Taiyamo Denku links together with New Jersey producer Nick Wiz for the hard hitting, head nodding, "If I Did An Album With Nick Wiz". Containing ten tracks of brolic beats and precision sharp lyricism, the Milwaukee emcee sets precedence among a land of watered down artists, breathing new life into the dying art form in which we call real Hip Hop. All beats on the EP are featured on Nick Wiz' "Unreleased 90's Hip Hop Instrumentals" project (click here), which was the initial inspiration behind the creation of IIDAAWNW. The album can be streamed below as well as purchased for $5 from the attached Bandcamp player.

Joey Bada$$ dissed Troy Ave on his new single titled "Ready" when he threw a line out saying his Pro Era partner Kirk Knight outsold the BSB Records boss.
"And I never lost my hunger man I stayed hungry / If we started talking numbers man they wouldn't love me / Man I'd rather keep the peace but its getting ugly / But fuck it what I'm about to say is what they didn't want me / 60k first week for the Badass / 200k to this day I know you niggas mad / With the 80/20 split my nigga do the math / My nigga Kirk just outsold Troy Ave," Joey rapped.
Troy responded with a scathing diss called "Bad Ass" that currently has him trending worldwide, mainly because he disses deceased Pro Era member Capital Steez.
"Cause I'm a savage, this gon leave you sad bitch / Don't get suicidal like ya friend, here's a casket/ Steez burning in Hell, my burner's in my belt / I'm really killing shit, you niggas killing yourself / Fucking weirdos, off the roof, 'Steer clear yo!' / This niggas tryna fly, he think he a superhero / Splat man! Fuck you and that man / And all three labels you signed to, they wack man."
Sway Calloway of Sway in the Morning reached out to Troy to get his take on the beef.
Troy said he doesn't regret the Steez line.
"He ain't pass away he killed himself," Troy told Sway. "That's the difference, he took his own life. God gave you life. It ain't your right to take that."
He added that if Joey would never have added Kirk into the beef things wouldn't have escalated to this point.
"It's no rules in reactions and it's no rules in beef," Troy said.

Rick Ross has been indicted for his alleged attack on a groundskeeper at his Fayette County, Georgia home on June 4, 2015.
Charges of kidnapping, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm while committing a crime were handed down by a grand jury last week.
TMZ reports that Ross' attorney, Steve Sadow, plans to argue that his client was well within his rights to assault Jonathan Zamudio because the groundskeeper was committing felonies by using cocaine and drug paraphernalia in the guest house of the rapper's crib.
Sadow will claim that Ross was "acting in self-defense and in defense of his property when he encountered trespassers."
Nadrian James
Ross, real name William Roberts, and his bodyguard Nadrian James are accused of taking Zamudio and another worker into the guest house on his property and attacking them.
Zamudio was allegedly pistol whipped and beaten, suffering a neck injury and two chipped teeth.

Jamie Foxx found a silver lining amid the #OscarsSoWhite controversy. In the comedian's mind a black actor did win at the 88th annual Academy Awards when Leonardo DiCaprio took home the Best Actor award for his role in "The Revenant."
"My man Leo, come on. You wanna talk about an honorary black dude," Fox joked with TMZ. "Leo's the closest thing to Tyrone as you can get. Titanic, he drowned. You know black dudes don't swim in the ocean. If Leo [wanted to play a black man] you'd have to let him do that."
Foxx and DiCaprio starred together in the 2012 movie "Django Unchained."

Prodigy and Universal Music have settled their financial dispute.
P filed a lawsuit against the label in November 2015. He claimed that Mobb Deep signed a deal in 1995 with Universal when it was still BMG.
The deal didn't include his solo work or records he wrote for other artists, yet the label continued to take 50% of those royalties as well to the tune of $57,489, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The lawsuit asked for the $57K plus lawyer fees.
TMZ reports that the two sides have now reached an amicable agreement. Under the terms of the deal Universal Music Publishing Group will pay the rapper $153,751.21.
In return Prodigy must tweet: "My dispute with UMPG was all a misunderstanding. Thankful that we resolved it quickly and happy to be continuing my long-standing relationship with UMPG."
All's well that ends well.
