Pics After The Jump

If there was ever any doubt whether or not there really is a Tupac Shakur sex tape, those doubts have now been erased.

TMZ obtained screen shots from the tape. In them you can clearly see 'Pac with a female. Money B from Digital Underground can be seen in one of the pics talking to 'Pac as he's being serviced by the unidentified female.

Luther Campbell aka Uncle Luke is getting tired of celebrities living in his city, but not giving back to the community.

The former 2 Live Crew front man wrote an article yesterday for the Miami New Times calling out Diddy, Lil Wayne and DJ Khaled. He's giving them until January 2012 to start helping in the community or risk having their Miami passes revoked.

I've got a message for Lil Wayne, his Cash Money Brothers, DJ Khaled, Puff Daddy and all the rappers from other parts of the country who now live in Miami. I'm tired of seeing these cats using up our beaches, soaking up our sunshine, taking over the nightclubs, and sleeping with our women without investing anything into the community. I want to know when Lil Wayne is going to do more than show up courtside at the American Airlines Arena. Hell, it's not like he paid for them anyway. You know he got comped.

This free loading and mooching of my city has got to stop. There used to be a day when out of town rappers were scared to throw their weight around Miami. It didn't matter if they were coming from New York or Los Angeles, they knew better than to act like they owned this mother fucker.

Artists knew better than to come to Miami and disrespect us.But now folks in Miami's entertainment industry have gone soft, turning into a bunch of groupies just because they want to say they drank Rozay with the Cash Money crew.

Just cause Lil Wayne and DJ Khaled are from New Orleans doesn't mean they don't have to be a part of the community. They're getting rich under fun and sun. They rap in their songs about King of Diamonds and LIV nightclub, where Lil Wayne was partying it up with Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks after they beat the Miami Heat for the NBA championship.

What kind of sell-out move is that? I want to see Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled, Puff Daddy and all their boys start doing more for Miami. I want to see them doing fundraisers to help youth sports and after school programs. I want to see them at FCAT rallies. I want to see them do like Pitbull who works closely with the Kiwanis Club in Little Havana and DJ Irie who puts on a charity weekend for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

I'm giving them a deadline. They got until January 1. If I don't see them giving back to the Magic City, I'm gonna have their Miami cards revoked. They won't be getting into any more nightclubs. They won't be able to go near our women. And Lil Wayne is gonna have to find floor seats for New Orleans Hornets home games because he won't be allowed inside the Triple A.

Rihanna wants it known once and for all she isn't trying to be anyone's role model.

The "Umbrella" singer tells Vogue UK she sometimes feels pressured to be someone she's not.

"People – especially white people – they want me to be a role model just because of the life I lead," she said. "The things I say in my songs, they expect it of me and it became more of my job than I wanted it to be. But no, I just want to make music. That’s it. That’s not me. That’s a part I play. You know, like it’s a piece of art, with all these toys and textures to play with."

The singer also defended her frequent use of the word c*nt. Compararing it to African American's use of the word "n*gga."

"That word is so offensive to everyone in the world except for Bajans." she revealed. "You know African-Americans use the n-word to their brothers? Well, that’s the way we use the c-word. When I first came here, I was saying it like it was nothing, like, “Hey, cunt”, until my make-up artist finally had to tell me to stop. I just never knew."

Do you think artists like Rihanna have an obligation to be role models?

Video After The Jump

A music video shoot for a local New Orleans rapper ended with the arrests of eight people.

Danny Rogers aka Lil Dee God's Gift, and seven of his associates were filming a fake robbery at a local convenience store for a music video. The men decided to use real, unloaded guns to make the video look more authentic. A passerby saw what was going on and called 911, thinking it was an actual robbery.

Police soon arrived on the scene, arresting everyone involved.

Rogers, Raassan Holmes, 30, Frank Cheffen, 25, Terrell Hogan, 22, Chance Gomez, 23, Yonael Santana, 19, Timothy Kelly, 21, and Nidal Jamhour, 31, were charged with criminal mischief according to the Times Picayune.

Holmes, Cheffen and Hogan were also charged with illegal carrying of a concealed weapon.

"It was a plot in the story line for a positive message at the end which we didn't get a chance to finish to show our message," Lil Dee said.

Sheriff Newell Normand said the whole thing was a bad idea that could have cost people their lives.

"This is not smart," he said. "Had they had the guns out and our officers come upon them the likelihood is we would have multiple people dead."

Lil Dee says he's learned his lesson the hard way.

Audio After The Jump

As we previously reported, Diddy got into a heated confrontation at Compound in Atlanta over the weekend with a party goer who wasn't drinking Ciroc vodka.

T.I. was at the event and grabbed the mic to let Diddy and everyone else know if they were there for trouble he would be leaving.

Some have speculated the incident might have caused a problem between Diddy and Tip, but the Atlanta MC insists that's not the case.

"To be honest with you, it wasn't a point of me trying to check Diddy," T.I. told radio personality Mami Chula. "I was trying to diffuse the situation and keep it from becoming something that could've caused me a potential problem by even just being there. My circumstances are different from Diddy's or whoever Diddy was talking to so it was my responsibility at that point to step in and publicly separate myself," Tip explained. "Now, I had my opinion and my opinion I stated at the same time, I stated out of love for Diddy, not to try and check him or belittle or disrespect him. Me and him go too far back and I value our relationship too much to be grandstanding. That ain't how I get down, I was really just saying 'Come on man, let's get paid and never mind that, what's going on over there. Let's get back to what we're doing over here.' I think people automatically look for any little reason to try to start stuff when there is nothing there.

"Me and Puff, we spoke that night. We spoke the next day, we spoke today and we've been speaking on a regular basis like we have for years. I go to his house, he comes to mine," T.I. added. "My kids know his kids, we have a real personal relationship so I felt that I know and love him enough and have enough respect for him and have enough respect from him to be able to step in and diffuse the situation to keep it from getting to a place where I couldn't do anything. Because once it crosses a certain line, there ain't nothing to say. You just witnessed a brother moment between me and Puff and that was that."

There are people willing to make a dollar off of anything even if that means tarnishing the image of one of rap music's icons.

As we reported yesterday a sex tape involving late rapper Tupac Shakur has surfaced. Now the owner of it is trying to sell it to the highest bidder.

According to TMZ an offer of $150,000 to acquire the tape has already been made by adult website, YouPorn. Another XXX website has vowed to beat that figure, but only after they view the footage first.

The owner of the tape thinks the 150K offer is too low. They are willing to hold out until they get an offer they can't refuses.

The tape reportedly shows Shakur receiving oral sex from an unidentified female while he raps and sings.

Video After The Jump

The mystery surrounding the unsolved murders of rap legends Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G. has taken yet another turn.

According to the L.A. Weekly, Both Diddy and Suge Knight been implicated in the murder of the two star rappers.

An informant, a crip by the name of Duane "Keffe D" Keith Davis, has confessed that Diddy ordered him to murder Suge Knight and Tupac Shakur for $1 million dollars. Knight survived the November 1996 shooting with a bullet graze to the head, while Tupac was critically wounded and would die a week later. Keffe D is also the cousin of Orlando "Baby Lane" Anderson, the crip who got mobbed by Tupac, Suge and other Death Row Records affiliates at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on that September 7 night.

At the time of the murder, Suge, Tupac, Biggie and Diddy were embroiled in a bitter battle between their labels, Death Row Records and Bad Boy.

12349052852?profile=original
In a taped confession given to the L.A. Weekly, Keffe D says, "[Combs] took me downstairs and he's like, 'Man, I want to get rid of them dudes.' ... I was like, 'We'll wipe their ass out, quick. It's nothing.' ... We wanted a million."

This is all coming to light because of an explosive new book written by former LAPD Police Detective Greg Kading titled Murder Rap.

In the book Kading claims the LAPD is withholding vital information that could break the case wide open.

"For the LAPD this is going to be kind of a bittersweet thing," Kading says. "Because we're going to clear up that public misconception that the LAPD was involved in the murders or that it was involved on a cover up, which I know wasn't the case. But at the same time they need to hold themselves accountable for the negligence and incompetence which precluded us from solving the cases."

In addition to obtaining the confession from Keffe D, Kading was also able to get a witness to come forward in the murder of Notorious B.I.G.

"Theresa Swann," confessed that Suge Knight paid his Mob Piru affiliated friend Wardell "Poochie" Fouse to kill Biggie Smalls in Los Angeles six months after Tupac died.

In the book Kading reveals reveals "that LAPD has been sitting on extensive tapes and documents containing confessions from key players behind the alleged assassinations of Shakur and Smalls (Wallace). LAPD higher-ups pulled Kading off the double investigation right when he was poised to drive it home, he says. Then they shut it down completely."

Diddy told the L.A. Weekly by email that "This story is pure fiction and completely ridiculous." Suge Knight couldn't be reached.

Do you believe Kading's story?

It's good to see CNN covering an event like the BET Hip Hop Awards. It's just another sign how far the genre has come. It also speaks volumes about Viacom, the parent company of BET, being able to market the award show to a broader audience.

However, it would be good if CNN knew who the hell the rappers are that they're interviewing.

After talking with Ace Hood and BET's Stephen Hill, it was time to interview Slaughterhouse. While Joe Budden was speaking Yelawolf's name was flashed across the screen.

Come on CNN get it together. They may both be signed to Shady Records, but they're not even the same race.

"I'm like, 'Really, half-a-billi?' N*gga, really, you got Baby money/ Keep it real with n*ggas, n*ggas ain't got my lady money." Jay-Z - "H.A.M."

Jay-Z and Lil Wayne are engaged in an ongoing battle. The two rap titans have been throwing subliminals at each other for a while, but it became obvious they were battling when Jay dissed Wayne on "H.A.M."

Wayne fired back on "It's Good" off of his latest album, Tha Carter IV.

"Talkin' bout Baby money? I got your baby money/ Kidnap your b*tch, get that how-much-you-love-your-lady money," Wayne rapped.

Wayne talked about the feud in an interview with Vibe last month.

You can’t do anything but perceive what you hear. If I know that for a fact, I can never be upset about someone’s reaction to it," Wayne said “Every man should know the repercussions and consequences behind whatever they do before they do it. And of course, I know there wont be any repercussions behind what I did.

Jay spoke publicly about the beef for the first time last week at his Shawn Carter Foundation's Making the Ordinary Extraordinary event.

"That's sport, that's rap music," Jay told MTV. "Nothing is going to change but the participants. I don't even see why that's news."

A video reportedly showing late rapper Tupac Shakur engaging in a sexual act with a woman is about to surface.

TMZ has seen the tape and confirms that Tupac is in it.

The tape, shot in 1991, begins with a bunch of groupies in a living room during a house party. Tupac walks into the room with his pants down to his ankles, his shirt off ... sporting several chains.

Tupac -- whose head is shaved -- pulls one of the women toward him, and she begins performing oral sex. As she does her thing, an unreleased song of Tupac's is playing in the background, as Tupac is singing along and dancing, wiggling his hips.

And it gets even better. As the woman services Tupac, who is holding a cocktail in one hand and a blunt in another, Money B from Digital Underground walks over to him. Tupac puts his cocktail arm around Money B, continues singing and dancing ... and the woman never stops.

As the tape ends it appears he's ready to begin sexual intercourse. It's unclear if there's another tape.

We've learned the person in possession of the tape is making plans to release it.

One thing's for sure ... Tupac was a multi-tasker.
