for the new LP. So much for nostalgia. "He committed to it," Rae told Mixtape Daily. "I knew dude be busy. However it goes down, it's cool with me. My thing is, I sacrificed to even ask because of the fans. But if dudes be too busy in their own minds, they don't have to do it. Because Rae continues to do Rae anyway. Y'all came to see me. It's the Rae show anyway." The Chef does have a couple of non-Wu-Tang castmembers — Beanie Sigel and The Lox's Jadakiss and Styles P — participating on the CD. "I had to go back and deal with brothers I felt was really next to me, like a Sigel," Chef said. "The way he came across, y'all gonna know he's nothing to play with. He's a vicious MC. When me and him get on a track, everybody gotta sit down. I got Kiss on the album. He's like another one of me. I'm like him. We seen the same things. We share the same stories. I'm just a little older than Kiss, but we're compatible. I wanted to keep it real Cuban, where people be like, 'That's how they talk.' Jeezy would have been a good dude for the album, but maybe I'll get him for [Cuban Linx III]. I wanted to keep it light on the features. I didn't want everybody to [feel] like I'm looking too hard and leaning on features. I put Wu all over the joints because that's how we made the first one." According to Rae's camp, he definitely has enough quality material to put out an Only Built 4 Cuban Linx III at the top of the year. The Only Built 4 Cuban Linx II track listing: "Return of the North Star," featuring Papu Wu, produced by BT (interlude) "House of Flying Daggers," featuring Deck, Ghostface Killah, Method Man, produced by J-Dilla "Sonny's Missing," produced by Pete Rock "Pyrex Visions," produced by Marley Marl "Cold Outside," featuring Suga Bang, Ghostface Killah, produced by ATL "Black Mozart," featuring Inspectah Deck, produced by RZA "Gihad," produced by Necro "New Wu," featuring Method Man, Ghostface Killah, produced by RZA "Penitentiary," featuring Ghostface Killah, produced by BT "Baggin Crack," produced by Eric Sermon (explicit version only) "Surgical Gloves," produced by the Alchemist "Broken Safety," feat Jadakiss and Styles P, produced by Scram Jones "Canal Street," produced by Icewater "Ason Jones," produced by J-Dilla "Have Mercy," featuring Beanie Sigal, produced by Icewater "10 Bricks," featuring Beanie Sigal, produced by J-Dilla "Fat Lady Sings," produced by Icewater "Catalina," featuring Busta Rhymes, produced by Dr. Dre "We Will Rob You," featuring Slick Rick, GZA, Masta Killah, produced by Allah Justice "About Me," produced by Dr. Dre "Mean Streets," featuring Inspectah Deck, produced by Allah Mathematics "Kiss the Ring," featuring Inspectah Deck, Masta Killah, produced by Scram Jones

NAACP Wants Supreme Court Help for C-Murder

AllHipHop Reports The NAACP is now involved in Corey “C-Murder” Miller’s homicide case, requesting that the Supreme Court step in over evidence of jury tampering. Miller was sentenced to life in prison on August 11 for the murder of 16 year old Steve Thomas, who was shot after a 2002 altercation with the rapper in a Harvey nightclub. The jury reached the conviction through a vote of 10-2. The ruling was controversial, as juror Mary Jacob claimed that her guilty vote made under pressure from fellow jurors to end the drawn-out trial. She stated in an interview that she was verbally abused, and became physically ill during the sessions. Judge Hans Liljeberg ordered another deliberation, which resulted in a second 10-2 verdict that was upheld. Louisiana NAACP President Ernest Johnson wrote a letter to Chief Justice Catherine Kimble, calling for her court to conduct “a full investigation of this entire case, the immediate removal of the trial judge, the appointment of a new judge from outside the 24th Judicial District to hear all post trial motions, and the immediate release of Mr. Miller from prison pending a review of this entire matter because justice delayed is justice denied.” At press time, the Louisiana’s Supreme Court has not released a statement on whether Miller’s conviction will be reviewed.

When I drop my album, I want it to do what it's supposed to do.” Not one to rest on just that, Jay Rock also announced that he will be dropping an official single with a “big surprise” on it at the end of the month. It's real music that people gone love. I gotta go hard with it. I see a lot of people killing that Internet game and that's where it's at. Killing that internet with some good material so I made up my mind I'm gone go in and show them Jay Rock's hustle.
