Chad Johnson got a reprieve this morning when the Florida judge that sentenced him to a month in jail released him after seven days served. The former NFL superstar apologized for slapping his attorney on the butt during last week's hearing. The action prompted Broward County Circuit Judge Kathleen McHugh to reject his plea deal for violating his probation and sentence him to thirty days in jail.
"I just wanted to apologize for disrespecting the court last time," Johnson told the judge this morning. "I apologize. I did have time to reflect on the mistakes I made in this courtroom."
Johnson appeared in court in with his hands shackled around his waist and wearing a brown jail jumpsuit.
McHugh scolded him for his behavior in court. She also called his 2012 head-butt assault on Evelyn Lozada, which left her with a three-inch gash that required eight stitches "horrific," according to TMZ.
Johnson's probation was extended by one month and won't end until October 16th.

Rocky has a lot on his plate in the upcoming months. He'll be hitting the road with Wiz Khalifa, B.o.B, Joey Bada$$ and Trinidad James on the Under the Influence tour starting next month. He's also working on an instrumental album titled Beauty and The Beast: Slowed Down Sessions Chapter 1.
F3rg will be releasing his Trap Lord album on August 20th. He speaks on developing his own sound and continuing to work on the project right up until the deadline.

Drake came out to support 2 Chainz at Atlanta's Birthday Bash, which took place at Philips Arena on June 15th. After the show Hot 107.9 caught up with the Toronto emcee to find out what he's been up to.
Drizzy revealed that his forthcoming album Nothing Was the Same is nearly complete and he's been doing some acting lately.
It was also announced that Drake will be hitting the road with Miguel and Future on the Would You Like a Tour? trek in support of his new album starting on September 25 in Portland.
The tour will hit 41 cities with additional stops in Winnipeg, St. Louis, Cleveland, Montreal, Brooklyn, Boston, New Orleans, Houston and Las Vegas before ending in Los Angeles on November 25.

Kanye West definitely has people talking with his new album, Yeezus. It's official release is set for tomorrow, but like so many other albums in the last few years it leaked early. While many critics have praised the album, reaction from fans has been mixed.
On this morning's episode of The Realness, Hot 97's Ebro said people hating on the project are bugging and that Kanye has saved hip hop with this release.

ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- There were talks of Kanye West making a surprise appearence at Hot 107.9's Birthday Bash in Atlanta on Saturday night, but as fate would have it Yeezy and girlfriend Kim Kardashian celebrated a birthday bash of a different kind when their first child was born on that same day.
"It's funny, I talked it him and I was like, 'Bruh, I think I need you at Birthday Bash," 2 Chainz told MTV News of a convo that he and West had prior to 'Ye's daughter being born. "He was like, 'Kim won't let me go, we might have the baby' and it's funny that they literally had it."
Kim went into labor earlier than expected on Saturday, but by the time Birthday Bash kicked into full swing, the backstage was buzzing about the blessed event. "I'm happy for him, it's a beautiful thing, especially right around Father's Day for Kanye to have his first child and everything. Congratulations to the two of 'em," DJ Drama told us.
Like Drama, T.I. is also a proud father, in fact he revealed to us that his daughter Deyjah was born on Father's Day several years ago, so he can relate to Kanye. Tip believes that even though balacning fatherhood and fame isn't always easy, West has all that it takes to be a great dad. "If he's as dedicated and committed to fatherhood as he has been to everything else he has done, I think that's gonna be one brilliant baby," he said of the rapper's daughter.
Meek Mill also knows a thing or two about having a baby and balancing a music career, so what advice does he have for the new parents? Stock up on sleep. "Kanye, Kim Kardashian, they ain't gettin' no sleep this month. You see them in an interview, they're both gonna have bags under their eyes from the baby laying in the bed screaming. Security can't stop this, the managers can't stop this," he joked.
Even with the stress of late night feedings, the "Ima Boss" MC is sure that Kim and Kanye will make an excellent mom and dad. "They're responsible guys, they've made it this far, they're successful people in life so I think they'll be great," he said.
On Father's Day 2 Chainz says he will no doubt spend time with his two daughters, actually despite his hetic schedule, he tries to dedicate as much time to his girls as he can. So if Yeezy ever needed some advice on how to raise his own baby girl, he can turn right to his buddy 2 Chainz. "I try to do father/daughter time all the time," Chainz said. "I think it's very important that fathers spend times with their daughters."

A British man upset that the prostitute he hired for a night of partying was too ugly called the police to have her arrested for lying about her her looks in an advertisement.
Police in Solihull, England were obviously shocked to get the call.and even took to Twitter to write about it.
This bizarre incident all started on Tuesday, June 11th, when the unidentified man found the hooker's advertisement in a newspaper and arranged to meet her at a hotel on Tuesday evening, according to the New York Daily News.
When the "working girl" arrived the john took one look at her and decided not to go through with their business transaction. He told her she wasn't good looking enough. She took his keys and ran away with them, before throwing them back at him.
The man then made the call to 999 (the British equivalent of 911).
"She advertised in the newspaper for private services like massage and stuff," he told the operator. "And Basically when I've come here she's like mis-described herself and she's like misrepresented herself. Gimme an honest description. Otherwise, when I get there I'm not gonna use your services."
The police let the man off with a warning for wasting their time
