Video After The Jump BET's 2010 Hip Hop Awards aired last night (October 12), overall it was a pretty good show. The highlights of the show for me were the cyphers. The father/son cypher with Rev Run, Diggy and Jojo with Ice Cube, Doughboy and OMG. It was cool because it's something we've never seen before. The Wiz Khalifa, Yelawolf, Raekwon and Bones Brigante cypher was pretty good as well, Yela really went it. Birdman Accused Of Lying About Possibly Being Minority Owner Of Miami Dolphins

Well, this is embarassing. Late on the day rapper and Cash Money Records exec Birdman claimed to be waiting on NFL approval to buy a minority stake of the Dolphins, the Dolphins denied ever even speaking to him. "I have NEVER spoken to him or any representative," Ross said in a statement released by the team. "Not considering or looking for any celebrity limited partners." Ouch. In other words, don't even try now. Birdman, real name Bryan Williams, had only just made his "announcement" to radio host Angela Yee on Sirius' Morning After Show. "I did hear you were looking into buying part of the Miami Dolphins," Yee said. "Sure was, I'm still waiting on that letter...," Williams replied. "We wanted to be part owner of the Dolphins and we're looking forward to that...It's in the works. You have to get clearance from the NFL and we're waiting for clearance. Once we get clearance, we good." Or not. But at least he reminded everyone he still exists by getting his name in the news! Speechless: Man Punches Cop In The Face After Yelling "I Need A Bag Of Dust!" When The Officer's K-9 Attacks Suspect, He Bites The Dog Back! [Video]

Video After The Jump This story may not sound believable, but in fact it is 100% true. 23-year old Roderick Lewis of West Haven, Connecticut, approached police officer Scott Bloom and yelled out, "I need a bag of dust," referring to PCP. Bloom noticed Lewis fumbling around with his waistband and told him to stop. That's when Lewis snuffed Bloom in the face. Bloom's K-9, Onyx jumped from the patrol car and started biting Lewis' leg. That's when Lewis started biting the dog back. "Officer Bloom disengaged to allow the K-9 to do his job," said a police spokesman. "While officer Bloom had disengaged from him, he noticed the gentleman, Roderick, actually bite down on K-9 Onyx's leg. Whereas K-9 Onyx yelped out and screamed."

50 Cent's Cheetah Vision Films Lands $200 Million In Funding For 10-Picture Deal

50 Cent has just completed a deal for his film company that will give it $200 million dollars to fund a 10-picture deal. Cheetah Vision Films, Randall Emmet and George Furla's Hedge Fund Partners have signed off on a deal that will allow 50 to expand his ever growing film resume. Healthcare magnate Richard Jackson, real estate developer Gary Sakwa and Daniel Ret will provide the equity remainder of the fund. Grindstone/Lionsgate will distribute the films. The first movie out of the gate will be 'Set Up', an action heist movie that starts shooting next month. Paul Walker is in talks to star alongside 50 in the movie. Fif recently linked up with Paul of the set of 'The Fast and Furious 5'. You know business was at the top of the agenda.

'Set Up' revolves around a group of friends involved in a diamond heist that takes a deadly turn. "The thing about '50 Cent' is that, just like in his music career, he isn't someone who sits around and waits for things to get done. He came to me and said, 'How do we move quicker on projects?' With this new fund, we are able to do that. It's very hard to raise equity today and we are lucky to have such great partners, including the amazing team of Barry Brooker and Stan Wertlieb of Grindstone and Joe Drake and Helen Kim at Lionsgate," Emmett told Variety. Under the deal, the films will have a budget of around $20 million dollars each. Fif and Richard Jackson have also teamed with Emmet and Furla's, Emmet/Furla films, for the movie 'Catch 44', which stars Bruce Willis, Forest Whitaker and Malin Ackerman, 50's taking over the big screen, keep it locked here for more news as it becomes available. twitter-5d.gif

WTF? Teacher Has Nervous Breakdown, Starts Throwing Tables & Chairs After He Loses Control Of Classroom [Caught On Tape]

Video After The Jump A teacher at a Tennessee school melted down and ended up in the hospital, with a possible nervous breakdown after he couldn't get the students to be quiet. Donald Wood, a 15-year math teacher, seven of those at McGavock High School in Nashville, Tennessee started flipping over tables and throwing chairs when his 11th grade class got so unruly he couldn't take it anymore. The incident was caught on a cell phone camera. "Shut Up!," he told them, looking like Jack Nicholson in 'The Shining." That just made the students laugh even louder. "If you can be absolutely quiet, if you can shut your mouths," Wood says. "If you can shut your mouths and you can listen... in absolute silence. Do you know why? Because I have the power... I've got it, and I know it. He then asks a student, "do you want another table?", before flipping one over. "Do you know who started the fire in this schoo!?" he asks, obviously melting down at this point "no. me!." Then starts picking up and slamming chairs to the ground. At that point, students start running from the classroom. Wood later went to the principal's office, and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. You would think a teacher with 15 years experience would be able to control a classroom better than that. The students were obviously out of control and had no respect for him. How about sending the unruly ones to the principal's office? Maybe start handing out suspensions? The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star can be seen wearing nothing but silver body paint, in the pics that have leaked onto the internet. I'm guessing she's feeling more comfortable posing nude this time around. According to Kim, she felt uncomfortable shooting for Playboy in 2007. "I'm sorry I did Playboy. I was uncomfortable," she told Harper's Bazaar her mom pushed her into doing it. "Go for it. They might never ask you again. Our show isn't on the air yet. No one knows who you are. Do it and you'll have these beautiful pictures to look at when you're my age," Kim's mom supposedly told her. Whatever the reason, we were grateful then and now. Evidently Gucci Mane is very impressed with what he's seen from the former No Limit Soldier, as he's enlisted P to help get his film career started. "Me and P, we're doing two movies," Gucci told MTV. "That's a field I never got into, movies, that I want to get into. So I wanted to get some money with somebody I want to, so I reached out to him. Cause I got my sack up. My boys they wanna do movies. So why not do it and keep it in house with somebody I respect." Linking up with P was easy according to Gucci. "I just walked up to him and told him, like I'm talking to you. That's how I am. I'm an open book," Gucci said. So there yo have it, Gucci Mane coming to a screen near you very soon.

Fans can cop the album in either cd or vinyl format. There are two seperate box set editions. The deluxe edition is packaged with a 32 page mini book embossed with the Roc diamond. The collector's edition will have a 100 page book, with never before seen pics of Hov. Both editions will have the unreleassed cuts.

First Kanye West recruited Lloyd Banks for his "Christian Dior Denim Flow," and then the two MCs collaborated again on the G-Unit rapper's "Start It Up."After recording two songs together — with a bevy of featured guests like Ryan Leslie, Fabolous, Kid Cudi, Pusha T, John Legend and Swizz Beatz — could the pair soon be onboard for a number that also includes Yeezy foe 50 Cent?Well, yes, a 'Ye/Fif banger will soon see the light of day, according to Banks."We don't got that record on The Hunger for More 2, we want to balance it out," Banks told MTV News. "But we got more projects coming. 50 got a project, Yayo got a project, there's plenty of projects and space for it to happen. On my album, we got "Start It Up" to set it off.The Queens lyricist explained his newfound penchant for collaborating outside the G-Unit family, from the Juelz Santana-assisted "Beamer, Benz or Bentley" to his Kanye offerings. Banks said his past collabos were limited to his circle because of the success the Shady/Aftermath camp was enjoying at the time. Now, as he looks to establish his solo star, he's realizing that different artists represent artistic options he wants to tap."Nothing stays the same and this kind of change ... a lot of people are looking at it like the collaborations are happening all of a sudden," he said. "But it's because when we first came out in the industry we had such a big umbrella that if you needed a feature you didn't have to look too far. If you needed an R&B feature, Nate Dogg was there. Or Snoop was there if you need a weed record; Buck was down South. We had so much under the umbrella that I didn't need to look outside the circle. Minka had an interesting childhood, her mother was a stripper. Lucky for us she didn't choose her mom's profession or she might not have ever made it to the big screen. "My mom lived a fast life," she tells Esquire. "It was all about what we could do to have fun with nothing. She — for most of my life, she was a dancer. An exotic dancer. She was a stripper. Um, so she would come home at like three, four o'clock in the morning, and sometimes she would have a really great night, and so she would wake me up in the middle of the night and we'd go to Ralphs and go grocery shopping. Joe has created a dating website in the U.S. and Canada called UglySchmucks.com "Our goal is, we want our members to be looking for genuine personality rather than outward appearance," Joe says. "And in return they don't want to be judged by how they look, they want to be judged for their personality." The website has been live for a month now, and has 2000 members so far. Member Keeli Wheeler, a widowed mother of two boys from Houston, says she joined because she's looking inward at the people she would like to date. "I find beauty is within the soul and besides that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So I leave that to each person to decide. [Traditional websites] not only focus on beauty, but material possessions, your income... things like that are irrelevant to me. The star player, traded to the Jets from the San Diego Chargers this past off season, has fathered nine children with eight women in six states according to the New York Post. There doesn't seem to be a specific type of woman he likes either. He's fathered children with a then 17 year old, as well as a lawyer and beauty queen. When the Jets acquired Cromartie, they had to advance him $500,000 on his $1.7 million dollar salary this season, so he could catch up on outstanding child support payments. This is the final year of a five year, $12 million dollar contract for the player. "All that glitters really isn't gold," ex-fiancée Rhonda Patterson, a corporate lawyer and former Miss Black North Carolina, said ""It's easy to get wrapped up in the lifestyle that came with being engaged to someone in the NFL -- first-class flights, shopping on Rodeo Drive, living in his Atlanta mansion. It made it easier to overlook the red flags." :Patterson adds that Cromartie broke off their engagement when she was six months pregnant and booted her from his crib. The latest count has Antonio with babies in Texas, California, New Jersey, Georgia, Florida and North Carolina. This dude better hope he can get another huge contract because these women all want money for their kids. Cromartie acknowledges he made mistakes early on in his career, and is trying to be a father to all of his children.
