TERRIFIED UK singer Amy Winehouse has been rushed to hospital with agonizing pains from her breast implants, The Sun reported.

The 26-year-old Rehab singer was kept in overnight while doctors carried out urgent tests.

She is now waiting to discover whether she must undergo corrective surgery - or even have the 32D implants removed.

A family friend said: "Amy was in agony and became convinced it was something to do with her boobs.

"She thought she would leave it for a while but the pain got worse. She went into the clinic on Thursday and they kept her under observation.

"She is waiting for a decision on whether the implants have to come out or not."

Amy has gone back to the same top private surgery where her breast enhancement was carried out last year.

The troubled star paid £35,000 ($58,000) in October to restore the curves she boasted before she developed her serious drug habit.

Since having the operation, she has been regularly showing off her eye-popping bust in low-cut tops and vests

Shyne has some serious goals for restarting his career.

The Belize-born MC spoke to MTV News on Friday (April 9) and announced that the launch of his movement begins next week as he drops his new song "Messiah." MTV News had an early preview of an EZ Elpee-produced track that drops Monday.

Shyne held a press conference in Belize last November, shortly after completing a prison sentence of eight years for two counts of assault as well as reckless endangerment and gun possession in a 1999 shooting (Shyne has maintained his innocence in the incident). He said he hasn't gotten soft over the years; he's gotten wiser.

"I make music about life," he said during the press conference. "One of the greatest musicians was Bob Marley. There was nothing misogynistic about him. But his music, he talked about some harsh realities sometimes. He was tough. I would like to make that type of contribution, that kind of Marvin Gaye contribution, you dig? But at the same time, we curse. At the same time, life is violent. Life is troublesome sometimes. So don't expect my music to be sanitized. I am just going to talk about what's going on in the world."

As you'll hear on "Messiah," Shyne is still firm in his words but insists he's not reckless. Think about the difference between Sonny Corleone and his brother Michael.

"I got the city on my back, pretty women in the sack," the song begins. "Rollin' in the Rolls/ Sit, sittin' in my lap/ This is not a rap, fool, this is not an act/ Welcome to New York, blood, this is where it's at/ Snitches take a nap with the fishes and the rats/ Buried in the dirt where the witnesses is at."

In the chorus, he declares: "This one is a go, but r-r-really though/ If you know the code, then y-y-you could roll/ But if you was a foe, then you get peter-rolled/ But keep that on the low, r-r-really though."

EZ Elpee keeps the track simple but with a threatening synth and bass thump. "You got the crown/ I had to repo that/ Where the East Coast at?/ Mobster music ... Nino's back.

"Tell him to go to school, he don't wanna go/ Shorty wanna roll, how I'mma tell him no?" he continues. "He just like Po/ God knows it better for him to be like Barack O/ My life ain't gold/ One foot is in the grave, the other in the hole/ I wish that I could show, he gonna follow me straight to death row/ Nah, I'mma make sure, he ain't like me/ R-r-really though."

Shyne's new LP doesn't have a release date yet, but he did ink a record deal with Def Jam earlier this year. "Messiah" will drop Monday. No word yet whether it's the official first single or a warm-up record.

A handful of Saginaw High School (Fort Worth, Texas) cheerleaders have been disciplined for giving teammates sodas mixed with urine.

District officials said at least two girls got in-school suspensions and others lesser punishments, but they would not specify how many students were involved. The girls will not be allowed to participate in cheerleading events through the end of the school year but will be allowed to participate next school year.

A parent whose daughter drank the urine-tainted beverage said those involved should be permanently removed from the team.

"They shouldn't be allowed to represent Saginaw," said the father, who did not want to be identified to protect his daughter's identity.

District spokeswoman Kristin Courtney said Principal Ric Canterbury followed district policy and the school's cheerleading constitution in deciding punishment.

The incident occurred during a basketball game last winter, the parent said. He said at least one cheerleader urinated into a cup and then mixed the urine into drinks bought at a nearby restaurant. Other cheerleaders encouraged her to give the tainted drinks to teammates at the game, the parent said.

When the girls drinking the sodas noticed an unusual taste, they were told that it was from a tart candy mixed into the drink, he said.

"The girls said they were just joking around," the father said. "It's not a good joke to me."

In March, the cheerleaders told others what they had done, according to the parent. Courtney said campus officials heard rumors and began investigating.

Cheerleading sponsor Lea Cochrane declined to comment, referring questions to Courtney, who would not say whether it involved the varsity or junior varsity squad.

The cheerleading constitution states that team members could be removed if they are expelled, placed at the Alternative Discipline Center, assigned to in-school suspension more than once or suspended more than once. The district's student code of conduct allows administrators to take into account a student's discipline history and other factors when deciding punishment.

"Discipline will be correlated to the seriousness of the offense, the student's age and grade level, the frequency of misbehavior, the student's attitude, the effect of the misconduct on the school environment, and statutory requirements," the code reads.

The code also states that students who engage in conduct that would be punishable as a felony must be assigned to the district's Disciplinary Alternative Education Program. The father questioned whether the girls' actions could be seen as tampering with a consumer product, a felony.
He said his family is not pursuing criminal charges.

"She's already been a victim once. If I go and push [charges], that would make her a victim twice" by having singled her out, he said.

Ice Cube caused quite a stir this week when his brand new song "Drink The Kool Aid" hit the net.

People speculated he was dissing Eminem, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne as well as Dr Dre.

Even Dre himself thought Cube was coming at him in the song. The two of them vibed in the studio recently.Check out what Cube had to say about that in his latest blog.

"What up fam,
I met Dr. Dre in the studio last night. When I got there Snoop was in the booth laying the finishing touches on another classic from the dynamic duo. He played me some tracks set for the up and coming Detox record and we talked about me jumping on board the project. Of course I talked about him doing shit on my record and he said he'd bless the album. It felt like old times when me and Dre would work on sh*t in Eazy's cold ass garage.

He asked me did I diss him during the Paid Dues Show last Saturday. I did one of my new songs called "Drink The Kool-Aid" which got everybody thinking I'm dissing the whole industry...lol "You internet roaches..." I told Dre that I'd never diss the man that got me started. Here are the lyric to Drink The Kool-Aid for everybody who understand style and grace in hip-hop...check the lyrics
"

This ain't Sanatra
This ain't the Carter
This is the chaperone nigga who brought'cha
I am the author...this is Holy water
From the Holy Father the Rock of Gibraltar
Step up to the alter step up to the slaughter
Get circumsized son and turned into a daughter
Niggas know they oughta drink the f*ckin' kool-aid
Industy laid out authorities are too late
MC's passed the due date n*ggas they do hate
You are Bobby Boucher I'm the Mane like Gucci
I rock the Louie but not like Kanye
N*gga see me kinda like Harry Belafonte
Step into the room they be like ah Day-O!
Yeah cause they know a n*gga ain't play-doe
Shots all fatal is this Laredo
Boarder town knock'em down just like legos
Drink the Kool-Aid!

verse 2

I ain't the Doctor
This ain't the patient
This ain't that n*gga always on vacation
This ain't no white boy's rehabilitation
This is crazier then a boat full of Haitians
This is inflation mixed with degradation
This ain't no dead rappers reincarnation
I heard it was a New West Coast I ain't worried
I murder more stars then Conrad Murray
I got more bars then the penitentary
I wrote this shit without a rhyme dictionary
Young bucks try to step up to the harim
Looking for some p*ssy I'm a old buck I dare'em
Drink the Kool-Aid

"No disses. Just style and grace. On another note, I rocked the f*ck outta Paid Dues!"

There you heard it from the man himself....no disses. I'm still not convinced though.. *Kanye Shrugs*.

BOSTON (Reuters) – For almost three decades Dr. Dre has been a trendsetter in the U.S. music industry, through his recordings with gangsta rappers N.W.A. and later as a producer and record executive who helped launch the careers of Eminem, Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent.

Dre's potentially defining, and probably final, musical work is the album Detox, which has achieved near-mythical status after being in production since 2003.

The much anticipated album is inching toward a spring 2010 release. The first single, "Under Pressure" and featuring Jay-Z, will be released this month.

Lately, Dre, 45, whose name is short for Andre Young, has concentrated on sound from the ears outward. He has leant his name to a line of upscale headphones, "Beats by Dr Dre" by Monster Cable of Brisbane, California.

The pricey devices landed on many "top gadget" lists in 2009 and sold strongly despite the economic downturn.

Reuters spoke to Dr Dre and producer Jimmy Iovine, chairman of Interscope-Geffen-A&M records, during a recent trip to Boston.

Q. What's the next big thing in music?

Dre: "My record. And after that I'm not sure. I'm just keeping my ear to the concrete."

Iovine: "We all know that Lady Gaga took the world by storm. She's fused rock and dance and hip-hop. She's an incredible songwriter -- one of the great songwriters to come around, at the level of a Freddie Mercury or an Elton John. She has a long way to go to prove herself, but I believe she's going to get there."

Q. What do you listen for in a new artist?

Dre: "Originality. Good vocal performance. And if I can get along with them in the studio, you know?"

Q. Who is your favorite artist at the moment? What is playing on your iPod?

Dre: "I don't actually have a favorite right now. I've been listening to a lot of old 60s and 70s music. Things like Kraftwerk, and Parliament Funkadelic. I've really been listening to a lot of Kraftwerk."

Q. 1970s German electronica? That might surprise people.

Dre: "Kraftwerk had a really big inspiration on the beginning of hip-hop. My tastes change with the season. Right now it's Kraftwerk. I'll see what happens this summer."

Q. What got you into the headphone business?

Dre: "For me it just felt organic. I'm about music. I don't know anything about fashion so I can't make clothes, sneakers, or anything like that. I know sound. That's it. Most people that are making headphones probably aren't involved in the actual creation of music. So we have an upper hand."

Q. Music players have gotten smaller and smaller. The latest iPods are practically microscopic.

Dre: "The size of the iPod has no effect on what it sounds like. Our headphones make the music sound big again."

Q. A lot of people say they prefer the sounds produced by an old-style record over anything since.

Iovine: "The digital revolution ... that's where it went terribly, terribly wrong. In every other field of entertainment it's improved the quality. In music it's degraded the quality. The files are bad, the computers sound bad. And the headphones sound bad. So we started with headphones.

"You wouldn't go and buy a DVD of Avatar and play it on a portable television. People are listening to music through the equivalent of portable televisions."

Q. What do you think of "American Idol"?

Iovine: "It's a great show. It gives a lot of unknown people exposure. What they do with the artists after that is up to the label. I think the concept is a great concept. I don't love the records they make."

C-Murder is currently appealing his conviction for murder in the shooting death of 16 year old Steve Thomas at a nightclub.

His brother Percy "Master P" Miller recently called into Houston radio station 97.9 The Box to speak on the Madd Hatta show and gave his opinion on the situation.

P talked about how he changed his life, leaving the thug life behind. He suggests that his brother hadn't made the right decisions by keeping the name C-Murder and not leaving the street life after he found fame.

Right after P finished his phone interview, C-Murder called in to clear the air.

He said his brother is actually hurting his appeal process by the things he's saying about him, by labeling him a gangster.

C-Murder said, "Right now I am in the appeal process of my case and everything is critical and kind of delicate. And what big bro is saying and the type of stuff he's talking about is hurting my case".

C-Murder goes on to say he hasn't talked to his brother in years so when P speaks on him and his case he doesn't know what he's talking about and he wants him to stop.

It's sad to see two brothers not getting along in a situation like this. Let's hope things get better.

As previously reported on PaperChaserDotCom Lin Yu-chun sang a Whitney Houston song on a reality show. Since then he's become an internet sensation.

Video After The Jump

TAIPEI, Taiwan – As a younger man, Taiwan's Lin Yu-chun sang for hours on end, trying to get his mind off the sneers he endured because of his portly figure.

The round-faced soprano with the bowl haircut never imagined his voice would one day transform him into an international sensation.

But now, he is being compared to Britain's Susan Boyle, the plain-looking 48-year-old who shot to stardom after singing "I Dreamed a Dream" on "Britain's Got Talent."

Lin's Whitney Houston-like rendition of "I Will Always Love You" on Taiwan's "Avenue to Stardom" talent show last Friday has already racked up some 1.3 million views on YouTube, and the number is climbing fast.

For the 24-year-old with the disparaging nickname of "Little Fatty," the event has been a life-changer.

"I now have more confidence in pursuing a singing career," Lin told The Associated Press in a telephone interview. "You don't have to be a good-looking man or woman to succeed. Just be yourself and try your best."

Lin said he had long suffered from a lack of self-confidence because of his plain looks and rotund figure.

"Being fat draws a lot of mockery in our society," he said.

To cope with the pain of his exclusion, he locked himself in his room and sang along with the songs of Celine Dion and Mariah Carey.

But the artist who really grabbed him was Houston — particularly the song "I Will Always Love You," from the soundtrack to the 1992 film "The Bodyguard."

"I played it again and again even though my parents couldn't stand it any more and asked me to stop," Lin said.

Lin has had a bumpy start to stardom.

After graduating from college last year, he failed to make much of an impression on another Taiwanese talent show, where judges criticized both his looks and his high-pitched voice.

"One said I should instead pursue the career of a comedian, and another questioned whether it was right for a man to sing soprano," he said.

Now all that is behind him.

"(The show) has reinvigorated me," he said.

Still, Lin said, he is doing his best not to let his new found fame go to his head.

"I'm trying not to be overwhelmed," he said.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Gregory Giusti's 83-year-old mother had not heard that her son had been arrested, but she told ABC7 he has a history of mental problems. She does not think he would be capable of carrying out the threat; he has never owned a gun, and she blames Fox News for getting her son worked up.

Giusti was arrested Wednesday afternoon for threatening Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi over recent healthcare legislation.

"Greg frequently gets in with a group of people that have really radical ideas and that are not consistent with myself or the rest of the family, which gets him into problems," Eleanor Giusti said. "I say Fox News, or all of those that are really radical, and he, that's where he comes from."

Giusti, 48, has a long history of encounters with law enforcement.
In 2004, Giusti was convicted of criminal threats. The San Mateo District Attorney's office says he was trying to evade the fare on a Caltrain, and when the conductor tried to kick him off, Giusti started yelling and threatening the conductor's life. As a result, Giusti was sentenced to one year in county jail and three years supervised probation. He was also ordered to undergo mental health counseling.

There is also a lawsuit filed in February by Hamilton Square Baptist Church in San Francisco. It says, "Giusti has engaged in and continues to engage in a campaign of harassment" against people at the church.

Giusti also has a record of skipping out on his BART fares and causing disruptions. BART sued him in 1996.

He also has two convictions in San Francisco for welfare fraud and petty theft from 1992.

According to ABC7 legal analyst Dean Johnson, there is a point at which free speech ends and a threat begins.

"Communicating a threat with the intent that it be taken seriously is one of those types of speech that is simply not protected," Johnson said. "Even under state law, as well as the federal law that applies here, there are crimes that are based on threatening another individual, you simply cannot do that."

Eleanor Giusti also told ABC7 she talked to her son earlier in the day -- apparently before the arrest. He asked about his niece and nephew and acted as though nothing was going on.

The FBI told ABC7 Giusti will be booked into San Francisco County Jail to spend the night, before appearing in federal court Thursday morning.

After Monday night's kickoff in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, Drake's Away From Home Tour is under way. The outing lasts until the end of May, so fans of the 23 year-old performer have ample time to catch and opening acts Francis and the Lights and K-OS on the road. But what about his family from Young Money?

"A lot of the Young Money artists are doing their own thing," Drake explained to MTV News on his opening night. "I know Nicki [Minaj] is recording her album. Gudda is on a run right now.

"It was never brought to me that anybody had the time permitting to be on this tour for two months," Drizzy continued. "Everybody is working on their albums and stuff like that. I love what a lot of people in Young Money have going on right now. But at the same time, I did say to myself I didn't want other rappers on this tour opening up."

Drake also said that he didn't feel comfortable placing his fellow Young Money artists on an "opening" level below him.

"I didn't want to stick anybody in my opening slot," he added. "Nicki Minaj is a superstar, so to ask her to be on [the tour], unless we split the tour and both had equal time ... Gudda, same thing. Gudda has his own things going on. They're my friends, my family, I just don't feel comfortable being like, 'You wanna come open for me?' It's a weird thing. But I love 'em all. They're all doing great things."

"I thought it was a move for women and men and children who feel they weren't good enough," Erykah Badu said Thursday (April 8) about her controversial video for "Window Seat." " 'This is just me, I'm good enough.' I felt it was important enough to do. More pros than cons."

By now, you have probably heard about or seen "Window Seat" for yourself. In the video, which was released on Badu's Web site a couple of Saturdays ago at 3:33 a.m., she goes nude to promote individuality and is shot in the head once all her clothes are off. She falls to the ground near the same grassy knoll where President Kennedy was shot in downtown Dallas in 1963. Instead of blood, animated words that spell out "groupthink" leak from her head on the sidewalk.

The singer said she received support from women such as Jill Scott, Mo'Nique, Angela Davis and Kim from Matt and Kim (the duo's clip for "Lessons Learned" inspired "Window Seat") as well as other celebrity fans. Badu knew the clip would cause a stir.

"I know it was a shocking thing I did," she said. "I expected it to provoke dialogue, and it's an important statement to make. It's about freeing oneself of the layers and layers of things that we have learned as Americans in this country. At the point of becoming naked and individual and free, either you're assassinated spiritually or mentally by the group or worse. The words coming out of my head after I was figuratively and literally assassinated was 'groupthink.' Groupthink is a term coined by Irving Janis, 1972. It pretty much states what happens when a character or person is ostracized for thinking out of what the consensus is. He or she is pretty much thinking [more] with a heart than with loyalty. It's an important thing. It's art. It's performance art."

As much support as she got from friends, family and fans, Badu said certain media outlets lambasted her.

"Art is supposed to spark dialogue and ring an awakening of some sort," she maintained, "especially if it is impactful and powerful. I didn't expect to be demonized, but I did expect to spark that sort of dialogue.

"I put it out on my site at 3:33 a.m. What are the odds that it would spread like that?" she added. "It's something much bigger than me. And it's not over yet. There are many layers to that. You can peel back one or peel back many."

The Grammy winner said she first thought of the idea to go nude in "Window Seat" while in the studio. She started researching nudity in art and came across the Matt and Kim video for "Lessons Learned." She came up with the treatment for "Window Seat" and chose directors Coodie and Chike from Creative Control. The singer said she directed the video and loved the way Coodie and Chike shot. She hopes to work with them again on many projects.

"It was real," she said about shooting on St. Patrick's Day in Dealey Plaza in Dallas. "We only had one take to do it. It was done in one minute and 22 seconds. We sped the music up really fast in order to give it the slow-motion feel. I was walking really fast. Like a brisk jog/walk. I was nude for about 15 seconds of that. It was a brave thing to do. I had a chance to confront a lot of fears in that moment."

Even while shooting and knowing they had only one chance to get things right, Badu had second thoughts. You see in the video there's a part where she goes to unzip the zipper in her hoodie and stops before taking a few more steps and finally unzipping it.

"The first unzip was 'OK.' The backup was 'Should I do this?' " she explained. "Afterwards, after it was all over, we ran."

Although she made a getaway, Badu was charged with disorderly conduct last week and fined $500. The singer said she has not received the paperwork from police yet.
