The controversy over Common's appearance at the White House Poetry Night is still smoldering.

Fox News' host, Bill O'Reilly - a very vocal critic of Michelle Obama's invitation to the rapper will debate Jon Stewart about Common, Monday May 16 at 8pm Eastern.

O'Reilly claims he wasn't protesting against Common's lyrics, but rather his support of two people who allegedly killed cops, including Assata Shakur.

Stewart has been poking fun at Republicans for their over the top cries that Common was a "vile" rapper. 'The Daily Show' host even put together a rap song clowning the right for being so uptight.

Their debate should be interesting to say the least.

I rarely pay attention to day time talk shows, but a recent episode on the Steve Wilkos show caught my attention.

An 18-year old and her father were on the show discussing among other things their sexual relationship, and not wanting to have kids because the baby would come out deformed.

Isn't incest illegal? Shouldn't somebody step in to stop this madness?

Watch the episode below, if you can stomach it and weigh in with your opinions.

Father and daughter discuss their sexual relationship.

Daughter suspects she's pregnant with her dad's baby

Video After The Jump

Soulja Boy must be feeling pretty excited these days about his acting career.

The 20-year old just wrapped production on the remake of the 1992 classic 'Juice', in which he plays the role of Bishop - made famous by Tupac Shakur. And now he's possibly in the running to play 'Pac in a upcoming biopic.

In a recent interview with MTV's Rapfix, Soulja revealed that he has been asked to audition for the role based on the late rapper's life.

"I got an email from William Morris Agency - that's my agency that I'm with - they reached out to me to play the part. I'm just still thinking about it right now," he said.

When it was initially announced SB would be playing the role of Bishop in the 'Juice' 2011, the rapper caught flack from some corners for even attempting to remake the movie. That pressure and scrutiny would be increased dramatically if he decides to play Tupac himself. It's a tough decision - one that SB is still weighing.

"Even with the whole 'Juice' movie, I'm playing a part that Tupac played, but I'm not actually playin' 'Pac. When it comes to this, I'm actually gonna be playin' 'Pac, so I'm really still just thinkin' about it. But I'm just honored that they would reach out to me and ask me anyway." Soulja said.

Producer David Robinson says it's going to take a special person to play the part. Adding that they are "looking for someone with the right mix of raw charm and charisma for the role."

"At this point, we’re more concerned about finding someone with the ability to give their entire heart into the performance than just looks and personality." Robinson continued.

The Antoine Fuqua (Training Day) directed - Morgan Creek backed Tupac biopic starts production later this year.

Soulja Boy's 'Juice' remake will debut this winter.

Chris Lighty has managed some of the biggest artists in the business. 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes, Diddy, Mariah Carey and Swizz Beatz are all clients of Lighty's Violator Management.

Now up and coming artists will get the chance to get first hand feedback from the man himself, through his new website pleaselistentomydemo.com. For a fee of $10.00 artists can submit their music in to be critiqued by Lighty, co-founder Michael Dizon and other staff.

"We won't Simon Cowell you out. We will give you feedback. If we like it or dislike it," Lighty told the New York Daily News.

Lighty doesn't think enough artists are getting the chance to be heard.

"We are in the Internet age," Lighty said. "There are so many creative people out there. We are not reaching everybody. Just listen to the radio. It's the same 15 artists all day everyday."

The new service launches Monday May 16.

12348856461?profile=originalLooks like CBS has found a 'Two and a Half Men' replacement for Charlie Sheen.

Ashton Kutcher has landed the gig according to multiple sources, and the 33-year old actor will be well compensated.

TMZ reports he will receive between $600K - $900K an episode. Much less than Sheen's reported $2 million per episode, but a nice payday nonetheless.

Kutcher will not be reprising Sheen's role. The show's creator, Chuck Lorre has written a funny story line to introduce Kutcher's character.

English actor Hugh Grant was reportedly the producer's first choice for the role, but he turned it down.

It's the fist sitcom for Kutcher since he starred on 'That 70's Show.'

Video After The Jump

A young 20-year old mother living a life similar to the one played by Mary Louise-Paker on the show Weeds, lost her life when she was double crossed by someone she trusted.

Krista Dittmeyer, of Portland, Maine was a waitress by day, and a reported weed supplier at night. When she vanished last month authorities immediately knew something was wrong because Dittmeyer's 14-month old daughter, Aliyah, was found alive inside her mom's still running car at a ski resort in New Hampshire. The hazard lights were on and the front door was open, but Dittmeyer was nowhere to be found.

After Dittmeyers's body was found 5 days later in a nearby pond, police were able to put together what happened.

On Saturday April 23 Dittmeyer went to meet Anthony Papile, 28, Trevor Ferguson, 23, and Michael Petelis, 28, for a drug deal at an apartment complex. Police say once there she was attacked by the three men who hit her in the head with a blunt object, bound and gagged her, then threw her body in a pond. They then split the money and drugs equally.

It was Petelis, who set up the deal. Police say he was a friend and had vowed to protect her while her boyfriend served an 18-month prison sentence. In the end all he did was betray her trust.

"If he can do this to his friend and woman he vowed to protect, what could he do to anyone else?" said prosecutor Jane Young as she argued for a $250,000 bond, "(He) was setting up her final demise."

Petelis's mom said she just couldn't imagine her son doing what he's accused of - even though he has a bad temper.

"I know my son is not a murderer, and I know he did not take drugs from her,” she told the Boston Herald. “I don’t see him trying to plan out wanting to take someone’s life, that’s wrong. I don’t picture him doing that at all.”

Papile has been charged with second degree murder, while Ferguson and Petelis were both charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. Papile was ordered to be held without bail, while Petelis and Ferguson were both held on $250,000 bail.

In the midst of conservatives whining about President Obama inviting Common to perform poetry at the White House, the rapper got the chance to showcase his skills yesterday (May 11).

The Chicago native showed that he is anything but the "vile" rapper Fox News tried to portray him to be.

President Obama talked about what makes a good poem just prior to Common taking the stage.

"The power of poetry is that everybody experiences it differently," Obama said. "There are no rules for what makes a great poem. Understanding it is not just about metaphor or meter. Instead a great poem is one that resonates with us... that challenges us and that teaches us something about ourselves," the President continued before joking that he would not be reading his own poetry on the night.

Finally, we have a commander in chief who doesn't look at all rappers as thugs.

Common represented himself and hip hop very well.
