DaBaby better get da lawyer on the phone ... he's just been slapped with a lawsuit by the guy claiming he and his crew beat him up.

Concert promoter Kenneth Carey just filed suit against DB, his entertainment company and a bunch of the goons that were with him that day ... alleging the rapper not only illegally battered him but also turned his back on a deal they'd struck to host an event.

Long story short ... Kenneth now claims in legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- that he and DaBaby agreed to have the latter host a party where another artist, Stunna 4 Vegas, had been booked to perform at. Ken says he and DB agreed on a flat rate ... $20k, no more.

In his lawsuit ... Ken says when DaBaby and co. arrived in town, he arranged hotels and cars for them via a rental company -- and alleges one of those vehicles was returned damaged.

Fast-forward to the day Ken was supposed to pay DB, and he claims the guy asked him for an additional $10k on the spot to cover the damage to the car, which apparently got billed to DaBaby and his crew. Ken says DaBaby insisted it was the least Ken could do ... seeing how he agreed to do the hosting gig for way cheaper than he normally charges.

Ken says he refused to pay another $10k, and that's when the alleged ass-whooping -- part of which was caught on camera -- went down. The promoter says DaBaby and at least 4 other guys pulled his pants down, beat him up and poured apple juice all over him.

He also claims the crew jacked him of his phone, money and credit card that he had on hand. Adding insult to injury, Ken says neither DaBaby or Stunna showed for the event. The suit was filed by Jonathan May of The Lions' Den law firm in Miami.

Of course, DaBaby was later arrested and charged for battery in connection to this case ... but he later sprung himself from jail and defended himself online, denying the account.

Ken is suing for everything he can under the sun -- battery, breach of contract, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and so on. He wants damages and other costs well above $6 million.

Low Key Macias - "Fade Away" @Low_Key_Macias

12353324895?profile=original
Low Key Macias was born and raised in San Antonio Texas. His father passed away due to alcoholism when Low was 5 years old. His mother was forced to leave him with little supervision. It wasn’t long before he hit the streets and inevitably ended up in juvenile, group homes and mental institutions. This is where he spent the majority of his adolescence and began rapping in public, never failing to rally a crowd at open mics and cyphers. Upon his release at age 17 Low soon fathered a child of his own. He cleaned up his act and devoted himself to his new family until the recent death of his cousin and murder of his brother. Motivated like never before he began to take rapping more serious. You can find him now consistently releasing, performing and dropping hard hitting real life lyrics. Definitely an underestimated artist who is sure to peak your interest.

Yolanda Holmes doted on her son, Qaw’mane Wilson, an only child she lavished with fancy clothes, jewelry and a Mustang.

At 23, the aspiring rapper who called himself “Young QC” wanted more, and hired a hitman to kill his mother, Cook County Judge Stanley Sacks said Friday, as he sentenced Wilson to 99 years in prison.

The gunman, Eugene Spencer, was sentenced to 100 years.

“The word is ‘matricide,’ meaning murder of one’s own mother,” Sacks said as he stared down from the bench at Wilson and Spencer.

“Whatever he wanted, his mother gave to him. A car. A job. One could say he was spoiled. She gave Qaw’mane life, and it was his choice to take it way from her.”

Spencer rode with Wilson’s girlfriend to Holmes’ apartment in Uptown in 2012, and shot Holmes as she slept in her bed, then struggled with Holmes boyfriend, knocking him unconscious, then returning to stab Holmes after a phone conversation with Wilson, who told him to “make sure the bitch is dead.”

Wilson later collected the money in his mother’s bank accounts, and in the months after her death used the cash to customize the Mustang she had given him with gull-wing doors.

On one occasion, he withdrew thousands of dollars from a bank and tossed wads of cash to a crowd of people he said were fans of his rap music — capturing the moments in a YouTube video that was played for the jury.

His long dreadlocks pulled back into a topknot Friday, Wilson, now 30, slouched in his chair and merely nodded when Sacks announced the sentence. When asked if he had anything to say before Sacks made his ruling, Wilson was brief.

“I just want to say, nobody loved my mother more than me,” he said. “She was all I had. That’s it.”

PnB Rock smashed into 3 cars and wrecked his BMW during a street race ... this according to cops, who busted him for driving under the influence.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper was arrested on suspicion of DUI and reckless driving in Burbank, CA after officers say they saw him plow into a row of parked cars. Looking at images from the crash makes ya think, PnB's lucky he was even alive to get arrested.

Our sources say cops observed the white BMW sedan -- driven by PnB Rock -- racing a blue and silver Rolls Royce Wraith last weekend on a local street, reaching speeds near 100 MPH.

The race didn't last long ... we're told the BMW crashed pretty quickly, hitting the 3 parked cars and flipping one on its side!!! There was even a woman inside of the vehicles, but she escaped with minor injuries.

Our sources say PnB Rock reeked of marijuana when police approached, and officers found some weed on him. He wasn't booked for that -- it's Cali, after all. You can possess small amounts, but driving while on it ... still not cool.

PnB was booked for DUI and reckless driving and later released on $100,000 bail.

As for the Rolls he was allegedly racing -- it made a clean getaway.

During a recent heated confrontation at Antonio Brown's Hollywood, Florida home with his baby mama, Chelsie Kyriss, the cops were called. When they arrived Brown told them that Kyriss had tried to steal one of his Bentleys.

Kyriss had previously been evicted from the home and was only there to pick up their kids for school, Brown said.

Brown raised his voice, used profanity and wasn't willing to listen to police as they tried to deescalate the situation.

The police department subsequently informed Brown he was no longer welcome as a donor and volunteer for the Police Athletic League.

“We made the decision to sever ties between Mr. Brown and the Hollywood Police Athletic League,” public information officer Christian Lata said in a statement. “We did not want our youth to be subject to this type of behavior nor emulate the actions of Mr. Brown.”

On Friday, the NFL free agent issued an apology via Instagram.

"To everyone who I may have offended or Disrespected at the @hollywoodflpd Of the state of Florida, I would like to sincerely give you all my apology from the top and bottom of my heart," he wrote. "And as a human being and an professional athlete I can honestly say that my emotions truly did cloud my better Judgment, When you all were only there to help me. Thanks to you all who sincerely accept my Sincere apology. And we must all know that God is a Forgiving God. P.S The “PAL”Youth League, I’m looking to working with you all again in the near future."

Video After The Jump

A Florida high school student allegedly set up a man she met on a dating app to be robbed at gunpoint and shot, police said.

Ja’Kila Taylor, 18, lured the 31-year-old victim to her grandmother’s house Jan. 18 after connecting with him on Plenty of Fish, and telling him her name was “Keke,” Stanford police said Tuesday.

When he got to the house — with the McDonald’s order the teen had requested — she got into his car and then hopped out, saying she “had to take a call,” according to an arrest report.

That’s when two men showed up and began beating the victim on the head with a gun, while telling him to “give it up.”

The victim was able to break free and began running, but was shot in the chest.

Cops found him covered in blood after he ran to someone’s home and told them he’d been shot and robbed.

Detectives matched the “Keke” profile to Taylor, a student at Seminole High School, and arrested her Monday.

She admitted to helping set the victim up at the behest of a friend who goes to her high school, cops said.

But she maintained she didn’t know the armed robbers and had no clue that her date would get shot, cops said.

Taylor was charged with attempted homicide and robbery with a firearm.

She was being held at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility on $15,000 bond, with her next court date set for March 3.

The victim was taken to Central Florida Regional Hospital and his condition wasn’t clear Thursday.

The pair of armed robbers are still at large.

Mase, one of Diddy's biggest Bad Boy Records stars, is coming for blood ... calling the mogul a hypocrite for his Grammys speech, and for keeping him under a horrible contract.

The "Mo Money, Mo Problems" rapper went off on Diddy Friday saying it's ironic Bad Boy's honcho is calling on black artists to take back control of their art -- because Mase claims Diddy keeps his own artists "enslaved," purposely starves them and subjects them to his "horrendous business model."

On a personal level, Mase is pissed about the $20k he says Diddy paid him for his publishing rights more than 20 years ago, when he debuted at the age of 19.

As you know ... Diddy gave a 50-minute speech while accepting an Industry Icon award at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. He was also at Jay-Z's Roc Nation brunch earlier that day, toasting black billionaires and black excellence.

None of this sat well with Mase, who said he offered Diddy $2 million in cash just a few days ago to buy back his catalog. He claims Diddy told him he had to match a European man's offer and "that would be the only way I can get it back."

Mase -- who signed with Bad Boy in 1996, retired in 1999 and returned in 2004 -- added, "You bought it for about 20k & I offered you 2m in cash. This is not black excellence at all. When your own race is enslaving us. If it's about us owning, it can't be about us owning each other. No More Hiding Behind 'Love.' U CHANGED? GIVE THE ARTIST BACK THEIR $$$$. So they can take care of their families."

Mase has feuded with Diddy in the past ... and in 2009 Mase tried getting out of his deal with the label.

Brooklyn MC Sauce Money, who in the past has worked with Diddy and Jay-Z, also took a swipe at Diddy for similar reasons ... saying he watched Diddy's speech and "I respect the message, just not coming from him."
