The lawyers who were representing Lil Wayne in his breach of contract lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money Records, are now taking their former client to court because they haven't been paid.

TMZ reports that the attorneys have been billing Weezy for nearly a year, but allegedly haven't received a penny.

They are suing him for $375,000.

Video After The Jump

Professional boxer Peter 'Kid Chocolate' Quillin (32-1-1) was asked by TMZ Sports to critique the recently released footage of Meek Mill in the boxing gym.

"I think these guys who take boxing as just a workout. You can't put up a video when you don't look that good doing it. I train the likes of Swizz Beatz who actually looks pretty good when he boxes. This video in my opinion, is a horrible video," Quillin said. "First of all, he's not hitting hard and he's not putting his hands back on his chin. He's punching from his waist and that's not a good idea to be a boxer, to punch from your waist because you're leaving your chin exposed."

Quillin was then asked what advice he would give the Philadelphia rapper if he was in a jailhouse fight.

"I think he better off going back and getting his gun and try to sneak it in," Quillin replied.

12351906480?profile=original

As we previously reported, Meek was found guilty last week of violating his probation, stemming from a 2009 drug and gun conviction. He will appear before Philadelphia Common Pleas Judge Genece Brinkley, on February 5 to find out if he will be sent back to jail.

Video After The Jump

What R. Kelly thought would be an interview in support of his latest album, "The Buffet," quickly turned into a tense back-and-forth debate with Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani of Huffington Post Live over his sexually explicit lyrics and past sexual assault accusations, Monday, December 21.

The interview lasted 20-minutes. Towards the end is where things took a turn for the worse.

Modarressy-Tehrani told Kelly that at any point he could exit the interview if he chose to do so. He replied that if the next question to come out of her mouth was negative, he would.

This is what followed:

Modarressy-Tehrani: There's gonna be no negativity, I'm just asking you questions, sir.

Kelly: Well, I know the difference between a negative question and a positive one. So, if I think it's negative I'm gonna walk.

Modarressy-Tehrani: Let's talk about your lyrics for a moment. Would you say you have a healthy relationship with sex? Sex is mentioned frequently in your lyrics. In many of the songs you talk about having sex with multiple women. Would you say you have a healthy relationship with sex and that is reflected musically?

Kelly: I would have to say this. I did not come here to get interrogated. I didn't come here for a deposition. You know what a deposition is?

Modarressy-Tehrani: I'm very aware of what a deposition is.

Kelly: Then you should agree with me when I say that this sounds sort of like a deposition.

Modarressy-Tehrani: I think it may be (my accent). I'm asking you specifically about your music.

Kelly: I don't hear your accent. I'm not paying attention to your accent. I'm only paying attention to the English that comes out of your mouth. This is a deposition. This is not about R. Kelly. This is not about music. This is not about someone who works hard on his music, who has an album out. This is about trying to interrogate me. And this is about disrespect.

Modarressy-Tehrani: Mr. Kelly I don't think I'm disrespecting you. I asked you a very specific question about your lyrics.

Kelly: Well, that's the level of your intelligence, not mine.

Modarressy-Tehrani: I asked you a very specific question about your music and your lyrics.

Kelly: If you don't think think you're disrespecting me, like I said, that's just the level of your intelligence...not mine. Do you drink?

Modarressy-Tehrani: Yeah (I drink)

Kelly: Do you get drunk?

Modarressy-Tehrani: Yeah

Kelly: You fall all over and not know where you're at?

Modarressy-Tehrani: I don't understand the line of questioning, but no.

Kelly: Exactly. But it ain't positive is it? It has nothing to do with your job does it?

Modarressy-Tehrani: But I'm asking you specifically about your music and your lyrics.

Kelly: No, you're asking me about my personal life.

Modarressy-Tehrani: Your personal life has started to interfere with the way people consume your lyrics.

Kelly: You're here to do a job. You're here to get ratings, I respect that. But you won't be getting them off me if you're gonna interrogate me.

Modarressy-Tehrani: I'm not interrogating you.

Kelly: I'm in New York, I'm having a great time. I'm finna visit some friends. I'm finna do some more business. I'm finna have a great time. I didn't come here for you to spoil that.

Modarressy-Tehrani: You're here to promote an album.

Kelly: You have one more question.

Modarressy-Tehrani: I have one more question?

Kelly: Yeah

Modarressy-Tehrani: What do you say to the multiple fans...The many fans who are watching and listening. There have been multiple accusations against you in Chicago. And they are concerned about your past. It's impacting them from purchasing your music.

Kelly: I love 'em all. It doesn't matter who they are. If they hate me, they love me, they wanna destroy me...whatever. I love 'em all. And I love you too.

Modarressy-Tehrani: You don't need to give me any of your love, sir.

Kelly: I love everybody.

Modarressy-Tehrani: You don't need to give me your love. I just wanted to ask the question. What do you say to the fans who don't want to buy your music?

Kelly: I'm not gonna allow you to do that, but I love you. I love my fans.

Modarressy-Tehrani: I have a video question for you from a fan.

Kelly: You don't have any video questions for me because this interview is over.

12351905064?profile=original

And that was that. What's your take on the line of questioning by Modarressy-Tehrani? Was Kelly right to cut the interview short?

British singing sensation Adele lands on the cover of the latest issue of TIME. She chats with writer Sam Lansky about letting go of social media to write her album, "25," rumors that she turned down a collaboration with Beyonce, her success, motherhood, acting and more.

12351903685?profile=original

She’s not sure why she’s so phenomenally successful, but she has an idea.

Why do so many people respond to Adele’s songs? “The fact that I’m not shy or embarrassed to be falling apart,” she says when asked. “Everyone falls apart, I think. A lot of people try to be brave and not shed a tear. Sometimes when you know someone else feels as s— as you do, or approaches things in a certain way just like you do, it makes you feel better about yourself. Even though my music is melancholy, there’s also joy in that. I hope I do bring joy to people’s lives, and not just sadness, but I think there’s there’s a comfort in it. But I honestly don’t know. If I knew, I would bottle it, and sell it to everyone else.”

Just because there are no duets on this album doesn’t mean there won’t be one on the next.

When asked about the rumors that she turned down the opportunity to do a duet with Beyoncé for 25, Adele cackles. “Whoever started that rumor must have been having a laugh because anyone who knows me knows that my main priority in life outside of my child is Beyoncé,” she says. “I really wanted to do a duet on this album. I spoke to someone about it who I wanted to do it with, and we got on like a house on fire, and then we just couldn’t logistically really get it to work. I can’t say who it is because I want to do it in the future. That’s the only reason. It wasn’t Beyoncé!”

She had to cut out social media in order to write her album.

Although Adele approves everything that goes out on her social platforms, she doesn’t manage them herself. It’s part of keeping herself free from distraction so she can create high-quality work. “Privacy is key to being able to write a real record, whether people like it or not,” she says. “My life has changed so much, but I’ve made the realest record I can make, and it’s the real part of me. How am I supposed to write a real record if I’m waiting for half a million likes on a f—ing photo? That ain’t real.”

As we previously reported, Martin Shkreli was recently arrested and charged by U.S. prosecutors with securities fraud conspiracy, securities fraud and wire fraud conspiracy. If convicted on all charges he could land in prison for 20 years.

After posting $5 million bond, Shkreli, stepped down as CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals and as of today has been fired as CEO of KaloBios Pharmaceuticals.

He believes his arrest is linked to his decision to have Turing hike up the price of a 60-year-old drug called Daraprimto $750 a tablet from $13.50, overnight.

"Trying to find anything we could to stop him' was the attitude of the government," Shkreli told the Wall Street Journal.

TMZ reports that the funds generated from Shkreli's alleged fraudulent activities could be as much as $65 million. If it's determined that any of his possessions, including the $2 million Wu Tang Clan album, "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin," were purchased with that money, they could be subject to forfeiture by the government.

12351880868?profile=original

Even if certain items weren't bought with those funds, Shkreli may be forced to hand them over to pay restitution, which means expensive possessions like the Wu Tang Clan album could be auctioned off.

Karen Civil recently teamed up with Haitian-American boxer Andre Berto and Lil Wayne for the first annual Live Civil Playground Christmas Giveaway and Party in Haiti.

Civil, whose parents grew up in the country organized the event.

Berto dressed up like Santa Claus, handed out toys and posed for photos. Weezy donated clothing from his Trukfit line, along with enough hats, shorts and shirts for 500 kids in need.

Scholastic Corporation stepped up by donating 500 books.

We applaud everyone involved for giving back. Check out the photos below via TMZ and Instagram.

It was an honest mistake, but the internet is heartless and shows no mercy.

Steve Harvey was hosting the Miss Universe pageant Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015, when he incorrectly announced Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez had won the crown. The "Family Feud" host quickly realized his mistake and apologized, before naming Miss Philippines Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach the winner.

Former Miss Universe Paulina Vega, center, removes the crown from Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez, left, before giving it to Miss Philippines Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, right.

Harvey later took to Twitter to apologize again.

THE NAKED TRUTH

73450290?profile=RESIZE_1024x1024

Adult entertainment actress and model, Sasha Cream has unleashed a tell-all book on Amazon just in time for holiday reading.

Atlanta Ga 10/22/15 DATE—Adult entertainer, model, and entrepreneur Sasha Cream has had a career that seems almost unbelievable. Her new book, The Naked Truth, looks to set the record straight on her life as an adult entertainer, call-girl, and friend to the stars. Cream delves into the lurid details of Cee Lo Green's sexual fantasies, as well as, dishes the dirt on other stars like French Montana, Darius Miles, Soulja Boy and Bow Wow. Her book is a tell-all from the perspective of an outsider masquerading as an insider.

“This is my story, my truth,” says Sasha Cream. “It's not a call out book or a gossip column, although people reading for celebrity dish won't be disappointed. It's
about my perspective on love, respect, sex, and power. I got into everything— from modeling at a young age, to my getting into adult entertainment, and how I had to
create my own brand so that I could make money for myself, not others.”

The book provides an inside look at life inside the adult entertainment industry and how to not only survive but thrive within it. Cream develops her story beginning
with her life growing up in Toledo and how she ended up on the arm of some of the most famous hip hop stars in the game.

“I am not sugar-coating my life,” says Cream. “I'm telling it like it is. All the good, the bad, the ugly, and the sexy. People who read my book are going to get the total truth about what it's like to be in the business—everything from how you are treated, what type of money you can make, and how to market yourself and make a
career.”

Cream's book isn't your typical look at the industry because it is being told by someone who is currently still making a living within it. The book isn't a sad tale of
sex, drugs, and abuse. It's a high-spirited account of what it's like to make a living with sex and how to maintain a balance throughout the wild ride. From hotel rooms to expansive mansions, The Naked Truth, takes you everywhere you never thought you'd go and back again.

Travel restrictions handed down by Common Pleas Judge Genece Brinkley in a Philadelphia courtroom on Thursday, December 17, are costing Meek Mill a lot of money.

Meek, real name Robert Williams, was found guilty of violating his probation. He will have to appear back in court on February 5, to find out if he will be sent back to jail.

Brinkley ruled that the 28-year old rapper cannot leave Philadelphia and can't work or perform except for community service until then.

12351892895?profile=original

TMZ reports that the timing is especially bad for Meek financially because of previous commitments.

He is paying the lease on a Los Angeles home he lives in with girlfriend Nicki Minaj, has concerts lined up and studio time booked in L.A. for $15,000 a week.

Meek is also worried about backlash he'll receive from fans when he doesn't show up for a sold out Las Vegas concert he and Nicki have booked.
